back to high impactful all right just making sure we're live I want to keep this as brief as possible I don't want to belabor this point or do I hmm and apparently I stirred up The Hornet's Nest and stepped into some drama actually I probably created drama I don't mean to do that I don't want to create any kind of drama I'm not here to make enemies what I am here to do is make a better world for me you and our posterity because things are going down the you know what pretty pretty quick and I just want to clear the air I am not the enemy of well let me just let me back up for a second apparently I'm hearing rumors that I threw Erie County auditing Erie County and news now ninja under the bus if I did that I'm sorry it was not intentional I did not mean to do that and I know I realized that not just in this community but in the world as a whole and kind of as a principle that's not written it's perception is everything perception is everything so what that means is whether it's real or not if a whole bunch of people thinks it's real and in their mind it's real then what are you gonna do it's kind of like it's dangerous to be right when the government's wrong yeah you may be right but buddy you going to jail you may be right we may be violating violating your constitutional rights but we got a bigger gang and we got bigger sticks and you're going down so that's what I mean by perception is everything so let me clear the air I didn't I did not mean in this video right here to imply that news now ninja and that's the the video that I put up saying I just can't even believe this because I can't believe what Brooklyn audits did and the position he's put a lot of people in especially people who drove traffic to his audience and just it's just kind of a big letdown you know so when I said that news now ninja and auditing Erie County are the friends of Brooklyn audit I in no way meant to imply that they're okay with what he did and when I went over the fact that they tried to talk to the store owner to make the crime and the theft make things right in no way did I mean to say that they were tipping the hat at some kind of criminal activity so if anybody got that impression I I it's my fault I need to be a better I need to be more articulate I need to be more clear I need to be more direct it's my my fault I'm on a journey just like you are I got a long way to go personally so forgive me news now ninja and forgive me auditing Erie County if I in any way shape or formed make made it look like because you were the friend I caught in my first video about uh Brooklyn audit I considered him a friend in other words when you when you talk to somebody about another person being your friend you automatically are implying I think that my friend would not do me any harm and would not do my family any harm and by extension would not do you any harm now if at any point that friend betrays your confidence he can still be your friend on your side you haven't done anything wrong it's like you're still willing to forgive you're still willing to go on with life but that doesn't mean you're gonna forget that doesn't mean you're not going to still hold your friend accountable so when I saw that news now ninja in Erie County we're trying to pay for the orange to make things right that's all I thought and the other thing I thought was okay maybe they're they're as much against the state as I am the illegitimate illegitimacy of the state boss yet said the state is that great fiction the government and everything that that branches off of that government is that great fiction by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else since we understand the state to be a great fiction and absolutely illegitimate that it doesn't seem right for a man to be sitting in the cage of a criminal cartel for example so that's all I meant is if I gave the and some other impression I apologize I do want to go over what I said and then I want to go some over something even more important because other people are calling me a hypocrite for saying that it was okay and maybe I am I'll that's why I want to do this as a live stream and not just a standalone video probably not a lot of people are going to be in here there's only 109 people in here right now um but this is a this is a very serious issue because it deals with virtue it deals with principle it deals with Integrity it deals with responsibility it deals with reputation if you lose any of that you're done it doesn't matter what you say it doesn't matter where you go it doesn't matter what your stick is or how popular your YouTube channel is or how much money you make you got nothing if you don't have a good name so if I besmirched the name of news now ninja or auditing area County please guys accept my apology it wasn't my intention just because I called you guys the friend of Brooklyn audit I put myself in that same category and maybe many of you do too it's an extreme disappointment it's extremely embarrassing it's absolutely infuriating what he did on camera and to this moment right here he continues to say oh I had an arrangement with the shop owner uh I had a tab I see no evidence of that and if it was me that that that recorded what appeared to be or or the perception that everybody had that it was a crime you know what I would have done probably the same thing you would have done and it's not because I think I'm better than anybody else or anything like that what I would have done is I would have gone to that store and at least had the guy sign a paper or get him on video saying dude don't we have an arrangement don't you know me and I know you it was all a complete joke and then you would have to go to the store where he stole the apple and say the same thing because this is a pattern I'm seeing with this guy and then he continued to lie about it he continues to lie to it to this day the only way I can see Brooklyn audit getting out of this is by going back to that store and doing just that talking to the store owner what if if the store owner understood I saw Brooklyn audit say something in one of my comments about oh he didn't know me as Brooklyn audit he didn't know I mean he knew me as Brooklyn audit he didn't know me by my name okay I'll leave that open and I will retract everything that I said because I just want truth to Prevail truth is is treason in the Empire of lies and I don't want any part of that Empire I don't want it on me I want it I get get this get these lies and Fabrication and fiction off of me so if I said anything untrue about but see this is huge on my part in everybody's part too because if I in any way slandered Brooklyn audit if there's some piece of information that I don't understand if if given that information would have cleared up the whole thing I.E I'm joking I got a tab I know the store owner it was all just a complete misunderstanding then I will make it right because that's just what you do if you want to maintain integrity and reputation I don't want to drive somebody into the ground but dang it it ain't right to steal something from somebody else it ain't right to act like a tyrant especially when your whole profession is recording and exposing tyrants and holding them accountable for their actions so here's what I said where I think people got a misunderstanding that I was throwing and this is the quote I've heard that I've thrown news now ninja or um auditing Erie County under the bus which I did not have that's the farthest thing from my mind to do that the thing that I learned and wanted to mention is that news now ninja and auditing Erie County went to Great Lengths to call the shop owner from whom Brooklyn audits took the orange to get him to drop the charges and which I don't have a problem with and people call me a hypocrite for not having a problem with that which I'll discuss in a second that's super important super important if guys the last thing I want to be is a hypocrite that doesn't sit well with me and if somebody makes that accusation against me I want to turn on over every stone because I can be self-deceived I'm a human being I can think everything is hunky dory when it is absolutely not I'm kind of in a way I'm kind of glad this stuff happened with Brooklyn audit because it really makes you look at yourself oh I'm pointing the finger but I've got three pointing back at me what are my deficiencies where have I gone wrong what do I think is okay but it's really not that's what pisses me off about these so-called you know exposing auditor channels calling the Auditors frauditers I'm like do what are you people trying to do are you literally trying to undermine the freedoms of every single American by telling us that we can't stand in a freaking public Lobby that's paid for by extortion money through through government Big Daddy government I mean like what is your goal you frauded or you know I don't even know what you call these channels they wouldn't call themselves frauders but they call Auditors frauders so what's your goal do you not re does anybody not realize the freaking cbdc is upon us the Central Bank digital currency and they're going to force us into a mass currency surveillance State what part of this do you not understand well we gotta Unite it's got to be on fundamental things it's definitely got to be according to truth it's got definitely got to be according to Integrity I could care less how much money I make on this freaking YouTube channel I could care less how much what kind of car I got in the driveway or the I could care less but you know what I do care about I care about freedom because you could have all that and just like I heard a story story today about a fellow American who was helicopter in the air black SUVs outside tactical units SWAT teams flashbang in the windows jeopardizing the life of the person inside for something so freaking minor that made me think you know what we could lose everything right now and it doesn't matter how freaking popular you were on YouTube or how fat your bank account is or your wallet because it can all be gone overnight including your freedom and then they took this guy into a cell where he was in solitary confinement for seven freaking days I've been in You're gonna laugh at this but when I was when I was 18 I was in solitary confinement because I you know got up in some cop's face in Panama City Florida and they took me to jail and put me in solitary confinement took my shoestrings off my shoes fingerprinting me all that stuff stuffed me in a Cell I didn't hear a word from any human being for like eight to ten hours and it was driving me crazy for eight to ten hours I mean you're talking about less than a half a day and I was driving I was going crazy what about seven days what about 70 days what about putting you in a CMU a Communications management unit when you didn't do anything wrong and maybe you'll see a hand putting you know a tray of subpar food through the through the bars that's what we're facing here and we don't have time to do this freaking squabbling thing but I do want to clear the air because I don't think anybody should be unsubscribing from news now ninja or auditing Erie County I only unsubscribe from uh Brooklyn audit because dude you're not even coming clean right now what kind of person are you but then I'm like what kind of person am I if I got this thing wrong because I you know like I'm all in on this thing so let me just play this I've got the I've got the CC I've got the um the the closed captions underneath here so you can see and hear what I said about this and and I want to I want to understand what the misunderstanding is took him a day because he was pissed off about that because I don't want to be the person to create drama that's that way so many people's time I don't want to be a drama queen but dang it I'm gonna call I'm gonna call a spade a freaking Spade he didn't think too kindly about some vagrant coming in and stealing the product of his time and laboring energies basically stealing money and food out of his kid's mouth because that's probably how he keeps the lights on that's how he keeps a roof over his head that's how he keeps clothes on his children's back and food in their stomachs but Brooklyn auto goes F you I'll do what I want this is my neighborhood indicating that hey he stole the orange he stole the Apple two months ago he stole the orange yesterday and that was on video how many times does he go through the neighborhood and just take things that aren't his was that that electric scooter that he got is that his is the cell phone that he uses to record police is that his is does the coat that he wears is that his it opens this whole can of worms on these legitimate questions that can and probably should be asked because of his actions his actions dictate hey you're you've just shown me you're a man of questionable character actually now here's the thing that comes up this this is the one I really wanted to hone in on what I said about news now ninja and Erie County and that's why I wanted to go live because I want you guys to tell me yeah dude Brian you totally blew in on that it really looks like you threw them under the bus and you need to stop doing that which I would I'll agree with if that's what happened there is no question we know what kind of person you are but auditing Erie County and news now ninja go to Great Lengths to contact the shop owner get them to cool down contact them a day later and get him to drop the charges that that's a friend right there that's showing virtue that's really wanting to bail your friend out not nothing wrong with that in my opinion who would do this like maybe to somebody who's who doesn't have a a friend or what they consider a friend wouldn't do this but you do stuff for your friends dude you freaking messed up Brooklyn audit I'm bailing you out but it's only because I hate the state just as much as I hate your crime and because I'm a loyal friend I'm going to do this for you they were Erie County and news now ninja from their own pot of money and guys none of us is rich from their own pot of money they were willing to pay 150 freaking bucks for an orange that Brooklyn audit stole it's it's not even their responsibility to do it but they were going to do it because they'd rather see this guy just out of jail the tax but okay I'm getting ahead of myself because I want to I want to make it real clear why I think news now ninja and news now ninja I saw you in the room you tell me if I'm wrong but I think it is what news now ninja and auditing Erie County did was completely above board and can completely consistent with the minimum standard of freaking friendship and and I cannot say anything bad about somebody who wouldn't do that because I would understand their side of it too I understand news now ninja and auditing area County for wanting to get him out and just let the community just rake them over the coals which he deserves if he's guilty and on the other side of it I would totally understand somebody going let him let him rot in there he deserves every bit of the sell time he's gonna get stealing from a a a street vendor violating his rights when you're out here hypocritically saying that you're gonna you know expose the rights violations of the law enforcers I'll read the super chats later I just don't want to get sidetracked here's here's what I said about news now and auditing Erie County and news now ninja and auditing Erie County are applauding what Brooklyn audience oh wait wait let me let me back this up because this is important okay okay there that's showing virtue that's really wanting to bail your friend out not and I'm not saying news now ninja and auditing Erie County are applauding what Brooklyn audit did but from a human being to another human being they wanted to get the human being out of the cell so they did the Brooklyn audit what he did not deserve I call that Mercy I call that being a freaking good that's going news now ninja and Erie County went above and beyond what Mark deserved Above and Beyond at their own freaking expense not even knowing if when he got out of jail he'd even pay him back that's what news now in Erie County did for you Brooklyn audit and people are equating this with oh Brian you're trying to you're applauding news now ninja and auditing Erie County covering up you say you're against the cover-ups in the police department I didn't I saw part of the video I didn't see all of it I saw part of the video where NewsNow Ninja Go did a live stream with auditing Erie County and they made it very clear they they did not endorse what he did criminal activities criminal activity they should call it out that is not a cover-up bailing a friend or who you considered at one time a friend out of jail is not a freaking cover-up and it's totally different from the cops going we'll investigate ourselves and we'll go we'll get back to you let's see let's investigate ourselves um nope we didn't do anything wrong when news now ninja in the Erie County uh auditing clearly said you absolutely did something wrong now we're going to let you out of prison and let the community take care of you because it shouldn't be the state here's here's the thing so okay so so if you put a one in the room or just put yes if you think I threw a news now ninja under the bus and in auditing Erie County or if you think that I uh and put it put a no if you don't think I did and that sounds complex that sounds complex just say bus if you think I I don't know I don't know but yes you did throw them under the bus or no you didn't I don't know just keep it I just see it consistent with freaking friendship regardless of what the friend did and I'm not seeing a cover-up unless I'm freaking missing something James lock here says yes I did throw him under the bus the nose mean no I didn't throw him under the bus the Yes means I did and and I'm putting out to you guys because do guys believe me I've got blind spots and I'm sure that I have blind spots that I don't know about which just makes it our super blind spot because if you got a blind spot but you don't do anything about it oh there's a problem there corruption is real says that yes I did throw him under the bus not sure he did and I I respect that I respect not sure I I I respect if you think that I did or if I didn't not my intention I think from an outside guy looking in not personally knowing either of these in any of these three guys I would say that what news now ninja and Erie County already did was freaking Rock Star level that's a friend hey you got a friend yeah you do Brooklyn audit yes and even saying that no our uh Brooklyn audit is still my friend but I gotta distance myself from him even saying he's still my friend is not a I don't see how that's a bad thing dude you done wrong and I don't want anything to do with you anymore because I really just to be honest with you it wouldn't be fair for me to pretend to be your friend even though I consider you my friend uh because I don't really think that I can trust any word that ever comes out of your mouth so here's the here's the thing that I really wanted to drill down on and I really want to ask the community and I'm genuinely open to any kind of Correction because this is where you start it almost seems like thin ice it sounds like hey dude you're you're being a hypocrite here so auditing Erie County I don't know if you can you see this auditing Erie County put a a comment under that initial video and he said it sure is a black eye to the community I think we all agree with that me and ninja contacted the store owner and got them to drop the charges so that we can handle him inside of the community and that's where it should be handled see I think that we have a nanny State mentality of oh no there's danger we must call 9-1-1 well I don't know about you I don't call 9-1-1 I call 1911 I call 357 I call AR-15 but I'm I don't I am not such a fool to think you could have you could have the entire police force at your disposal if they are not going to get there in time and you're a fool to believe that they are so why waste time picking up your stupid cell phone dialing 9-1-1 when they're only going to get there to count the body bags that they got to order I call 357 I call nine a 1911. I call a a-r-15 or a dot k dot 4.7 but not 9-1-1 but we have such a nanny State mentality that people will literally put their lives in the hands of the impossible and when bastiat says the state is that great fiction by which everyone seeks to live at the expense of everyone else that's either true or it isn't basically is the state legitimate or isn't isn't it was Al Capone's band of cartel Thugs who came around every Sunday to make sure that Sally was paying her fish yeah like Bernie Sanders says with a baseball bat aimed right at the old kneecaps were they legitimate or not no they were not and so when news now ninja and Erie County come and say you know what we'll take care of it because that's our responsibility did he commit a crime they say yes I say yes you say yes everybody who has a has a shred of morality to them says yes Brooklyn audits committed a crime does that mean we want the fictional state to take care of it because there's an implication to that there is an implication let me just so I said to Erie County I said thank you so much for doing that basically on behalf of Brooklyn audits who I don't even think has the capacity to appreciate that loving friendship action and then uh Tom Coons this is what I want to say and Tom I'm not your enemy if you're right hey let the chips fall where they may truth fears no scrutiny and Truth tellers and Truth livers they fear no scrutiny Tom [ __ ] says it might make you look bad so you're okay when cops cover up their guys when they do the same thing that makes you a hypocrite two wrongs don't make a right I'm unsubscribing from you and all your channels well you can only unsubscribe from one because there's only one left that makes you a hypocrite two wrongs don't make a right so I'm getting the the sense that Tom is saying that ninja and Erie County did wrong by calling the shop owner and saying could you please drop the charges so he can let out of jail I I'm I'm not a subscriber to that I don't subscribe to the the assertion that they did wrong in that I just don't and I said to Tom tell me what I'm missing what did I cover up getting the shop owner to drop the charges is a cover-up please explain I just saw it as an act of Mercy on someone who doesn't deserve it in no way did they intend to cover the crime if you think they did please provide evidence I don't know maybe people reading that uh got some kind of impression but there's only people three people who liked it so I can't imagine many people saw it or if they did they didn't agree with it so they didn't give it a like octagon says we didn't know that you and ninja are the judge and jury of the community Erie what how can you call I I promise I will get to the super chats I just don't want to break stride here let me let me make sure that I can uh view all of it all right cool yeah I promise I will get to all the super chats but I just don't want to cut in on here um I didn't realize that by doing a good deed I.E Erie County and and ninja doing a good deed that that could ever be construed as oh you're the judge and jury of the community I just saw it as a good deed I mean call me uh you know say that I look through life with a rose-colored glasses or something maybe I'm just extremely ignorant which is a possibility I mean it's a strong possibility uh Tom don't unsubscribe it's the only way to hold lying Hypocrites like Brian accountable that you know this kind of stuff you know you can say all day don't let it bother you Brian but it does bother me because what if it's true what if I am some kind of hypocrite I don't want to be that because I I would view myself as a contaminating agent in a community that I just want to do good for if it's true so Tom says and I think this is a very interesting very fascinating uh very telling dialogue here when a cop does something horrendous you that's me always say that they should be held accountable I they totally should and another cop usually the chief of police does an internal investigation that turns into a cover-up yes it happens all the time we see it all the time any of the very few good cops always go along with it and what is at the very heart of this maneuver it makes the whole department even the good cops who are disgusted by it which I I don't think I don't think it's a legitimate possibility in the realm of reality to have a good cop they are more concerned about their own reputations than the actual crime and they all find justification for doing it you are doing the exact same thing this and and what he's saying here is me applauding and I still applaud it what Ninja and Erie County did and bailing their then friend out to show an act of kindness and mercy and get somebody away from the teeth of the state which is going to cost people money see when you leave somebody in the prison system it costs innocent people money that they shouldn't have had to spend see that is a good thing that's like that's Robin Hood level beast mode thinking right there on ninja and erie's behalf in my opinion you're doing the exact same thing this makes other Auditors like you look bad I can see how it would I can see how it would until you apply a couple more questions and look at things from a different angle and add you know a couple teaspoons of nuance so now to save your own reputation speaking of me ninja and Erie as just three for example you do the very thing now this low life that's Brooklyn audit gets away with what he did I don't think Brooklyn audit's getting away with anything he may not be in the jaws of the state right now but that doesn't mean in our community which is the only it counts way more than the fiction you know who cares what the fiction thinks of you although you kind of do because the only thing the way the fiction drives its power is through the extortion of the people and if you have one more person in a jail cell it's going to cost that much more money to keep them in there plus if they have him post bail with that's another reason they had them drop charges charges I believe is if you have this guy post bail then it gives gives the Beast more money and more power which is the exact opposite of what you want or am I just justifying here am I just trying to make it sound good now this low life Brooklyn audit gets away with what he did but you find justifications but I'm and then he quotes me but I'm pointing out how I despise this Behavior but in reality you are now happy with the cover-up see I maybe I'm blind and it's a strong possibility too but I just don't see calling a crime a crime but but but opening the jaws of the dragon and getting that criminal out so we can take care of him as a cover-up I see it as a completely different animal on a completely different Universe on a completely different time space continuum we can't have Auditors look bad how does this not make you just like the police when they do the exact same thing please explain to me how you are not a hypocrite so I I um I responded to Tom here and Tom again thanks I thanks for the thanks for your perspective I mean that's what we need that's why I hate censorship is we gotta hear the criticisms lobbed against us so we can consider and you can't consider them all because there's a lot of them and a lot of them frankly are irrational and maybe this one is but I'm taking this seriously because it's a pretty serious accusation to call somebody a hypocrite foreign so here's my take and this is really the core of why I wanted to go live because guys we can we can present ourselves all day long on how we want how I for example how I want you to think about me and in my private life I'm completely different which would absolutely be hypocrisy So my answer to this is and I'm just gonna I'm gonna expand this so you can see it because I'm not sure how big it's going to be on your screen and test the worth of this thought train people should be held accountable period full sets of Full Stop guys people should be held accountable because unfortunately most people aren't like you most people don't have an internal mechanism and a moral compass that guides them or they don't have to be told what right or wrong is they already know it they don't believe it they know it and knowing is the enemy of belief and belief is the enemy of knowing we are talking about knowing come to the knowledge of the truth so you can be saved from the Empire of Lies is essentially what it boils down to I've said nothing in opposition to that and if I have bring it to my attention and we can talk about it I think who should be the Punisher what the punishment should be and where the resources for the punishment must originate are just as important to consider as that there should be punishment in the first place because there is no question that Brooklyn audit should receive some level of quote-unquote punishment from somewhere why because it's just when evil when when Justice against an evil work is not executed speedily therefore the hearts of the sons of man are fully and said in them to do evil if there is no punishment to fit the crime then everybody who doesn't have a moral compass will just run roughshod over a city and then pretty soon your city looks like Portland and you look in the distance and there's just smoke rising from the ashes because you didn't do something and people didn't have that's the only reason Portland was burning because these people that were throwing bricks through windows and flipping cars and burning tires and just causing General Mayhem didn't have a moral compass that's the only reason if you have a moral compass you just don't do that and nobody's got to tell you not to do that and there's no police force required could there be civil matters because there's disagreements yeah but there's not going to be all this crime because people have a moral fabric they have a moral conscience and they can't do it to other people because they wouldn't want it done to themselves pretty self-evident [Music] so while I agree so so there's a Nuance to this it's not just that the person should be punished it's who's going to be the Punisher what is the punishment going to be and where do the resources come from that that funds the punishment because we know where it comes from from the state and we know what kind of people the state is so I see it as a net positive to grab somebody from that because it's just going to cause other people more hardship and more expenses and and more resources are going to be plundered and the state is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger that's my thought process anyway while I agree with every normal moral person that a crime was committed by Brooklyn audit and it was until he can prove differently and he hasn't up to this point it's just obvious skating and completely lying about it this doesn't automatically mean I agree that his punishment should come at the hands of an illegitimate criminal cartel whose very existence and organization is sustained by the extortion of the masses and when I think of ninja and Erie County doing what they did I think brilliant brilliant you know how much you will save the taxpayers by paying for an orange and putting 150 down at the table which they ended up not having to do by just getting somebody who doesn't deserve out of a prison cell do you know how much grief and uh expense you're going to save the taxpayers and the fact that you're not going to make the state more powerful than it already is so that they can they can launch more garbage against us [Music] I just I mean I don't know if they meant to be brilliant like that maybe they did I when you sit down and you really Ponder these things and you realize how deep it can possibly go and all the Nuance that comes in involved in it and then it it sheds some serious illuminary light under your cerebral cortex it's like wow that dropped it that's a that slap me in the face hard as far as I understand the attempt by ninja and Erie to get Brooklyn out of prison was an attempt to relieve the taxpayer of the unnecessary burden of paying for one more inmate further dropping the charges would Rob the extortion machine from having yet another individual post bail which in turn would increase its coffers and that's the last thing you would want and whether they did it wittingly or unwittingly ninja and Erie because of their persistent efforts in calling the shopkeeper kept that from happening I see that as a net positive this situation is multifaceted and can present a dilemma that many have been conned away from considering the way I see it skating on the razor thin line of hypocrisy is always a perceived danger because the masses considered today's law enforcement Community is legitimate and necessary when they are neither legitimate and necessary true or untrue statement true or untrue I'm willing to take my lumps or like Sister Mary said put your put your hands on the desk and I'm gonna crack him with my ruler if I need my my Knuckles cracked with the ruler Lay It lay it on me because truth fears no scrutiny so you have The Thin Blue Line criminals caging a petty criminal and sending a bill to the public whom Brooklyn audit just got done disrespecting and violating what a what a load of BS a steaming pile of BS NYPD like any large-scale criminal cartel shouldn't exist at all therefore neither should their hypocritical punishment schemes and you know whatever punishment they're going to put on him is going to be unjust why because it's coming from an unjust Foundation the springboard the foundation is unjust the springboard is unjust and the pool which they launch themselves in is unjust you can't get Justice out of Injustice these are the dilemmas I wrestle with in my own mind I understand from your perspective how this may seem hypocritical and perhaps it is and I'm unaware of it the state and everything connected to the state functions uh two-state functions is fiction I'm going to read that again the state and everything connected to State functions is a fiction and when we start acting
