now it's true I may be dense but I'm not so dense to not notice that a lot of people have already covered this particular interaction in Potawatomi Park in South Bend Indiana but I wanted to talk about it because there's something obvious that really needs to be highlighted and that is that cops lie I know you're shocked about this and when they get done lying and they open their mouths again they lie again now there was a famous ruler with the funny mustache back in Germany in World War II that said something to the effect of how fortunate for the rulers that men do not think these people these badged authoritarian tyrants want to capitalize on your ignorance and they believe that you're gonna believe their lie and submit to their ordinances and their edicts and their assertions and their commands but when you know your rights when you see to be ignorant when you move yourself out of the liability category and put yourself firmly in the asset category and you educate yourself and that's what these videos are all about it's about education it's about removing kicking the ignorance out of your mind getting rid of the cleaning the cobwebs of cognitive dissonance out of your cranial structure there's another thing the ignorance of the oppressed is the strength of the oppressor watch these cops try to capitalize on people they think are ignorant okay can you guys move on okay this is a public park we're on the public access of the park we understand they've rented some Pavilions and things like that that's a little nervous twitch it's like wait a second I'm not used to people not complying with my request also known as command we're not going to occupy their rented Pavilions and things like that and they have signs that says everyone is welcome and this is a public event by the way it's not a private event I already talked to the parks and rec people this is not a private event this is a public event stand by one second what would happen if we don't leave what will you do Sergeant oh actually it's nice to just move on the outside I understand you're asking I'm just respectfully declining all right we're all good then yeah I suppose so all right well if I get if I get any more words then I'll have to get you guys move what are you going to do if we don't move you from the park how so we'll remove you from the park we're gonna do you we're gonna move into your space and we're gonna if you continue to not comply as you continue to Not Bow Down and lick our boots we are going to put our hands on you and we are going to remove you from the park even though you didn't do anything wrong other than you wouldn't obey our commands are you gonna remove me from the park by force how are you gonna Sergeant taking somebody's work they so want to use Force see compliance is a drug to these Law Enforcement Officers if you don't comply then you've you know you're going to deprive them of their fix their fixes they love the authority they love the attention they love the power and they love the fact when they did when they say hey could you do me a favor hey I got a request for you that you comply with them because you got this uniform on and you deserve special preferential privileged treatment and then when they don't get it oh they start getting all Jitters oh my God I get to lay my hands on somebody I get to deploy my Taser I get to put somebody in the headlock and put my knee on their chest I did I did confirm that they have Sergeant Hughes how you doing or officer Hughes huh yeah I know so I got I got the paperwork here uh-huh you guys are more welcome to be out here but that's the interest of you guys to stay on the outside entrance signs everyone's welcome they don't they don't want the protesters in here so we're not protesting sir the thing is this is an event they're just lying they're lying against these people these people are literally not protesting they're out there spreading their message as the pride people are out there spreading their message at a public event see that's another thing cops have problems with they have a problem with delineating between public and private property public and private events they just don't get it or they don't want to get it or they do get it and they're just lying about it and they just want to exert their authority over you but if they want you gone then public has access to everything that it has to offer and you can't say anything about it and you can't create a crime out of a constitutionally protected activity in a public place and you can't speech these guys are fulfilling almost half of those right now and these cops who are supposed to be protecting those freedoms are telling these guys to let go of your freedoms because it's a public event and the the person who sponsored this doesn't want you here so what we're not in communist China we're not in North Korea we're not in Uzbekistan we're in America buddy unless I woke up is this not American soil here in South Bend Indiana we're not trespassing this is a public park and it's a public event this is a public event on a public park and we're not interrupting the event we're not disrupting the flow of traffic we're in a public park we won confirmation that they've actually rented the entire park because we were I've already told you that okay we were told where it says like where did you get that information right now it's a private or public eventual agreement with the Parks Department when they fill out when they fill out the contractual obligation to rent out Pavilions and things like that they have to specify if the event is public or private exactly exactly guys they just keep lying that that that same individual told me to to basically F myself so this registered as a public or private event according to the contractual exactly he won't even let us read it I tried to get copies of it earlier this week no one will give them I talked to the parks department they said the park was not close to the public today so they acknowledge it's a public event the organizer of this event acknowledges that it's a public event and yet they still can't tell the organizer who's telling these guys to get out of the park or step back or whatever they can't tell them hey because it's a public event this is open to the public including people who have messages that you might disagree with foreign this is truly outrageous outrageous we have science that says everyone is welcome we're welcome here now if they want to take down there everyone is welcome signs and say not everyone's welcome here and they want to be bigots and they want to be discriminatory they can do that and they can register this as a private event fence it off and charge admission or yeah they just pour that in Indianapolis with the Indy Pride yeah all a military park it was a private event that was ticketed that's what they have to do in order to do what you're saying is happening Criminal Trespass they happen and that's how these guys are treating this they're treating this as though we're a private ticketed event and it's the exact opposite they have to permit this as a private event they have to cordon off the area and they either have to charge admission or have a gated entrance then they can choose who comes in and doesn't to their private events just like if we if we had a wedding event and we wanted a a pavilion and we didn't want other people in our wedding event we could register it as a private event the county officers whoever's in charge over here just so we can confirm yeah okay I'm just saying we're happy where we're at and I I don't really have any intentions to leave God no matter what you say prohibiting what they're doing not at all and we're just so exercise in our Free Speech we're not making anybody take anything we're not calling them efforts we're not harassing but we've gotten some of that we've gotten people give us the middle please love hasn't won yet but that's still called not harassment hi the thing is what do you think very loving and tolerant of you sir I mean Jesus saves man I thought you guys trying to pass this map of where all the booths are set up in this Potawatomi Park he's trying to pass this off as here's what I'm talking about here's why you got to move back and it's completely irrelevant it has nothing to do with his request and now his command to move back he's pulling rabbits out of hats here at this point they registered as a public or private event with the parks department and they're in their contractual agreement yeah exactly I think you should find that out it's a it's a it's a public event they didn't register it as a private event foreign that didn't work either and this this is a map of where the booths are so that people can know correct so there's not a booth there this is all what they paid for right now this is not a description of their their legal permission to be here no it's not this is foreign map right here trumps your individual rights you got to move along and if you don't we're gonna lay hands on you and arrest every single one of you you can't use that as a legal document they put that flyer on Facebook everyone's welcome it says right there they invited the whole public to be here we're just taking their invitation they asked everybody to be here it's a public event yes I mean really she's walking listen to this guy right here listen real closely to this guy because he also is what makes America worse than it has to be intimidating us around she's been following us for questions yeah yeah no I I totally understand their side so I just want to let you know we we have no intentions to block a vendor Booth I'm only here to make sure there's not a Ruckus in everybody's saying that I'm just here to make sure there's not a Ruckus and that everybody's safe I'm just here to do my job well according to the Supreme Court to Cheney versus Winnebago County and Gonzalez versus Castle Rock you you're it's not your duty it's not your obligation you have no obligation to protect anybody so get that through
