They thought the guy they just bodys slammed and broke the wrist of had a warrant. He didn't. >> You have a warrant. >> All right. >> This was Oh, the guy the guy with the warrants over there. >> Huh? >> No, there's two different people. >> No, that's the other guy. >> The other guy is over there. They pointed out two different people. Yeah, they got the guy with a with a warrant. This guy, I had just got contact with him. >> I thought it was wrong with the warrant. On February 8th, 2020, Antonio Smith was walking down the road, minding his own business, doing nothing wrong, when Valdoa, Georgia officers decided he needed the crap protected and served right out of him. Oh, and 3 months after this, >> call my sister in Florida. Don't Don't do this. >> What are you doing? >> Oh my god. Behind your back. >> What are you doing? WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Sergeant Billy Wheeler would be promoted to Lieutenant because that's how the Thin Blue Line gang rolls. I don't know if you remember this. This happened on February 8th, 2020. And the way they went about attacking this guy is pretty much off the RTOR scale. I'm just going to play it. We'll make some comments. But this is the kind of thing that you can expect in the land of the free, home of the slave, not the land of the free, home of the brave. Because if this was the land of the free, home of the brave, nothing like this could have ever happened at the hands of the protectors and servants. And that's what makes it worse and even more ironic is the people who are actually doing the attacking aren't people who've taken a vow to hurt you. They've taken a vow to protect you. Imagine if they actually took a vow to hurt you and to have this quota. to see how many people I can hurt by the end of my 8 or 10 hour shift. It's almost like they did. It's almost like they they made a covenant with themselves that we are going to economically terrorize. We are going to physically harm. We are going to hamstring and harass and interfere with the rights and lives of our fellow countrymen. It's like that that's the oath that they took to themselves. That's how they act. They don't act in any way, shape, or form like, "Wow, this this guy's anonymity is precious." It's one of those precious stones that I must protect at all costs. Remember what Thomas Payne said, guard with guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect anyone who comes near that precious jewel. Nothing will preserve it but downright force. And when you give up that force, you're ruined. So rather than these law enforcers, these oathtakers keeping their oath and protecting that precious jewel, they're trying to take that precious jewel from you. They they were the worst domestic abusers you've ever seen in your entire life. And the thing that makes it even more worse and ironic or even worse and ironic is the fact that it's done under the color of law in the name of protection and service and all their criminalities and theft and extortion are legalized. And in their minds, because they're order followers, they think that's okay. They've been completely demoralized into thinking that they're doing the country a service by doing something like this to this man. Watch this. where about >> I'm going to go and start this over right here. They they actually were going after another guy and this guy just happened to be walking in the general area and they considered that he was the one who committed the crime without any kind of evidence and they didn't even suspect. This guy didn't even match a description. >> About about suspicious activity, man. >> Suspicious activity. What? Where? Where about? >> They said you got someone. >> You can't view that camera. >> They told I told them what I signs right here next to the uh El. >> I told them what I was doing. I was waiting for I was waiting for my sister to Western Union. Me some money. I always go there and get Western Union and they know me. >> Hey, you got your ID on you? >> Yes, I got my ID. What are you guys doing? Uh while here investigating suspicious >> So he's got his ID. So this guy's being 100% compliant. >> I'm not doing anything. I've been around cameras. So I ain't been doing nothing. All right. So what were you doing over there at the Walgreens? >> I'm waiting on waiting for Western Union. >> Call my sister right now. She's in Florida. >> You have a cell phone. Call her. >> Don't call my sister in Florida. Don't Don't do this. What are you doing? >> OH MY GOD. BACK. >> What are you doing? >> Hands behind your back. >> Put your hands >> What are you doing? >> Oh Jesus. Oh my god. Oh, please. >> Put your hands in his face. Oh my god. Jesus. Oh my god. My >> Oh my god. Oh my god. >> Oh Jesus. Oh my god. >> Now this man is in serious pain cuz they just got break done breaking his wrist. But let me play this back cuz I want to point something out to you. The black cop who stopped this black man right here says that their suspicion based on what happened back there, but it had nothing to do with this guy. He just happened to be in the area. What this guy should have done is just kept his mouth shut and not given him any information at all. Uh he he was compliant. He didn't have to give his ID, but he did give his ID. He was literally uh in the commission of no crime. And this cop right here, and you'll see it on his face in a second, there there will be this moment at which he realizes, "Wow, I just messed up big time, but they don't care." And the black cop who stopped this black man right here does nothing to stop the body slam. As a matter of fact, after the as this white cop is putting his arms around this black man, the black cop is saying, "Uh, you know, basically, stop resisting. You need to comply." So he's going totally along with the white white guy, the white cop. >> Western Union, call my sister right now. She's in Florida. You have a cell phone caller. >> Don't call her like this. Call my sister in Florida. Don't Don't do this. >> What are you doing? OH MY GOD. >> WHAT ARE YOU doing back >> at this point? As at this point, the black cop could say to the white cop, "Dude, I'm just asking questions right now. We don't even know if we got the right guy." He'll say that later. The black cop will say it to the white cop later and you'll see the white cop's face drop. But the people are con the reason I'm pointing out black and white here is it's a black cop who stopped and detained a black man. This has nothing to do with racism. This is 100% authoritarianism. It's statism. Statism is the cancer that believes that some men, certain special men and women, have rights the rest of us don't have. And they have the right to lay their hands on us. They have the right to abuse us. They have the right to hurt us. And they have the right to end our lives if they see fit. And they can just, you know, in many, many cases, they walk away scot-free like Philip Braillesford did when he was acquitted of the murder, the clear on camera broad daylight murder of Daniel Shaver. and hundreds and hundreds and thousands of other police officers who've been uh acquitted for similar heinous crimes. But let me just back this up because I I just want you to see >> that this black cop is doing nothing to clarify the situation or to step in and stand in the gap and protect this black man from getting body slammed and have his wrist broken. >> All right. So, what were you doing over there at the Walgreens? Waiting on waiting for Western Union. Call my sister right now. She's in Florida. You have a cell phone caller. >> Don't call this. Call my sister in Florida. Don't Don't do this. What are you doing? OH MY GOD. >> What are you doing? >> Hands behind your back. >> Cut your hands. >> What are you doing? >> Oh Jesus. Oh my god. Oh, please. >> What are you doing? Oh my god. Jesus. Oh my god. Keep moving my roof. Oh my god. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. >> How do you continue cuffing a guy who's screaming out in agony and pain? I mean, only only a psychopath could do that. I don't even see how you could possibly continue to carry out your duties or what you think your duties are as a guy is writhing and screaming out in pain. Look at this. Jay Lobo gifts 50 Here's the deal memberships in the room right now. Jay Lobo, thank you very much, man. Let's get back to this video. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. Oh jeez. Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> Hold on. OH GOD. OH JESUS. It hurts. >> I'm going to take it off. Hold on. >> Slide it up your arm. >> This is just painful to watch, man. Cuz this guy's wrist is truly broken. >> Unbelievable. >> I'm going to take it off. I want you to relax. They're all They're all See, this is what I can't stand about group think is they're all participating in this and they have no idea. Like this cop right here, this bald-headed cop, he doesn't look like General Ben. Does he am I am I thinking of the right uh gentle Ben or something like that? I'm thinking the word Ben, but I don't know. It's a It's a little kid actor, but this cop has no idea why he's holding this man down. He doesn't know if the guy's guilty or innocent. Same with this young cop right here. Everybody just arrives. Same with the cop who the sergeant who bodys slammed him. Nobody knows what the hell is going on or if they got the right guy. It's basically ready, fire, aim, or fire, ready, aim. They're not It's not even sequential. What I hate about group think is everybody just piles on. Everybody adopts the same irrational thought process and mentality and attitude and they don't stop to ask questions. Hey, first of all, is this the right guy? Second of all, if this is the right guy, did he actually commit a crime? If he did commit a crime, who's the victim? I mean, do we have our our ducks in a row or our tees crossed and our eyes dotted? I can't stand this because even even in regular non-law enforcement spheres like let's say you go to a concert or you find yourself in a big crowd somewhere individuality gets lost to the group because the group is the the overpowering and dominant force. So when you put a uniform and a badge and a gun and this this idea of perceived authority on it, now you got a bunch of very very dangerous order followers and whether you're wrong or right, you're automatically wrong. It doesn't matter how right you are, it's going to always be dangerous when the government is always so wo woefully wrong. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Just lay down. Lay down. >> Okay. >> Oh, sir. Sir, me on my back. >> Yeah. Well, we'll get to that in just a second. All right, one thing at a time. It's coming. >> Do that in a second. Okay, >> it's coming. >> Put this Put this arm up over your head. Back up. >> Put this arm up over your head. >> There you go. >> Let me see what this police department was. That was a good shot of his patch right there. Hold on. >> Put this arm up over >> Valdoa Police. Quality service, citizen satisfaction. It's just the slogans. They kill me. >> Put this arm up over your head. There you go. Roll over. Oh. >> [laughter] >> You have a warrant for your >> This was Oh, they got the guy with the warrants over there. >> Huh? Okay. Now, watch Wheeler's face. This is Wheeler right here. Watch when the realization sinks in that they got the wrong person. No, there's two different people >> cuz they pointed this guy out to me. >> So, anyone told about 27 and 29 through Florida, please. >> Sierra 530 001 74 005. By the way, just to give you a little bit more uh backstory on this, the officer is Billy Wheeler, the Valdoa Police Department, and he faced a federal civil rights lawsuit, and there was a $350,000 settlement for the guy laying on the ground. That's Antonio Smith. Put on my glove and put here. >> I got you. We [clears throat] >> We got you. All right. Stay on the >> Now, keep an eye on Wheeler's face. Billy. Officer Billy Wheeler's face here when he realizes they got the wrong guy. >> No, that's the other guy. >> The other guy is over there. They pointed out two different people. >> Watch. Watch his face. >> They got the guy with a with a warrant. This guy, I had just got contact with him. >> Look, did you see his face? Total dejection. >> A warrant. this guy. I had just got contact with him. >> Look at his face. Look at his face. And despite the incident and no initial disciplinary action, Wheeler was promoted from sergeant to lieutenant. I actually should have put that as a question. What do you think happened to Sergeant Wheeler here? Of course, after this incident, this happened February 8th, 2020. By the time May rolled around, Billy Wheeler got a promotion. They will promote you for initiating and executing evil on Earth under the color of protecting and serving. Billy Wheeler got a promotion. Of course. How many times have we seen that where they do the most heinous things, even worse than Officer Billy Wheeler here, and they get a promotion, they get a pay raise, they get they get to be become a part of the command staff. And when a people like this right here become a part of the command staff, as corrupted as it was before, it's going to be even more corrupted because they're willing to do this to innocent people. >> I thought this was going to war. No, that's why I was trying to No, cuz there's two different people. That's why I was trying to figure out if I had missed something. He told me to put his hands behind his back cuz they pointed this guy out, too. The people at the store pointed him out. Also, >> by the way, Billy Wheeler, Officer Billy Wheeler and his attorneys denied any wrongdoing, claiming his actions were quote objectively reasonable because he believed Smith had an outstanding warrant and alleged that Smith had resisted. Well, guess what Smith was resisting? Smith was resisting tyranny. He's He wasn't resisting justice. He wasn't obstructing justice. He was obstructing oppression, unreasonable, unwarranted, unjust oppression. But the attorney said, "Hey, no wrongdoing." There was an internal investigation. "Hey, no, Billy Billy in good faith believed that Mr. Smith had committed a crime and had a warrant." And that's all it takes. All it takes is for a cop to say, "Well, I believed I was doing right. I believed I was apprehending the appropriate bad man so that I could protect society." Okay, Billy got you protected, man. Don't worry about it. How about a promotion? >> Don't move your arm. Okay. Don't move your arm. Don't tell me something. I thought he was the one. >> No. Well, I thought I had missed something. He told him to put his hands behind his back. That's why I thought I had missed something because because it's two different people. >> And man, okay, just think about how ludicrous this is. Let's say you were a part of a a big company, small company, mom and pop shop, you know, part of Walmart or UPS or FedEx or your your local uh dentistry, you know, association. Let's say that you went out there and you cost your company, let's say you work for a grocery store. You cost your grocery store $350,000 uh settlement. So, there's a $350,000 settlement paid. You were a bag boy. You gave a little lip to a customer. The customer said she didn't appreciate that and then you slammed the customer to the ground and then she sued the grocery store and the grocery store had to fork over $350,000 and then the grocery store turns around and makes you the employee of the month and promote you from bad boy to general manager. That's what we're talking about here. What just happened with with this police department right here, the Valdosa Police Department, happens in police and sheriff's departments all across the country every single day. And it would never stand in a free market scenario. This is not a free market. This is coercion. This is theft. This is violence. This is brutality. But it's all legalized so that it makes it all right. Only in an atmosphere of statism and government intrusion can a guy like Billy get a promotion and a pay raise. Cuz they cuz they they just pointed this guy out to me. >> In reference to what? >> Reference to whatever was going on over there. They said this is the guy, but apparently there's another guy over there too cuz a lady >> they wanted CT on him as well. >> I don't know. I had I hadn't even asked. They just said right there, right there, right there. >> I'm Antonio in6007. The one that be calling about the witches all the time. >> Christian. >> Okay. >> Okay. [groaning] Okay. Keep your arm stay where it is. Put a one in the room if you've ever had a broken wrist or a broken ankle. It is so dang excruciating. I mean, you're talking about less than 3% of your body just shooting major pain up your arm or up your leg. >> God damn it. >> I'm so confused. Wait, wait. >> Okay, so >> he's not the one with the warrant. >> No. No. >> I'm so conf This is the wrong time to ask. This is the wrong time to ask. This is why I say fire ready, aim. Look at this guy's face. Wait a minute. I'm I'm confused. You mean this is this guy doesn't have a warrant or he does have a warrant? Why didn't you ask that before you started helping your colleagues put torture cuffs on a man with a freshly broken wrist? >> Apparently, he has a warrant. So, so whenever they were talking to him, swore said, "Hey, come over here and see if there's another guy." Cuz that guy said, "Hey, there's another guy also." >> So when I walk on side of the store, people are there like that guy. That guy, that guy. I was like, "Hey, he's walking through the red riff end." So I thought this was the guy that they were calling about cuz he said cuz that guy said he's not the one that had to call. They said he said it was this guy. So then he was walking down. I was like, "All right." Well, I went back to go grab my car and I and I got him stopped here. And then he was like, "Hey, put your hand back." And I thought I I had missed something. >> My god. >> Get his ID and stuff. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Hold on a sec. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. We got We got ambulance coming. Okay. Now they're being all gingerly with him because the reality has kind of set in that uh we could be in trouble right here. Uh don't worry about it. We got qualified immunity. [clears throat] >> You don't want to talk to the ambulance? >> Oh my god. >> Hold on. >> Now, now the reality is setting in for the black cop who initially detained Antonio Smith. >> Sir, sir, one sec. One second. One second. >> What have we done? Can you just can you just hang out and let ambulance look at you? >> But but it's not real. It's not going to be life-changing. They'll they'll go on to do this to more and more people during the course of their career. >> Just give me one second. Let me let me talk to somebody real quick. Okay. And I'll be right back. I'll talk to you. Okay. >> All right. You know this guy's in some major major pain. >> Put my hands behind my back. >> Huh? >> You said what, man? >> As I was getting ready to put my hands behind my back, he forcefully put pick me up. >> Yep. >> I know what happened. God, there was just absolutely no reason for that body slam. That's how it is. I was way on Man, I feel sorry for this guy. [clears throat] >> God, you know that pain just is just creeping in, man. Cuz now the adrenaline is kind of draining from his body. You know, he's going to be hurting for certain in the next in the in the coming days. A broken wrist is no joke, man. [snorts] >> I think they just keep on standing around. I don't want to waste anybody's time here. Billy comes. Billy Wheeler comes back. I'll give it back to him. Okay. Hey, you got your ID, man. That'll just make it a little bit faster. >> Got your ID. He already gave He already gave you his ID and you gave it back. >> Uh just tell me your first name. >> So, the bottom line is this guy here on the left, that's Billy Wheeler. He was acquitted of all charges. Uh no wrongdoing. What he did was objectively reasonable in the eyes of the attorneys and the the state people. And Billy Wheeler was graduated from sergeant in February of 2020 to lieutenant in May of 2020, that same year. So this is what you get when you initiate unjust force and violence on peaceful people who have literally done nothing wrong. Billy Wheeler didn't even have to bodyslam him. This guy was complying. He wasn't even resisting the injustice. He had already given his ID. He was going to put his hand behind his back. He wasn't fighting back. There was no reason at all for this. And yet people like this get rewarded in this corrupt injustice system that we all are forced to endure. >> [bell]
