eyes afterwards he submitted the incident to chat GPT which we talked about yesterday and here's what he says he says the thing is I was not driving I was traveling are you familiar with the difference and chat GPT says yes there is a distinction between driving and traveling in legal terms that is interesting this is a chat AI this is a bot answering this question while the precise definition and if you if you ask the same question you know I'm sure you have to take them through the same storyline and all that stuff stuff to get the exact same output but this is a this is a AI designed to answer human questions while the precise definition and implications may vary depending on the jurisdiction generally speaking driver or driving refers to operating a motor vehicle for commercial or business purpose while traveling refers to using a motor vehicle so we're not just talking about a guy walking on the street or riding a bicycle or taking a skateboard this is referring to a traveler using a motor vehicle for personal or non-commercial purposes so even the chat AI the chat bot is acknowledging if there's a distinction between driving and traveling and this chat says if you were traveling in your car and not engaged in any criminal or business activity at the time you were pulled over it's important to understand the specific laws and regulations in your any just just dealing with traffic laws and Motor Vehicles a billion dollars a year and maybe it may even be more than that maybe it's 9 billion maybe it's 10 billion but traffic laws are a cash cow traffic laws traffic ordinances traffic regulations rake in tons of money for the state they are incentivized deeply incentivized to give you a ticket because that enriches them and it takes away your power takes away your right power and your rights and it takes away your monetary power so it is complex because there are additional laws otherwise it's simple hey I got the right to travel and you don't have a right to infringe on my right to travel very simple very simple most things regarding freedom is simple until you sprinkle the legislative pixie dust all over the place and then things just to get it out of the impound lot depending how long how long it sits there and how long you sit in jail and then somebody's gonna have to post bail to get you out of jail but before you go into jail they fingerprint you then they have you take off all your clothes and then they humiliate you in front of people that you don't know because somebody sticks their up your you know what this is a crazy system and it's insane to me to think that any American or anybody breathing with a with a beating heart in their chest can look at this and not see the Injustice of it the Grave Injustice doing the same thing I got the paperwork right here that's fine driver classes so do you think we don't have a right to travel is that I don't I don't have insurance come on dude it's almost like they're in collusion with the insurance company can you imagine owning a business where law enforcers are constantly going around making sure people are forced to buy your product and that's what it that's what it is a force that you're somebody with a gun and somebody with perceived Authority in a clown costume and a utility belt and a badge gets to Rove the streets and make sure that local insurance companies and National Insurance companies uh maintain their profit margins imagine owning a business like that where you actually have law enforcement officers in all 50 states basically working as your representatives making sure you got insurance they're gonna do this to me like this I don't have insurance I don't have insurance so you're basically telling me you're going to impound my car 100 dude that's not right man I don't have proof of insurance I don't have insurance dude come on man this is the only car I got dude do you pay for my insurance no I don't know okay is it though I'm not saying it's your problem but the fact how many times do you say here's the deal you don't have insurance on the vehicle you don't verbally told me that vehicle vehicle dude come on man nothing infuriates me more guys because there's an illusion going on here all this is is a man who's approached the vehicle of another man and he's harassing this man and forcing him to do something that he some kind of right and claim over your life and if you leave you know what's gonna happen if you drive away you know they're gonna chase you down they're gonna follow you to your house if need be they'll bring out the nail strips the tire strips and they'll put a helicopter in the air and dogs on the ground and they'll chase you to the ends of the Earth to make sure and for God forbid you accidentally hit an officer trying to escape being harassed that's the only thing that keeps this little thing going is this mental construct of oh yeah police officers have authority oh yeah we need to submit to the laws of political parasites that's that's all that's keeping this going it's the construct of belief there was the best way we could do this for you to like not do this to me what do at about 1 30 a.m on my way home I travel with no plates or stickers on my ride neither ownalaska PD or Polk County PD has had any interest in preserving our fundamental rights to travel that night and this is key right here our fun this isn't just we're not just looking at a guy getting um harassed and scrutinized through this roadside piracy operation this is us this is us getting scrutinized this is us getting infringed on this is us getting our rights trampled I try to de-escalate and have a civil conversation but as you have we have seen time and time again nothing is more dangerous than a fragile ego I ended with my window being broken we'll see that just stay tuned the car impounded and went to jail and he's got I asked him to give me all the receipts so that if anybody here charge so not only did he give me an unlawful carry charge but he also threw on a resisting arrest charge body cam footage will clearly indicate that I fully cooperated once my vehicle had been breached we must hold these thugs accountable I'm currently looking for a good civil rights lawyer so that I can file a lawsuit for the deprivation of Rights uh I think his brother paid 400 and something bucks to get him out of jail and the impound was like 220 dollars but we'll get to that later here we'll watch the rest of this right here he's saying the Texas code which is right here ear drag him back to his car and say don't you ever do that again that's the appropriate answer seriously Texas Transportation code okay here's 502-003 registration by political subdivision prohibited so what this is basically saying is that a person who is not employed for Commerce like say if I was a bus driver or a taxi or doing Uber or something where I'm making my money on the road okay they say if you're doing that you're considered a driver and that's the driver if you look at Black Law Dictionary what a driver is right here legal definition it says one employed okay listen if you want to crack it like this that's fine and speak with him though he doesn't want to I Dude tell them I tried to this is abdicating responsibility this is along the same lines as I didn't write the laws I
