The loss prevention notified the officer when the woman walked past the final point of sale and the officer moved in. >> You want to walk over here, okay? I'm going to have you sit on the bench, okay? >> doing? >> Actually, you know what? Just face the wall for me. Face the wall. Separate your feet. No, no, just separate your feet. Spread Okay, just stand up for me. I'm going to put this on the bench, okay? >> Okay. >> You have anything in your pockets that's going to poke me, stick me? >> No. >> I'll spray 20 acres. Can you break me and show me in a 56 year same location? >> 411 All right, you can have a seat. Want to sit up there? >> Front end team lead, can I get a front end team lead to 100, PLEASE? Have you ever been issued a Florida DL, driver's license? >> Yes. >> Yeah? Okay. What's a good phone number for you? >> Um There isn't one. >> You don't have one? >> No. >> Okay. Anyone else that can like call you or we can call them for your paperwork? Do you live with anybody? Okay. What do you mean? Can you give me Can you give me somebody else's phone number they can reach you? Don't have anybody? No? Okay. All right, just sign that for me, okay? All right, I'm going to grab my computer. >> I can't be alone. >> Uh I see what you're saying. I'll wait. Okay. Yeah, no worries. >> I need a female team lead to the 100 office, please. Okay, I need another person in please. >> I remember I remember [cough and clears throat] I did a video probably this was a couple month not a couple months this is a couple weeks ago where I think a lady got into it with somebody or whatever they were at like a restaurant or something like that and um like uh it was it was it was a white lady and then the the person that worked at the spot was a black lady and then they were arguing and whatever about a food order or something like that and then food ended up getting thrown and yada yada yada but I I I'm pretty sure that's the video I don't know I do so many videos but um the reason why I'm bringing this up right is because during during that video the cop asked something about you know phone you know your phone number or whatever and she didn't want to give it or whatever the case may be and I made a comment I said you know you don't have to give that stuff um it's not necessarily required because not everyone has a phone you know and the comments went nuts okay they're everyone has a phone who don't you know that don't have a phone yeah you could get Obama phone da da da and I'm like still everyone does not have a phone period you know just because you think it's common and everyone can get one doesn't mean that everyone has one right we just seen literally that she just pulled a phone out of her her waistband right and put it on the bench but what happened when it came to the phone number part she says I don't have a good phone number because you don't have to give that right your phone number is not a part of your identity right and you're supposed to identify right that's name date of birth you know maybe you know, or you could do this the social stuff like that. But, what's your email? What's your No, like, what's your phone number? Address? Oh. You don't got to do that. You don't have to do any of that. But, yeah, that part just reminded me of that where the comments were just Yeah, everyone has a phone. Who don't you know how who has a phone? It doesn't matter who I know that doesn't have a phone. The point is is that that's not a requirement. >> I'm being arrested right now. >> Thank you. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> She tweaked out. >> Um, do you know what items was? >> She's She's getting them all out. >> Yeah, it was a bag. Uh, shampoo, toothpaste, a whole bunch of accessories, clothes. >> Okay. Let me >> Just random burgers or whatever. I I was watching you the whole time. You're pretty actually pretty good. >> I'm going to read >> I was quick. But, I was watching you the whole time. >> I'm going to read you something, okay? Um, you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Uh, anything you say may be used against you in court. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> You have the right to talk >> arrested? >> Uh, we'll talk about it. But, I have to ask you these first, okay? Um, you have the right to talk to >> Yes. I want to talk to a lawyer before I answer any questions. Do you understand? >> Mhm. Um, if you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, one will be provided for you before questioning without charge. Do you understand? >> I understand. >> Uh, has anyone threatened you or promised you anything to get you to talk to you? >> No. >> No. >> Do you want to talk about why you're in handcuffs? It's your choice. You can decide not to talk or say anything or you can talk. Shop with me. Okay. That's pretty much what I was going to ask you, so you're good. Just hang tight for me, okay? >> Damn, the gold robbers, huh? Yo, she has some plans after this, huh? >> Um, do you still wish to talk if I ask you questions about this? Can I ask you questions? >> Uh-huh. I guess you can. >> Yeah. Can you tell me what this is? >> That was already in the bag. That's not mine. >> It's not yours? So, you don't know what it is? When we test it, is it going to be crack, Molly, or anything like [snorts] that? >> It's not mine. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay, it was Eddie. You're going to be going to jail today. >> For shoplifting and then possession of whatever that ends up testing for. >> What are you talking about? $178? >> $178 worth of merchandise you tried to steal. >> That is a lie cuz literally it's pens, notebook, an outfit that's All the accessories, the backpack. >> Yes, the accessories are $15 a piece, $18. The bag is $20. We don't have it here. I got it all on video. I followed you around. I [ __ ] wrote it. All right, what was the last year? >> Check on my mom, then. Yeah, give me some. I'll spray 20. Can you also run a criminal history check for prior petty theft convictions? >> I'll write the statement while you do all the stuff you got to do. >> Yeah, I'm going to I'm actually going to test it because I have to test it. >> All right. I'm not going to include that in my statement. I'm going to I'm going to include >> Yeah, I know that's fine cuz I'll That's fine. I'll be right back. >> Yeah, the door's open, so just just push it. >> Okay. Okay. Thank you. I'LL BE BACK. >> THE OFFICER TESTED THE SUBSTANCE SHE WAS CAUGHT >> OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. SO, um yeah, I'mma just put up the transcript cuz I did see the transcript. Um Let me see because, you know, YouTube will get me together, man. You know, I did see the ending of the transcript. Um let's see. Yeah, the officer tested the substance, um you know, and was caught with uh and it tested positive for M O L L Y. And then she was just transported, um so she got, um you know, possession and uh paraphernalia. All right? So, that's that. And that's the end of the story, man. She was tweaking out, man. Um you know, like I said, man, make sure y'all hug y'all kids. Make sure y'all tell them you love them, man, so they don't end up like this, man. >> Hit the subscribe button to the 808 [music] say crazy as footage on a midnight [singing] ride.
