Welcome back to the Here's the Deal channel. I appreciate you joining me. What would you think of me if I told you we absolutely need an all-encompassing, omnisient, allseeing eye, big daddy government to keep us safe. And if we don't have it, kidnappers will get away with stealing our children. Thieves will get away with interfering with the free market and business owners. murderers will get away with literal murder. If we don't have the allseeing eye of government, we're gonna have a whole lot of crime. What would you think of if I said that? And then, you know, there's the quote by William Pit the Younger that, you know, a lot of people talk about and it's absolutely true. It's true couple hundred years ago as it is today. Necessity is the plea for every infringement of every human freedom. It's the argument of tyrants. It's the creed of slaves. What is the argument of tyrants? What is the creed of slaves? Necessity. It is necessary. We need these things put in place because if we don't have these things, we can't be safe. You care about the children, don't you? You care about the crime rate, don't you? You want to reduce that crime rate, don't you? Cuz if you don't, there must be something wrong with you. We must have to investigate you. But what we're talking about today is Grady Jud's outlook on flock safety cameras, Axon safety cameras, Motorola safety cameras. Basically, the allseeing unblinking eye of government. Well, Grady Jud, I'm going to encapsulate what he says here. We're going to listen to it. We're going to make some comments along the way, and I'm really curious on what you say about it because this guy right here is considered by a lot of people as America's sheriff. And I get why they say that. I mean, this guy is w quickwitted. He's humorous. He's funny. He draws a lot of national attention. It sounds like he's hard on crime and criminals. And he really cares about public safety in the community. He's going to reveal right here that it's the exact opposite. He doesn't care about members of his community. As a matter of fact, he wants to thoroughly spy on members of community the community as he downplays it trying to sell necessity. It's almost like Sheriff Grady Jud right here is acting as a flock safety palunteer representative because Jud is asking you to accept a taxpayerf funed nonconsentual drag net because the state finds it useful not because you agreed to it. See, true freedom starts from the claim that association, every association, including security, has to be consensual. But Grady Jud is basically saying, "We're going to do this against your will and we're going to shake you down so we can fund it." So, let's take a look at this. We'll talk about it. I'll read some of your comments. Again, none of us is greater than all of us. And if we weigh in on this, the the goal here is to push back the tides of tyranny and the technocratic police state that is just being constructed all around us. Those data centers, it's not so that you can have faster AI so you can make better memes without spending any any thought or time on it. It's to surveil you and to control you. It's not a meta center. It's a surveillance and control grid. They're setting it up and people like Grady Jud among many sheriffs and many police departments. Yeah, you see some going, "Hey, we're going to we're not going to fill out that. We're not going to renew our contract. We're going to get rid of Flock Safety cameras." But then you look under the covers and it's like, "Oh, they entered into an Axon security contract. They got rid of Flock Safety." It's almost like Flock Safety became became the smoke screen while they construct this other subsurveillance grid. Okay, let's take a look at this. It's very interesting. Listen to what he says. He's pretty crafty with his words because he's got that Andy Griffith down home, you can trust me, bro, vibe going on. >> Been in law enforcement my entire adult life for 54 years. I've worked at the sheriff's office. >> So, he's been a tyrant for five decades. The license plate readers known as flock is the single best tool to keep people safe [snorts] and to find those that have run away from or driven away because of Alzheimer's or dementia. The single best tool to keep the community safe we've ever had. Contrary to all of the white noise, contrary to all of the rhetoric. >> Okay. Now, what's the white noise and the rhetoric he's talking about? He's talking about people who are very concerned with warrant warrantless mass surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Warrantless mass surveillance that doesn't just take snapshots of license plates. It actually contra constructs a grid of where you've been, when you were there, what you were in when you were there, what was on your device at the time, what would what you had playing on your radio, what was going on with your entertainment center in your new fangled car, how many cameras you have on board, how many signals were being emitted from the vehicle you were in, how much time you spent where you were. This is he he is completely downplaying the all-encompassing panopticon that he wants to set up. >> It does not invade personal private space. >> That is a lie. That is a boldface lie. We've already seen flock safety representatives be exposed at these city council meetings. They can't back down. The internet is forever. We've already seen what they've written on their websites and what the capabilities are with Flock and not just Flock, Axon, Motorola, all of them, and how they can connect so seamlessly into the Palunteer system, which is basically a central surveillance system where they can compile all your data, not just your license plate, not just your insurance, not just the dent on your vehicle or the bumper stickers or who was in there, but it connects it with your social security number, your financials, everything, where you lives. It sits on a public rideway and takes pictures of tags [snorts] and cars and car colors, not individuals. That's a lie, too. We've already seen from flock safety representatives and independent law enforcement agents who've said that Flock has integrated within their systems facial and gate recognition. He's just lying all over the place right here. It does no more than your law enforcement officer sitting on the side of the road in his or her patrol car running the same database through the same computer system. He's like, "We already have warrantless mass surveillance. Flock does no more than the warrantless mass surveillance that we already have." And that is also a lie. Now, they could have upgraded their systems to equal what Flock technology brings brings on board, specifically shot spotter technology, which, you know, grabs the wave wavelengths out of the air and compiles and triangulates where there might be a gunshot, but it also confuses that with, you know, exhaust backfire. We've got signal trace technology that scrapes any signal that's coming out, not only out of your vehicle, but if you're walking, if you're biking by one of these things and you happen to not have your device turned off or in a Faraday bag, it will gather that information, scrape your ID, your um your IP address, just like Walmart does. This guy is completely downplaying an absolutely Orwellian device in Flock Safety. The difference is the camera can read everyone and [snorts] the law enforcement officer is not fast enough to enter everyone. That's all it does. >> And we want to be fast because we want to get every single one of you, you know, to keep you safe. Now, there are those that are concerned. Well, they know where I'm going. Well, let's make sure we have this all put together. There are license plate readers that read your tag number when you're on the toll road. It knows where you're going. There's red light cameras that read your tag number. They know where you're going. There's school speed cameras that read your tag number. They know where you're going. There's cameras on school buses that read your tag number when you stopped past school buses. They know where you're going. He's making a great argument to get rid of license plates and any identifying characteristics. If you go out in public, you should have the right to opt out of all of this and to be completely anonymous and move across the land without being surveiled by government forces. What we got here, guys, is a sheriff using public power and public money to log every passing plate. Every single passing plate. That doesn't meet the Liberty test. No matter how many missing person stories or online solving anecdotes that he attaches to it, Jud's comparison to other cameras like, you know, toll cameras, red light, school bus, patrol car, doesn't rescue the program. This is warrantless mass surveillance. and warrantless mass surveillance on a flock safety pole, which is a tyranny tree, or warrantless mass surveillance on a red light camera, or on an ALPR connected to a patrol vehicle, doesn't eliminate the question of, "Wait a second, I thought you were here to serve and protect our rights, not construct this all-encompassing openair prison system that you want." So the bottom line is we've picked out Flock. This one series of cameras that's the least invasive of all of them does absolutely nothing to the law-abiding citizen. And the existing surveillance can never create a right for more surveillance. It's it's the least invasive. That's kind of like his base. It's like flock safety is the baseline. We already have all this other stuff. Yeah, we don't want any of that stuff either, Grady. And yet there's not one word about the body camera, but the government puts body cameras on law enforcement officers. P County doesn't. Grady Jud doesn't. And stick around because he's going to address that, too. So basically, he wants to warrantless mass surveillance all the rest of us, but he doesn't want body cams on his guys so we can keep an eye on them. Grady Jud wants to keep an eye on you. He doesn't want you keeping an eye on his men and women. And walks them into your home, >> this is >> your most private space. >> And now you're a victim of a burglary and we walk through your entire house video recording your most personal space. We deliver horrible news to people that your loved ones just been killed in a car crash. And the worst moments in your life is recorded on body cameras. The body cameras record your face. The body cameras comes into your private business. The body cameras record when you decide to shoot our dogs, Grady. The body cams are supposed to record when you pull people out of the car for not activating their turn signal when your guys said that they should. The body cam records you guys engaging in legalized theft operations that we call road piracy. The body cam even records when you decide to engage in roadside electrocution parties against the rest of us. But you don't want your guys having body cams, do you, Grady? >> But not one word about them. And they invade your privacy. >> There's tons in Pole County. There's tons of words. People are constantly saying how P County sucks. PK County deputies are tyrants. We need body cams on P County tyrants to hold them accountable for their unconstitutional actions. every day and every time there's a police officer there. Not one word about the cameras on the patrol cars. >> That's a lie. >> That also have license plate readers. >> Yeah, it's a lie. We don't want those either, Grady. You freaking tyrant. >> So, what I'm suggesting and what I think you'll hear from the Florida Sheriff's Association, is we don't need to do away with the best tool to keep you safe. We don't need to do away with mass warrantless surveillance on the public. We don't need to do away with the technology where we can map out exactly where you were, where you went, and we treat every single person as a suspect, as a criminal. You are guilty, and you got to prove your innocence. Grady Jud has no problem with that. Let the message be loud and clear. Definitely share this video. We got more. Check this out. But what we need is the guard rails that the professional agencies have to include us inculcated in state law. Not just about the license plate readers known as flock. Not just about the toll cameras. Not just about the red light cameras. Not just about the speed cameras in the school zones. Not just about the cameras on the school buses, but all of the technology. We need to have robust rules that ensure your privacy. It's like saying, "If only we had guard rails for Jeffrey Dmer. If only he had, you know, maybe it would have helped if he had proper refrigeration. Maybe he wouldn't have had to kill so many people because, you know, his his fresh victims would have stayed fresher longer. This is ridiculous. Let's have we okay, we need warrantless mass surveillance, but then we also need guard rails to ensure that nobody's taking advantage of and abusing the system of warrantless mass surveillance. Warrantless mass surveillance by any other name is still warrantless mass surveillance. It's still unconstitutional. It's still a violation of the fourth amendment. You still have the right to be secure in your person. And Flock security cameras, Flock safety cameras, Axon, Genetic, um, Mo, Motorola, they are there to deprive you of your right to be secure in your person. They're there to make you insecure in your person. This guy knows it and he's trying to justify it by playing Mr. Nice Guy. We got to eliminate crime. We got to nab the kidnappers. We got to get the community's children back. Can you think of how many murders could be solved with these flot cameras? And we can't deny the fact that when there are cameras, it does help with investigations. But what would you rather have, dangerous freedom or peaceful slavery? Because he is leading us down the road of more and more peaceful and passive slavery. And he's just adding additional reasons for skepticism here. He's not calming anybody's fears who cares about individual liberties. ensure an auditing process and ensure an accountability process. >> Oh yeah, that always that always works. We have accountability and authority in 18 USC 241 and 242 conspiracy against rights and deprivation of rights under color of law. It even carries with it the hefty punishment of fine or imprisonment or both or may be subject to death. anybody who would dare deprive you of your rights under the color of any law, including the drug war law, corporate traffic laws, gun laws, and he enforces all of those laws. So, he is a violator of your rights. He is depriving tens of thousands, millions of people of their rights under the color of drug war laws, corporate traffic laws, and gun laws. And he knows it. And he wants to invade your life using this technology. And he wants you to be okay with it because he wants you to think, "Oh, well, yeah, that might save a couple kids there. That might shove a couple of muas. Maybe that'll keep a couple criminals from thinking twice about breaking into that man's motorcycle shop." >> But it tells where we are. News flash, we know where you are. We've already got your tag number. >> Look, we News flash. I'm big daddy government. Look into my eyes. I see you and I don't blink and I don't care what you think. That's Grady Jud. >> We've already got you in that database. We've already got your driver's license and your number. >> Yeah, maybe we shouldn't have those. Maybe we shouldn't have permission slips from government. Maybe we shouldn't be forced to pay for registration every single year. this additional taxation on a product I on a uh a piece of equipment, a piece of property that you own and you paid for 10 years ago and you're still paying these stupid registration taxes on it. >> It's in that database. We know where you are. You carry a cell phone. That cell phone tracks every place you are. >> And guess what, Grady? You can opt out of a cell phone, but you can't opt out of 50,000 or what was it up to? 30,000 flocks safety. Flock. I love it. Flock safety. The safety of the people will always be the alibi of tyrants. And then they have the gall to call it flock because that's how they view you and I as just mere sheep. Here, get into this sheep pen. Here, go down this shoot right here. Travel in this direction. Oh, you were going too fast. You were going too slow. You don't have the proper signage on the back of your vehicle. It's not properly illuminated. Now >> you go into Walmart, they know where you are. >> Yeah. You can opt out of You can choose to go somewhere else. You can choose not to have a cell phone or you can choose to turn your cell phone off or you can choose to stuff your cell phone in a Faraday bag until you get to a certain location where they can't track you. You can opt out. Basically, what he's saying is, I want technology where you can't opt out of this. You have no choice. And I'm in control of it and my guys are in control of it. Don't worry, nothing's gonna happen. Look, the politicians have set up guard rails. There's no way any of my guys are going to track exgirlfriends or anything. >> You go into Target, they know where you are. >> But you don't have to go into Target. And you can cover your face. You can change your gate. You can change your clothes. You can leave your cell phone in your car and not take your cell phone. You got a lot of options. But with Flock, you don't have many options. It doesn't matter if you're walking down the road and you encounter a Flock camera. It's recording you. It's recording your face. It's collecting your data through signal trace. It's scraping your IP address off of your devices. I don't care if it's an AirPod or a cell phone. It's getting you. And you can't opt out of that. You want to walk down the street, but you can't opt out of the surveillance network. You order from Amazon. They know where you are. You This guy's a freaking buffoon. A low integrity balloon. Balloon. Buffoon. He's a buff. He's a balloon, too. He's filled with hot air. This This is nothing but sheer evil in a costume looking at you in the eyes trying to get you to be okay with 247 mass surveillance so that we can save the children and stop murders and keep crime low in your neighborhood. It's evil. It's like the devil coming to you because how does the devil come to you? He doesn't come to you with a jumpsuit, a red jumpsuit, and horns and a pitchfork and breathing fire. According to the Bible, he comes as an angel of light, speaking wonderful, soft, and kind words. He probably has angel wings in a halo. And he wants you to trust him while he holds the dagger behind his back. And as you get closer and closer, he's about to plunge it into your spinal column. That's who Grady Jud is. If you disagree, I want to hear what you have to say. If you disagree with me, put a two in the room. If you agree with me, put a one in the room. >> Order from Door Dash. They know where you are. So, let's not kid ourselves. >> It's like It's like cops never understand the difference between public and private property. Well, they have no way to distinguish between freedom and tyranny. Has this guy ever read 1984? Does he care? Is he Is he cognizant of good and evil? Is he just a psychopath? I mean, what what's really going on here? Technology already knows everything about all of us. What we have to do in government is re that in to make sure that it's used appropriately. There's the widespread rumor, well Flock is selling your information. It's not even a rumor. They It just came out last week on a on a nationwide news show. For the last five years, they've been collecting data in this town. And a Flock representative offered to sell the last five years of data. It's coming from Flock the company. Listen to what he says >> privately. Well, Flock is used appropriately. >> Let's hear Let's hear it. >> There's the widespread rumor, well, Flock is selling your information privately. >> That is absolutely not true. >> That is absolutely true. when he's an absolute liar. They're not doing that. But still, it's it's profound and prolific. But I asked this simple question just this morning at a community meeting I was at. If this afternoon your child or grandchild was snatched from a bus stop and kidnapped and our deputies arrived and they said, "Well, who did this?" And they said, "Well, it was a white male with dark colored hair wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans." And we'd say, "Well, what were they in?" "Well, it was a small silver car." "Well, what was the tag number?" "I don't know." "Well, what kind of silver car was it?" "I don't know." "Well, do you know anything?" blue jeans, white t-shirt, dark hair, white guy with a gun, snatched this kid, put him in a little silver car. Would you want a license plate reader? So that when they said they drove that way that we could look at that license plate reader and say, "Ah, there's the car. There's the silver car. It's small. There's the tag number and we can go to where that tag's registered and start finding your baby or that tag reader. It hits the next tag reader and the next tag reader and oh by the way they're leaving. They're on their way to Daytona Beach or to my toward Miami and we can track them and notify the law enforcement officers. They just came through this camera and that camera sets on public property and only looks at the car and the tag number. It doesn't look at people. He's just lying all over the place and he's engaged in a false dichotomy. If you had your child kidnapped, wouldn't you want license plate readers? And wouldn't you want government officials to have access to those license? All it does is read the license plate. Wouldn't you want that? The bottom line is yes, I would want my kid back and I can see the value in that. But you also have to understand when you start going down that road, it is a dark road. It's technology that will be abused. The network will produce this searchable record where people go, when and in what vehicle. It's going to have the date and data has already been used by officers to stalk partners. It's been used by agencies to hunt people for civil or political reasons and by outside departments through sharing features and communities later say, "Hey, we never authorized that." It always comes with the promise of all the good stuff and none of the bad stuff. And when it's placed into action, all you see, all you hear is the bad stuff. Like that cop that came to that woman's house and said how many times? like five or six times. We are 100% certain that it was you. Nobody comes into our town or out of our time town. Nobody breathes without us knowing about it. Here is he had a picture of what he thought was her vehicle and she absolutely didn't do it. And if she didn't have her own digital record of where she was and when she was there and the timestamps, they would have hauled her ass to jail. So don't give me this. Well, if you knew that we could use these ALPRs and get your kid back, wouldn't you want that technology? There's a whole lot. He's basically wanting you to look at this little pinhole of truth and then once you open up the lens, you see all the lies that it's couched in. That is what Grady Jud is doing. And that's what all government officials are good at. It's even in their name, government, govern to control. He wants to control you. He wants to get you wrapped up in a 100% 247 mass surveillance network and web that you can't opt out of. And he's selling it and he's baiting the hook and he's selling it as this is how we save our children. This is how we keep our communities safe. This is how we reduce crime in your neighborhood. You want your kids brought back, right? You want your community safe, don't you? You want crime reduced so you can walk out there and and jog and and take the biking trails without somebody hitting you over the head, don't you? Well, then we need warrantless mass surveillance. Necessity will always be the plea for every infringement of human freedoms. right here. Grady Jud, who claims to care about human freedoms, is selling the very technology that's going to take those freedoms away. Do you want us to have that piece of equipment to save your baby from sexual battery or death or who knows what else in between? >> You evil man. No one in that room thought we should not have a license plate reader to catch that evil person. Then nobody in that room was thinking. They put their thinking, their critical thinking cap on the shelf long ago and it has gathered about 5 in of dust because any thinking person if you just thought about it for one second, you could come back with the retort that we've been talking about tonight. But Grady, it's 100% warrantless mass surveillance that treats every person as a criminal by the happen chance that you might catch one of those criminals sometime. And Grady, the free market has a solution to this. And it also includes surveillance on private property and you don't have to enter that private property, which means you can opt out. Don't put it on the public roadways. If we can't opt out of it, then it's slavery, Grady. If we can't op opt out of it, then this isn't the land of the free home of the brave, Grady. Which means the parents of those children and the children themselves are under your warrantless surveillance in case they ever get kidnapped. That's what you're basically saying. You want those children to constantly be surveiled and controlled and documented and have their data scraped so that one day if they ever get kidnapped, we can use those ALPRs and bring you back to mommy and daddy, the same mom and mommy and daddy that we've been surveilling for the last 10 years. We know where they go. We know what their habits are. We know what their grocery bill is. We know if they ever, you know, travel down to the smoke shop over there in Missouri and bring that stuff back across state lines. We know how to economically terrorize mommy and daddy. We know how to use this system to completely pummel the American dream into the ground and make it the worst nightmare you could ever think of. >> That kidnapped that child. Well, I can tell you >> you evil man. >> We're catching misdemeanors to murders every day with these cameras around the you the state of Florida and the United States. We have to make sure that they're used appropriately. We have to make sure that they're audited and we will audit them inhouse. We will conduct an investigation and we will find that we have done absolutely nothing wrong. Don't worry, you can trust the guard rails. We have to make sure that if someone abuses that camera that they're held liable and accountable, i.e. termination from the job and in some cases arrested and put in jail. >> Wait a minute. In some cases, wouldn't it be in all cases if somebody violated the constitutional rights of somebody else? According to 18 USC 242, they're supposed to be fined, jailed, and in some cases, you know, depending on how severe it is, may be put to death. I didn't say it. 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights under color of law, said it. So, they're depriving people of their rights by surveilling them and abusing a system that's supposed to keep them safe. And they're actually tracking their ex-girlfriend so that they can stalk them. And you're going to let this stalker get away with just a mere termination? You you you disgust me, man. >> And we've seen evidence of that happening where those rules are in place. The data, >> but it would never happen if you didn't have that technology. How about that? We can make it. Forget about the guard rails. Don't even put the rails in. >> We use through those license plate readers is the data we already possess on you. We already have it. Oh, >> it's only used if you're a criminal. >> That's a lie. He just made the entire How long we've been doing this? >> He's been talking for 8 minutes and 47 seconds. Everything he's been saying is, "We track all of you. We already have the data on all of you." And now he's saying, "We just track the criminals." What? He can't even keep his own lie straight within his own press briefing here, his own little statement. It's only used as a hot plate if you are a missing person with Alzheimer driving aimlessly without your medicine in danger of dying so we can find you and return you to your family. But yet, if you look all over the social media, >> if you look at the politicians, they've all rushed to this political position. Oh, oh, it's terrible. You know, they should be running around saying, "My hair is on fire. My hair is on fire." Take a deep breath. If they're not the appropriate guard rails, I am going to work with the Florida sheriffs and with the legislature to make sure that all agencies have the guard rails. Those of us who are professional agencies already do. Guard rails in state law still leaves the same coercive institution writing, enforcing, and auditing the rules. Basically, it's the fox telling the hens, "Don't worry, hens. When we come into the house, we will install guard rails, won't we, Ralph?" >> Yeah, guard rails. Hell, that's right, boss. We're going to install guard rails. And all the chickens are going to uh guard rails. I don't think that's going to benefit our little chicks right here. >> We want your little chicks safe, don't you? Yeah, we want our chicks safe. Then you're going to submit to our system. Don't worry, there will be guard rails and we will investigate ourselves, right, Ted? Oh, yeah, boss. We We're definitely going to investigate ourselves [laughter] >> and make sure we enhance them. But to take away the sing >> uh oh what happened >> we would know where she is. >> Wait what? What happened? Take away what >> professional agencies already do and make sure we enhance them. But to take away the sing >> Oh it it it glitched. I I don't know why it did that. >> We would know where she is. We would have found her. But at the end of the day, I am 100% >> in favor of privacy. That's why my deputies don't wear body cameras because Oh my god. Okay. So, all he's been doing for nine and a half minutes is lying. Lying. Gaslighting us. Engaging in, you know, backdoor ad homonym. He really thinks people are stupid. And maybe maybe to a large degree people are very stupid. But the missing persons and crime arguments also fail the consent test. Why? Because families, neighborhoods, insurers, and private security firms can buy cameras. They can get trackers. They can uh invest in their own investigative services if they want them. Those arrangements are optins. Flock on county roads is not. You can't opt out of flock. So now let's listen to why Grady Jud and his band of merry henchmen don't wear body cams. It's got to be >> It's got to be because he cares about our security, right? >> Privacy. That's why my deputies don't wear body cameras because they invade [clears throat] your personal privacy. No, it's because they shine the light of transparency on you guys when you abuse your power every moment of every day on the clock as you get a big fat paycheck from the tax cattle that you have nothing but contempt for. >> License plate readers do not. They don't look at your face. >> That's a lie. >> They don't come into your home. They don't look into your lingerie drawer if you've been a victim of a burglary and it's dumped all over the floor. Is is it's like is he saying something? Is he saying what he would is he acting or just uh verbalizing a fantasy that he has like if I ever went into somebody's house, I'd go immediately to the lingerie. I've never seen a body camera uh footage where the cops are going through a lingerie drawer. Maybe this is like a little little dream of Sheriff Grady Judge. [laughter] I don't know. >> They don't do that like body cameras do. They simply sit in a public space and catch bad guys. >> Nope. >> And return sick and lost elderly people to their families. That's all they do. Look, just just come on. Do this with me. Put put your horse blinders on. All Flock Safety does is return Alzheimer patients and little kids who got kidnapped. That's all. And it only gets criminals. That's it. There's nothing peripheral that you need to pay attention to. >> That's what license plate readers do. And I'm never going to apologize for saving lives and solving crime. >> That's all it's about. So this is this is where it ends. Grady Jud ends this just how long was it? This was 10 minutes and 46 seconds of pathetic, disgusting deception and outright lies. And of course, he does it under the color of we got to protect the children's, we got to take care of the community and keep the community safe on on an open roadway. You can't decline the scan. You can't decline to fund it. You can't exit this database except by staying off the roads and this that the state monopolizes. That's the opposite of a voluntary protective service. Judge body cam stance sharpens the inconsistency. He rejects cameras on his own agents while he invades the privacy of everybody as he defends the cameras in the public. He doesn't want his himself or his men to be recorded, but he wants to record you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The priority, by the way, should be the reverse. And he took an oath to take the reverse stance. Hey, I am going to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. And here's Grady Jud right here being the very domestic enemy that he swore to protect the people from. And this is a this is the source for the stream. A stream can rise no higher than its source in PK County. This is the source of the stream. If Grady Jud is this unashamedly corrupt, imagine how corrupt every single one of his deputies are. This is P County. This is the guy who does not and will not wear body cams cuz he does not want personal deputy accountability and transparency. He hates it. He wants it for you. We got to keep tabs on you guys. It's only the criminals. That's all it is. Yeah, you freaking liar. That's not all it is. And that leads us to this next guy right here. This this this guy is a zero. This this Grady Jud guy is a zero. And this guy right here just happens to be a hero. Listen to this. >> I decided to uh liberate the people of Bernalo. Bernalo County Sheriff's Department has unsubscribed from flock cameras, which I commend you. That's a smart move, but I know you guys are busy, so I went and took them all down for you. >> He's got a truck bed full of flock security cameras that he calls tyranny trees. I love this guy. This is This is truly heroic. He's doing this in broad daylight. He has no shame. He's actually acting not only in concert with the right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects, the Fourth Amendment, and the entire Bill of Rights. But the Bernalo County Sheriff's Department said, "Hey, we're not going to sign the contract." So, he's like, "Hey, I know you guys are busy. I'll just go and take down all these vlog cameras since you're not going to renew the contract." They're just kind of dead weight, just sitting along the side. Plus, they probably don't meet DOT codes. They don't have that little breakaway thing at the bottom. And they could serve to impale somebody in case there was an accident. So, I'm going to do you, Bernal Leo County Sheriff's Department and the community a favor and I'm going to get rid of these things. So, he cuts them all down. He doesn't damage them. He just removes the little I guess there's like a little cotter pin and he takes them out. He's very careful. He puts them in the bed of his truck and where where's he going to take them to? He's going to drive them to the Bernalo County Sheriff's Office. But the Bernalo County deputies have a little something to say about that. So, >> right now to drop them off. I'm going to do this at 111 uh our time. But yeah, APCso, I love you guys. You guys are awesome. On the record, for the record and let the record show. I'm simply not breaking them. I'll still your [ __ ] Someone already got ahead of me. It's like they already had it pre-planned. Look at this [ __ ] Oh, they're tyranny trees. >> Tyranny trees. I love it. >> I'm not cutting the lines like I usually do. There we go. All right. Look, look at his mug shot right here, guys. How can you not love this guy? He is a freaking beast. He's operating on level 11. He's on another universe, man. Recording this whole thing, being a true American hero. This guy, I don't know if he has a GoFundMe page, but if he does and I find out about it after this live stream, I will be sure to put that GoFundMe in a link in the description because this guy deserves to have that just stuffed full of money. >> Two flock cameras. Let's get some more. For those of you watching, I'm not breaking them. I'm not stealing them. I'm retiring their [ __ ] That's all I'm doing. >> Love it. Love it. >> Not in my city. Not in my state. >> Imagine if there were 330 million of us that had that exact mentality. Tyranny, not in my city, not in my state, not in my small town. Ain't going to happen. We reserve the right of self-determination and self-governance in our town. And we are going to turn things around. This right here gives me major major hope for humanity. right there. >> And now the order following deputies of Bernalo County hold this man, this hero who cares about your right to be secure in your person holds him at gunpoint. >> He's barefoot. >> Or is he? I don't know. Looks like it. Why don't the deputy say, "Hey, what are we doing? Let's let me just play this back. What are we doing here? Why Why are we doing this to this man? He's looking out for us. He's looking out for our families. He's actually doing something to secure our liberty and therefore our prosperity. He's keeping these third party tech giants and these government evil government psychopaths from spying on us and our children. Do you realize that flock safety cameras, flock safety cameras, these ALPRs, they just snap pictures of license plates. They don't get your face or anything are pointed at children's playgrounds. And this man right here is taking them down and returning them safely to the Bernal Leo Sheriff's Department that just reigged on its contract with Flock Safety. He was actually doing them a favor and not even asking for any money in return. He's using his time and his talents and his laboring energy and time away from his family to actually do a public service not only to the community but also to the Bernalo County Sheriff's Department. and they're the thanks that he gets from these public servants is to be held at gunpoint in the middle of the street. How does that comport with freedom and liberty and the spirit of America where you've got the right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects? This guy's literally guarding with jealous attention the public liberty by taking down these unblinking George Orwell big brother eyeballs that he calls tyranny trees. And I completely agree. This is what should be done and this is what a true hero looks like. And I love the fact that he had such a presence of mind that this was his See, you can tell he's wearing the same this is the shirt that he's wearing when they booked him in to the Bernal Leo County Jail. And he's got the presence of mind to to go, "Hey, I have a freaking clear conscience." Look, he's going like this. I have a clear conscience. Do you? Confucious said, "The greatest pillow that you will ever own is a clean and clear conscience." And that's what's exhibited right here because he's doing right by his fellow man. And you got to love him for it. Put a one in the room if you're all for what this guy's doing. Then we got this Yahoo right here. And don't worry, I'm not just against Donald Trump. I'm against anybody who's a Democrat or a Republican who would step one centimeter toward our rights to try to take away what America is supposed to be about. Listen to what he says here about data centers. >> Want to create tremendous wealth? If you want your house to be more valuable and everything else, you're going to want a data center. If you want to go through poverty, crime, and squalor, I would say don't approve data centers. You know, you have your choice. >> You want to go through poverty. It's almost like what Grady Jud was doing. They they're trying to do this little psychological enround on you. If you want poverty and you want to live in squalor and crime, then go ahead and reject data centers. But you if you want to live in riches and luxury and prosperity, then you will applaud and support data centers. You'll call for data centers. We're seeing this all over the place. And why do they want these data centers? It's not so you can have faster AI. It's so that they can construct their 24 hours a day, 7 day a week mass warrantless surveillance and control grid. This is what it's about. It's not just about surveillance. It's about surveillance and control. They do want to know who you are, what your face looks like. Connect it with your biometric data. Where you've been, who you were with, what kind of vehicle you drive, what are your habits, where do you shop, where do you visit, who's your family, who are you related to? And then they just create what's your license plate number? How about the dents on your vehicle? What kind of bumper stickers do you are you showing? Do you attend political rallies? Do you go to church anywhere? Maybe there's something that you're doing on your list that one day we'll find distasteful and maybe criminal and we can nab you real real easy. This is why we got to resist it. Above all else, we got to resist this warrantless mass surveillance, the CBDC's, which is the central bank digital currency. Digital currency of any kind. That's why I think they're trying to really just drive the dollar into the ground so that they can they can replace it with, you know, these quote unquote government approved stable coins. Who knows what's going to happen in the future, but the future doesn't look bright as long as people continue to vote for the chains of their own oppression by putting these psychopaths in charge of them. We got to stop believing in this false concept of authority that people have the right to rob and rule us as long as they were voted into office. I didn't vote for them. I just want to be left alone. I want to be able to opt out. If they will not let you opt out, they are tyrants. They are oppressors. They are slave masters. They are plantation owners. And they just want you in their fields picking their wheat and their cotton. And they don't give a damn how much you suffer in the process. you will own nothing and be happy. You'll definitely own nothing and they don't give a damn about your happiness. They could care less if you're happy or not. Because when this AI the AI robots start building AI robots and it becomes exponential, they'll start eliminating us. Why? Because we require food to live and water to live and land space to spread out and live, air to breathe. I I see a mass elimination coming up. And if you disagree with me, I would definitely like to know what you guys have to say about it in the comments section. Let me I saw one super chat, I think. Let me just uh talk with you guys a little bit. And I'm not going to do this two and a half hour. We're We're at 49 minutes right now. Appre Hey, what's up? Back's here. God of F. Sojourn Truth is here. Sovereign Dirt is here. So is America Viking. American Viking. Let's see what the super chat was here. PJ Oor observed that when commerce is controlled by law, legislators become the primary items bought and sold and compared giving government power to handing car keys and whiskey to teenagers. Yeah, it's more like handing Yeah, I agree. I agree with all that. Totally right on the money. Thank you, Nick. See what else you guys are seeing here. What's up for the glory of Christ? Thanks for being here. Hey, don't forget to hit the like button if you like these videos. Um like this video. Share this video with everybody you know. Also, let me just go ahead and give a shameless plug here to on my u my disturbing illusion channel. It's starting to finally take off a little bit. This is my disturbing illusion channel. This right here exposes the left versus right dog and pony show that keeps us in this constant cesspool of crim political criminality. I don't care if they're right. I don't care if they're left. They not one politician gives a damn about you. Every single politician is bought and paid for. I don't care name the politician. It doesn't matter to me if they're start if they're part of the machine. They are giving credence and legitimacy to an absolutely corrupt organization. And it's not even that the system is broken because the system isn't broken at all. The system is humming along exactly the way that it was designed to. Hey, what's up Dominic? If you want to be safe, wear a convid 1984 by George Orwell mask with the star of Davidid when you were in public. Exactly. Then then it won't hurt you. Oh, I don't know if you saw this. I'm not going to play it on my YouTube channel. Thank you. Thank you, Dominic, for that. Holy smokes. Joe do Joseph Doe just gifted another five. Here's the deal memberships. Let's see who snagged some of those. I've got this other window open right now. Blood Visions got one. To Shantaa got one. American Viking got a membership. Hard Day received a membership. And Bloodborne420 received a membership and that's all courtesy of Joseph Doe. Give him a shout out. Back says, "By the way, we are having massive layoffs everywhere. That's why UBI will be Yeah, I I I saw that post that you put up on Twitter, but you got to give context, man. I need like what office was that?" Context really helps because I can't just show a video when I don't have context. I guess I I guess I could I could do that on the Disturbing Illusion channel. That's not really about law enforcement. American Vikings says, "Thanks to Joseph. You didn't have to, but I appreciate the gesture. If you want to if you want me to go over some more stuff for the next couple minutes, let me know. I've got I've got some stuff up on my on my history feed on the X platform. Um, I got to tell you, man, I I am I am hopeful, more hopeful than ever. You know, sometimes you got to unplug and you got to meditate, get out in the sun, let the let the warmth hit your face, kind of have your toes feel the grass a little bit, you know, and you just got to think about the basics. You know, I'm a human being. Yeah, there's a lot of evil stuff going on around me, and I don't want to be ignorant to any of that stuff. But I also don't want to operate on fear, this this lowress resonating plane of fear, however that works. It just seems like fear is just a really really good liar. And I don't want I don't want to fall into that pit of lies and despair and depression because it will depress you. So, I just want to urge you guys as we see, you know, like Bakers Mills pointing out, massive layoffs. We got the tech bros like Elon Musk, Bezos, Alex Carr, Peter Teal really wanting to tighten the screws on this electronic technocratic police state drag net and all the flock safety cameras. And then there's if it's not flock safety, it's Axon, it's Motorola, it's genetic, genetic, however you say it. Um, don't despair. And we've got these police forces because when I see when I see stuff like this right here, this this is an act of bravery, man. What this guy is doing, I'm gonna turn the sound down. What this guy is doing in taking down these flot cameras, he's not being violent. He's not being evil. He's not promoting a a bad agenda that's going to interfere with the free market. This guy is actually trying to help his community because he doesn't want people that he loves in his community to be mass surveiled. If you're if you're a normal person, this is how you act. But it takes it's beyond normaly. It's this guy is brave. This guy has a strong character and he he knows the ramifications and the consequences of coming against the state because it's dangerous, super dangerous, sometimes deadly to be right when the government is so wrong. And he is so right on this, so clearly right. And the government is so clearly wrong and so clearly dangerous. And yet he's putting his entire life on the line to take down these flock safety flock intrusion cameras down in Bernalo County and then drive them to the sheriff's office. That takes some serious balls, man. Serious [snorts] balls indeed. This guy's a warrior and we are here. We We are keyboard warriors. I mean, maybe so. Maybe so. Everybody's got their place. Everybody's got their position. All the worlds of a stage. We are all actors playing our parts. But are you a genuine actor? That's my question. Are you a genuine actor? This is a big stage play. But what kind of actor are you? Are you a real actor or are you just an actor with a mask and shrouded in secrecy and deception? Are you pushing a good agenda that resonates high? Are you pushing a bad agenda that resonates low? Yeah, thank you back. We are going to see a lot a lot of layoffs. So, here's this is this disturbing illusion. I've met [clears throat] with a little success recently. I've gotten kind of an uptick of views. And really, it's not just about the views. It's a but on the other hand, it kind of is about the views because nobody posts on social media hoping nobody will ever see your post or or else why would you ever why post if you don't even if you hope nobody sees it? Oh yeah, I'm going to spend I'm going to spend hours on this one video and I hope nobody sees it. I hope it gains zero traction. I hope when I come back to this video in three years it still has zero views. Why would you even post that? I post things so it will get views. so that it'll get traction because I have a message and you have a message and I hope that your message is good. My message is good. Hey, I just want to be free. I just want to be left alone. I don't want to be messed with. I want to keep 100% of everything that I go out to work for. I want you to keep 100%. I don't think we should applaud and support thieves of any stripe or color or with any kind of badge or uniform or position. Well, I'm a politician. I have the right to lay claim to a percentage of your income. No. Says who? Says who? Are you a god or something? Are you superhuman? Even if even if you were super human, who gave you the authority to be in authority over me? When you got these police officers coming up to people talking to grown men talking to other men like they're little kids and you need to step out of the vehicle. You step out of the vehicle. I said step out of the vehicle. Pennsylvania versus MIM says that I can tell you to step out of the vehicle and you need to obey and if you don't obey, then you're going to catch an obstruction of justice charge. What What grown man, what sane grown man talks to another grown man like that? Then he puts his hands on him, pulls him out of the vehicle, and then puts his hands all over his crotch and he feels in his butt and in between his legs. It's so g hy. You know what I'm talking about. Then he goes through his stuff. I don't want to go through somebody's stuff. Could you imagine like just walking up to a guy's vehicle and go, "Hey, I need you to step out of the car. And by the way, can I put my hands on you and lean you up against the vehicle and put you in these straps and I want you to get down on the ground and do everything that I say. I want you to kneel down while I go through your things." It's just so pervert. The things that people accept as legitimate really concerns me. And then it shows you the power of the 15,000 hour public fool indoctrination program because they are just people are kids are just wired and programmed and indoctrinated through the government system to just comply to just submit. Hey, don't ask why they're authorities. They are just authorities. Don't question why we call them officials. They're just officials. It's kind of like going to church. It's like, "Oh, the priest is a holy man." And then you find out later that he was doing bad things to little people. It's like, "He's holy. You got to be kidding me. In what world is he holy?" And the the the land of pertardia perverse tardia. Um, Dominic says, "I sent you a packet of information about how I was thrown out of a union meeting for calling out the union officials for not being honest with members. Unions are misleading their members. Did you get it?" I did get it. I don't know how to I don't know how to I don't know how to put that together. I know union officials are kind of like like public officials, but not not exactly like there's a little difference. I did get that. I just don't know how to package it so that a lot of people will want to see it. You know what I'm saying? It seems like a It seems like kind of a complex story that maybe people wouldn't understand. I I don't I don't know. I don't know, Dominic. I I know that there's a lot of at least I've seen in the past where union representatives do a lot of really really dishonest and shady stuff even to their own members. But um and I think you have maybe the best thing that I could do is just maybe promote your video on X or something. Let's see. You you email me again. Contact uh contactflix.com and I will um I don't want to make any promises. I don't I don't know exactly what I'll do. I'll take a look at it again and maybe just promote your video. I'm not sure where I would fit that in, especially when it's localized. It's kind of like it it's almost like the fight that Leroy Truth has against Senator Brian Stack. I I I don't think I could get a wide audience for that. I don't think that I could help in any way, shape, or form on on that. I don't know how I could. I could be wrong, too, though. I'm always open to correction. Yeah, you can't drop a link unless you're a mod and I don't have any mods on this channel. No, no. Um, no offense to anybody. I just mods just haven't worked in the past for me. People that I thought would be really good mods have done some really crazy backstabby things and I was like, you know what? I I just feel like it's all preferential. I I just don't I don't want any mods. I see the value of the mods because they can keep an eye on things where you can it's just impossible to while you're doing a live stream. But I just don't have mods and unless you're a mod, you can't drop the link here. So anyway, let me know what you think about that. Dominic F mods. I don't know about that. Thanks. Soldier, I don't think it was a police union. What? What? What kind of union was that, Dominic? I can't remember now. You're a mod for two days. Where? Here on a a different screen name. Power corrupts mods. Scott, you know what, Eric? Not everybody, but it does tend to have a God, that little that that's not even a lot of power. You know, it is more power, but it's not a lot of power. And yet, it kind of gets abused. James says, "Of course, unions are in it for the money. If they weren't, most people would be working 12 hours, 12-hour days, seven days a week for pennies right now. They shut what channel down? Disturbing illusion. Which channel did they shut down? Oh, which channel? Who we talking about? Back says, Brian, care to talk about how many First Amendment got? I don't know exactly how many. [clears throat] If you guys want to talk about that, we can. It'll be totally off the cuff because I don't have anything prepared, but uh let's see. Let's go to Long Island Audit. He actually had a really good live stream. Oops. Ling. It's not Ling. Ling Ling Island Audit. Lean Long Island Audit definitely had his channel demonetized. He had a good live stream. Where was it? Which one is it? Oh, did he take it down? That's 12 days ago. Oh, maybe it was just a video. I thought it was a live stream. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Here it is. Right here. wanted to continue exposing corruption wherever we find it. You can become a member for as >> it's actually um man there were a lot of them a lot of good ones. Long Island Audit. It's like everybody who goes out to record on the public sidewalk. Even Batusai got caught up in the demonetization. Thanks Trump is a PDF file 213. George Orwell 1984 mixed with idiocracy and South Park episode that never ends. and mixing it with Twilight Zone because you're constantly pinching yourself going, "Is this real? Is this really happening?" I I got to tell you guys, I hate this this demonetization stuff that's going on to other auditors. And I am free got demonetized, which kind of shocked me because he's not in the realm of being on a public sidewalk and recording like private businesses. If you're not familiar with I am free. It doesn't come up under I am free either. It's Inland Auditing Media. This guy got demonetized. Steve over there at Inland Auditing Media got demonetized. Uh KULT News, who I really like, got demonetized. And that kind of shocks me because seems like he holds public officials and banking institutions accountable. Now, if he's done like p recording private businesses, I'm not sure. I'm not really down with that recording private businesses. I recognize that people have the freedom to do it. It's just like I said in a f a former live stream, it's just not it's not my cup of tea. Yeah, Bay Area Transparency. Just name them out, guys. Bay Area Transparency. We'll just go ahead and go down the list. Uh, let me just pull up KULT News while you guys are coming up with your list. I know I'm going to lose. I'm There's no way for me to just remember them all. KU Oh, you know who I was surprised got demonetized because he always seems so respectful and chill is Kansas City Accountability. I was kind of shocked about that. See, Kansas City accountability. If you get something out of their content and you learn from their content, it really does take a lot of time to go out and record and then come back in and then edit, make sure everything's right, make sure the sound levels are right, upload that video, go out, uh, travel to other Did Random Patriot get demonetized? No way. Let me see. I we talked about Random Patriot the other day, too. Let's just pull up all these channels and give them a shout out. I'm gonna I'm only going to give shoutouts to people I really like. And Random Patriot and KULT News and Kansas City Accountability are are some of those. And see, let's see. Random Patriot. Did he get demonetized? Let's see. No, he's got a join button. If he's got a join button, he's not demonetized because a join button means Look, I can Yeah, I can pay Yeah, $3.99 or 99 cents a month to become a member. And let me just check on my I'll just double verify because it doesn't having a join button doesn't always mean Well, I guess it has to. It has to always mean you're monetized. Let me see. Random random Patriot. See if I get an ad on one of his last videos. Yeah. Yeah, he's he's monetized. I I got a I got two premium longun skippable ads as the first thing that pops up when I click on his last video. So, he's definitely monetized. And I'm glad he is cuz this guy, like I said in my last live stream, I think I mentioned it in my last live stream. Um, if I was going to give like marks for a person who's really entered the sphere and up their game in the last six months, the top would be Random Patriot. You can tell he invests a lot of time, attention, energy. Um, he does interviews, he goes on location, he makes phone calls. He really, really does a good job unearthing all of the facts of whatever case he's working on. Somebody else mentioned something else. Uh, Jeff Gray. Yeah, honor your oath. He is still monetized. At least the last time I talked to him, he was. He called me about a couple days. We We had a good discussion a couple days after the demonetization thing. on a civil rights investigations. But he's another one who see Jeff Gray has in my estimation in from just just my opinion, guys. Just my opinion, one of the most wholesome messages you could possibly display on the internet. God bless the homeless vets. And people still have a problem with that. Tyranny still finds a way to take its long skex like fingers and wrap it around Jeff Gray and try to destroy his life because he's got a sign that says, "God bless the homeless vets." He calls it basically the cardboard mirror of humanity. And I agree with that because man, you to It's just a strange thing to me that that it would bring out saying God bless the homeless vets would bring out the worst in people i.e. Those people get on the phone and call men with guns to take care of a man or get rid of a man, remove a man from a public sidewalk who has a cardboard sign that says, "God bless the homeless vets." I just That is a real real head shaker, man. Put a one in the room if you love Jeff Gray. Jeff Gray. What am I? Put a one in the room if you love Jeff Gray. I'm gonna put here I'm gonna try to beat everybody. I put a one in the room. Let's see if I beat everybody. You You cannot If you can think of a more home uh wholesome message than than Jeff Gray, harmless Jeff Gray, who's whose [clears throat] most forceful words that come out of his mouth is, "You're being a meanie pants." It's so wholesome, familyfriendly. It's got just a it a concise, wholesome, noble message, and people still have a problem with it. And when I think of that, I think, you know what? Is there hope for humanity? If people got a problem with a cardboard sign that says, "God bless the homeless vets." And the worst are are the Christian areas. They want you out of there, man. The biggest irony and God I want to do this one day and I know I said I would. I just I haven't done it because it's like a 12 and a half 13 hour drive from me. But going to I think it was is it Jackson, Mississippi where the Civil Rights Museum is? Jeff Gray arrested on the steps of the Civil Rights Museum with a sign that says God bless the homeless vets. And what what did the back of the sign say? The back of the sign said something like I don't know something. Was it give peace a chance or here? Let tell me tell me what the back of the sign said or maybe it didn't say anything but the front was definitely God bless the homeless vets. But they arrest him on the steps of the Civil Rights Museum in Jackson, Mississippi by wait for it. Wait for it. You can't even You couldn't even think to write a script like like this. Got arrested by black cops. What the hell? Can anybody think of what the back of his sign says? Sometimes a bunch of us should all go get arrested with Brian and M. I am not asking anybody to spend a night in the dungeon for me, but if I ever do go up there, um I may. I'm not promising this either. I may like put out an alert and go, "Hey, in 14 hours we are going to be at this place." That would be so freaking funny. And every one of us have a God bless the homeless pet sign. And you know what we could do? We could um make ourselves all look like Jeff Gray. It would be hilarious. Eric Brand is free. I did not know that. Really? No way. No way. Thanks for the glory of Christ. I appreciate you saying that. Share the stream. Let's see. Let me refresh. How many do we even have any likes on this this video right here? Oh, 210. There's 251. Hey, if you haven't hit the like button and you like this content, if you like Jeff Gray, put a one in the I mean, if you hit the like button. That's a good way around that. Maybe you don't like me too well, but you got to like Jeff Gray, man. Who doesn't like Jeff Gray? Yeah, exactly. 2 a 2 a like uh Thomas Payne said, "Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect anyone who comes near that precious jewel. Nothing will preserve that liberty but downright force. And when you give up that force, you're ruined." I'm glad we don't have any trolls in here. Do we have trolls? I did not know Eric Brandt was free, though. I I want to reme I'm trying to remember what the back of Jeff Gray's sign was. like help not hurt or something like that. Something another wholesome thing here. Let's let's look it up. Let us look it up. We'll do it live. We'll do it live. Eric Brandt is Let me ask Groc. Oh god, we're going to pollute some water here. He got 12 years. It's taking forever. We need more data centers. Oh, help not hate. Okay, thanks. Yeah, I you you said somebody said, was that you? I've said it five times already. I I miss a lot, guys. It just goes really fast on my little screen here. Help. Yeah, it was God bless the homeless vets. And if I'm remembering right, the back of his sign said, "Help, not hate." How do you how do you lash out? How do you arrest a guy for that, man? At that point, you got to be a law enforcer and you got to go, are we really gonna arrest this? Are we really putting our hands on this guy who's got this sign on the steps of the Civil Rights Museum and we're black? I mean, if if anybody shouldn't arrest him, it should be us. Matter of fact, we should be rallying around this guy and holding off any law enforcement officer who would try to arrest him. But no, they just put their hands on him and just put the torture cuffs on him. It's just a crazy Oh, he is. Okay, so it says yes. Yes, he is. Parole eligibility was originally listed around January 2026. He was denied parole in 2025 with the next hearing set for 2026. In mid August 2026, posts from people familiar with his case stated that he was being released after serving about 5 years. One described it as quote cop watcher Eric Brandt to be released after serving 5 years. An account associated with him was also active around that time. He had earlier faced additional federal charges in Louisiana filed in 2023 related to a 2019 incident which delayed the potential earlier release. But recent reports focus on the Colorado sentence wrapping up. This is the Eric Brandt most people mean when asking if he's free, giving this high-profile activis activism hundreds of arrests, civil rights lawsuits and against police departments. So, this says yes, he is. But I need an actual confirmation of that. Do we have a video? Can we trust the video? Can we trust that the video is not AI generated? Elp says yes, he was transitioned to the Delta Correctional Facility and then a halfway house with final release late August 2026. That was last month. So, good. Good. I'm glad. Let's see. Thanks, Brian. Did any of you see that Tucker Bud Z dad? What? I don't even know what's Tucker Bud. Oh, wait. Tashanta says he did a video from the halfway house. Where can we view that? And was it for a nonviolent crime? And I put crime in quotes because if there's no victim, you can't have a crime. If you stole something, then there needs to be a victim of that crime. God, look at all the ones in the room. This is crazy. I have, but it was a long long long time ago when I was 18 and I was only in for eight hours max. [snorts] Here, let me put WCMW was to Shantaa was Moto Patrick Adam Oklahoma Copwatch Lee Martin Jim America Uncensored Tashant says a few times actually no victims though. See, this is what I hate about people with criminal records, cuz it makes it look bad right up front. It's like, "Oh, he's got a criminal record. Oh, he's been in jail. She's been in jail. God, what did she do? Who did she harm? Is this a dangerous person? Should I let them around my kids? Do I want them around me?" And it's like, "Yeah, but they didn't commit. They went to jail and they have a record, but it was completely unfair and they didn't victimize anybody. That's what I hate about the record. That's why you never want to show your ID to a cop idea ID to a cop unless you actually have to because you get put into a database and they can add notes to you being put in that database. And if the cop doesn't like you, he can put some really bad stuff. So the next time you have an interaction, the next cop is like, "Oh, he hates the government. He hates the police. He he doesn't like to submit to authority. We're gonna give him a hard time. And it just skews everything when you go into that database. Doug has been jail. 176 days for weed. Oh. Oh. One. 76 days. It's If it was 76 minutes for weed, it's ridiculous. 76 days for weed. two days. Nonviolent, no victim. [clears throat] Put a zero in the room if you ever belonged in jail. Oh yeah, that's actually First Amendment agitator. That is a good thing. Yeah, put a zero in the room if you ever belonged in jail. 16 months, eight hours no crime. That was me. Panama City, Florida. Or eight hours no crime. 12 hours false accusation. Case dropped. Missed an hour already. Oh, what's up, Jennifer? How you doing? All nonviolent. 20 days twice, says Tashanta. Bel has been. Mitchell has been for the glory of Christ. I love it. Put a one in the room if you've ever been to jail. I don't answer questions. Coach says he has had a quarter ounce of weed in two bags. 76 days of my freedom stolen and my sack. Man 21. MJDUY 18 years old, three days. Just that a cop can look forward and know, yeah, I'm about to ruin this guy's life and they do it anyway. It really gets under my skin. They still got a lot of work to do. COVID 1984 was a test. Now people are waking up because of that test. It ruined my life. I have no doubt, man. I have no doubt. Even a day could ruin your life. You could lose your job and then the case get dropped later, but you still lost your job. Now, how you going to feed yourself and your family? Oh my god. The evil that the government has done to people in about a week between two different counties. No crimes, just cops sucking it. We need to restart. Train the cops to be heroes like the firefighters rather than I don't I don't even know if the firefighters are are heroes. It's like all these people are bad. I've seen I've seen the body cams where the firefighters are also in on it. 8:39 p.m. Central Standard Time. What the hell am I doing still on the internet? I need to finish this day out.
