If you know any Americans who are still under the delusion that this country is really the land of the free, home of the brave, you need to show them this video right here where police, armed men, are called out because there's an American on a public sidewalk exercising his constitutional unalienable rights. >> What is your name, sir? Who are you reporting? >> Yes. >> Okay. Got a call about a suspicious male out here uh videotaping the uh chemical plant. May I see your ID, sir? >> He called you about a suspicious male? >> By the way, may I see your ID is literally translated, can I make you insecure in your person? You have an unalienable right to be anonymous and you are not answerable to any government official. They are answerable to you. >> Funny, I'm looking for one of those, too. I'll look and see if I can find any tyrants out here. Did that help? >> No, may I see your ID, sir? >> Uh have I done something wrong? >> I'm conducting an investigation based on >> But based on the complaint that I was doing something unlawful. >> please? >> Will I stop recording? >> Based on the complaint that I was doing something constitutional? >> Uh I think I can continue to record, officer. >> May I see your ID, sir? >> Iffens and uh >> May I see your ID, sir? >> Soto. >> May I see your ID, sir? >> Have I done something wrong? >> Conducting an investigation based on my complaint. >> Okay. Have I done something wrong? >> Conducting an That's why I'm doing an investigation, sir. >> Okay. I'm on a public sidewalk taking photographs. >> Exactly. I've got a complaint of that. This is a chemical plant. It's a Homeland Security issue. >> I understand. So, somebody called you on the I am >> In the interest of national security, you must show me your ID in violation of the Fourth Amendment. >> Homeland Security issue investigation. >> I understand. I'm trying to understand what's going on here. >> Do you not want to identify yourself? >> I will identify myself. >> your ID, sir? >> Uh I just want to understand what's going >> request. You're You're telling me that >> That's our request, sir. >> I understand. You're telling me that somebody called in and I was >> see your ID, sir? >> You're not going to give me a chance to talk. >> You want to self-identify yourself? >> Failure to ID? >> Yes, sir. >> That That is a criminal offense. >> Yes, sir, it is. >> Can I see your ID, please? >> Uh it You going to arrest me if I don't show you identification? >> Yes, sir, I will. >> For failure to ID? >> Yes, sir, it is. >> Under 38.02, 38.02 says if I'm only I have to identify myself if I've been lawfully arrested. >> Let me see your ID, sir. >> 38.02 says if I'm only >> I'm conducting an investigation, sir. >> Thank you. I I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I I'm really not. I haven't done anything wrong. I I I think I should be free to go. I just want to be on my way. >> I'm conducting an investigation, sir. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> I'm I will determine that. >> By the way, I'm conducting an investigation Never Trump's unalienable rights. They're rights. Rights that the government didn't give you and can't legitimately take away from you. This is infuriating right here. Every American needs to see it. Please get this video out to a lot of people. Well, have you >> Can you do something wrong? >> I will determine that. I'm going to send you the flight. >> But the point was that I'm taking pictures on a public sidewalk of things that I can see from the public sidewalk. >> Well, that's pretty clear. Like I told you. >> Almost 30 has no jurisdiction over me. Unless I break the law. >> Sir, may I see your ID, please? >> Am I being detained? >> I need to see your ID, sir. >> Am I being detained? >> I need to see your ID, sir. >> Okay, you're you're not telling me if I'm being detained. >> I need to see your ID, sir. >> Okay, I'm going to reach in my back pocket. All right. >> Do you have anything on you? >> That is giving ID under duress. And this cameraman, this guy who's exercising his constitutionally protected rights in a public place in Texas, no less, was through the implied threat of force and violence with these badge tyrants compelled to give his ID, but he made it very clear that this law enforcement officer is violating his oath, trampling the Constitution, and depriving this man of his rights under the color of feelings. >> So, let's the the will >> I am not armed. I have no weapons on me. Uh nothing. I'm not even a pocket knife. I got a pair of keys in my right front pocket. Got to get You guys are Precinct 7, correct? >> Camera down, sir. Move back. >> Yes, I will. Okay, I'm going to >> Just give me a little bit. >> Okay, hold on. Put it like this so it doesn't go in the mud, if that's okay. Bring a little legs come out. That's all it is. There's no weapons here. Then step down right there. I got a phone around my neck. Keys. Keys. >> Gentlemen, check. >> This is pitiful. >> you doing now? >> Taking photograph. >> For what reason? >> For my use. >> This is pitiful, man. >> I don't consent to searches. I do not consent to seizures of my property. >> Infuriating. >> now, sir? >> I do wish to answer any more questions with Donald Furney further. >> You're not under arrest. You're only being detained for this reason. >> Are you handcuffing me? All right. I'm not going to resist. I'm not resisting, sir. >> This is an American losing his freedoms, albeit temporarily, still losing his freedoms under we got a call that you were engaged in a constitutionally protected activity. >> I don't think we will, sir. >> Well, you're twisting my fingers, my wrist, and stuff like you're you're trying to hurt me. Ah, you're using the fingerprint scanner. So, you're going to steal my identification. >> Wow. >> Without my consent. >> Gentlemen, listen. >> Okay. Okay, I'm >> Look at the camera right there. >> I'm just going to step step this way, if that's okay. I'm not going to run. I'm not doing anything wrong. I haven't broken any law. Damn, y'all put those cuffs on. This left cuff is so tight. Okay, look, my fingers are turning blue. Can you loosen that cuff for me, please? >> Sir, I'm not >> I'm just asking you to that cuff. Look at Look how tight it is, dude. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to give you guys any trouble. >> Do you got anything in this pocket? >> No, I don't have anything. Keys, and that's it. >> All right. >> You're not going to loosen the cuff? Dude, look how tight it is. >> I think >> Let us Let us finish. >> And she got scared. >> So, you're intentionally trying to torture me here. Okay, look >> And that's what they are. They're torture cuffs. He could easily loosen them up. First of all, he shouldn't be in cuffs anyway because he's an American standing in a public place exercising a constitutionally protected activity engaged by cops who swore to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. And here they are acting as the very domestic enemies they swore to protect this man from. This is betrayal. A lot of people would call it treason. And what is the prescription in 18 USC 242, which is deprivation of rights under color of law? First, the conspiracy against rights happened. That's a violation of 18 USC 241, conspiracy against rights. And now deprivation of those rights under the color of no law other than this is a national security issue. What is the prescription given for anybody who would dare deprive anybody of their rights under the color of any illegitimate law, ordinance, or statute? It is fine or imprisonment or both. Or the law itself says may be subject to death. That's how serious it is to deprive an American of his rights under the color of anything, including laws. >> My hand is turning blue. All right, I'm here. Soto, you got this left cuff so tight I can't feel my hand, dude. >> Really? >> This is where the video ends. I think they probably let this guy go, but it doesn't matter. You can you can get permanent nerve damage by having those cuffs slapped on nice and tight like. And this could mess your life up for the rest of your life. And these cops don't care because they treat your rights with disdain and contempt, not with honor and respect. If you're red-blooded American, this should really infuriate you.
