we're out with her
[Applause]
easy easy easy easy easy easy easy easy
stop
stop
calm down relax
calm down
please
come down
okay listen cooperate right now we'll
explain everything you need to
collaborate okay we're gonna we're gonna
talk to everybody we'll talk to your mom
talk to your dad calm down for right now
okay okay this is for your safety I
honestly I have no idea okay listen
let's do this let's do this okay let's
do this let's walk with us we're gonna
walk back up here where the police cars
are okay
for real I just never happened to me
just ask questions for now okay
yes
okay walk with the officers just walk
with the officers
can we start moving these vehicles let's
take care of traffic first
down there for me all right
his wife's there sounds like these
people saw everything okay
so they didn't say they just called I'm
Out send them on their way okay so
that's the wife that verducci's talking
who supposedly she said
they didn't okay we have any vehicle
description anything
we got a silver Nissan
unknown at this time
it's likely going to have front end
damage okay
who else really saw this anybody I'm
gonna ask the wife who saw it somebody
these people saw it but they did not
okay all right
what other units do I have inbound we
call into the resource officer yeah you
want to lock down there
SRO and Rice School
who else we have inbound down here
affirmative fire department is going to
be in route as well we need to set up an
LZ Outback
that's his necklace
[Music]
yeah
I'm gonna need uh I'm gonna need all the
equipment set up here for a lot or for
the uh
uh fatal all right just set it up
yeah we will got it we'll be able to see
a tree where it messes
when who uh where was he was he face up
face down we don't know we got here he's
on his left side okay
all right up ready to go anywhere
all right
you have cones I do just grab some cones
just walk off this area
who's this car here
do we know
all right he's going to get the feel so
that's not trying to scene okay they're
bringing it all out who's coming out
78 District guards Dead equipment's
coming out what's that what's that I got
two units going down there already Matt
got two detectors coming out okay let's
throw canvas where's the dog at uh what
does the wife showed up so wipe them
through the dogs in the car that's
banged up yeah there's a Nissan symbol
here
um
over here shots
all right that's pretty good um
indicator yeah we gotta we got a grm
going out huh we'll see him coming down
he's walking down so
um I got Rose and I got
um
or a lot is going to be taking the
escort with the angels with the airlift
set up if he's going down there as well
shelter in place huh they got a shelter
I call DSR
324 is his number
you run down or not
200 they're over to you now
do you need more tape
I'm gonna start canvassing and you have
any extra I'm starting to crack your
card by pretty banging everything I mean
based on his enemies it's missing the
symbol it's gonna have it's going to
have fun and damage spotted me King
Frank car
there you go
where where does he
lived
real quick
thank you
yeah they all show has your name so they
get your information
douche describe these gentlemen's
information so we have it please
you guys are just passing by part with
uh we're both with each Empire I live in
uh you heard it come out okay yeah just
so we have an angel real quick and
that'll be good thanks
and you are sir I'm I'm a name I love it
to foxmore we were on our way out we saw
the dogs loose in the middle of the
street okay and as soon as you got it
came out to see about the dogs and I saw
him playing okay shoulder here okay
did you officers get your information
can you grab the Showman's information
as well he was the one who located them
Central 22105 this message go out yet
regarding silver Nissan
I'm just gonna walk this real quick
walking together maybe I can't tell if
it's actually very far away
copy that
oh we can get Cherry Hill or what route
they're gonna take and get down to watch
intersections but
we do huh
you'll look good
see boss and Rose you ever come from
another call
and I'm outside looking inside with
everything yeah just they listen back in
the cars just to start just start
checking for a silver Nissan with front
end damage you start hitting all these
courts everything close
now if they're clearing out for
transport you can head back here
um
one of the witnesses somebody's all
silver Nissan
yeah
where's Frankie at hey Gary Bay
where do we get the silver car from
see it she said she drove by
the subject was already on the ground
the gentleman she saw a silver Nissan
drive-by and keep going but she did not
see a collision we have nobody that
confirmed they saw a collision a vehicle
hit the person all we have is a witness
who said I saw a silver Nissan drive by
when the subject was already on the
ground because it came by a second
thought this one loops around right yeah
that goes back on what if they came back
to see what they did
so I mean that's that's our Nexus to a
silver a silver car however from my
understanding what who's taking pictures
here is he doing pictures with his
detectives yeah well hang on Shane got
detectives coming unless I mean
so we got no actual observation
I mean his injuries I would say are
consistent as a Nissan symbol from a car
is that that's a Nissan like uh like
hood ornament right so
what number did he say he was 324 at the
uh right School
324 on 105.
hey nobody saw any vehicle description
right there's no she said that she just
saw she saw a silver car drove by but
she didn't see it like hit anybody she
just saw it drive so there was no
indication that he got hit by a vehicle
but that's it that's all she said
whose car is this
I don't know
205
.
we just move it up he's just in the bay
spot
are you a part of this keep going
hit him
so they didn't see they just called I'm
sending them on their way okay so that's
the way that my Gucci's talking to
supposedly she said they saw that
yesterday
no they just saw somebody drive by what
kind of animal do you gotta do to [ __ ]
them
they said they saw a card
[ __ ] she she didn't she didn't see
collisions
you said you did not
you saw a car drive past him was he
already on the ground
he was already on the ground you saw a
cargo pass
and you didn't see glitch since you saw
a cord Drive buying it
yeah
like and just ignore them
they might have not seen him do you have
any
right
do you have a vehicle description or
license basis
of the car that's a buy them okay so you
didn't actually see a collision wow
thank you
[Applause]
[Music]
fire department's going to be in route
as well you need to set up an LG Outback
so go ahead to clear up the confusion
she only saw the car drive by she did
not see a collision she saw absolutely
nothing we have nothing besides this the
stuff that's on the ground here a silver
right here
is his necklace I got his info all right
you got her info too I didn't get hers
yet this is his necklace they just can't
take it with him okay what's that
they're going to keep that on for now
they just need that awesome anything
they take off them you'll get
guys who are you guys
found him in the street the dog
and usually you guys
the tag from the Nissan that hit him the
tag is right there water okay Grill
ornament or hood ornament okay all right
let's uh and uh what's his what
um do you have anyone that could come
here we can take her to the hospital
John's not home nobody's home so I know
this is
I don't want to overwhelm you let's
focus on getting someone to watch your
kids and we'll get you to the hospital
okay we're home and we can take you to
the hospital so you tell us what you
want to do or if you want Lisa to pick
your daughter up
or somebody to be here with the boy with
yourself whatever you want and I'm just
an extra person now
just work out finding someone to watch
our kids get home okay thank you and I I
just don't want her driving because
obviously this is a lot right oh my God
and we forgot something at the house and
thank God we did
we get to come to my house please
thank you bye where are the dogs I put
the dogs in the house
the front door's unlocked so okay
okay
they must have hit him in there let's do
this let's get let's get out of here
where where your guy's car is at oh
we're right around all right let's let's
come this way but let's walk out of the
road here all right so just right up
against here
okay absolutely I'm gonna walk her over
there okay you want to walk over there
while you're making the calls and
we'll make this passage
okay so let's just walk here we're gonna
have the roadway blocked off as a crime
scene
do you want I need to talk to you
because
they live right here I'm working on
someone to come watch her kids getting
off the bus and the neighbor's gonna
take her
back
bye
so what you do you guys live back here
okay so um
and and you were driving I was on a
meeting at home today okay but so I'm
just trying to figure out okay I was at
home on a meeting Kathy knocked the door
with one of the dogs and said somebody
else has the dog I needed to come down
the road because Dean's in the road
and then I was with him okay so you walk
down there so long
with me okay so you guys went together
I took out her at the house and we
walked back up
the road I didn't know if he fell or
okay what but it how long ago did you go
on the walk gosh oh gosh I want to say
it was we left the house
12 40 we pulled out and he was coming
down the street with the dog
we turned the corner and realized we
forgot something went back oh thank God
you did okay we went back we probably
would have witnessed it but we we went
back to the house got what we needed
came back and her two dogs were in the
road okay so and that was and when Bob
went around I said where's Dean he went
around and he said he's in the street
okay so we didn't see that that was
about so that was like 12 40
14 12 45. he saw him at 12. coming out
of here yeah he was walking here
just crosses the road here so it had to
be it was just nice all the time so
between 12 40 12 45 about about five
minutes all right do you have someone
coming to watch your kids
I don't know who else to call how many
how many kids do you have two okay
teenagers
all right
um tonight all right so
let's do this
um
don't I'm looking out here in my
freaking house
pay attention we're gonna get you
cleaned up and we'll get you to pay
attention don't tell your kids die no I
I can't promise you I'm not gonna make
one thing or another okay but I need you
to pay attention to me okay we're not
going to tell your kids what's going on
so you can focus on it get to the
hospital have someone watch her kids and
then we'll deal with everything else
later okay so the most important thing
is get there what should she tell the
kids
don't tell them anything for right now
which they have to know why she's not
home
yeah so that's up that's up to you right
if you what what time do your kids get
off the bus
somebody needs to pick Isabella today
because she's supposed to be having a
haircut do you have I can call Ben yeah
like a family member or something that
can no we're here on our own okay my
family's all in England we're we're here
we're here
I just don't
um I don't want to scare your kids
um so I want I want you to focus on your
husband and not on the kids for right
now and we'll cross that bridge later
right so the most important thing in
this moment is just get to the hospital
so you can help him get um answer any
questions for the Doctors medical stuff
things like that okay so let's do we we
have someone coming to to figure out the
kids situation okay she couldn't help
with the kids okay
oh I don't know I don't know what to do
one step at a time well yeah let's do
that let's uh and what are you guys are
going to drive into the hospital I'll
take her to the hospital all right so
um take her to the hospital now right
you want to go wash your hands get
cleaned up a little bit thank you no I'm
just trying no no you could be as rude
as you want my job is just to walk you
through this this isn't normal it
doesn't happen all the time it's going
to be a lot of emotions so I'm simply
just walking you through it okay
watch my hands get in the car get in the
car
they'll let you wash up there I you need
to get there like this
you can go with me they need they need
his medical information they're going to
need someone there to answer the
question so we got to get you there okay
let's let's walk up to your house
walk up to the house
sir just give us a call with questions
or anything we need to do okay
if you can just let us know before we
leave
so
Captain he was he left the house they
saw him at 12 40. come in the corner
they swept they they went back to the
house to grab something came back by 12
45 he was in the road dogs running
around about five minutes
oh we're not 100 on that car
no because so they're going down but I
wonder if they drove back around the
loop to see what they did right but so
so that woman who said you saw the car
slow down it didn't stop you didn't get
a tag anything she just said it's a
silver minivans or a Clubby but she
didn't see any collisions or something
so I was telling um cat the uh it was
about a five minutes she was out here
walking the dogs about 40. they swung
back to go to the house to grab
something came out here by 12 45s on the
ground
you might not realize what they did then
came around a second time
I just assumed that no
um
Chief knows I think we did everything we
can at this point we're going to start
campus
not cool did a front emblem gotta be as
big yeah
the one we're gonna go to
great one it's a long shot but never
never I can call the County Highway
anything new songs came to the
intersection
yeah and if not then we I mean and we we
know it's definitely that testing had to
be involved uh I wonder if they like
lost their plate that's why they came
back through yeah
there's probably not really a lot of
houses on Coventry if that went if that
went out to the intersection here how
are you Hazard yeah Harry has it yeah
yeah let's see if we get on that quick
so we can maybe get this thing before uh
you can clear up you got a couple non-uh
priority Falls painting uh
you left his house 1240 so somewhere
your location
somewhere in here I don't know
cranberry
where's that at here I'm not sure
exactly where
it's gonna be right off
it's in here
okay
sounds like they may have the vehicle
over here
that's really looks like being struck
head trauma
craft
where was his head at
International
hi honey
just take down New Jersey Alpha two
seven Romeo
the vehicle here that's going to match a
description the damage associated with
that crash
Nissan yeah right yep
Jersey Alpha 2-7 Colonial like oh
uh
where does it come back to
oh
yep that's it no emblem no no emblem
yeah
where's it come back to
a truck yeah right here
we're gonna hold this
yeah
all right let's not put too much foot
traffic stay close
substantial twenty two one zero five
so you can locate a dog forest for a
track here vehicle's unoccupied it's uh
Ro out of Vineland
[Music]
you want me to check up there let's just
start now of course
we got a ring cam over here
Ring The Ring cam you might okay
all right
job Rose outstanding work
we're at 173 is a train where's he all
in training uh
[Applause]
he's coming in now
no
it's got somebody free let's get
somebody over CVS and or
stuff all over the road
I don't know
who's uh
the alpha
queen that car that's the right
see if we get idea who he is
yeah
reported to be
vehicle here headed north on
Canterbury
on Canterbury it's a white female so
this way blonde hair
let's go be a female blonde hair
if there was another subject with her
enough
and we're trying to get a dog too try
not to contaminate too much
copy that
I don't want them contaminating too much
we have dog coming yeah I just want to
sleep
no you can go home that's fine no you
can do you do what you need to do I
heard a sandwich I'm about to leave is
that okay yeah why am I eat it
female driver yes if we see who's
getting tickets
blonde hair
go again
thank you
yeah
okay
what number yet
two three oh shoot three
I should just added a note set though
195 is gonna be reviewing brain camera
footage from number five correction
number three Canterbury
so much
no air conditions or magic I don't want
to go too down yeah
obviously they put a flash after one
Porsche they are this yeah
one of these students
are all looking for a ride blonde hair
blonde hair I'm gonna have hopefully
I'll have a DL number in a minute but
if you want to jump in your car okay and
roll down that way that's fine just over
that Dragon stand yep
Rose that's good work man
assistant blonde girl
hey hey Joey
here yeah stand by won't you run with
the dog
huh definitely was wearing that thing
hit CBS Joey CVS yeah
just slopes just find her stay mobile up
there
foreign
get a clothing description out
so she's
here and then she starts running yeah
about three minutes
she just killed somebody yeah
all right 22 units we're looking for a
white female
pink colored like tight pants
and a cream-colored jacket
wearing slippers yeah well like she's
just standing there in her driveway and
I don't know where she starts like
picking it can you pause it when she's
at the like we had the closest look over
yeah and she starts like panicking
that's like all right you copy the
description it's gonna be a longer cream
colored like sweater jacket
and pink colored pants blonde hair here
carrying a purse
we didn't go down there because the
attraction
or let the dog run
without contaminated it's right here she
could she's down here she looked injured
so we're not worried about her being
hurt she couldn't go that far
she's probably sitting there we got her
on a ring camera
we're gonna need that in here pretty
quick
Hey sir hey Corp what's going on man
um we had a uh pretty bad hit and run
it's our suspect vehicle here we have a
white female ring camera okay takes off
that way so we've gone as far as where
she is right there that's where she was
last seen okay and uh going uh towards
the court on foot I'll get my partner
out um live officer Rose Bowl with you
yeah how much foot traffic is benefiting
that's what I'm saying so we've had that
going past like where that green trash
can is where the officer is right there
okay so anything beyond that is not us
all right cool
all right white females pink stretch
pants and like a gray cream called like
a cream colored like sweater like a
longer sweater but she the Ro's out of
violence so I'm not sure if she's local
what she's doing around here but
um she went that away
why do we have another Squad coming in
so we're 30 minutes out you're gonna run
with the dog Rose
good
huh
you both can go yeah he's Corners down
here
all right
we're out with her
[Applause]
[Applause]
easy easy easy easy easy easy easy easy

yeah okay all right is it in your purse
okay let's take your purse off just stay
nice and calm for us okay we're gonna
we're here to help you
do you need an ambulance are you hurt
one idiot
so we'll have to go have a seat over
here one of the cars and we'll calm down
for a minute okay
let's go with the officers
okay we'll call her we'll call her are
they coming from where Franklinville no
my dad lives in my mom lives in
Blackwood black lives
we'll talk to him okay well whose cars
um who's 01 who's that say you all right
let's come over here what's your first
name again Nicole Nicole come over here
Nicole you're okay
we have some things that we have to do
okay so we're going we want you to
cooperate with us so we could do this
the easy way okay just like don't don't
run away or anything like that oh no no
these guys are fast like yeah no more
fighting with the officers okay let's
just be calm I didn't know what to do I
know well let's not let's cooperate okay
that's the best thing you can do right
now so we'll walk right over here to the
police car we'll have a seat real quick
okay and then we'll get this all figured
out okay when your mom gets here we'll
let her know what's going on okay all
right let's walk right over here closer
your boss is gonna walk with you yep
she's gonna walk you feel comfortable
with her yeah okay
that wasn't gonna go well that's why I
stopped it understand okay
where are we at where's that car right
there that black one
uh
all right
whoa
Central 22-209 over here right now with
the Cherry Hill units
all right
foreign
pretty bad
yeah
he went through the windshield
he went up over 100
and she had to be doing 45. he coached
oh by the time he's like starts rolling
over the car he's probably here
she was leaving doll's house going home
we they whoever found her probably found
her trying to get back to doll's house
so this is doll's girlfriend yeah he was
on Stafford
she was probably coming from this house
she was trying to go back yeah I'm
saying yeah she was probably trying to
go back she probably pulled around
looked at him ran through here and then
realized we're already here
guys like what am I gonna do especially
as soon as they figured out who the car
belongs to figure out you know that
correlation I don't see any time I knew
that sounded familiar yeah why after I
said where'd she come from she had a
boyfriend who's your boyfriend James
Andrew Dahl no it's Andrew
roadless Road was wet yeah yeah again if
he's going if he's she's speeding wet
Road
you gotta go that way
that way no
I don't know
she might not even break at all just I
don't think she did dude
that's what I was looking for like
passive yeah it's a pat it's a passenger
side if you want to see the pictures
those past passenger side window
and there's glass all over the seat
she's got to be covered in glass herself
that emblem's off of there thank you
fell off
can you go this way no if you go
straight no
um
[Music]
that's why I want to get the hole
because I think he was I think he's
walking across probably got hit right
here 209
.
we'll work quick
so we got this whole roadway we got a
lot of food this way right
here
we can decide the Curve
Sarge I'm I was scheduled for
we want to start start over there
all right
good
foreign
but it is in the worst great thank you
yep
song
brown paper ones I'll check we're good
because I want to grab I just don't put
the shoes
yeah
and that emblem
thank you
Joe I only got small ones
foreign
I
got the emblem
you want to just take the evidence and
then you can throw it on my desk
yeah
I think those shoes should be put in
separately
on this one
what's up
okay
um
um something I had a gear what's that
did a deer what's your daughter's name
from Nicole Bosco please or you guys you
live is this in from Vineland
huh
yeah okay she didn't hit a deer she had
a person
okay
um
all right
all right just pull over into the
shoulder here I have the sergeant come
talk to you okay
in the shoulder right there
you gotta go that way
you have to go that way oh yo wait wait
yeah you're good
yo Sarge
the mom for the
the girl who is a driver she's right
here
mom man she she called Mom and said she
had a deer I said no [ __ ] a person
Nicole basker yeah Saturday yeah
why why does that sound so familiar
is that Andrew doll's girlfriend
[Applause]
how are you are you okay
okay so she's all right I'm just gonna
roll this down she's okay
most important she's coming back to our
police station right now so you can
start heading there she is okay all
right all right now we're eating so real
quick
what's Nicole's birthday
yes okay so our Police Department
984 Tuckerton Road if you plug into your
phone before you leave
okay not nothing important yeah
this officer is going to give you the
information
[Music]
okay yeah no problem
[Music]
oh
Tuckerton Road
let's see chocolatey New Road yep that's
it where um where was she coming from
[Music]
okay
she's not a bad girl
no no one's saying that know what your
action has happened okay
um
okay hi uh and how old is she she's 24.
so when you get to the um when you get
to the station you're gonna head inside
right uh to the left what time is it
right now
okay to the last there's going to be a
few women behind the counter just let
them know that your uh Nicole's mom and
then uh and they'll have you wait
obviously she's an adult so you're not
gonna be able to go back there but at
least when she's done talking to uh the
detectives you can drive her home all
right all right do you have any
questions
yeah so it's it's going to tell you to
take a U-turn however you can't right so
um
is that it is that it talk to him no
Tuckerton Tuckerton 9984 Tuckerton Road
oh that's it oh yes right here right
yeah so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna
have you back up all right and then
you're gonna go into this neighborhood
it wraps all the way around
it wraps all the way around yeah
keep going keep backing up
you're in the clear keep going keep
going you're gonna go that way
yeah
no problem
[Music]
you know you know who the driver is
Andrew doll's girlfriend
no she's throwing his car a few weeks
ago but this one this car is hers
that was her mom
she called her mom and said I hit a deer
come pick me up
to the station
thank you
Charles yes hey I'm detective Magnus so
uh we're right now just processing her
um basically the way it's going to work
here so over here
yeah that's fine
um yeah so she's getting processed right
now
um she's being charged with just playing
the scene that's the only thing it's a
third degree charge it's based on the
judge whether or not it's going to be
put on a warrant I don't foresee it to
be put on a warrant so she should be
coming home today
um but it's the judge could see it
another way and it's really a Turkish
question okay I'll show you something
just because sure
anytime no matter what
I was a public works director in three
different states I wish for 25 years I
wish I had that 20 years ago I hate
people anyway okay
what do you call that Walden are you
familiar with the area at all yeah but
I've worked here for about seven years
this is her boyfriend he lives okay he's
not familiar with it okay okay she came
out I'm not I'm from before from violent
okay so Stafford's like over here yeah
she came out of style probably you know
pasta I think it's this one yeah maybe
it's like a dead end thing whatever well
she was on Crown Royal yep so Crown
Royal yep she went around Crown Royal
and then
um
this is your area right here I guess of
the Park
yeah okay
she called me this is how I know where
she was this is from her phone okay she
says I had a beer I said where are you
King's Grant I said get off the road
I'll have to call and just take a
picture of it see if it's drivable or
what we got to do we gotta get an
insurance claim you gotta call the
police okay so that's when she pulled in
here on Coventry so
it was on the phone with me and the
insurance company
or whatever and all I heard was what are
you doing what are you doing let go of
me and the phone went dead okay I'm in
Wildwood working on the boardwalk
disruption company
so I call Burlington County
dispatch it's also a fireman for 20
years okay you know the numbers in here
and
they said she was all right whatever
whatever I'm thinking somebody's a
doctor
it's a rightful concern yeah but I mean
that's how far she went because people
on Facebook are saying it happened in
front of the park it happened right here
where right here her car right there
in her car was it right there
the Coventry actually there's a car so
well that's where her phone was her car
was parked
right here so she got out and walked I
guess when she was talking to you and
that's eventually where she ended up and
that's where we contacted her yeah we
were on the phone with Progressive
because you put on a whole uh in a world
three-way call and
you know so yeah I mean that's like okay
here's what I can tell you she did not
hit a deer she did not hit a dog that's
what we're finding out that that that's
what this is that's what the
investigation that's why we've been
talking her this time that's why things
have been going at the pace they are
like I'm telling you Chief Deputy Chief
Captain uh Lieutenant two sergeants two
uh
three detectives and God knows how many
patrolmen have all been investing in
this since 12 40. okay I'm a fatal crash
Reconstructionist I've had the training
on how to shoot the laser
here's what we do here's what here's
what I'm doing right I'm not trying to
prove that your daughter did anything
illegal I'm not trying to jam her up I'm
not trying to make her life what I'm
trying to do is try to give all the
evidence so that if this person does die
because there are criminal charges that
can go with that we can make sure that
if she is guilty we have that evidence
and if she's not guilty we can exonerate
her so that that's kind of that's where
we're at that's what we're looking at
um we have the car um we have the cars
yep we have the car seats we're gonna
apply for a search warrant for it
um we have um she's in custody inside
what's that car inside inside what do
you mean you have it yeah it's in a hole
in the windshield it's impact it's in
yeah it's enclosed yeah yeah yeah
it's enclosed it's in a facility
I'm sorry so I mean listen once we're
done we get the real fun Prosecutors
office we give it back to you insurance
company can do what they need to do and
um you know you guys can look at the
damage
approximately can I get my headphones
nothing right now so do you know where
your headphones are
her pocketbooks with her so we have that
um we're taking the keys to the car but
she's going to take everything else with
her yeah
um yeah all that's going to go with her
I saw like so I didn't see headphones I
saw a jacket or like a sweatshirt like a
bag oh you get all that stuff later on
yeah yeah absolutely yeah once we like
my plan is tomorrow because it's been a
long day tomorrow I'm right the search
warrant let the judge approve it
hopefully if he proves it you know by
the end of tomorrow I'll have it
searched and then
by Thursday morning the prosecutor's
office will say yeah we can release it
to you guys or hey we want to hold on to
it for whatever reason they want to all
right I just got a little pissed off
because Connie said someone would call
me I said it's one o'clock and I drove
from Wildwood tractor trailer
dropped it off the boss place so I can
lose my job and drove up here
respectfully then he received a phone
call yeah yeah I mean so here's off to
your sergeant I think it was a walk
through yeah so I know that's who came
out told me you were here and I can tell
you so since then right because I came
in maybe about 30 minutes after that
I've been with her almost the entire
time and it's we have to we call it a
judge
um
things take a long time we interviewed
her we talked to her and then once you
guys like hey she has an attorney all
questions stop well that's the thing
yeah it's family friend Nancy she's
concerned about her yeah and that's
right and then once we start and once
like she even call me I don't know who
she she talked to Kennedy yeah so I
don't know if she if she talked directly
to him but the message got to him he was
the one doing the initial interview
that's when he's like okay and we
stopped yeah and that was through me
because I got pissed because nobody's
letting me know if she's okay so yeah
and I get your concerned and you got to
forgive us because people talk to the 30
then if you want to talk to Dad well you
got to forgive us right this is a big
scene we have someone else
we have like 90 guys working but working
like a shift it could be anywhere from
like day shift with detectives could be
18 to like if it were lucky like 24 25
with like admin but those guys in their
office they don't wear this they don't
wear all this
you know what I'm a detective so I get
called out for the accidents fatal
overdoses you know the more serious you
know crimes and things like that I was
just looking through my phone because
I'm like this is crazy so that's why I
wanted to get out here for Franklin oh
Franklin yeah
so give me if you can give me like
probably 30 minutes to 45 minutes we
should have her out um like I said I'm
hopeful that it'll be put on a summons
and then we'll get her out of here it's
only one third degree charge so should I
turn the lawyer around yeah I mean if
the lawyer is coming we're not going to
talk to her like and we're not gonna
allowed to see here because there's
again we're not talking right now we're
not processing if she wants to come in
like tomorrow or another day and give us
like a statement in front of the
attorney or give us something you know
something like that's when we start
getting at the legal department yeah
exactly we just come up because we're
like we don't know anything no we can't
where's that yeah yeah no we're good
we're like I said we're working on it
right now give us give me like 30 45
minutes did you talk to her brother
Chris no okay maybe this who's the
sergeant with the hair we got a couple
of those
he come out he was like they all have
hair I don't know the hair flared up
like in the Rock like a pop star 50s
little guy okay
it's big yeah I guess he's got he's got
a little man's syndrome he come out
to call me I was stuck at Academy
well somebody called you call me from
that phone mechanical I've been talking
though yeah don't worry about him yeah
so like I said give me my brother heard
about it
so once like so like okay I'm on I'm on
scene doing my thing and I hear you're
like you're all like I hear the phone
calls like hey the father's calling the
father so like
excuse me I was on the scene with
different sergeants like he's on the
phone the prosecutor's office we had
another sergeant on the phone with
another person at the prosecutor's
office and then we're like we'll get
we'll get to we'll get it so bear with
us 20 years I worked very close with all
the Chiefs that were there and you know
Captain Fire Department
emergency management coordinator all
that I understand things quiet you're
quiet
it was a really nice day it was a really
nice day I'm working on a boardwalk
we're having a wonderful day today yeah
yeah I mean yeah so like I said we're on
our end we're gonna do we're putting
everything together just to make sure
again you know to prove you know if she
did it she did it if she didn't do
anything illegal because accidents
happen it's not illegal to get to an
accent we need to prove that she wasn't
driving recklessly that she wasn't on
her phone that she wasn't speeding that
she wasn't under the influence of
anything you know what I mean if we can
rule all that out if we can rule out
that she wasn't driving in the shoulder
if we can rule out she didn't directly
try to hit this guy if we can rule that
out then it's just a couple tracking
packets you know she's definitely gonna
face traffic tickets I know that for a
fact the criminal charge you guys can
stop the kind of girl that should be
locked up
I mean I've been with her for hours now
I mean that's where we're at you see
what I mean she's 25 but she's on me so
16 yeah this is Andrew dispatcher it's
been great she's been really good she's
been very calm very quiet I mean she's
been saying like I want to see my dad I
want to see my dad but other than that
very calm she hasn't cried she hasn't
um
she was on the phone with me and the
insurance company we're called to say
yeah you got a call to get a police
report so yeah that was gonna happen he
said well we came 10 minutes after we
were right there okay 10 minutes okay
but you got you gotta remember what did
we do you think so what did we come on
scene to see right you know we didn't we
didn't see a deer in the roadway we saw
something else and we didn't see a car
so we're reacting to that initially and
then once we get all the facts and once
everything slows down then we know okay
let's take a breath yeah she's just we
want to make sure you know
we're divorce
this lady here has been more kind to her
and teaching her domestic things over
the past year now
then couldn't bother me and so yeah I'm
listen she goes away where you're at she
calls me she sends me her location
throughout the day it's good she called
me every night to say good night and I
just couldn't see what would happen she
went we're not packed up no and that and
again and the point of this
investigation is to ultimately rule that
out if we can right and you know we've
talked to her and I talked to her and
detective did their interview and if she
wants to come in with the lawyer and
write a statement of this is how it went
down she cancel our flights through uh
when you're going
that's what I said
yeah enough you got plenty of time
before court you guys got to play
anything go to Sicily enjoy the bright
the break right all right give me uh
give me like probably 30 minutes
hopefully if the computer's working if
the computer's not working like an hour
all right we'll have her out here for
you guys so most likely
um she's most likely gonna come from the
side and then she'll walk up here and
we'll make sure she'll walk up and you
guys can be hanging out here all right
