Michigan police department now why is Michael ceccini in the news or why was he in the news why isn't he a police chief anymore and more importantly can a stream rise higher than its source in other words you have the police chief who's the top of the police station in his area can you expect any of his underlings to be any better than him and if he's willing to assault a teenager who is threatened or harmed no one or stolen anybody's property can you expect his underlings not to assault other people here's the story right here check this out I'm gonna beat your ass and then I'm gonna calling for armed backup because he assaulted somebody else so this is from ABC 12 News it says the Bay City Department of Public Safety director announced his retirement amid an investigation into alleged assault last month a press release from Bay City Manager Dana Muscat says Michael ceccini will retire after 16 years of service to the city it makes you wonder what his 16 years was filled with assault like this I don't have any doubt I don't have any doubt that he assaulted people he battered people he abused people he extorted people I have no doubt do I have proof nope but we do have the consistent actions of law enforcement who believe that they're higher than you the city did not name an effective date for his retirement but he has been on administrative leave since the incident he was captured on camera confronting three teenagers outside his base of the apartment while upset with the noise and commotion the teens were apparently causing on September 17th the video appears to show cachini jabbing his flashlight into the Mig section of one of the teens Michigan State Police conducted an investigation and afterwards reports the Bay County prosecutor's office last week so what did the prosecutor do she decided to forward the case to the Michigan Attorney General's office instead of deciding whether to file any criminal charges when she watched the same video possibly more than likely she watched the same video that we just watched with him jabbing this flashlight into the ribs of this teenager right here look at that right there jab boom that is assault so here he is facing trial here we're just briefly um obviously I know the court has a standard terms and conditions in regards to bond I also just wanted to make sure there was no contact order with Travis cram obviously no assault of intimidating or threatening behavior in addition to all your standard terms and conditions and also no possession or use of any weapons in regards to the remainder of the bond either to the Court's discretion so now because of his actions according to the court he can't possess or use any weapons a guy who is the police chief in Bay City thank you hey Mr Reyes uh judge obviously the court is aware that uh Mr chakini has no prior criminal history whatsoever I think the Court's aware of the the no recorded prior criminal history although if he was wearing body cam as a police chief there's no doubt tons of recordings and tons of documentation of him engaging in criminal activity I'm not saying there is but I would not doubt if there was except for whatever necessary during any type of Court proceedings aren't you back to be within the quarter mile of his residence or workplace and not to display any aggressive behavior or have any weapons in your possession um look at this guy's face man I thought I could get away with it if that girl wasn't out there with that freaking video camera it would have been my word against that kid's word and I would have won and I'd still have my uniform on and I'd still be out there assaulting and using my badge to have one over on my fellow human beings foreign for you to sign you have your fingerprints taken so we do have a fingerprint order good he gets fingerprinted like the criminal that he actually is one more time on that assault right here walks up to him boom right there cannot control himself probably even saw when he was walking up that there's a girl out here well maybe maybe not maybe he was so enraged he didn't even know he's being filmed maybe if he knew he was being filmed he wouldn't have done that and then this guy wouldn't have a case against him I just want to show you under this video right here at least people are aware that hey you know what we've got some criminal activity afoot by people who are supposed to be protecting and serving our rights as they violate our rights imagine how this situation would be dealt with without video proving this Thug Tyrant was unhinged amen exactly the point we just made zero consequences and because you are going to be considered if you have a run-in with law enforcement and they're in the wrong then you're guilty in their eyes until proven innocent kudos to the young lady who documented the encounter that's why you always always record the police when do you not record the police never when do you record the police always I like this one right here I love it when cops act like only lawyers could possibly know their rights and the law everyone is just subject to their orders I guess 20 years on Phoenix PD then 15 a phoenix isn't that where officer Brandon softened him up Tatum's from then 15 years as local police chief imagine how many lives this corrupt bully goon has damaged or destroyed through abuse of his Leo Powers reprehensible here's the body cam footage when the cop comes up and starts interviewing the police chief the then police chief and this teenager hello oh you got your body worn camera on yeah what's what's going on okay we were down here no you're not right I'm talking okay yeah all right thank you disturbing the peace both of them squealing their wheels stop he's talking okay they come here they hit the cone they're messing around here around this new monument it went on for about five minutes okay I'd had enough I'm upstairs all right I said some bad words all right okay he challenged me to fight and dared me to come down okay I came down he stood off on me and I did a pectoral jab with my flashlight okay okay okay was that first right so hold on yes you do just wait I'll cut a supplement two charges right here so basically what he's saying is I came up and assaulted them they didn't assault me but those two should be charged here's the girl right here who is filming and she should still be filming right here because there's no guarantee that you're going to get body camera footage and if you do get the body cam footage you might have to wait a year two years three years and then when you finally get it after one two or three years it's probably going to be redacted and edited so much that they changed the entire story or they cut things out that shouldn't be cut out that's why you want to always film it's good I'll get there same as I come check in with you okay got it all right talk to him me yeah okay never let them do this to you never let them separate you two never never never because if your story if this guy's story right here variates in the slightest from this guy's story that's it you don't talk to police but they gotta make a report you don't talk to police don't let them record anything and especially if you're going to talk do not get separated Stay Together have only one person talk have only one story not two this is what this is their plan this is their goal to get two different stories so that both stories will cancel each other out and then they'll go with the cop and that's what they would do if they didn't have this recorded evidence right here so the bottom line to this video that I'm making right here is always record the police never trust the police never talk to the police and but you do end up
