Mark was charged with trespassing after warning, resisting arrest without violence, possession of paraphernalia, in this case a crack pipe, and battery on a law enforcement officer. He appeared in court the following day. >> Wait, wait, wait. Where was the battery at? Battery on law enforcement officer? That's a stretch. where probable cause was found and a public defender was provisionally appointed. Initially, court hearings were scheduled for May and June, but by May 5th, both were cancelled and the case was set for review to determine if the state would file formal charges. On May 23rd, the charges were reviewed. The three lesser charges were transferred to a separate misdemeanor case and the most serious charge, battery on a law enforcement officer, was dropped entirely with a no file decision. With no remaining felony charges, the case was closed and all future proceedings were cancelled. While researching this case, we found that Mark didn't learn his lesson and was arrested again 3 months later on July 9th, 2025 for trespassing at a Publix in Palm Beach, Florida. This time he was found guilty by the court and sentenced to 10 days in jail and six months of probation. >> Wow. That's crazy. That's crazy. Yeah, them charges that they tried to pin on him that the battery on Leo that Yeah, that's definitely getting dropped. I'm like, are we watching the same thing? Cuz I ain't see that. I I didn't I did not see that. Resisting. Yeah. You know what I mean? But battery, that's a bit of a stretch now. Come on now. That's that's definitely a bit of a stretch, man. You know, I think the officers did pretty good. They get a three. You know, the lady who's the manager, she act like she never did a trespass before. Cuz the cop asks her, "You, you know how this goes?" She said, "Yeah." She come over here talking, "Oh, you going to pay your bill? You got a this and that?" talking everything else besides, "Hey, you're not allowed here at this facility anymore, yada yada yada, or you're not allowed at this establishment." That's all the officer needs. You know what I'm saying? He don't care about paying the bill. Clearly, he ain't paying the bill. You already tried that. You know what I'm saying? Like, just tell him that. That's why the officer was getting fed up. He like, "All right, tell him he's not welcome here so we can get this show on the road. Like, I got things to do." You hear me? So, yeah, I give them a three, man. You know, and they went a little bit overboard on the charges, but you know, that's why they got dropped. All right, I'll catch you guys in the next video.
