i got three questions to consider before we start this video number one where are all the good cops we always hear so much about number two if cops are this bad while they're being recorded what are they doing when there's no camera around and number three what would happen if we all got together and took care of criminal cops engaged in criminal activities every time we saw it welcome to the here's the deal channel let's get into the video okay this is yet another example of cops who claim to be protectors and servants of the public demonstrating the reason they earn all the hate that comes their way not only cops in america but cops around the world it may be one reason propaganda shows like live pd and hollywood movies try to put a good face on cops in an effort to mitigate the horrific reality of a group of armed costumed thugs terrorizing neighborhoods for no good reason it's called deprivation of rights under color of law that's 18 usc 242. because of the violent nature august 23 2020 leroy kennedy was walking on a sidewalk in chicago appearing to be minding his own business when two chicago police officers exited their vehicles and for no apparent reason ran up to and began harassing and beating kennedy slamming him against a brick wall and throwing him to the ground numerous times and if the incident wasn't recorded most people wouldn't even believe that kennedy did nothing wrong to provoke the shocking assault to add insult to injury according to the chicago police report kennedy was charged with two counts of resisting arrest and one charge of aggravated battery of a police officer since the incident kennedy's legal team filed a lawsuit against the city and the two officers for false arrest violating his due process and use of excessive force along with four other charges and the bad part about this is none of the expense is going to come directly out of the officer's pockets it's going to come out of the pockets of the tax cattle excuse me taxpayers so at this point a logical person might be asking what was the reason the cops approached kennedy in the first place did kennedy just rob a store did he have a warrant was he a dangerous person of interest had he murdered someone the answer to all those questions is no reports indicate that the officers approached kennedy because he had and get this a shocked look on his face as they drew closer to him and they felt that he was quote attempting to conceal a firearm i don't know about you but i'd have a shocked look on my face if i saw members of the thin blue line gang running up on me as well given the long history of police abuse misconduct false reports general thuggery and murder who wouldn't be a little concerned that armed power tripping authoritarians are running up on you for no reason nothing good could come from something like that and there are three startling things in this incident that should greatly concern all of us number one these cops know that all their actions are being recorded with their body-worn cameras and they commit their evil acts anyway number two if we didn't have that camera footage of what actually happened i'm pretty sure leroy kennedy wouldn't see the light of day for a long long time as taxpayers would have had to foot the bill for yet another unjust incarceration of an innocent man and number three not one good cop you know the ones you always hear about but never see stepped in to stop this clear criminal act by law enforcement kennedy told reporters how traumatized this incident left him man they left me selling traumatized man i ain't gonna lie well you get nervous that we get even more nervous once you see the police another crazy thing about this is that the cops couldn't even fabricate a good sounding reason to do what they did to leroy usually they're better liars than this they say they approached kennedy because he had a quote shocked look on his face and later they claim they believe that kennedy was attempting to conceal a firearm but after violating his fourth amendment right to be secure in his person they quickly discovered that he wasn't armed and yet even on the scene the supervisor asked what he was arrested for and they couldn't come up with a good reason arrested they instantly started fighting so they didn't know what they arrested him for but they charged him with two counts of resisting arrest and one charge of aggravated battery of a police officer anyway this is just downright evil according to a spokesperson from the cook county state's attorney's office the charges against kennedy were dropped on december 18 2020 after video evidence showed that there was no case against him and one more thing before we end this video while it's not advisable to do this this guy right here i can only imagine infuriated with the injustice of what's happening at the moment attempts to defend kennedy not a lot of people would do that because they know if they jump into the fray things won't go well for them either imagine if this entire group got together to arrest the officers for what appears to be a clear crime in progress maybe then the world would change
