i found this out through james freeman's channel because he posted it on his community tab spike cohen posted this on his youtube channel and he was talking about the louisville police department in the usp or the ups united parcel service the louisville police department and ups are running a mail theft operation and we're going to take a look at three of these reports written by the louisville police department and it really looks like that is what's going on he said that's right lmpd pays ups employees to go through your things and look for your money so that they can steal it did you know that when you give your package to the ups store that the employee is going to take it to the back room open it put everything in a clear plastic bag and call their narcotics handler if they come across money and that that looks to be what this report is saying here so it talks about the detectives present during the seizure jay brooks b woolridge and c gibson provide a narrative of probable cause for stop search and seizure include including a list of all items seized for forfeiture including serial numbers if applicable and here's what it says right here in yellow detective brad woolridge received a call from uh detective cole gibson who received a call from a ups store employee on may 7th around 16 30. now note the time this is 4 30 in the afternoon it was notified that an individual came into the store to ship a parcel the employee received the parcel from the suspect and took the parcel into the rear of the store to seal it according to the statement so so it sounds like this guy brought the parcel into ups unsealed and opened according to the statement given to detective woolridge the ups store policy is to put all the contents into a plastic bag before taping the box up during the process of putting the contents into the plastic bag the employee noticed a large amount of u.s currency now first of all for the guy who brought the package into the ups store why would you bring an open box with large amounts of currency and have a ups employee know that that money is in there and then tape it up in a back room that doesn't make any sense to me the store employee contacted detective cole gibson detective gibson and detective woolridge responded to the ups store at 3044 bardstown road in louisville kentucky detective woolridge deployed his canine partner butch and received a positive alert to the odor of narcotics coming from the listed parcel if you know anything about currency and you've done any kind of research on the internet according to what i've seen a large percentage up to 90 or 95 of all currency including dollar bills fives tens twenties fifties have some residue of narcotics on them believe it or not that's the report coming out of out of a google search to 90 percent of currency u.s currency has narcotics on them so what do you think the odds are that that dog is who if if the dog was trained properly and it really is a legitimate hit what do you think the odds are that he's actually gonna hit on one of those dollars in that stack of currency probably pretty high says the parcel was coming from douglas zarb and corey spencer in peria california the query clear for the listed number and the results didn't match the listed shipper the recipient's name listed on the parcel is this person right here and they said they they did get a match with the name listed the parcel was presented to the canine handler detective woolridge and his canine butch for an open-air sniff canine butch gave a positive alert on the presence of narcotics odor so of course he did of course he did he would hit positive on currency that has a 90 to 95 percent likelihood that it's got narcotics on it whether you and were involved in a drug deal or not you can open your wallet up and they could probably do a residue test on it and find that there's narcotics on there cops know that and they'll use that as probable cause that this was used in some kind of drug deal but even if it was aren't you free as a as a human being aside from the laws of politicians under the drug war aren't you free as a human being to engage in a mutually consensual voluntary business transaction where you've got something somebody else's wants you want their money they want that's that substance or that that product and then you exchange it but the government wants to get involved in that mutually exclusive consensual voluntary exchange so that they can extract money from you so look at this time right here detective james brooks executed a warrant at 1750 hours that didn't take long so from 1630 to 1750 what is that an hour and 20 minutes it only took an hour and 20 minutes and they were already in they already had a warrant the parcel was a plain brown box upon opening the parcel i observed one purple t-shirt one pair of white socks one pair of gray underwear one white plastic garbage bag one brown bag and a large amount of u.s currency and many different denominations the currency is wrapped with rubber bands and 15 bundles different bundles pictures were taken by detective woolridge they never say on this or the other two documents that we're going to look at what the exact amount of money was so that money can disappear or let's say there's five thousand dollars 4 800 or 4 900 of it this can disappear and 100 can stay an impound this one right here is a different story says while conducting parcel interdiction at ups 911 grand lane on june 14th 2022 detective mike nobles was contacted by ups security regarding a parcel that had been found to contain fraudulent account information suspect parcel is a ups next day heir with this tracking number coming from known source region of narcotics distribution parcel was seized by ups security and administratively opened by their offices it wasn't just opened it was administratively open in other words they pilfered through a box that didn't belong to them that belonged somebody else to somebody else and it was none of their business what was in that parcel a visual and physical examination of the partial revealed characteristics that in my training experience have shown are indicative of parcels containing narcotics dangerous drugs or narcotics proceeds and that's what this was was narcotics proceeds in their opinion based upon the characteristics of this parcel it was presented for external examination by louisville metro police detective don benzing with narcotics detector canine goose canine goose is routinely used to inspect for the presence of narcotics odors canine goose has been trained to detect the odor of narcotics i'm sure he i'm sure he is and even if it's even if there's no odor they can do a false hit we all already know that they are trained to lie so they can train their k9 officers to do a false hit and lie is currently certified to do so he maintains an annual certification in the detection of narcotics odors and routinely trains on a weekly basis to detect the four narcotics odors marijuana heroin methamphetamine and cocaine detective todd benzing goose's handler advised the k-9 indicated a positive alert on the package for the odor of a controlled substance the canine is trained to recognize and then they say this parcel was coming from an unknown shipper due to ups security seizing it and creating a new label with only the recipient listed and then look what they say down here detective seth lee opened the parcel at 11 45 upon opening the parcel observed was a yellow shipping envelope once the envelope was opened there was one tread magazine with an undetermined amount of u.s currency hidden within all its pages another occurrence of hey you know there's money there but it's an undetermined amount pictures were taken during the course of opening the parcel by detective seth lee undetermined amounts so these these people can't count us currency you know they can they could have put that amount in this this little report right here but they chose not to on may 12 2021 detective john stone this is a different one this is the third one third separate one this deals with ups and law enforcement again louisville police department john stone received an administrative parcel from ups security at 911 grand lane this is the same one from last time in louisville kentucky this parcel was intercepted by ups security on april 16 2021 with this particular tracking number the parcel was coming from this person right here in jacksonville north carolina it says detective stone opened this uh admin parcel at approximately 09 32 hours the parcel was a brown box with the red writing on the side staples small all seams on top taped upon opening the parcel detective stone observed two white bubble packed envelopes in the first bubble envelope was three marine federal credit union bank evil envelopes with large undetermined amounts of u.s currency in each envelope how convenient for them not to determine the amount and write it in the report so that if something disappeared there'd be some kind of chain of custody and we can get to the bottom of who actually took the rest of the money the second bubble envelope had two bank envelopes with marine federal credit union also with a large undetermined amount of u.s currency so what it looks like here is that we got uh certain ups stores in louisville kentucky and cahoots with louisville police department that's what it looks like that's what it looks like and we've had this kind of problem before look at this right here lmpd detective pleads guilty to stealing 74 000 from ups shipments so there is a precedent for this this was on december 2016. says a former louisville metro police detective has pleaded guilty to stealing over 74 000 from ups shipments do you think this is an isolated case do you think it happened then they learned their lesson and it doesn't happen today according to court documents kyle willett pleaded guilty to a charge of theft from interstate shipment during the hearing in the u.s district court in louisville wednesday afternoon the charge indicates that willett quote unlawfully willfully and knowingly and with intent to convert to his own use did steal by fraud and deception from the u.s parcel services in louisville hub terminal cash in excess of a thousand dollars that is approximately 74 745.99 which was moving as was part of a constituted in interstate shipment of property so this guy already did this and now we have this right here so you tell me is the louisville police department continuing on that course uh that this will it guy did or did they quit their their criminal activities i'm just asking the question i don't know looks pretty bad for the for that police department we already know that they false hit on cars with their canine dogs we already know that they pull over people and they say that they smell marijuana but there really wasn't marijuana present then we see with their own body camera that they actually plant drugs on people so they can get them on something anything so this is perfectly consistent with what this lady said right here oh we'll get we'll find something we'll stay behind you long enough to find something to justify pulling you over so that we can harass you and we can economically terrorize you you
