Y what up y'all so today we have a road rage incident between a 19yearold and a 60y old senior citizen let's get into it recording uhuh no hey hey hey hey hey don't don't don't fight that lady oh my God oh my God no no no no no no hey ma'am get in your car oh my God I got it oh my God don't fight that lady no it's okay go ahead girl get up on February 3rd 2024 officers responded to a physical altercation involving a teenage girl and a 60-year-old woman at an intersection traffic light in the city of Okala the person who recorded the incident with her phone stated that she was stopped at the light and witnessed the defendant exiting her vehicle and immediately starting to punch the victim continuously upon officer's arrival the individuals involved in the altercation separated and the aggressor fled the area just just stay in the car for a minute 6 I'm 102 so felt fine waiting more starting you know what I'm saying like some of these kids don't got no home training why would a 19y old want to hit a 60y old lady you feel me like she you know she's mad old like older you feel me like it just it doesn't make no sense feel so good okay did you need a EMS no I Used to Be One do you need EMS right now no I got to get my son home I'm going to go I uh make contact with the uh victim she's uh south of 27 just south of uh 42nd Street she was a having concussion I might go to the hospital I'm going to see if you can get me an EMS C check her out she's a asking for check for one question I you know how it is the um okay so let me get you let me get you EMS we'll check you out from here and then like you know you can go to the hospital I've got lots of kns on my head okay all can so what what happened well we were on our way coming home for Best Buy I live obviously the previous one over there for those of you men who's watching this right who going to sit back and just watch they mom get beat on like who going sit back and watch that even though it's a girl on girl fight but your mom is 60 bro 60 okay who going to sit back and watch that was the obvious get i'll girl that assaulted me she's young way behind me four car lengths behind me not even close to right so I have my signal on because and I don't get override away that's not how I drive I I have incentive with my insurance not drive so I've stared to get over because she's way behind me yeah she doesn't want me to get over right I'm already at this point I'm already half and half so I see her in my Mir out of nowhere literally nowhere at my tail end right here but I'm already you know halfway over yeah so I don't stop that would be stupid I don't know if I can get back over or not because I'm I behind me is going to think I'm moving over so I can't just jump back in my Lane right because it was too short of a time span yeah so she almost hit okay so she passes get in front of me gets to the turn lane I got in the turn lane because I wanted to get hurt HT tag tag yeah not no other reason like I don't I wanted to get her tagged but I was going straight so I was so so she cut you off right she cut you off she was behind you and then she got in front of you almost hit you after I got over after you got over she she almost caused us to have a wre that was all on her when I was over she was nowhere near me okay I had ample time to go and not speeding or anything like that neither was she yeah until she didn't want me to get over okay then she sped okay and then she went around me cuz I I finished getting over yeah and then she went around me and by then she's in front of me yeah so then she get when we get up here to where the turn lane starts she gets over into the turn lane and that's where I followed her because I'm next to the turn lane to go through the light okay so I get over there to get her tag I want to get her tag and yeah you know way she's driving did you get out of the car did you step out of the car she came to me she came to you I got out of the car m not expecting to get beat up right apparently at my age I'm not going to swing I could have hit her I could have hit her back right I sat there and took quite a few swings but I didn't hit her back because I told him to call his father so he can get home oh okay was he with you yes that's my son he's autistic oh okay I wouldn't do anything like that with him in the car anyway yeah especially with him okay now now I get it I get it the son is he's autistic so that's kind of why he didn't really like stepping cuz I'm sitting here I'm not going to lie the whole time I'm thinking like the sun isn't going to maybe not hit the girl but just try to break it up or intervene some sort of way like you just going to sit back and let your mom get beat up like you physically watch it you know and it's like H cuz the kitty seem like a big boy it's not like he a little kid it's not like he like seven or something like that but he a bigger kid and you see your mom getting beat on and you're watching it you ain't going to do nothing but now I get it now I get it I get it yeah did he get out and try to uh he got out but I didn't know he got out to the man in the white truck on next to me told him to get back in the car cuz he was holling at the other girl telling the other girl to stop MH cuz everybody knew that she beat up on me like I wasn't I didn't go to her I didn't start swinging none of that okay I wasn't even calling her names well not to took a few punches yeah then I started but not until then okay so the the people took a video they called 911 cuz I didn't call right so they took a video and I made him get back in the car and then I got I tried to get in the car she H me a couple more times before I got in where did he where did she hit you like in the basement oh I've got she could feel yeah so so you don't need to know all that right now can you just oh tell the story after you9 29 anyway tell because I'm speaking to the officer I okay so and then she got back in in her vehicle and and left after that one she started realizing people were getting out of the car but and videoing her and then my son got out she still threw in a couple punches because I told him I said don't you dare hit her she's not worth it don't you hit her because otherwise I'd have been hitting her right I'm not going to stand there and take a beating I mean I can swing I might be old but I can still swing okay but she's young and I'm not going to sit there but you did sit there and take a beat not funny but you know you did take a beting at least defend yourself selfdefense now she made my age maybe I might have fought back I don't know but she's to me she's like a child so I'm not going to sit here and swing on a child how old do you think she was I think she's in her very young 20s if that okay if that uh was she like black or white oranic she's white but I'm I'm I'm thinking maybe mix Hispanic but CU my son is yeah but she has dyed hair it's like Bach bl's not real it's kind of hard to tell her way she was talking okay so she went that way she went that way and you came you pretty much put over um the lady that called 911 was in front of me the one that did the video so she came to my car and told me she was on the phone with 911 the light turned because the whole time light was R yeah the light turned and she told me to follow her through the light cuz she has 911 on the phone yeah so was she able to send you that video is she sent me the video cuz I told her don't stay here who knows how long it's going to take they had kids in the car you mind if I see that video yeah okay so I told her I said you know just give me everything you got your name and everything because they wanted me to have her name she wanted me to have her name is it vehicle registered to you by chance yes okay I'll get I'll get you uh information out of the uh out of the vehicle well that's her that's her license that's her license yeah okay I had to zoom in because I wasn't anywhere near car she was way in front of me so she had to come way back to me okay I wasn't next I wasn't right behind her when all that happened okay I was farther back cuz I had no intention to get out my car but also I had my son in the car so I don't know what to expect so let me get out but going happen let it happen away from him you know can you find that uh the video if you have one I just little shook off so they didn't start videoing it until okay this is end this is her but those were the last punches uhh no hey hey hey hey don't don't don't fight that lady oh my God oh my God no no no no no no hey ma'am get in your car oh my God I got it oh my God don't fight that lady don't it's okay go ahead girl get up T Daphne here has finally stopped scooting it's all CU of this not that young okay I'm not I'm not going to hit a child in my opinion at 60 to me that's a child honestly I I fig she couldn't been much over 18 you mind if I afford it to me no I don't mind just in case I have a concussion cuz she wailed on me freaking hard but you know adrenaline I wasn't feeling it I I knew it was hard I knew I was hting getting hit hard but I wasn't feeling it until I started calming down a little bit and then the more I sat here the more I started getting a little light headed okay start feeling a little woozy and I I started hurting really bad then that's why I said I didn't want medical at first I said yeah I used to be a medic if I feel bad or whatever happens I'll just go get like that yeah [Music] then just I just star to feel really bad [Music] so but as you can hear she's like I got it I got it because it was a very end okay it had been EMS is here they're going to check you out okay yeah a few times I thought she was just going to stop and finally go away cuz she' walked away a couple times and I was going to start to walk back to my car but then she came back at me a couple more times but that was the very very end of it tell me I hey she was assaulted real bad okay somebody like hit her real bad on u in her you know head area and stuff like that I was fine but now I'm not fine so yeah now okay do you mind if I take a picture how old are you ma'am I'm 60 60 okay 69 21 I wonder if they're going to have video of them catching her cuz she actually drove off so I'm curious to see that and what she has to say for herself because of this uh her excuse for beating up a 60 a 60 yearold woman hello hi Miss Carin how you doing ma'am fine how you doing very good this is officer oron with theala Police Department uhuh I believe you're the witness of the assault just that c over here by 42nd 27 yes Miss Lake yes ma'am Miss yes ma'am um I just pretty much uh I she saw me the video it's kind of it does not it looks horrible it looks really uh bad I mean especially for you know somebody who's hitting on you know 6year old female so uh can you just can you just tell me like you know what you saw what you witnessed and stuff like that okay I okay we don't know what started it don't know what started it all we know we was at the light and and my daughter look and say oh they fussing they're arguing like that and U so we look back and after we start see we she hit him the young girl hit the lady and she said oh my God I hit so we both jumped out the car that's and then um they stop and she was fussing with her cousin and stuff and then U she started back hting and that's when my daughter recorded it and um that's what I call 911 okay all right um so pretty much like that's that's the only information you have uh with this incident right that's it we don't know what started or nothing like that all we know is that she was up in the front and the lady went back to her car the young girl went back to the lady car you witnessed her throwing the first punch right to yes my daughter witnessed her throwing the punch we didn't see the the older lady didn't hit back at all that we saw okay she started feeling uh lightheaded and we knew she would that's why we didn't want to leave her but I got another engagement yeah she had uh she had she know she was kind of feeling a little bit of concussion or something like that so she's going to the hospital all right and good thing uh we got a tag so I can actually track that car to whatever they need to pick her up cuz she a had no business that older lady she Ain had no business at all right that's the only reason we got involved because she was younger than her yes ma'am yeah she was hitting her like real bad too like like she was got darn teenagers I know yeah yeah yeah so she a had no bus they need to press charges on I hope she press charges on yeah she is pressing charges yeah she need to yes ma'am uh all right well I appreciate you so much and I hope you have a better day okay okay then thank you byee with the information the police officer had received from the victim about a specific ific vehicle tag they left the scene to conduct an area search for the vehicle during the search they were able to locate and identify the suspect at their home and she thought she got away she tight She's Tight how do you go you know they got the tag and they go to come search it and you go home is over like this this is what I've been waiting for yeah huh uh no Min you doing you know why we're here you know right okay okay all right tell us what happened or ask question I can tell you all right just give a second and so since we got here uh I'm just going to read your rights all right uh you have the right to remain silent anything you said can and will be used against un cour law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present while you been questioned if you cannot afford a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you before any question for you wish you can you can decide at any point to execute execute this rights and not answer any question or make any St St do you understand this each of this rights okay having that in mind do you want to talk to me okay so I'm over here at the light okay and the lady is cutting in front of me m and she has her blinker on but she's already like right here she's about to hit me so I start honking and she keeps cutting over so I swerve into the other thing and I throw a bottle at her car okay okay and then she starts like driving crazy like getting on me and stuff so when I get the wait what what she pulled over she cut in front of you or whatever you trying to say so you throw a bottle at her car come on like where's the Home training like look at this where's the Home training that's you went from zero to 100 that girl probably has you know some anger issues some deep some more deep rooted issues going on because for you to go zero to 100 like that look I live in New York man you know what I'm saying like people cut people off all the time and X Y and Z and stuff like that New York New Yorkers having an aggressive attitude you know it it just it is what it is we don't just go from cut you off or you bumper a bumper or whatever to throwing in a bottle at somebody car like that's how you lose your life that's how you lose your life boy you she better tighten up boy cuz she going to be in for a rude awakening I stopped for my car park I get out and then I walk to her and she walks to me and she's in my face so I push her back M and then she gets back in my face so I hit her okay you knew that was not right right yes okay so why she smiling and why she smiling and she know she lying it don't even make sense that the lady went up to your car like that nah and then you hit her you hit her multiple times and you got witnesses and stuff like come on you lying it's no point of even lying right now because it's like you already done there's Witnesses you drove off after the fact like you out of here it's done I being said pretty much she going to have she want a press charges me or her she want she want a press charges yes cuz she actually was taken to the hospital with concussion cuz you hear her so bad and then she was 60 little tiny Grandma yeah all right go turn around for me y'all GNA B her out up there doing stupid [ __ ] that must that must be pops good job good job let her ass sit there smiling think [ __ ] funny think life is sweet let her ass sit there you beat on a 60y old lady get out of here man let her ass Rock sit there how old are you about 20 okay 6921 all right so you know I uh I thought it was going to be some minor yeah I thought it was going to be some minor alocation and stuff like that you know but I got there she's got all these bumps uh on her head and stuff like that so she couldn't drive no more she had to the ambulance had to get there to take her to hospital stuff like that so what what about her didn't she have a passenger with her she had an autistic uh kid with her and he can drive yeah yes sir all right well it's a mror charge so you know thank God it wasn't a felony cuz if she was 65 it could have been a felon felon so U learn something because I mean that's stupid [ __ ] that is just ridiculous where she learns at I don't know but hey that's father of the year right there if my kid did that if I had a kid and my kid did that your ass is sitting there your ass is sitting there cuz you don't learn cuz I guarantee this isn't the first time she's done something like this or have behavioral problems and stuff your ass is sitting there sit right there because to beat on a 60 year old man that's your grandma age like that's your you you feel me like you got no respect like nah she deserve to get her she deserve to get her ass whooped I ain't going to lie put your head all right the suspect was charged with battery against an elderly woman she was placed on a 12-month probation required to complete 40 hours of community service attend a 10-week anger management course and had no contact with the victim due to her actions her
