could be a part of the story that you're really not aware of but i'm gonna play this this was put out by police activity just a couple days ago today's today's the 14th this was put out on the 10th that already has 370 000 views and it's only got 305 dislikes and 15 000 likes and most of the people who are offering up criticism are only offering up criticism about the shape of the responding officers i.e they're saying that these cops are in bad shape they're not even talking about the criminal activity perpetrated by the cops on a seemingly innocent man there was no reason for them to do what they did to this guy let's go ahead and go into this how can i help you this is this is first interaction this is first face face-to-face interaction and the only call that they've had up to this point was that this guy allegedly was placing traffic cones in the middle of the street according to a police report kamik village police chief peter powell notified notified blasting game which is the bigger cop i mean the really big cop that a suspicious person oh you you can't walk suspicious you can't be suspicious in america is that a crime is that a felony or a misdemeanor he was walking barefoot shouldn't be a crime to be walking barefoot the man later identified as black was placing caution cones in the middle of the road so they claim that he was placing caution cones in the middle of the road six additional little rock officers arrived in the scene and helped black uh place black in handcuffs so let's go and watch this this is the initial interaction after they got a report that this guy was placing traffic cones in the middle of the street not harming anybody not threatening to harm anybody not damaging people's property and not paying for it here we go how can i help that's not scary that's the officer you want to show up because you want less criminal activity to be foisted on people and you want the the person who's being arrested and being abused and being brutalized by that officer to have a chance to escape luckily it was just a good old-fashioned wrestling match if this dude had a weapon or was really out to cause harm which he didn't look like he was it would have been a different situation this officer needs to be relieved of his duties all officers who do this need to be relieved of their duties but not for the reasons these guys are saying they're saying these this officer needs to be relieved of his duties because he's way overweight uh what an embarrassment the embarrassment is the criminal activity and that's why i wanted to show
