The daughter is annoying and they're kind of pissing me off, too. Not going to lie. You called the cops. When you call the cops, you have to you have to be aware that there is a chance that somebody's going to get arrested. You got to always have that in the back of your mind. You're calling for one thing, but it can always go south. So now you're trying to say, "Oh, don't arrest her. Oh, well, her arm is behind her back." No [ __ ] If she would stand up and walk to the car peacefully, it wouldn't hurt as bad. So, yeah, she she daughter's annoying, too. >> If she wants to ACT LIKE THIS NOBODY IS. We'll probably have to get back with that one. Let's go swing her. >> Dude. >> What? >> You jerk my [ __ ] >> Michelle, you jerked your own arm. Stop. What are you doing? All right, let's try to stand her. We're going to stand you up, Michelle. Put your legs underneath you. Put your >> Ah, damn. Do you feel that [ __ ] Heather? That felt >> Stop dropping. >> Stop dropping her arm. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. Come on. >> I got your phone and your glasses. >> Do not spit on either one of us. >> I know I taste blood. >> Please do not spit, okay? >> I can't help it. >> Get in. Step in. >> Dude, can you get the [ __ ] off me? >> No, we cannot. We have to put you in the car. >> You're going to break my bones by doing this. I thought we were OVER THIS, DUDE. I KNOW, BUT WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? I'M NOT MOVING. >> BECAUSE WE are asking you to get in the car, Michelle. >> Get in the car. >> BECAUSE I'M A DEAD BRICK. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> I'm not trying to. >> Stop. >> No, I'm not [ __ ] touching it. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> YEAH. >> PUT YOUR FOOT IN. >> I'M NOT RESISTING AT ALL. >> YES, YOU ARE. >> YEAH, now just I was, so you get my point. >> Put your foot in the car. >> MY [ __ ] BONES UP. >> PUT YOUR FOOT IN THE CAR. >> FROM THE GET-GO. >> PUT YOUR FOOT IN THE CAR. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] WAS THAT? >> JUST GET YOUR FOOT IN. >> IF THEY SHUT THE DOOR on your foot, THAT'S YOUR OWN FAULT. >> MICHELLE WAS CHARGED WITH ASSAULT ON A PEACE OFFICER, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing. Further details aren't known, but we did find that she was arrested only a month and a half later on August 31st for resisting arrest and assault. Let's hope that she gets the help that she needs to stay out of jail. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, wishful thinking. Wishful thinking, man. Damn, this is just Yeah, man, they annoying, bro. I ain't going to lie. Anyways, um jailhouse accountability scorecard time. We got six categories. Um compliance, attitude, self-control, truthfulness, safety risk, wasted chances. Um zero is uh equals handled it perfectly, 10 equals generational crash out. So, let's get to it, man. Compliance, we're going to give a 10 out of 10, man. She was told to leave over and over, got a final warning, then still refused and resisted, all right? Attitude, 9 out of 10. The cussing, disrespect, smart mouth comments, and flashing Okay. Made everything worse, all right? Um self-control, 10 out of 10. Total crash out screaming, arguing, dropping her weight, right? Doing the dead weight thing, right? Refusing to walk and escalating the whole scene. Okay. Self-control man. Truthfulness six out of 10. The I live here claim was shaky because the actual residence said she did not live there. Okay? So, me realistically I think she stays there a little bit more often than what the daughter and them were saying. Like that's my personal opinion. But, whatever. Yeah, so then let's go to safety risk eight out of 10. Once she started pulling away, resisting cuffs, refusing to stand, and possibly spitting blood, the risk level jumped. Okay? Towards the end there where she did spit and she said that it was, you know, it was blood, whatever. Like that's nasty. Okay? And you spitting really close to the officers and everybody that's involved. All right, wasted chances 10 out of 10. She had every chance she had chance after chance to walk away with her phone, smokes, and bag and wasted every single one. All right. They gave her more than enough time to walk away in my opinion. But, it didn't help that they still had the other the daughter in there going back and forth. I I I didn't like the daughter neither. Honestly, like both of them is just it's too much and I can see that they could both like egg each other on and stuff. Like I don't know. Anyway, final jail score 53 out of 60. Converter score 8.8 out of 10, man. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and I'm going to catch you in the next video. >> [music]
