So. >> Okay. >> How did you guys meet? >> I just don't know. >> So, so what did you meet her at online? Okay, because I'm going to shoot straight with you. Uh, she's known for prostituting herself around here, okay? And also multiple drugs and and different things going on. So, how did you guys meet online? >> No, just a dating site. So. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I had no idea about her doing that. >> Yeah, right. Yeah, right. Okay. Come on, man. Come on, man. No. No. No. Listen, he could get out of this by just he could play it smooth and get out of this, right? Cuz really she's the one that they want. She's the big fish or whatever and he's just going to be a casualty. But listen, he wanted some he wanted some browns some some you know, he wanted some brown cinnamon, you know, he he wants some chocolate. You know, he wanted to do a little vanilla swirl. You know what I mean? That's what's really going on here. You know, he probably got a lady at home whatever the case may be and he wanted to he he wanted to do some swirling, you know? >> [laughter] >> Okay, that's good to know. All right. That's not what I want to be involved in. Yeah. So, but you know, what what site was it that you guys met on? Tinder? >> It was Tinder. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Well, Bryson, what do you have in your purse today? >> Why does that matter? >> Well, so I'm just curious what kind of narcotics you have with you today. >> Narcotics? >> Yeah. >> Are you okay? >> I am. And you were going to tow your vehicle out of here cuz I know you don't have a valid license. >> talking now. >> Okay. >> This is some Last time we spoke I was driving. >> Well, so last time we spoke you were driving under the influence, you had crack on you. Uh you went into somebody's backyard, okay? So, you know, there's some general suspicion about what's going on with you. >> Oh, okay. >> Right? I mean it it's it's pretty pretty fair assessment. >> Is it? >> It is, yeah. >> Mhm. >> You came from court today. >> What was the court for? >> All right. Goodbye. So I am going to step out of the car, okay? >> For what? >> Because I told you to. >> No. >> And so it doesn't work like that, okay? You're You're going to step out of the car. >> For what? >> Because I told you to. All right. I don't know what you're doing in there. >> See? I don't have to. >> I don't feel comfortable with you being in there reaching around. Okay? >> Uh-uh-uh-uh-uh. Don't go reaching now. Don't go reaching. Boy, you making me nervous. Oh, don't go reaching. >> Well, I got some weed, some money, a toothpick, and some lip gloss. >> Okay, so I want you to step out of the car though, okay? >> Nope. >> All right. You need to step out of the car. >> No. >> Because at this point if you don't step out of the car, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> For what? >> Because I gave you a lawful order to get out of the car. Okay? >> then arrest me cuz there's really no legal recourse you have to arrest me. >> Come on. Step out of the car. >> No. >> Yep. We're stepping out of the car right now. >> For what? >> Girl, I don't want to have to pull you out of the car, okay? >> Girl, like you are not stronger than me, Louis. Like please stop. >> Can you please just step outside of the car? >> Why are you asking me to step out of the car? >> Because I told you to. >> For what? >> I'm going to give you one more chance. Can I say anything to you to make you feel >> I have no weapons on me. I have no drugs on me. Why are you pulling me out of the car? >> Can I say anything to you that's going to make >> Didn't she just say she got some weed on her? She just said that. So she does have something on her. May not be, you know, classified as serious. Um but she do got some stuff on her. >> You step out of the car on your own free will. >> The Supreme Court has said that officers can ask you to step out of the car and you're required >> For what? I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Step out of the car. >> Stop. Get off me, dog. >> No. No. Face him. You're under arrest. >> No. You're dragging it. You're not about to arrest me. Please stop. >> You're under arrest. >> No. Are you crazy? For what? >> Because I told you to get out of the car. >> No. Get off me. Don't touch ME AND STOP. THAT'S FINE. THAT'S FINE. >> ALL RIGHT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO EMPTY YOUR POCKETS OR ANYTHING on you. >> Stop. Stop. Stop touching me. All right, we're going to walk to my car, okay? >> Why? >> Because you're under arrest. >> For what? >> For resisting and obstructing. >> Yeah, if I drop my body I'll have to pick me up. >> All right, that's true. >> Yeah, yeah, cuz y'all we can I would never do that. >> Okay. >> Squeeze as hard as you want. >> Go ahead and have a seat. >> Shut up. >> All right, so sir, is there anything in the vehicle that is not yours that you can just point out to us so that we can make sure there's nothing else in there. >> Everything you got. >> Okay, we just want to make sure there's nothing else that's hers. And here's your ID back. I don't want to >> is hers. >> Thank you. >> This stuff's hers. >> Can you lower your tailgate for us? >> I need you to get it checked out cuz it won't come down all the way by itself. >> And everything else in the truck is yours? >> Yeah. >> Okay, so there shouldn't be anything else illegal in the truck? >> No. >> All right, can I have her purse and just make sure she didn't steal some crap? >> Nah, hell nah, man. Damn yeah, cuz if she put something under the floorboard or whatever, you know, or not under the floorboard but like under her or under the the seat or something. Man, yo. Everything else is yours? Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, we going to find out. >> Cocaine in there. You want to get that out? >> cocaine. That's a That's >> This is what we're talking about here? >> Yeah. >> Holy [ __ ] >> She was playing with the channel. >> Yeah. >> Can I go ahead and take that? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Well, it's good to meet you, sir. Sorry it it had to be like this. >> So, Illinois frowns upon other states bringing guns into the state. >> Okay. >> This is what's called aggravated unlawful use of a weapon cuz you're in the possession of a loaded gun in a vehicle. >> Okay. >> It's a felony crime in Illinois. >> We didn't know that. >> So, we're going to use this as an educational opportunity. The gun is unloaded, it's in its holster in the back of the car. We're going to put these in a separate say no. Just make sure that when you're in Illinois >> I won't bring it up. >> Don't make that mistake. >> Yeah, I won't bring it up. I won't get in trouble. >> Yeah. Or just get your concealed carry license through Illinois and you'll be good. Yeah, I would recommend if you get any messages from her again, I probably would avoid her. >> not that's not going to happen. >> Yes. >> Yeah. She's got some weed. Going to deal with that. >> With Leviathan now in the back of the patrol car, let's back up and look at this whole thing from the start. The call to police started when she walked into the employees-only area of the tow lot after being told not to. The manager warned her she was trespassing. She kept going anyway, yelling in front of him and other customers. When officers got there, she was still in the passenger seat next to the man she'd met on Tinder that morning. She told them she had cannabis in the car and then she refused to step out of it, no matter how many times they asked, even after officers pulled her out and put her in handcuffs. >> I ain't going to lie. Yo, Tinder yo, the dating apps is cooked, bro. Like it it was it was great like during COVID, before COVID, during COVID, obviously, cuz people couldn't go outside or whatever. So, that's how you get people to, you know, hang out and stuff like that. So, COVID was good, but I would say after like I would say around 2023 was maybe the last decent year of dating apps. Like going on dating apps now is you're get you're No, it's it's not the wave. Like it's not the wave. You're better off just meeting somebody out out and about, you know, grocery store, coffee shop, you know what I'm saying? Like you know, I don't know if you're in the books, but you know, Barnes & Noble, something like that, you know. Highly recommend coffee shops, okay? Just saying. Um but the day in apps, nah. That That's That's not it. That That's not it. Cuz you're going to get [ __ ] like this. >> [laughter] >> Okay, you know, maybe for the older people, you know, cuz you know, working a lot and maybe they just want to go scroll or whatever, but still I even for a older person that's on there, I'm saying 40s, 50s, you're better off I don't know, wherever you live, maybe do I don't know, some wine tasting or go some some something else, man. Something. Go to an an event where you can meet something decent. You know what I mean? Something decent. Um because if this is what you're picking up on Tinder, this is what it's like I think he knew that she was you know, it was an exchange, you know what I mean? Like they were going to hang out for an exchange, you know what I mean? Um cuz yeah, whatever, let's just continue. >> She kept pulling away and told them they'd have to carry her, and that's it. And as always, we're not here to judge anybody as a person, just looking at what the camera recorded and the choices made in that moment. So, keep it civil. Now, let's follow that patrol car back to the station because the disaster wasn't over yet. >> All right, Lavar, go ahead and step out. Woo! Right on my way. Straight down for the ride. And it's my other pocket. It's my other zipper. Please make sure it's $20. That's what I was telling him. touching your money. >> Um I'm talking about the zipper. >> Everything's been recorded since I got here with you. >> I was talking about the zipper that has another $200 in it. >> Okay, I'm again I'm not counting your money. I mean I haven't touched your money. >> I have my money in your custody. What do you mean? >> I mean if you want to sit here and we count your money we can sit here and count your money. >> Of course we can. >> But it's just going to make it so that you're in jail longer than getting released. So that's Okay. >> I've been in jail before, right? It was for three years. >> You have absolutely >> Okay, so it's no no problem. Let's make sure I got my >> Do you want your cuffs off or do you want them on? >> That's up to you, ain't it? You You're the one who put them on me. >> So then turn around like I already asked you to do. >> told me to turn around. >> Okay, you're not with it. >> It's not the first thing you asked me to turn around, bro. You never asked me that. >> Okay. >> You asked me if I wanted the cuffs on. >> Okay. All right, let's see if I can believe you. All right, so do you want me to pull all your money out and count it? Okay. Even though you don't stay in jail, you get citations and get released. >> Citations? So I got to go? Go. >> You're You're trying to act like you're like smarter than everybody or something. You don't You don't understand Illinois law. >> Absolutely not. Thank god Thank god I don't live here. I thank god I'm not from here. So >> She got a New Yorker ID. It would >> Am I getting booked into jail? Cuz that's what you told me. >> You are getting booked. Okay. Do you want me to explain it or do you want to keep having an attitude? >> Explain the difference between a jail a jail sentence and a citation cuz this is the first time I'm hearing a citation. So let's talk. What's up? I'm getting a citation, so what? You're giving me a slap on the wrist? I got a court date I got to go to? >> Do you want me to answer or do you want to keep talking? Cuz you're not a very good listener. >> I'm not a very good listener, but >> Okay, so you are under arrest. You're under arrest for disorderly con disorderly conduct. >> Damn, she can't shut >> up. Shut up. Let him explain it. >> Cross pass. >> That's going to get dismissed. What else? >> Okay, resisting and obstructing. >> That's going to get dismissed. What else? >> Okay, and then you have the cannabis. All right? >> That's going to get dismissed. >> Bro, I don't Okay, come on, bro. Come on, bro. All right, do you want me to just dump everything out of your purse and we'll go through it all? Okay, these This right here? Can I? >> Oh my god, what are you doing? Yeah, put that in your purse. Thank you. Is there anything else? >> So, you want me to count your money? Does that make you feel better? Does that make it so you comply and we can get through booking and I can release you? Here's a 20. Second 20. Third 20. Is that correct? $300? I was going to put it back in your bag. All right, are we good? It's all right there. I'm going to place you in a cell, okay? It's a simple booking fee. Hey Leviathan, I need you to come sit down and stop walking around. I don't care. Go sit down. Good. If you don't sit down, you're going to get chained to the wall right there, okay? For not list Stop touching our equipment. Hey Leviathan, go sit down. Yes. Do you want to get more charges? >> For For what? Charged for what? >> You're again, you're still obstructing. You're still obstructing. >> what? >> Me from doing my job because you're walking Go sit down. >> Let me follow me. >> Don't touch me. Sit down. >> Oh my god, I don't know what I'm >> Sit down. >> All right, yo, chill out. >> No. >> You dragged it. You dragged it. You dragged it. You dragged it. I'm not putting those cuffs on me. >> Leviathan, >> you're going to have to fight me. I'm not putting those cuffs on me. >> Okay, you're not >> You should have never took them off, honestly. She's been hostile the whole time. She's always got something to say. Like the officer said, you think that you're smarter than everybody else. Like you look come on man. Come on man. But yeah, we just need to put her in the cell, whatever, get the paper, you know, so she could go back on the blade, you know what I'm saying? Go go back to work. You know what I mean? Just call it a day man. Damn. >> Okay, I'll sit All right, I'll sit down. I'll be a good girl for you officer. >> All right, that's gross. I don't want you to talk to me like that. You're kind of gross. >> So if I sit down >> [laughter] >> Yeah. >> Great. >> Thank you. You're so kind. I appreciate kind people. >> He said you're kind of gross. >> [laughter] >> At the end of it, Leviathan Colas was booked at the O'Fallon Police Department and released with a notice to appear facing three charges under Illinois law, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, criminal trespass to real property, and disorderly conduct. She came to the lot to get her car back. She left in the back of a patrol car and the car >> [music] [music] [music]
