This Florida officer says he doesn't care about our rights and he's going to rummage through our things if he wants to. >> I'm a sergeant. Listen, you don't have to tell me or else how to do the job. >> No, no, no, look. I don't I don't consent to any search. I I do No, no, no, this is my property. Uh wait, wait, hold up. Why you guys are trying to hands on me and escalate? What's going on here? I do not consent to any search or seizures and you are searching my my You don't care. Oh, man. >> You know, it's astounding to me that people still wonder why a Jimmy Lee Steverson did what he did to an officer Chris Fischer after being abused and tased and humiliated at a gas station. Well, there are plenty of reasons to suspect that people are sick of being harassed and messed with and humiliated and violated by police. This is an incident that happened in Hialeah, Florida. I want to show you the police presence for a guy with an e-bike. They claim that he didn't have a light on the back of his e-bike. He claims that he does have a light in the front and a light in the back and he also has uh reflectors. He forgot to plug in the rear light, but he still had reflectors and was very visible under the street lights and yet it still resulted in a police turnout like this. Let's take a look at this and we'll make some comments along the way. >> How's it going? Hi. >> Sir, the reason I stopped you is your bike. When you crossed this intersection right here, you don't have any lights or anything on. >> I do. I was on the sidewalk the whole time. I was never on the road. I just crossed the road. That's about it. What's your name? Look. >> No, not in the back. >> E- Even in the back. >> Where is it? >> I just forgot to in the it in. So, it's not on. Yeah, I just forgot to plug it in. Ah, so it's not on. So, you did commit a crime. So, our stop is legitimate and you need to give us your ID. Oh, see, it isn't on. All right. Well, I didn't do anything wrong. Ah, man, I was on the I was on the sidewalk. Wait, what's what's going I I think I remember this guy. >> Yeah, I remember you. >> Yeah, how's it going? >> Good, man. I ain't treat you bad last time. >> No, I know. I know. But, I'm wondering Why would you even say that stepping out of the car? I didn't treat you bad last time. That's a pretty low bar, officer. >> Yeah, I remember you. >> Yeah, how's it going? >> Good, man. I ain't treat you bad last time. >> No, I know. I know. But, I'm wondering what's going on and why are you guys ganging up on me? No, no, no. But, you guys are walking up on me. I'm wondering why what's going on here. Well, I didn't Well, well, I didn't I didn't I didn't commit any traffic infraction. I was on the sidewalk the whole time. I was on the sidewalk the whole time. I wasn't on the road. Because that is the the way of That is the right way of Yeah, that is the right way. All right. Cite the code. Cite the code that I violated. >> As a matter of fact, license registration I mean, license get get us your license. >> I I don't have a license. No, you don't. I was on the sidewalk the whole time. I don't know what you're talking about. You're right here trying to intimidate me. You're trying to give up my rights or whatever. I don't know why you guys are treating me like this. There are now five cops on the scene and another guy's coming. It's the sergeant. So, what's your badge number? It's okay. What's your name? Look, I've done no I I I haven't committed a crime. >> but we need your name and identification. >> A citation for what? What >> You have got to identify yourself. >> without the light on. You said to me >> That was only that that should only be on the road, not on the sidewalk. >> How did you get from that side to >> Look, look at all these lights out here. It is right >> matter is very simple. Are you failing to identify yourself? >> Am I failing? I didn't commit a crime. >> There is no crime. We're trying to give you >> But you're telling me that I've committed a crime. >> Come here. There. >> This cop just admitted there is no crime. We're just harassing you for no reason. We're taking the word of this female officer that you didn't have a light. That's a violation. We need your ID and we're not letting you go until we have it. But they ain't done yet. They're not done violating. I'm telling you these cops right here are the kind of cops where when the [ __ ] hits the fan and they start making all of these laws to round people up and throw them into FEMA camps, these guys would step forward first and happily violate everyone. >> Have I committed a crime? Can you cite the code that I violated? >> a >> You haven't told me. I was I wasn't on the I wasn't on the road. I was on the sidewalk. So, how am I supposed to get to the street? >> Are you going to listen? Are you going to listen? >> I told everything. >> Oh, I forgot to plug it in and then you went ahead and plugged it in. So, clearly >> Okay, but still that that Look, I was on Can Can I have your sergeant here, please? Is that Is that your sergeant? Hi. >> Listen, whenever you commit a traffic infraction, you're supposed to identify yourself. >> I committed a traffic infraction? >> It's going to be on your citation. >> Sir, um I've done nothing wrong. I just crossed the street. I was on a sidewalk. I just came from my friend's house. I'm going home right now. I've done nothing wrong. I From what I understand, what the the law says that if I was on that road, I would Yeah, there would be a traffic citation, but I was on the sidewalk the whole time. I don't I really don't understand. Like, I would like to hear the code cited. You're not even citing anything. And I want this I want this documented. This whole thing's going to be documented. I'm I'm Well, that has to be when I commit a crime. I've done nothing. I I didn't commit That's not a crime. Can you just give me the citation? >> Yes, that's what we're trying to do, but we need your identification. Okay, we need you to identify yourself. >> All right. Jimmy Alfonso. >> Jimmy Alfonso? >> Yeah. >> All right. Let him write it down. That's what we were trying to explain to you, brother, but but you were going on and on. We're trying to give you the ticket. We're trying to give you the ticket. >> But why why >> be trying to give the ticket. As a matter of fact, when the sergeant arrived on the scene, he should have said, "Wait a second. This guy hasn't committed a crime. He hasn't harmed anyone. He hasn't threatened to harm anyone. He hasn't damaged property or stolen property. Why do we have this guy pulled over? Cuz of a stupid light? Cuz you want to enforce Let's say there was a city ordinance." These people, if they were actually peace officers and rights protectors, wouldn't even issue citations. Maybe, "Hey, just want to let you know your light's not plugged in in the back. It's super dangerous. It makes you safer if you have a light. If you don't want a light, that's fine because I'd rather have dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery. But these cops do that. Again, not one cop arrives on the scene to inject any semblance of sanity or humanity or constitutionality in this stop. But we ain't done yet. >> There's just so many people here. She could just do the job herself. I don't know why you guys are here. And and and and and then I I I really wanted to talk to the sergeant also. >> I'm the sergeant. Listen, you don't have to tell me or us how to do a job. >> You know, I'm I'm I'm not telling you how to do the job. I'm defending my rights. That's all I'm doing. >> Identify yourself. If you refuse, you're going to go to jail. You understand? >> Uh well, I just gave it to him. >> Is that clear? >> I I just gave it to him. >> What's your date of birth? >> August 15th, '84. >> Do you have any weapons in here? >> No, no, no. Look, I don't I don't consent to any search. I I do No, no, no, this is my property. >> to bike and you're going to >> Uh wait, wait, hold up. Why you guys are trying to hands on me and escalate? What's going on here? >> to check you. >> Let go of your bike or you're going to jail. Let go of your bike so I can make you insecure in your person's houses, papers, and effects. Let go of your bike so that I can run roughshod over your rights. >> Make sure you have no weapons. >> There is no They are trying to hands on me and escalate. What's going on here? >> make sure you have no weapons. >> There is no weapons. I do not consent. What is your name? Guerrero. No, I I Guerrero. Man, we're going I'm going to see you in court. >> Go ahead. >> So, what what's going on here? Why Why you guys searching my things? >> I'm making sure you don't have any weapons. >> There is no weapons. I do not consent to any search or seizures, and you are searching my my >> I'm I'm just making sure you don't have any weapons. In other words, I'm making sure you're not exercising your Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, which I'm not supposed to be infringing, but I'm going to infringe anyway. >> You don't care. Oh, man. >> All right. >> This is great. >> What are you smiling at, bro? >> Cuz this is great, man. This is great footage. >> right? >> Yes, this is great footage, my brother. I got nothing against you, man. I don't know why you're doing this to me. >> anything against you, either. >> So, then >> I don't have anything against you, either. I'm just going to rummage through your things without your consent. >> Why? No, I do not consent to any search or seizures. No, no, no, I got nothing on me. I got nothing on me. No, no, no, you do not have any consent. Look, I'm defending my rights. I am defending my rights, bro. I don't know why you guys are doing this. >> Turn around. We're going to pat you down for a >> For what? What What What did I do? Tell me what did I do? I I No. What did I do? >> You're making more difficult. >> No, no, no. What's your name? Everybody batch Okay. Okay. Okay. >> And that's where the video ends. Let me just show you this. There he is surrounded by all these cops. Look at >> I don't know why you're doing this to me. So then, why? No, I do not consent to any search or seizures. No, no, no. I got no >> He's surrounded by all these cops. He deployed this manpower and all these resources for a guy who they claim doesn't have illumination on the back of his e-bike. You can even see you can see as they're taking the bike away right there. Let me show you. As they're taking about the bike away, you can see he does have a light and he claims that he does have reflectors. There's no reason for this even if there is a city ordinance. This isn't serving and protecting. This is harassing and collecting. This comes from the YouTube channel Dick Tracy. He claims that they took him to jail, impounded all of his stuff, and his daughter had to bail him out. I don't have any further details on this video, but if I do get more details, I'll provide an update and a follow-up video. If you find out what happened, let me know in the comments section. This looks like a clear violation of a man's fourth amendment rights just to be secure in his person. And it's another example of why people are completely losing it on the cops and taking matters into their own hands. Leave your thoughts about this in the comments section below. It really helps overcome the censorship algorithms.
