We'll just give it to you. >> And then all this information and then meowing you verbally. >> No, I'm going give it to you physically. >> We're not going to get back in the car. >> I'm going give you paper. >> Paper for what? >> From me to you, officer. >> Okay. And what would the paper do? >> Me being saying that I have the right to drive this vehicle. >> No, because I I No, you don't. Because I believe you're under the influence. >> So, you're not getting back. >> I was with him. >> Her. >> Which one is it? Him or her? >> Listen to me. >> Listen to me. >> I'm waiting for you to talk. >> Go ahead. I think that's I don't know if that's scratch paint. >> There's white pieces right here. >> Okay. I think this is all very confusing cuz the address I was dispatched to was 1337 which is >> Oh, yeah. They said that you were on scene and I didn't see anybody. >> Right. Cuz this is a completely different street than that than those apartments. This is Jamestown. That's 17th Street. So, >> okay. So, this is your vehicle. >> Okay. And you were not in it? >> It was parked. He didn't come out until like 20 minutes after. >> Okay. And you guys saw this happen. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> We were up in our apartment. We heard a bang, like a And then I looked out the window cuz I was scared. It was my car. So I heard to the window and then last thing I saw was her. She just kept pushing the car. She didn't back up to >> She didn't back up after she hit it. She kept going until she got around it. >> Okay. >> It was crazy. >> Did you happen to see where she came from or >> It was It was from this house. She was right there. >> Oh, here. Okay. You heard a bang? >> Come on now. How do you know that? See, I'm paying attention very, very carefully. You just guessed. The answer is no. You don't know where she came from because you seen the aftermath from what she just said. What she said was, "I heard a bang. I looked out the window and you seen her keep driving forward." Which that makes sense. If you look at the car, the car is pushed forward. The little uh, you know, the little blocks that they have in front of the cars, you know, it's all pushed forward. And I'm going to show you in a minute, but it's all pushed forward. So, that makes sense. But when the officer says, "Do you did you see where she came from?" You just The answer is no because you seen what happened afterwards based off of what you just said. The first thing you heard was a bang, which was the car accident. And then you looked out the window. So, you didn't see anything that happened before the crash, cuz you didn't even see the crash. You just seen, you know, the aftermath, like, you know. But anyways, let's Hold on. Let me run it back real quick. Let me run it back real quick. Okay. You see how the car is pushed forward, you know? So, that makes sense. Everything she's saying is makes sense, you know, smashed and she kept driving it forward because that yellow marker down there in front of the vehicle is all the way onto the grass >> until she got around it. >> Okay. >> It was crazy. >> Did you happen to see where she came from or >> It was It was from this house. She was right there. >> Oh, here. Okay. You heard a bang. >> You looked outside cuz you know maybe it was your car and you just saw the white. >> She just kept pushing it. White car. Yeah, definitely white car. We were trying to figure out who the car was owned to and we were walking. She was over there and I guess it's her cousin who lives here cuz her cousin said that her cousin that the girl who hit him was also trying to hit her. >> Okay. >> And so Okay. >> Well, the front end of her car is messed up. >> Correct. Right. The area that it would have been this perfectly. It matches. >> There's also a um so I'm going to go back and get the rest of the story from her. if you wouldn't mind. I'm going to come back in like 10 minutes and take some pictures. If you could just leave everything how it is for a sec. Um, and then I'm on till 6:00 a.m. So, if you need anything, I'm Swansy, of course. >> Okay. >> But I liked how they conducted themselves. You know, that the people that actually got hit, you know, they were all the way on the sidewalk and they patiently waited for the officer to come over and check them, you know, and go talk to him and stuff like that. You know, I I I liked how they conducted themselves. >> Miss Rush, is that you? >> Is that your name? >> So, can we do this a frame of people around us? >> Unfortunately, we we have to do this my way. Do you want to participate in standardized field sobriety testing? >> Excuse. Do you want to participate in standardized field sobriety testing? >> Yes or no? >> It's attachment. >> Yes or no? One more. One more time. Standardized field sobriety testing. Do you want to participate? Yes or no? >> I'll take it as a no. >> Lock her up. >> Nope. >> I say behind you. >> No. >> Playing them stupid [ __ ] games. That would piss ME OFF. OH, YES. YES. I'LL DO IT. YES. NO. NO. NO. NO. >> Give me your arm. I'll give you several opportunities. Okay. So, we're going to be under arrest for hit and run. Leaving the scene, suspicion of driving under the influence. Okay. >> See, like I feel like they're too close, you know? Like that's what I meant. The whole time this lady in the blue has been right there like, you know, and the other people, they were way back on, you know, on the sidewalk, you know, I'm talking about the white people. They were way back on the sidewalk waiting for people to patiently come to them. But she's been standing right there in the parking spot the whole time. Like it's like, damn. Can you back up? Damn. This ain't Florida, man. Florida. They'll get them to back up 25 ft, man. >> Can you get classic for me, please? Should >> we give you an opportunity? >> I didn't know what you meant. Okay. So, can you please allow me to speak? You have had ample opportunity to provide a statement. I asked you several times if you want to provide field sobriety testing. You declining to answer is considered a no. >> I think my doors are unlocked. >> Okay. So, tell me what's going on. >> Step on in there. >> Watch your head. >> Watch your head. Step on up. >> What's going on? >> Get in the vehicle. >> Step on up. Don't make this difficult. You need to step on up. >> I need you to get in the car. >> Step on up. Miss Rush, if you don't get in the car, I'm going to pull you into the car. >> You don't want to do this. Just step in the car. Step in the car. This is your last time. Okay. Step in the car. >> So, I'm actually >> Time to get her together. Get in the car. >> Okay. See, >> we don't have to make this difficult. Okay. Watch your elbow. >> The woman was charged with a DUI, fleeing the scene of an accident, and resisting arrest. Thanks. goes by >> watching the reality hit the screen. >> The craziest moments that you've ever seen. [music] Captured full time.
