if not then why do they act differently than us why is it that if we conducted the same activities they did in regard to criminal activity that we are punished and oftentimes they are not now one thing that this channel is all about even though people falsely accuse me of being a cop hater i am not and will never be because cops are human beings that i think can be rehabilitated mentally i think they need to be mentally rehabilitated because i i see no evidence for good authoritarians that's what a cop is is an authoritarian why would you want power over another human being to control and manipulate and lie to them for the purposes of the state if there are good cops or you became a cop and you become aware hey there are no good cops you either quit or you get fired they do not want a cop on the force that's going to constantly be calling out the evil deeds of his fellow cops if there is such a thing as a good cop he is not going to be on the force for long because he will have to quit or he will be fired or uh he'll get caught up in friendly fire if you know what i mean so i want to make this very clear i do not hate cops and i would rather them rehabilitated and come to our side i do hate their actions i do love justice and because if you love justice you will hate injustice it just goes with the territory this right here was reported yesterday from wtvc news channel 8 an abc affiliate in tulsa it says police officer killed working his first shift with the department man charged with murder i want to make a salient point here that you're not going to hear on fake stream media you won't hear it on liberal media you won't hear it on conservative media but let's go through the story man accused of ambushing a georgia police officer on his first shift i do not endorse that kind of activity man that's basically hunting another human being with the department gunned him down because he arrested an acquaintance of his hours earlier officials said the georgia bureau of investigation said damien anthony ferguson 43 was charged with murder after officer dylan harrison was shot and killed outside the alamo police department on sunday across the street from the police department friday afternoon a driver was in the parking lot of a gas station when harrison asked him for his id following a traffic violation now i don't know the ins and outs i don't know anything further than what this article reports but we've seen time and time again that when a cop approaches somebody to show them their id it's typically under the guise of extracting more information from them for a fishing expedition so that they can actually slap a charge on them thereby increasing the coffers of the state and making the people even less powerful or more powerless from the perspective of law enforcement so i don't know the ins and outs of what happened in this specific case maybe the driver actually did something that warranted some kind of intervention that anybody could do not just a law enforcer just a concerned citizen it's like hey man i saw that you jeopardized that person's life you just threaten that person or you took that person's stuff and you get in the way because you can't tolerate injustice and you want justice to come on the earth and if it's going to be through you let it be through you across the street from the police department friday afternoon the is in the parking lot of a gas station when harrison asked him for his id following a traffic violation officials said the driver refused to identify himself he could have been completely within his rights to do that by the way that's when it's like you know i could see this happening it's like have i committed a crime do you suspect me of committing a crime we've seen it where the driver has actually done absolutely nothing drivers who have body cam or dash cams on their own person as they're driving wearing a seat belt and the motorcycle cop pulls them over for not having a seat belt on when you know dang well they did and they can prove it and the only way you can get out of that ticket is because the camera don't lie because if you didn't have the camera they wouldn't be believing you they will be believing the law enforcer officials said the driver refused to identify himself that's when the men got into an argument which escalated into the driver pushing harrison harrison tried to place the man under arrest but since he would not comply the officer used his taser arrested the man and took him to jail authority says harrison 26 was gunned down outside the police department later that day it is believed that the ambush style attack keep that in mind ambush style attack something that police and law enforcement agencies whether federal state or local do every single day to us ambush style attacks we saw it today with leroy harris man of chicago just walking down the street minding his own business the cops ambushed him attacked him and then charged him with the crime and if it wasn't for the body cameras being on he'd be sitting in jail today ambush style when i think of ambush style attack i think of human beings in costumes with badges and the authority of the state coming after us that's ambush style what oh does it make it not ambush style because they're wearing costumes are they automatically not ambushers and not criminals because they're wearing costumes it is believed that the ambush style attack on officer harrison was retaliation for the incident and arrest of the man they did not identify the driver but said he was a known associate of ferguson so here's what happens to you here's what happens to you and i'm not saying this is a bad thing i'm just saying here's what happens to you if you ambush a human being in a costume which i do not advocate i want to be very clear if this guy did this allegedly he did if he did it is it is wrong it is evil i don't endorse it similarly i don't endorse ambush styles from badged uniformed costumed ambushers on the rest of us let me show you what happens when they do this very thing check this out and in this case the cops actually got arrested and are going to be on trial for a felony but do you remember karen gardner from the loveland area in colorado loveland police sergeant uh four cops actually had to step down and resign because of what somebody did to 72 year old karen garner but this is this is a an exception rather than the rule this is a good thing hop and jalali the two officers who are involved in that i'm not going to play the video but it was horrific to the point where they they broke a bone in this old ladies on skeletal structure and later on when they up when these cops jalali and hop and some other officer got together to view the body cam footage on a computer screen back at the station while uh miss garner who had dementia was sitting in pain in a cell offered no medical attention one of the officers heard oh can you hear that pop oh i love that jalali the female officer goes oh i hate that and the other guy goes oh i don't i love this [Music] [Applause] [Music] what's up completely psychotic guys it's just psychopaths capitalizing on on and ganging up on a 70 year old and then laughing about the video evidence later and being so clueless that they don't even scramble to erase the tape going oh man this was a misdeed i shouldn't have done that they're going oh i love this i can't wait to do it again hop and jalali both face criminal charges good but guess what the but the book will be thrown lightly at them just like amber geiger with both john amber geiger goes into the man's apartment later claiming oh i thought it was my apartment and i thought somebody had broken in that's why i shot him to death botham john is sitting on his couch watching a tv show eating ice cream unbeknownst to him amber geiger comes through his front door amber geiger with the police department blows him away dead bottom john gone what happens to her she gets 10 years and then the the judge comes around her the bench and gives amber geiger a hug and a bible and this year either 2020 remainder of 2021 or the first part of 2022 guess what amber geiger is up for appeal you wouldn't be i wouldn't be especially if you shot a cop as even if you shot a cop in self-defense you cl even even if 10 video cameras were on you and you clearly did nothing wrong provoked nothing and the cops literally ambushed you and just took away your rights and and harmed you and then said oh they were resisting arrest even if you you shot that officer in self-defense which in some some cases uh in some states by the way there are some laws where it's written you know especially written into a castle doctrine if a cop is transgressing you're right to be secure in your person's houses papers and effects and you in self-defense you can prove it with self-defense take that officer out for the thug that he was then guess what uh you get to walk free and well you should because they should treat that cop just like any other human being it doesn't matter about the uniform what is there some magical spell that comes over people when they see some guy and a woman in it in a costume so jalali and hop are facing criminal charges uh they would throw the book at us look at this in santa fe plans to protest albuquerque police shooting of james boyd these guys who ambushed james boyd a homeless man in albuquerque new mexico murdered him on camera acquitted of all charges everything's fine what about um here here's here's the story with that right here what about johnny wheatcroft johnny wheatcroft was terrorized in front of his children and tased in the groin how many times he had done nothing wrong he wasn't even the driver of the vehicle he was sitting the passenger side he just didn't want to give the cops his id they terrorized and tormented and tortured that poor guy in front of his family uh they just lose their jobs what if you did that to a cop what if you they they literally ambushed johnny wheatcroft what about another one what about daniel shaver by the way i'm picking out all white guys for a reason we could we could name eric garner horrible horrible philando castile disgusting we already mentioned botham john unacceptable evil this isn't about the reason i'm picking white guys is this isn't about race cops don't care what color skin you are are there people in police departments that are probably racist yeah probably but that's not the overall problem the overall problem is you're giving a human being a monopoly on force and power what do you expect him to do with it he's going to get drunk on that power and he's going to do bad things to people who don't deserve bad things to happen to him it's not about it's not real this racism crap it's the problem is authoritarianism the problem is people thinking they have a higher claim over your life and property than you to the point where they're going to harm you or steal your stuff confiscate your vehicle put you in prison take away 100 of your freedoms it's exactly what the political parasites do in washington's district of criminals they just make the law put it on paper and the law enforcers take it off the law the the sheet of paper and put it into action it's like they're more culpable but daniel shaver philip brailsford is the one who executed even cnn says execution it says daniel shaver shooting by police officer was an avoidable execution now i don't know what i don't know in what sense they mean execution but you know what since i mean execution but this guy daniel or philip brailsford acquitted of the murder on camera of unarmed daniel shaver and so we get back to this story right here he's not gonna get acquitted why because he ambushed a special human being in a costume this guy won't get acquitted i don't endure again i just want to close out this video segment with i don't endorse what this guy did to the human being in a costume similarly i don't endorse the behavior of people in costumes ambushing people that don't wear costumes but this is another example to highlight that there are certain people among us that are treated differently they're given grace and mercy and a whole long rope and in some cases they don't even not lose their job they stay on administrative leave and to add insult to injury paid administrative leave and then the blue the thin blue line gang the uh fraternal order of masonic police surround their buddies and offer a barrier of protection saying we're going to conduct an internal investigation that's right we're going to investigate ourselves and we'll get back to you and let you know what you found what if you said to the cop i'll tell you what hey do you know why we pulled you over um you're lonely and you needed company i don't know no we pulled you over because you were speeding you were doing 22 miles an hour with the speed limit giving you a 250 ticket well i'll tell you what officer i'll conduct an internal investigation on myself and i'll get back with you and then you drive off oh they won't let you do that but they'll keep body camera footage from you they'll conduct an internal investigation and let it drag on for years so that people forget about it or they'll drag them through litigation to the point where the people can't afford the attorney's fees anymore just a system it's an injustice system top to bottom [Music]
