yeah what up so today we got a video by Kansas City accountability the title of the video is called the bank do not want you recording First Amendment audits so we're going to go over a First Amendment audit and I'mma just give my commentary and my reaction and um let's get to it you know what I mean hopefully this is a good one let's see how well the bank employees do you know if the cops came across this Harvest Bank let's see if they honor and respect did he say harvest bank or harvest cuz it sounded like he said Harvest and I'm like nah that's what a h but either way you know what I'm saying so we could see from the beginning clip that the cops do end up showing up but it seemed like the bank employee is actually nice you know what I mean she gave him a water and look like a and I would think that more people would know that just because these videos have became very very popular throughout the years people have you know made careers out of doing First Amendment Audits and stuff like that just um showing you know people that may not know about the law you know their rights and stuff like that and how you know sometimes their rights can actually be violated so glasses and stuff what's the difference between somebody having on the secret glasses and recording that versus actually having your phone out in recording it there's no difference with or anything like that I told you I was independent and I'm sitting here to do an investigation but we know nothing of this so the cops are on their way just so you know don't why you call the cops because I'm asking you to stop videoing and you're not but I mean you call the cop well first off you called the cop before you asked him to stop videoing first off you know what I'm saying when she first came out she was just gathering information and stuff like that and then she got the water but she I don't think she asked him to record maybe she did I don't know but I don't I don't remember that but I remember her coming out right now obviously and saying hey I'mma ask you to stop recording but you already called the cops so you didn't even give him the opportunity to stop not like he has to but I'm just saying you know and they just going to pull up with more cameras and then they're going to walk I'm just telling you asking you okay Miss Bobby but okay but then they're going to walk in your bank and I'm going to get their body cam footage and I have the inside of your bank then all right you guys I like how you do you know everything was sweet maybe it's just a you know lollipop she gave me but um just when everything was sweet you know she uh she come back and let me know that she called the police homies so and like really you guys what what what what can you say and here we go okay here come the boys I'mma make them come around front you guys so we do have um Gardener police they actually just showed up on the scene um let's see if he's let's see if he's equipped to handle the situation he's actually calling me right now he all right oh one second I know you want to get back to the video but I have to cover this because it might protect you and save your life four items that I think every person needs is one pepper spray in case you're ubering or walking around at night you want some sort of line of defense a body cam police have body cams why can't we to record our interactions or if you're upand cominging YouTuber and you want to do your own First Amendment audits a dash cam if you're driving you want to record your accidents that happen on the outside of the vehicle or if you get stopped by the police you need something to record on the inside as well and everyone needs a pocket size mini version of the United States Constitution the link to all these uh he's well equipped um Bobby I walked in front of the bank just so Bobby can see the whole interaction so she seen what what happened and um I'm sure she's probably a little butt hurt at the moment so yeah oh yeah he didn't even go inside to speak with them he she definitely mad you know what I mean and that's good like he didn't go inside to speak with them you know what I mean like that's a great point I didn't even realize that until he just said that cuz typically the cops go they he hear both sides of the story or whatever but that cop pulled up he knew what time it was and that that was that was smooth bro I can't even you know there's a couple more minutes left so I want to see if anything going to happen we just going to stay out here get a little bit more shots and uh yeah so far you guys Kansas is showing out Kansas is five for five right now they officers um definitely upholding the Constitution man whoever's teaching them they need to get over to the KCMO side on the Missouri side especially downtown because they not doing so great down there so I I I must commend them the supervisor the lieutenant and the captain there and they uh field they field officer there and they uh yeah yeah so we're going to definitely wait for him to go ahead and pull off uh we'll hang around two two two three minutes or so and uh then we we we going to slide we going to slide yep
