it's his website says he's a former officer former SWAT team member I like to give people a chance man because here's how I view it we are all in the pool of humanity and what if one day well just practically speaking if we were in a situation where maybe we just so happen to be in a mall together are we going to be able to trust this guy go back to back with them you know break out the personal protection devices and protect ourselves and our family if we were Shipwrecked on a desert island and there were a hundred of us is there going to be somebody in that group that's going to try to violate our rights because really what it boils down to is are you willing to be a criminal are you willing to engage in criminal activity to you know uphold some kind of agenda or push some kind of a narrative or because you were brainwashed it doesn't matter why you did what you did well I guess it kind of does you know there are some people who are sincere and they're sincerely wrong and we can be sincerely wrong but the point is are you willing to violate somebody else's rights because that is when you cross that line of violating somebody's rights going against their consent doing something that they don't want you to do but you go ahead and do it anyway that's where it becomes a crime in the area of sex when you go past that line and you try to do that with somebody and they don't consent that's called rape in the area of life it's called Murder if you in the area of property if you pass that line it's called theft so when you do those kind of things it doesn't matter what you use to justify it hey I can do that because I'm a I'm a Supreme Court Justice I can do that because I'm a politician hey I can do that you can't do this because you're not a police officer but I have qualified immunity so I can do it it doesn't matter what your justification is it doesn't matter if it was legal or not did you violate somebody's rights and that's how I determine who's a foe or who's a friend and we constantly see law enforcement officers have the mentality of no I I can violate your rights because the policy said so or back in the 1930s Germany the SS officer said well I was just doing my job I was just following orders I don't write the laws I just enforce them it's kind of like that that last meme I put up on my here's the deal channel on my community tab and it's true it's just a truism what I like about memes is they really cut through the BS and they get to the bottom of the truth look but I don't make the laws I just voluntarily signed up to enthusiastically enforce the violence they require because when you think about it that is what a law is it's just the writings of men it's just the opinions of men the opinions of politicians backed by what by the threat of force well then who puts the teeth on those writings because that's all it is it's just words who puts the teeth on and enforces those writings the opinions of politicians who puts the force on that it's the law enforcement agents and it doesn't and most laws are immoral most laws are unjust most laws are cruel and unfair and they call themselves what law enforcers so basically they're Injustice enforcers so I'm what I what I thought I'd do is go over this video where you remember I went over this about two weeks ago he went over it and it's only been up for like four days he's got 2.4 million views this guy looked at the back end of his uh his YouTube account and just on this channel he's got multiple channels at least one other channel one or two and on this channel alone he's got over one point closing in on 1.2 billion total views that's crazy and he's only been around since 2016. so he's highly popular just like Brandon Tatum is he's got 4.17 million subscribers every time he puts out a video it gets one two three four five million views and uh he has an opinion apparently on this guy who was shot by this Los Angeles County police officer he's a 50 year old man homeless and his name was was Christopher Lee Mercurio and it's a very unfortunate incident it seemed like the guy was troubled in his mind and it didn't seem like there was any compassion on the part of the police officers or any effort to de-escalate the situation as they put a female police officer Into The Fray knowing that this guy already had violent tendencies so we're going to watch this together and I will stop it and I'll try to I'll try to be looking back on my screen and see what you guys say in the chat room but I want to be fair to this guy because I picture what if we're on a desert island one day you you too if you're under desert island with me I'm there with you this guy's here Brandon Tatum's here or whatever we're gonna all have to work together we're gonna have to work together to get food we're gonna have to work together to you know protect ourselves from the elements we're going to have to hold out long enough for a ship to come come by and get us or whatever the bottom line is we're gonna have to get along but the question is does who Among Us on that desert island will have an authoritarian mindset where they're going to try to force you to do something that you don't want to do that's what I'm concerned about and that's the mentality that's the cop mentality that I want to unearth now let me just say one thing real quick deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to a call of a man who was trespassing right outside of a local mall you see some people who worked at the mall found a big homeless man sleeping on the bench they said he was a transient when they called 9-1-1 which is a fancy word for hobo the caller stated that they tried talking to him but he just got belligerent wanted to fight people nobody wants to fight a homeless man that means you have to touch them no thank you hello um calling from the West Olympia Mall just calling because it almost looks like right at the start he's got a contempt for homeless people and yeah I mean we got to be honest homeless people can tend to be pretty dirty and pretty smelly if you've ever approached somebody who's truly homeless it's yeah it can be a pretty dirty thing we basically have this transient who was we were calling me through that first but we found him sleeping in front of kids we tried talking no more no you know it's part of property you can't sleep here but he does not want to leave at all that he just basically we won't start a fight whenever we go to him try to make him leave um do you want us to come there and trespass them yeah basically like just to come down here and just make them leave property because whenever we try to talk to him he just gets really irate this page just says the only way I'm gonna get out of here because one of your natural cold stuff like that okay so obviously the guy has violent tendencies and we talked about this when I did my video on this we'll see if maybe donut operator will touch on this but it's it's this is key this is super important if the 911 caller communicated to the dispatcher that this guy is aggressive this guy wants to fight he wants to put people in a choke hold then is the answer to that hey let's send Marge from the office I can't remember when I can't remember what this this female cop's name was I guess I could pull it up here uh it's it's kind of irrelevant but is the answer hey let's get Peggy in accounting and let's throw a uniform on her yeah I know she's going to be trained and all that kind of stuff but let's put let's give let's put the weakest uh cop out on the street to confront this aggressive guy who wants to put the male security guard or security guards plural in a Chokehold not a good idea that's a recipe for disaster and you're basically looking for somebody to get shot or you're not you're not putting anything in place to keep somebody from getting shot because if that woman gets cornered and she feels like she's gonna be overpowered and harmed or maybe even you know killed she's gonna pull out her firearm and it's not going to be good for the person that she did that with if the guy's not armed himself so this is a recipe for disaster if the 9-1-1 caller did not communicate this to the police department um that's bad on the 9-1-1 caller if if they did and the the police department sent out a female cop or even just one male cop that is crazy to me why wouldn't you send a cop a male cop with a male partner for some male that you know already know is aggressive it doesn't make any sense that's failure for the cops failure for their apartment it's failure for the homeless guy because almost I don't see how anything good can come out of that so let's let's see if the donut operator covers this maybe he will you know while we're talking about this I'll tell you what a baton is only good for two things in policing tearing down spider webs and poking home with people who are asleep that guy just needs a little poke doodle with a baton uh hold on a second I got to be careful what I show on a live stream so if he's going to show I got my finger on the pause button because I don't know what's going to be coming up here so if they're gonna have somebody getting roughed up I'm gonna skip over that oh no no no not that kind of poke just a little not once did I hear the cop say hey can you take your hands out of your pockets just so I can see your hands never set it [Music] without sound I can already see something sketchy about this his hands are in his pockets cops hate when your hands are in your pockets what was it that was in your pocket though if you turn your pockets out really quick what is in your pocket so look I'm just coming over because the security for the mall yeah I'm not gonna move at all I will actually kill every kid that comes here okay well we don't want that well that's a that is bad okay let's see what he says about this you you guys have already seen my commentary on doozy he has his hands in his pockets she's being super courteous and professional with him and some of the first words out of his mouth are I'm gonna kill every [ __ ] who comes here uh oh we're watching the short amount that we've already seen I'm gonna go ahead and call it and say that he's probably on drugs and alcohol both or I don't know he looks a little messed up he's swaying a little bit he slurred his speech his eyes are glossy he probably shouldn't tell a copyright when they walk up that he's gonna kill them yeah it is a bad idea there could be alcohol alcohol there could be drugs and he could have a mental problem he could be he could be an army vet I don't know if he is or not he could be suffering from ptsds he could be struggling with demons he can't get out of his brain he could be a very he appears to be a very volatile unstable individual and at this point the female cop should have commandeered every bit of Common Sense and ability to de-escalate that she could muster at that very moment and not offer any kind of verbal pushback and kind of stepped away from the situation sir why don't you I'll tell you what you know what you know things may are you hungry I can I can go down to the donut shop I could go down to the donut shop or I can go down to to uh Subway and grab you something to eat would that be okay what a great de-escalating technique until you can get back up and say hey they want this guy off his prop this this property so let's see if we can do it in the most humane way possible what would he how is that a lose situation she could back up but remember what she does she starts getting verbally aggressive with him yeah he's verbally aggressive he's in the wrong he's volatile he's unstable everything's up in the air at this point he's already made some that's a serious threat what he just did there's no taking any sharp edge off of that one but hey let's see some de-escalation ma'am but we won't see it I'm just trying to talk to you okay okay I'm gonna sleep right here so you can do what you want to do okay either protecting the fan or I'm gonna [ __ ] destroy your [ __ ] human being that's horrible I understand I understand but why are you coming at me like that I'm just letting you know and I'm just letting you know too okay don't tell me what to do at all I'm not letting you know I'm not telling you what to do okay I'm just letting you know what security has advice is I am security for the whole country okay you want to Iran and China to [ __ ] bust your nut or what no not at all well did I say that listen to me did I say that just listen no I'm telling you right now listen no I'm no we're not doing you know what hey you better her ego just kicked in she she started you know her feathers started getting ruffled no de-escalation here she could have completely put this to bed she could have took she could have done her best she didn't even try it seems like she got her ego damage because of what he just no no you listen to me now you listen to me wrong time to say that lady when you don't have backup because you know what you're going to have to do if he keeps coming at you step back I'm gonna [ __ ] your ass up so now we have like three or four death threats and he's still advancing on her he lays hands on her unfortunately for her he's a little bit slow but that doesn't mean he still can't overpower her and take her firearm he can still do some damage he's a big old boy and of course I'm not saying this could happen just because she's a woman there have been many male police officers who have been overpowered and their gun was taken and they got executed I'm just saying he big and she's small as we all know before we get into the shooting part that a gun is the great equalizer remember kids when someone says there needs to be more gun control that means they don't want women to be able to protect themselves that's true that's true I totally agree with that so it sounds like he's anti-gun control but I don't okay we're seven minutes and seven seconds into an 11 minute video and he hasn't said she should have come with backup she should have never been assigned this task there should have been two male officers or if she was going to be a part of it have another officer with her that's not another female or have maybe two units show up with four people and then they can de-escalate this and how about somebody who actually knows how to communicate with somebody who is volatile who might be on drugs who might be you know losing it mentally how about that and then how about everybody walk away alive and well and and spreading Good Will hey can we we know we know what the nearest shelter can we take you don't have to sleep here dude you don't have to sleep under the stars or the dude's gonna make you wet in the morning we got you we can we got you covered let us give you a hot meal how about that you cops make enough you don't have DS I mean think of all the tools that they have their their disposal before they pull out the Baton before they pull out the taser before they pull out the gun this just infuriates me man just to press on the point that I'm talking about where someone being overpowered do you remember that one call where the female officer got really close to that pickup truck that was loitering out in the middle of nowhere and then the guy pulled a gun on her and then pulled her into the truck and almost shot her foreign [Music] [Music] fortunately another officer pulled a female officer pulled a man over that was bigger than her and he overpowered her to the point where another person on the side of the road had to run up and help her again all right that looks familiar wasn't the guy just standing on the sidewalk recording and what was the situation here man I should have watched this beforehand so I could have pulled up what the heck is going on thanks Jeff Jeff hates pigs thank you I appreciate that what was that was that was this guy just recording what was the crime this guy committed doggone it oh you got a notification good to hear better late than never huh offer a shelter and a hot meal problem solved maybe and maybe not but you have a better chance of solving the problem if you're willing to give him something you know hey tell you what she escalated it to a fight and put her hands on him first a lot of badass police women out there for instance one badass that we haven't covered on this channel before I don't know if you guys saw this shooting the off-duty officer in Chicago what shootings in Chicago are you serious donut Chicago the safest city in America our suspect was arguing with a group of people so the off-duty police officer exits her apartment and tries to tell everyone to calm down when she turns to go back in her apartment the suspect lunges for her handgun which turns into a struggle no okay yeah I remember this one I I can't show this on my channel so I which she pulls out her service weapon and and uh takes care of him if someone with a gun says I'll kill you you should probably listen to them yeah I'm not gonna I'm not gonna hang around for that especially on a live stream especially with all the crap that's going on in my channels thanks for coming for free she said she was gonna [ __ ] do it dummy anyway he died on that note you'll notice that the great equalizer here was the gun just like I said earlier let's get back to our original story much like what we just watched it involves two shots also I said get the [ __ ] out of here now step back Grace and she put her hands I'm gonna shoot you I'm gonna shoot you dude this is why I was thinking that he's on something he takes two shots to the chest like a champ one of them I'm guessing to the heart unfortunately our internal organs really really hate bullets putting holes in them so despite him being a pretty big tough guy he stumbles around for a couple of seconds collapses and never gets up again honestly it could have been a suicide by cop situation too but perhaps we'll never know I'm gonna shoot you dude all right I'm not gonna play this because I I didn't play it on my channel because uh people are I mean the platform is real sensitive about that we know what happens to this guy yeah don't worry he's not he's not going to he's not going to it how do you think this officer handled this do you think anything could have been done differently do you think that this was justified or unjustified lawful but awful you can let me know in a calm rational discourse in the comments below you guys are awesome it wasn't necessary it's it's not even so much about it being justified it wasn't necessary the cop could have done so much more to keep this situation from happening I don't blame anybody for defending themselves I want to be clear about that it doesn't matter if this was a cop I see this as just a female who was you know you know warding off attacker at a certain point but it didn't have to get to that the only thing the only reason she walked up to him the only reason she didn't de-escalate is because she's got something in her mind that just it ain't quite right because a regular person were just backed off or used some kind of diplomacy some kind of diplomatic skill some kind of de-escalation technique to get him or herself out of that situation so they can regroup and if necessary go back with you know more Force but controlled Force controlled force that doesn't find it necessary to break out lethal some some way to apprehend this guy and you could have I'm telling you man I really think as unstable as this guy seemed and yeah there was some kind of superhuman stuff going on there so there's probably a mixture of maybe mental illness alcohol and drugs to have to to cause him to Don that superhuman you know he did take those two shots to the you know Center Mass and he kept coming like he didn't even feel it like he was Superman or something and then he backed off after that second shot but that's a dangerous situation I've you've seen you've seen the videos that I've seen like there there could be a 100 pound or a 90 pound woman strung out on meth or something and it takes five cops to cut five big beefy male cops to hold her down it's like when they get amped up on meth or whatever it is they're amped up on they don't care if in their resistance they break a bone or an eye is gouged out or they lose their teeth or whatever they're just all in man and they're hyped up on that stuff and there's almost no way to control it so how much more when a guy who is of that stature goes at a female of her stature is she gonna feel threatened that's why from the get-go it was a mistake to send one cop out there and then you made it a female cop and you did it knowing that there was an aggressive belligerent guy who was threatening and then he threatened her to her face and she didn't have the sense to back off and now she if she has any kind of conscience at all in her mind will probably be living with the fact that she ended a human life that'd be a per that's a pretty bad thing and she'll probably be out on leave she'll probably take early retirement and that's going to cost the taxpayers more money for somebody who's not even you know not even doing anything in society but sitting there receiving a big fat paycheck every month so it's uh it's just a Shiite show is what it is and I didn't see let's see is this it there's only a couple more seconds left and that's all he offers I kind of love you a little bit and if you want to help support the channel okay so yeah that's it so this guy is incredibly popular and really didn't offer anything substantive uh you know in the way of hey there are a couple options that this woman could have taken especially from his perspective as a former police officer my question is why didn't donut operator offer some kind of uh option that could have lent itself to everybody in that situation walking away alive and unscathed why no why no suggestion that maybe somebody needs some de-escalation skills honed on maybe we need to find out what the 9-1-1 caller transferred over to or the 911 operator transferred over to the um to the police department were they given the full information about how aggressive this guy was if they were then the police department made a serious serious mistake a lapse in judgment just brain dead sending that one person out there to take care of this so uh you know maybe let me know let me know in the comment section if you want me to do another video because I don't feel like this is somebody's got a somebody's got a YouTube channel called or a YouTube handle called Brooklyn audits got arrested for stealing an orange he has over four million Subs do you honestly think he's for the people um it's not likely how about that but hey effects and all that everything American but if you're watching this donut operator I view the cops as enemies of the fundamental rights that we all have and they use different techniques like traffic stops as a justification to violate those rights and I want to know what you have to say about that and if you're interested donut operator let's do a not a debate but just have a conversation just comfort and ease now there's a place for comfort and ease because you got to recover you know but if you're a lazy person you're constantly coasting in life and you're constantly having people do things for you and you're sleeping on your friend's couch and you're not paying for it your mom and dad are supporting you by putting a roof over your head or buying you food that's the worst thing you can do for a kid sometimes the worst thing you can do for somebody is to do something for somebody Sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing it's like hey you're on your own it's that it's that proverbial hey we're rowing out in the middle of the lake and I'm throwing you in and you're going to learn to swim if you don't learn to swim then you're going to be sucking in some water now as a parent you're not going to let your kids sit there and drown that would be stupid of you that would be evil of you but you are going to have them work for it it's like you can do it every human being can swim you can experience that state of buoyancy and relaxation when you fill your uh lungs with air and you become lighter than you were without the air in there and you start paddling the right way without splashing water and getting in your face and then you can relax and you can swim sometimes you just have to jump in the deep end because the worst thing that can happen to somebody is that you you experience Constant Comfort constant ease constant relaxation that's not good that's how muscles atrophy that's how bones get brittle and weak but introduce that with to resistance which is painful no pain no gain and it's uncomfortable and you don't look forward to doing it but man it the benefits that you will reap on word this is just one thing just working out pedaling uphill so then when this when you're in the straight places it becomes very easy it's like wow the straight places used to be hard then I started pedaling uphill and then once I got to the straight places it was way easier why because you conditioned yourself to grab Life by the horns so to speak careful dude we're not talking about throwing our kids that can't swim in the middle of the lake LOL
