Well, you see, sir, yeah, you're 74 years old, and I really should respect my elders, and you haven't broken a law or anything, but hey, I'm a cop. I can do whatever I want to. That's why I pulled you over. >> The reason I stopped you, not against the law, little bit of suspicion, you going about 30 in a 45. >> You see that badge? You see this uniform? That grants me special rights that none of the rest of you have. And you better believe I'm going to take advantage of that power. I'm going to tell you the end from the beginning on this. This man is completely innocent and yet he's treated like a criminal. It's disgusting, outrageous, and infuriating. On Monday, May 26, 2025, that was Memorial Day in Adville, Georgia, this 72-year-old man, William Lynch, was minding his own business. The approaching, encroaching, and infringing officer, Officer Thatcher with APD, even admits that what he pulled William Lynch over for was not against the law. >> The reason I stopped you, not against the law. Little bit of suspicion. You going about 30 in a 45. >> William is about as nice and respectful and quiet of a guy as you could possibly run into. And this still happened to him in the land of the free. >> Go ahead and turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> If you're not already, you might want to think about sitting down for this one because your blood pressure is going to go through the roof. We're going to watch this together and I'll make some comments along the way. >> 07. I am 140 hall station. Sam out of boy 4225 SIB 4225 black off one time. >> Hey, >> how you doing? >> Good. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> All right. Officer D with APD. Reason I stopped you, not against the law, little bit of suspicion. And you going about 30 in a 45 coming out of a 55. >> Wait a minute. A little bit of suspicion, but you haven't broken the law. What the hell is that? >> Little bit of suspicion. >> Transmission. >> It does. Okay. All right. >> I'm trying to baby it. >> Yeah, that's why. >> All right. And uh a little bit of failure to maintain when we were coming down that hill. You crossed over that sideline and then you'd straddled it for pretty much the whole time. So I just been making sure you ain't had nothing to drink. No. >> You had nothing to drink? >> I've been solo for 14 years. Almost 15 years. >> Awesome. Glad to hear that. You got your license, will you? >> Yes. >> Where'd you get the car from? >> Um, it's my son-in-law's car and he gave it >> to himself. >> Yeah. >> But it's got a bad transition. >> Okay. There we go. >> That's my motorcycle. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Perfect. Is this your current address? pass my head. >> Okay. All right. Just give me a few minutes to do that with you. Okay. >> All right. >> All right. >> I'll shut that door for you. >> I got you good. >> Oh, the window don't run out. All right. I'll be with you in just a second. I promise. >> Where you at? >> Will you run over here to AMO with me? I'm going to see if he'll go through fields. His driving and story and talking and all that stuff's kind of making me suspicious. Ammo at Hall station. You know, I don't know about you, but I personally didn't see anything suspicious. And we're going to take the officer's word for it that he was across the fog line, straddling the fog line and riding the fog line. I just don't believe him. Hi, Mr. Lynn. Hey. Um, just to make me feel better, would you be willing to do just a couple of little field sobriety exercises to make sure you're okay? Okay. >> Can you do me a favor? Can you just I just need you to make me feel better. I'm not here to make you feel better. I'm not here to actually secure or protect your rights, but I do need you to do me a favor. This is the talk of a psychopath. >> All right. You just uh we'll just come to that that white line right there. All right. You ain't got no grenades, shotguns, anything like that on you. All right. I'm just going to pat you down just to make sure. And you just got your wallet right. >> This is a violation of this guy's rights. He admittedly, according to the officer, didn't do anything wrong. Didn't break any law. He shouldn't be putting his hands on him. >> Right there. Rose. >> Rose. Okay. Sounds good. All right. You're good. All right. Have you ever done one of these before? Okay. All right. Let's see the sun. Get the sun out of your face. I'll put it in my face instead. Uh, what I want you to do is just put your feet together, hands down by your side. All right. Do you have any injuries to your brain? Any kind of car wreck recently? Any eye injuries? Anything like that? Okay. You have any injuries to your legs or your feet that would prevent you from doing any kind of standing or walking test? Okay. >> You see the tip of my pin? >> Yeah. >> What I want you to do is I'm going to move it back and forth a few times. I want you to remain eye contact with the tip of this pin. Don't move your head. You understand? Mhm. All right. [groaning and screaming] Now, during this nestagmas test, it looks like he did a really good job on it. Remember, you never want to take a field sobriety test. If you ask any lawyer, any ex cop, anybody who's willing to be honest with you will tell you that a field sobriety test is designed to make the participant fail. You never want to do this. If you want to if you want to convince the officer, I mean, this is up to you that you're not drunk. just say just give me let's skip all the the stupid human tricks and let's go to the breathalyzer test which he will take. Guess what he blows. [clears throat] We're in a perfect location. So, we'll just use this uh this line for example. If you want to have a just uh stand right here, put your left foot on that line. You turn around this way. Yeah. That way you see. Yeah. Left foot on the line. All right. Right foot heel to toe. Hands down by your side. Remain in that position till I tell you do otherwise. You understand? >> Okay. When I tell you to begin, I want you to take nine heel to toe steps. Okay? It's going to look like this. I'm going to do three for demonstration purposes. You're going to go one, two, three, and so on until you get to nine. Okay? When you get to your n When you get to your ninth step, keep your front foot planted. Take a series of small steps turning yourself around. Okay? And then continue back. One, two, three, and so on until you get to nine. Okay? When you when you start, don't start yet. Don't start yet. Go back. There we go. When you start, don't stop. Count your steps out loud and remain eye contact with your foot. You understand? >> Yeah. >> All right. You give me 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. guys, 74 years old to subject an elderly man above 60, maybe even above 55. Could you do this? If you're 27, can you do this? If you're 35, if you're 45, but 74 years old, I think he did a really good job. Shouldn't have done it. Shouldn't have submitted to the test, but I think at 74 or even 35, he did a pretty good job. All right. All right. This next test, um, we're going to put our feet together, hands down by our side again. Okay? And this is just a balancing test. There's no more walking. Okay? >> It's just a balancing test. Let me see you do it, officer, and you stop when I tell you to stop. When I tell you to begin, this stuff pisses me off, man. Pick a pick a foot of your choosing off the ground approximately 6 in like this with your toe pointed out and your foot parallel with the ground. Remain eye contact with the toe. And I want you to count out loud 100,00 1,002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop. You understand? Keep your legs straight and your arms down by your side through the entirety of the test. Give me just a second. Don't start yet. >> All right, you can begin. If I knew that this is what I was going to have to subject my fellow Americans to and this is all that was wrong with being a part of law enforcement, I couldn't in good conscience be a part of law enforcement. 1,002 I don't think I can do it. >> Okay. >> 12003 1004 105 Look at him shaking. This is This is This is torment. This is torture to watch somebody treat one of our senior citizens like this. This is a sovereign citizen in a freaking costume and it's not even Halloween subjecting one of our fellow senior citizens to this stupid human trick sideshow when they could actually be solving and stopping real crimes. >> How many times? >> Uh just until I tell you to stop. Yeah. Or in if you unless you feel like you're about to fall, >> you know, we can stop for your safety. 1,001 100,002 1003 1004 1005 1006 1007 1008 >> Okay. All right. You stop. Um I know you said you've been sober for 14 years. >> 15 years. >> 15 years. Have you had anything at all? Any kind of medication? Any kind of drugs? Any kind? >> I take medications for my heart, but that's >> Okay. Well, that's not Yeah. Okay. Um, would you be willing to uh give a just a a roadside breath sample? >> Sure. Okay. >> This this guy, this 74 year old is so agreeable and accommodating and compliant. >> All right, I'll be right back with you. >> And they are going to throw this they are going to throw this guy under the bridge. All right. When I tell you to begin, just uh wrap your lips, give a tight seal around, and blow uh just a steady breath like you're trying to blow up a balloon. Okay. Okay. Okay. You begin blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow. Keep blowing. Keep going. Keep on. There we go. You're all zeros. Um well, sir, um I pulled you over when you didn't even break the law, and I said you didn't break the law. You've been perfectly reasonable and compliant with me. You pretty much passed all the tests at 74 years old. I mean, you passed it with flying colors. You blew triple0, but I suspect you're still lying to me. There's something in your system that's impairing your ability to drive. So, a liar is accusing a possible truth. I I bet Mr. Lynch is a truth teller. A liar is accusing a truth teller of being a liar. My biggest concern is just the driving, the performance of the field so the driving. You said he was doing nothing against the law. I >> mean, have you you haven't taken any any medication at all? Are you prescribed any medicine? >> And this other dumbass officer standing there, he should be going, "Dude, why did you pull him over? He wasn't breaking the law. He was going 30 and a 45 and he wasn't committing any crimes and you still got him out here. You got him hemmed up. He's blown triple zeros. Leave this guy alone. But no, he's not going to do it. He's going to back the blue >> just for your heart. Okay. Do you know what would make you act like this? No. >> What would make you act like this, officer? Are you drunk? Inebriated on your own power and authority? I take uh two blood pressure medications and it makes me kind of fatigued, but other than that, >> okay, cuz you're uh you know, you're ahead. >> The finger. >> Yes. >> Okay. I got clues on every single one of those. >> Oh, yeah. The finger. I got a clue on this. Get a clue on that. >> The involuntary [clears throat] twist of the eyes. When I bring it out, they're just sitting there doing that. Um, and then obvious freaking years oldly the walking turn. So that's why I'm trying to I'm trying to figure out if there's if there is any kind of medication that you've taken that you might think have impaired you a little bit, you know, you can let me know. Okay. >> Why don't you try to figure out how to get a real job and actually be a productive member of society instead of a freaking parasite? >> All right. Well, the way you're driving, I don't believe it's alcohol related. I believe it's medication related. Okay. The way you're driving, um, 35 coming down the highway in a 55. I understand you might have trans. >> Wait a minute. 35 and a 55. And the guy explained to you he's got transmission problems. That's why he was going slow. But you said he was doing 30 and a 45. Let's revisit that. The reason I stopped you, not against the law, little bit of suspicion. You going about 30 and a 45. >> 30 and a 45. So, can you get your story straight, Mr. Officer Thatcher? >> The failure to maintain the field sobriety. I'm going to do three more tests on you. Uh they're more advanced tests uh to do not related to alcohol pretty much. Uh I'm going to do three of those if you'd like. >> Sure. >> And then we'll go from there. Okay. >> Okay. All right. Same thing. Feet together, hands down by your side. >> This guy's at this point, he's just being a control freak. He should just be left to be free to be on his way. And this cop is just tightening the news on him. >> See the tip of the pin? >> Mhm. >> All right. I'm going to circle your face two times and then I'm going to come into the bridge. He knows about 2 in away. I'm not going to touch you. You understand? Mhm. >> All right. And just follow the tip the whole entire time. All right. This next one, um, feet together, hands down by your side. All right. When I tell you to begin, I want you to tilt your head back and close your eyes. Okay? And then I want you to count in your head. Don't out not out loud, but in your head to 30. And then I want you to tell me when uh when you've reached 30. You understand? >> Mhm. All right. And you can begin. 30. Okay. >> Close enough. 24 is only 6 seconds off. All right. One more. We're going to put our hands together, our hands down by our side, our feet together, sorry. And then when I tell you to begin, I want you to tilt your head back, close your eyes, bring your arms out, and make pointer fingers. You can go ahead and do that. Make a fist about like this. Make a fist. Pointer fingers out. All right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back, close your eyes, and then when I give you the directions, either left or right, you're going to bring that finger with your head tilted back, bring it up and touch your nose, and then back down. You understand? Mhm. >> All right. Tilt your head back. All right. Left. Okay. Down. Right. Down. Left. Down. Left. Down. Down. Right. Okay. >> All right. No marijuana, nothing like that. >> All right. No drugs, nothing. We already established that. Okay. I believe you're under the influence of something. Okay. um especially with these last three advanced tests. Um you just don't know what it is. I'm going to read you what's called imply consent. You can either agree or not agree. It's up to you. Okay? >> You understand? >> What does that mean? >> It's basically I'll read you that if you agree to it. We'll do a state administer blood test. Um and just to see what's in the blood. It's up to you if you want to or not. >> That's fine. >> All right. Go ahead and turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Do you want me to do two cuffs so that way it's easier on your your uh shoulders? That's fine. Okay. Is that good right there? We'll see how these are first. Then you let me know. We can put another set on. Okay. Here. Let let go of your hand. Is that good right there? >> Yeah. >> Um we're going to I'm going to I'll have him pull it in and then we'll uh see if they'll let us keep it there. Okay. They're they're usually pretty good about that. Do you have anybody that can come get it? >> Uh I No, not right now. I don't. >> Okay. All right. Well, we'll take care of that. We'll we'll talk to them and let them know. Okay. Um is there any I know you had your wallet here. And this cop right here just stands by and allows this criminal act to happen without stepping in, without standing in the gap, without standing for this man's rights and his life. And then your phone. That's just change. We'll put that change and stuff. Actually, I'll just put this in the front. And you said these are your beads. >> Roser beads. Okay. Put that in here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then I'll just leave you want me just leave the pins and stuff in the car. >> Sure. Okay. Yeah. And then is this the remote to it? Okay. Mr. Lynch is being such a good sport about this. Make sure you got nothing else cuz if there is any kind of knives or anything like that and show up in the jail, it's going to be another it's going to be an unneeded unnecessary felony. So, let's uh let's go. >> Like you're committing an unnecessary felony. You're used to committing those, aren't you, Thatcher? on the other side in the back. >> This right here, this picture right here of this 74 year old man in cuffs sums up perfectly the pitiful evil state of American law enforcement. >> And then we'll uh we'll get you transported down there and get all this stuff in motion. Okay. All right. >> Yeah, if you don't care. Uh I've got the remote right here, buddy. And I'm going to get that stuff out of that seat back there. >> Taking this man against his will to the local hospital so they can draw his blood. >> Blood like sit you down and stuff. We'll take those off and just let me know how your arms feeling and stuff and if they're, you know, we can situate if if your arm is sore or something like that, we'll make accommodations. That's what psychopaths do. They will subject you unnecessarily to harm and then as they're harming you, they're going to try to come off as the good guy. Hey, is there anything that I can do to make you more comfortable? Do you want me to put some double cuffs on so that it'll be a little bit easier on your shoulders? No. Maybe. Why don't you just not put me in this predicament in the first place, officer? >> Hi. >> Hey. >> Hello. >> Cuz it's >> cuz it's me. Cuz I like doing these DUI. Stay tuned because he admits something right here. He reveals what's actually in his heart and what he really loves to do. >> The drop. >> Do you have his papers? Yes, I have his papers right here. >> If you just want to go up to that chair, I'll take them cuffs off. All right. I come in I come in Saturday night, bro. >> Oh. Oh. to work overtime to to do what? To secure people's rights to protect and defend unalienable rights of your fellow Americans. Is that what you came in to work overtime to do, Officer Thatcher? >> And just did nothing but DUI. >> Yeah. >> Did nothing but DUI. Just bringing people to jail left and right. You wouldn't believe how many people I got. >> I'm getting two like within 2 hours. Just crazy. >> It's crazy. Just crazy. You wouldn't believe it. Like Like I got this guy right here. Got him subject to all these blood tests and the stupid human tricks. He's 74 years old. Blue triple zeros. Still got him for a DUI. That's how good I am. >> That part right there. That's just for the hospital liability. >> I had one a couple of months ago. Well, about a month ago. She damaged hood of a patrol car and all kinds of stuff. And >> but what did you do to her? Did you initiate unjust force and violence on her? And she wasn't retaliating. She was defending herself. What's the real story? You got the body cam of that? >> I took her down and she >> Listen to what he says about the police chief having to get out of bed and there's the line of the CPAP machine. You could tell he was pissed off. Man, >> refused to let him get uh their blood pressure, you know, like to put them in there. So, they refused her. She wouldn't get out of my car. They wouldn't get her out of my car. She was kicking and everything. So, finally I Metro came and picked her up. she wouldn't get out for them. So the captain, I knew he woke up because he had the imprint of the CPAT machine in his face. He was mad. He went up there, he grabbed her, basically picked her up, put her down on the stretcher. They tied her to it and said, "Get her out of here." I was like, "That's what we need." >> Violence. That's what we need. I bet this nurse doesn't agree with that, though. Let's listen. >> There. You can't talk to those people. >> No, you can't. Like, they can fight. I guess you got eight of them. You hold their >> And they're strong. >> No, you can't. You got to initiate violence on them. I mean, you initiate the violence on them, then they defend themselves, and that's when you get to treat them like they're really criminals. >> All right. How do you feel? >> We're a little tough here. That's not right. Here, let me I'll put two on just to make your shoulders feel better. Get it'll get the uh >> stress off of them. Oh, you're such a good guy, Officer Thatcher. And then >> there. All right. Let me double lock them. So when you sit down in 30 minutes >> and then right there. >> All right. What's the procedure with that? >> Uh so this will be sent to GBI. They're going to test it and then they'll have a list of everything that comes back to. Okay. >> They'll drag their feet and you get to bite your nails for two or three months, which is what ends up happening. >> Um, and see what kind of what kind of anything that's in in your system. >> He's still believing Mr. Lynch is guilty. And Mr. Lynch has to prove his innocence with a blood test. >> Excuse me. Sorry. >> There's no there's not even any indication. Every indication says that Mr. Lynch is innocent. And if it is just some kind of anything that you mistakenly took, anything, um, you know, when you get home, I would suggest kind of looking over any of the warning labels or anything on the on the bottles. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Oh, I know what you mean. Thanks for the medical advice, doctor. Dr. Thatcher, >> somebody. >> Yeah. I don't know. >> Yeah. >> Well, everything will, uh, you know, this will come back here in a little while. Um, the court date for this, I believe it's going to be July 14th. So, there's still some time, you know. Um, so it that should be back before then. >> Says it wasn't back. It wasn't back before then. The blood test took 2 months to get done. First court date was 7:14 2025. Actually, it took more than 2 months. It took almost 3 months. The new court date was 81125. All charges were dismissed when the blood test showed all negatives. Here's the toxicology report. says all charges were dismissed on 811 2025. The blood test came back negative. Mr. Lynch was held for almost 12 hours, detained from 11:30 until after midnight. This is more rock solid ironclad evidence that in the eyes of American law enforcement agents, you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. Even when the law enforcers prove that you're innocent, they declare and treat you as though you're guilty. as though you're a criminal. Leave your thoughts in the comments section.
