No. No. No. No. No. Oh, >> sorry about that. >> Okay. No good game. You're good. Anything illegal in the car? Any drugs, weapons, knives, anything illegal that shouldn't be in here? >> Okay. All right. Um, if I my current intention right now is issue a warning for your speed. Do you Okay. So, with that being said, would you mind if I take a look inside for your vehicle for any of those any of those particular items? >> Look inside my vehicle. We can do it for you first, which I do not mind at all. Um, the only thing you want to do is my glove box to my armrest as far as going through my vehicle. I do have a problem with that. >> Okay. Okay. Thanks for saying you a minute. Okay, sir. >> So, fast pastor threw something out the window. Touch the car after I told you we going to get warning. Um, he said he look my glove box in my center console. So, probably this morning had a couple. >> Man, the volume is so throw. Uh probably about 100 yards back a passenger. It was like some clear like like and white. >> Do you want star 7? Cuz star 17's on his way over here. Do you want to ask him to >> No. >> No. >> Um so he's going fast like 78 almost 80. Um pretty sure the past something out back there. Um, I told my warning and I as said only box in the area. So I said okay. >> Okay. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Pretty much better. But how's you doing? >> I'm doing pretty good, man. Hey, so I'm deputy at Charlie County Sheriff's Office. Is it >> Did you uh Did I consent a search? >> No, I did not search the vehicle. >> Huh? >> I did not consent a search. I told you we can look around the perimeter as far as safety reason. Okay, if you guys can step out. >> For what? >> I'm going to I'm out. >> You're going to let me talk? >> I I don't want to step out. >> Okay. So, I'm going to conduct a canine fear sniff of the vehicle. So, if you can step out right now, >> and I know for what reason? >> I'm going to conduct a fear sniff of the vehicle. Could you step out? >> Can you let me know for what reason? >> I just told you right now. I'm going to conduct sniff. I can't roll my dog when you're inside. So, can you step out the reason? If I got to tell you one more time, you're going to place under arrest. Sergeant, >> listen. I'm asking you. >> I'm telling you right now. I'm scared right now. I am scared. >> I'm telling you right now to step out. ask you. I'm telling you to come out. I have I just gave you >> I just told you three times. >> I did not have to follow directions. I didn't know. >> Yes, you do. Sir, sir, I'm telling you right now 911. I need to know why. >> All right, step out. >> I Why are you grabbing me, >> sir? Step out. I'm telling you. What are you doing? What do you see me doing? I'm stepping out or what? >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Put your hands on top of the car right now. >> Put your hands on top of the car. >> What am I doing now? >> What am I being waiting for? before, >> dude. I told you five times. Why? >> What? >> Obstruction. >> Obstruction. What? What am I doing? What are you doing? >> I told you 10 times already. >> Why are you signing? What the hell is going on? >> I told you I'm conducting. Let me talk. You're not letting me talk. >> I'm listening. Yes, sir. >> Listen. Yes. >> I told you three, four times already. I'm conducting a fear step for your vehicle. You got to step out of the car. >> Yes, you did. >> And you didn't step out. >> No. I was asking why am I having that? Now you're because you're an anchor. Listen. >> I'm I'm actually coming up for you now. I'm scared. >> I'm trying to explain to you, sir. I'm listening. Listen, if I conduct a fear sniff of the vehicle, you got to step out of the car. I'm not going to conduct a fear sniff of your vehicle and the dog bites you. You know what I mean? >> No, absolutely. Why? That's what I was asking. >> Cuz we're going to do a fear sniff. You deny consent. >> For what purpose? >> You deny consent. We're going to do a fear sniff of the vehicle. >> I've been pulled over multiple times. Never had to get my car searched. No, I was asking why. >> It's your right. It's your right. So, I'm I'm going to run the dog. >> Absolutely right. Please [ __ ] my chicken in the back seat. >> Yeah, he ain't going to grab no chicken. >> But I'm just literally >> Listen, listen. It could have been an easy thing. I run the dog. Nothing. >> It is easy. I'm just wondering why. I didn't know I was. >> We're going to get back to the video in just one second. I'm just wondering why. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to ask questions. You told I'm going to jail for asking question. >> I told you like five times. >> All right, listen. I'm going to run my dog, then we'll be out of here, right? >> Anything in there that you're not supposed to have? >> No. >> Then what's the big deal then? Why did you make this a thing? >> Because, man, you would >> Why? Level with me here, bro. Why did Why Why did this become a thing? >> Be honest with you. Honest. Because I've been pulled over twice for the last two weeks cuz I have a Georgia tag. >> Mhm. >> It's [ __ ] frustrating. >> Okay, >> I'm just being straight honest. Mother's Day. My mother died in 23. My god brother. Sorry about that. >> Part of the prank, part of why I dude I search for car. It's [ __ ] frustrating. That's honestly the reason. >> It's honestly the reason. >> I just went to grab a case of beer. We got two things of chicken. I'm about to go home and [ __ ] eat. >> Mhm. >> Now I'm actually about to go to jail for >> So here here's the thing, man. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> I didn't stop you. So I don't know. I don't know. I don't know why he stopped you. I'm sure he explained to you why he stopped you. Okay. He he asked you. >> Do you give us consent to search the car? said no. >> Absolutely. >> Which is your right. >> We can do an exterior sniff of the vehicle with a canine if we choose to do so. >> Moving out of the vehicle. >> Exactly. That's where it constitute something more than a traffic stop. I want to ask you to see the sergeant. I say, "Can you see the >> At that moment, when we're giving you a lawful command to exit the car so we can conduct that sniff, >> when you tell us no and we tell you again, listen, get out of the car." And then we open the door for you to escort you out of the car and you go like this and you pull away from us. That's resisting. I didn't. Yes, you did. It's Dude, I'm I'm trying to explain it to you in the moment. I can't explain it to you because I don't know you. You know what I mean? I don't know if you got guns, knives, bombs, any of that. I don't know you. I've never met you before. Okay. I've had interactions with people that they've acted calm and then they tried to kill me later on. >> Okay. So, we can't just base it off of I'm telling you I'm not a threat. You know what I mean? >> No, absolutely. All I did was ask the explanation, which is my part of my writing, >> but we but we did. And then you kept on interrupting my my boy over here. You kept on interrupting, >> but he didn't give me the reason behind, which is my >> right. Let me roll out the window so you can get AC. Um, he didn't consent to a search. Mike came over here and told him, "Hey, look, I'm going to conduct an exterior of the car. I need you to get out of the car." He said I wasn't. He said no. Told him again, listen, in order for us to do this, you need to be outside of the car. He said, "I'm not going to get out of the car." I told him, "You need to get out of the car. Are you going to go to jail?" Mike opened the door, went to go grab him. said, "I'm not getting out of the car." >> Perfect. >> That was it. >> Mike took his taser, >> pointed it at him. I said, "Get out of the car. Put your hands on top of the car." And I put him in handcuffs. That was it. No deployment. >> Speaker being seat belt. >> What did you say? >> What? What? >> I don't see any seat belt. >> Oh, I don't think he's got anything. I think the way the way he explained it to me was he was just frustrated that he's constantly getting stopped and stuff like that. So that's why he's sometimes they had him in the speakers, but I don't think this is >> n I didn't like that. >> I wouldn't sweat it. >> I didn't even know that was in there. But >> like I said, he's he was just getting irritated from being pulled over. But my cousin's on a a stop list cuz he was working at Harley-Davidson. >> A stop list? >> Yeah. Harvey Harley >> Yeah. >> Harley-Davidson put out a stop list. >> What's that? >> Yeah, that's what is that? >> I don't know. He's just telling me that he was on a stop list, meaning that people stop him. >> Yeah, that's not a thing. At least not in Florida. >> Yeah, >> we can't we can't just make a list of people to stop because that's unconstitutional. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We can go to jail for that. >> Yeah. So that that's not a thing. >> Yeah. >> Did he write for Did he write for a 1% club? Is that what is that is that what he's thinking? >> He didn't write for 1%. >> He just worked for Harley-Davidson all day. >> Oh, I used to work for him, too, >> but now he's here. Now he's >> What's a good phone number for your uh for a cell so they can put this on the tow form? >> Cuz you're going to jail. Um. Huh? resisting without violence. When he told you to step out of the car, he was lawfully allowed to do that. And you and you didn't listen to him. >> I was asking why. You would be scared behind you. >> No, I just do as I'm told. It's the police. They're not going to just shoot me down for no reason. >> Really? >> I'm not saying you but like you like those are good cops. They're not We're not playing the We're not playing the race game here. I'm not doing none of that. >> Okay. >> I'm not That's why I'm saying >> come on, man. Really? It was >> a damn cop. I know it's not very >> I got you. It's so easy just to listen what they had to say. I just step out. >> Bring me to the ringer and tow my car for >> No, you got your car total for not listening to directions, man. No one else here purposely just wanted to tow your car. >> Yeah, it's no way getting out down here. >> It's in the It's in the back. We'll get it when you get to jail. You good, man? Okay. >> The man was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing an officer. Thanks for watching. That's pretty interesting. I ain't gonna lie. I a I ain't really say too much throughout the video. I think um honestly I think the guy is just real finicky, real nervous. You know what I mean? Like, and I don't understand why everybody want to call for the sergeant. All the sergeant is going to do is agree with whatever his officer is saying. People got to stop doing that. Like it it's not going to help your case. All you're doing is prolonging the situation. You didn't want to search the vehicle. Fine. Okay. Bet. Well, we going to get the dog to hit on it. So, your vehicle get searched regardless. You feel me? So, cuz we already know once they pull that dog out, the dog is going to hit automatic. It's gonna hit on something. You know what I'm saying? That's how it's trained. I'm saying whether there's something in there or not. Dog hitting. Woo. Oh yeah, we got a hit. We going to search the vehicle. That's how that go. That's why like, you know, uh smoking. It depends on what the dog is trained on. You know, some dogs is train trained on marijuana, some dogs are not, you know, but you know, if if you, you know, hot boxing or like if you a smoker and you like to smoke all the time and stuff and let's say you not smoking in your, you know, in your vehicle, but you smoked at the crib or whatever or you chilling and you got that stench on you, that's going to get inside your car and then the dog is gonna hit on that. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, it's just I don't know. But yeah, once they pull the dog out, it's a wrap. You're like, "Yeah, the dog is going to hit on something." But it's just easier to just comply. You know what I'm saying? You always I feel like the best thing to do is to comply with the officer's orders in the time being. Now, if you go back and they violated something, now you could be like, "Hey, this wasn't right. this wasn't right. You could lawyer up. Boom. Sue them civily, whatever. Like, you know, but in the meantime, you at a disadvantage. They gonna do what what they going to do regardless. You feel me? So, it's always best to comply and then if they did something wrong, then you could go back on it. But just fighting and arguing with them on the side of the road, that's dumb. That ain't going to get you nowhere. I give the officers a three. They did three out of five. You didn't bow. >> No time for the fakes. When you see me, I see you. No FaceTime. Shoot my shot. Green beep 2K [ __ ] that get a [ __ ] lean.
