so how much have you had to drink
no nothing so the fireball shooter in
your door that's uh not from tonight
right no it's not for me tonight all
right
um
is this this is like your conducting
test yeah right now we're conducting the
filter right
so is this the point where this this is
the actual test where you can conduct
that somebody is under underneath
and if I refuse
then views
well what other tests can you do there's
a few tests that we'll do
all right one one thousand two one
thousand three one thousand dollars
six one thousand seven one thousand
eight one thousand
we're just making sure
can't be too careful nine
ten One Thousand Eleven one thousand
thirteen one thousand fourteen one
thousand
all right you can stop
[Music]
hello
Hi how are you how are you got your
license what's your register Insurance
please
I wouldn't do that I'm gonna come around
all right
the other one
do it head up here
sorry officer
why are you going over the reason why
I'm stopping you is you keep driving
over this solid line for so you go over
four times when I was going to
yeah I was yeah I was talking to him
okay you got your license on you
no not you I did have it here
is it calling your name my name is
Jacqueline Coyle okay the card's in your
name obviously right okay yes just think
that's one second
all right
[Applause]
we're always coming
rob you want a DWI
I don't have a license
you don't have it but
no good what's your name
Jacqueline yes
thank you too much paper hop out with me
okay
to me I just want to talk to you on the
sidewalk real quick
I want to talk to you on the sidewalk
real quick
and run you through some tests
make sure you're all A-Okay to drive
tonight
I'm okay all right
so how much have you had to drink
nothing
to the fireball shooter in your door
that's uh not from tonight right no it's
not from tonight all right
you know the English alphabet from a
through z you know pretty well English
okay you know the English alphabet yeah
ABCD all right hold on one second face
me yes sir put your feet together take
your hands out of your pockets for me
put them at your side I want you to keep
your feet together hands at your side
while you do this test all right you're
gonna recite the English alphabet
starting at a ending with z without
singing the common ABC song you
understand yes sir all right you can
begin
JK
[Music]
or
w x y z Perfect all right
keeping your feet together hands at your
side like I told you would you agree
that this surface is flat level and free
of any debris
somewhat all right
I'm gonna do the one leg of stand test
all right I'm gonna demonstrate it for
you while I explain it and then you're
gonna do it all right so just watch me
and listen you're gonna keep your feet
together hands at your side you're gonna
lift one leg I don't care if it's your
left leg or your right leg whatever ones
you're more comfortable with you're
gonna lift it about six inches off the
ground you're gonna count out loud one
one thousand two one thousand three one
thousand four one thousand until I tell
you to stop all right
during the entirety of the time if I tip
on any point on that if you put your
foot down just pick it back up let's say
you put it down on four just pick it
back up and start at five okay do you
understand the test yeah all I'm gonna
say is during the during the test I want
you to keep your hands down to your side
all right
you understand
yeah I understand okay you can be
getting ready
hey man just put your foot back down
okay
put back on I just want to explain
another thing okay except when your feet
together like this your hands by your
side okay you're gonna extend either
foot of your choosing it doesn't matter
either your left or right okay you're
gonna extend approximately six inches
from the ground okay from here you can
look at the top of your foot okay I'm
gonna count up at one thousand one
thousand one two thousand two a thousand
three so on and so forth until I tell
you to stop okay any time so you put it
down one thousand five let's pick it
pick it back up and start from one
thousand six so at any time I have to
stop I have to put it down and say one
thousand five
okay
is this this is like your conducting
test yeah right now we're conducting a
full Supply
so is this the point where this this is
the actual test where you can conduct
that somebody is on an underneath
and if I refuse
then confused
well what other tests can you do there's
a few tests that we're going to do all
right one one thousand to one thousand
three one thousand
five hundred thousand
six one thousand seven one thousand
eight one thousand
s
can't be too careful nine
ten One Thousand Eleven one thousand
seven thousand fifty one thousand
fourteen one thousand
all right you can stop
all right for the next test it's called
The Walking turn all right
so imagine the line running straight out
in front of you all right put your left
foot on that line
now take your right foot and touch it
Heel To Toe
with your left foot now stay and stay in
that position while I explain the test
all right
you're gonna take a series of nine steps
starting from where you are going this
way on the ninth step you're gonna use a
series of short choppy steps to turn
around and you're gonna take not sure
I'll show you in a second all right
and you're gonna take nine more steps
back to where you start all right
I'm gonna demonstrate it for you I'm
gonna do three steps you're gonna do
nine all right
so you go one
two three
turn around using short steps like this
just rotate on the ball of your foot and
then take nine more steps back as you
take your steps make sure to touch heel
to toe and make sure to count each step
allowed
and look down at your feet
two
five six
seven eight
nine
one
all right
do a favor
turn around
face that off too
just put your hands behind your back all
right you're being placed under the rest
for driving one fox kid
foreign
yeah well we got quite a little bit of a
walk but why am I being arrested for
because you're driving under the
influence of alcohol
let's go
let's get in which home and Albert's
were
let's go wait wait I need my phone
listen to me
what we need

need you don't tell me listen to me stop
talking okay I apologize
I'm a really nice person okay
who's back
please just take a seat
let's come over really bad
stick seat not in my church take a seat
and we'll take a seat but can I please
we'll get everything for you I need my
phone we'll give you whatever you want
out of the car okay do you have a purse
or anything in there anything in here
so you can get a ride from a sober
person it's fine
is the charger plugged into the
cigarette out later it's a pink charger
okay
where are your keys
she doesn't have anything in these outer
parties just a pack of cigarettes
a cigarette when they get to the jail
we'll cross that bridge when we get
there please if you're Cooperative I
have no problem
my name's Troy Troy I don't mean to be
mean to you okay you've grabbed me and I
got you dude I know
so listen once we're done first
please
I'm trying to tell you if you're
Cooperative I'll give you a cigarette
when we're done processing
but you're making it difficult you keep
trying to talk over us
thank you so hop in the car and we'll
get you whatever you need out of your
car I was just trying to tell you that
I've never been in trouble in my life
until I've hung out with that person all
right is that your boyfriend
I can't
this is a stupid thing stop it bin it's
easier if you face the car I need you to
kind of help me and I think my ideas
hanging out I know it's connected to my
pen so can you help me yeah it's easier
if you face the car and step up on the
running board okay
and then put one foot in there you go
wait can I do I have to have these yeah
please don't put that on me
please don't you don't want the seat
belt please don't okay I won't put it on
that's fine
Kev how fresh is that shooter in the
door
well there's five in here and then
there's a bottle of wine that we have in
here oh
crap I just I don't I normally even
extra I never talk to anybody but I know
you're new and you want to learn
you know
yeah
okay look if you if you just didn't feel
like doing it you can tell it's fine
you will not do it
he goes that your boyfriend she goes
he's trying
hey where would your phone be located
just stay in the car
um
it's in the car please would it be in
the center or what's gonna happen to my
car it's getting towed
state law says we have to
see where would that be do you want it I
have like 200 in my car do you want us
to grab it
I don't even it's in the center console
I don't know if he moved it
you pass me yeah okay I literally
I knew I shouldn't move
all right put your foot back in the car
I'll go grab your cash for you so you
have I need the phone we're trying to
have kids we're trying to find it where
would it be in the center of the car
it's check check me I check not on it I
checked these two pockets check the
other one I heard this this one had your
cigarettes in it and they're still there
no I put them up front Okay Okay
um
all right let me go see if I can find
your phone it's do you want the phone
number
no not just call it okay just no
no I'm gonna find I don't even know my
phone Army
but you need how are you gonna find my
phone we'll find it it's a4a she said
all right sit tight she said it should
be in the center
and as you said there should be 200 cash
in the center console too
the dude had him she wants the phone I
wonder if he took her she wants the cash
um she said the phone should be
somewhere in the center
I wonder if he has another phone he
thought maybe that phone was his
were you put the cash over here
here dude I don't know if it's 200 but
it was a hundred dollar bill and they're
like support
nothing fell out right on the highway
no I know you're like I'm saying like
when I pulled them up pulled them over
he had a phone on his lap with GPS
so I wonder if that's right I wonder if
that was his her phone
oh yeah maybe no he had one on his plow
he definitely had when I was left
that was on GPS so I wonder if you took
if I'm sick
where'd you say you live right he
wouldn't tell us where he lives
foreign
well she ain't gonna know the number she
says she doesn't know anyone's number
she doesn't know his number she she said
that's why she needed the phone and the
charger because she doesn't know any
numbers of the phone
the
the phone ain't in the car
where she live
I think like Addison
Manasquan the license is
your phone
he beat feet out of here
um is it possible like I know we had he
had GPS on his phone is it possible that
he had your phones
I will stay in the handcuffs can you
just walk me through my car no we're not
going back we'll just search the entire
apartment there's no going there we got
your money
what kind of phone is it it's an iPhone
where do you live
should we get in contact
s but quickly okay but I honestly
there's no point of course I'm thinking
maybe everyone's talking you thought
maybe your phone was seriously heard
about mistake or something I don't know
but there's no phone anymore
and you all have anything in your
pockets I just I can't tell I know I
know we checked your outer Pockets that
you have I don't have anything on me I'm
not a bad [ __ ] I'm not doing anything
just watch your foot okay I shouldn't
have even been here tonight
I will I
he made it right down here he made it
right
does she know what it is
where he lives he all live around here I
don't think that's where we live Misty
do you know where he lives
no can you open the door for one second
where
[ __ ] if you don't know where he lives
hey what was his name
but I bet you when he's got our phone to
realize it
Because unless unless she left the phone
what were they before this Joy maybe
they left she left phone there where um
where were you before we stopped
the bar if possible you must be going
there no I had my my phone in my car
he might have taken by mistake
nobody he said he said he lived around
the corner we offered for him to come
back with us being call right he said no
no we're going headquarters and mixing
contact
uh it's on do you know his phone number
no right no I
I don't know anybody's number I don't

number my my children are with their
Dads right now okay you know where they
you know where they live right
you know where you're I know that I'm in
the highlands you're not you're in

in contact with somebody

we're not going to go we're not going to
go out of our way to make anything more
you know painful than it has to be for
you

percent
foreign
you're always
put a property here for now sure

yeah it hurts all right listen our
bathroom's right here
do not lock the door if I ask you leave
it open I don't care if I ask you for
something answer all right
what's wrong with you Rob
I don't like those faces you know what
though the clam shell cases are even
worse
the open where they like Snap in I hate
those
yeah I think I think for next fourth
week I'm just switch back to this
switch back to what yeah
the one from Middletown
RC right
I think I ripped the Spanish speaking
one off so the next packet should just
be with just without that one on top
Rob when she sits down again we'll go
off for processing we didn't have his
pages
that's that page is on the computer
we'll go we'll go through that late uh
we'll we'll do that one for yesterday
once she's gone
we had this one
so we have everything but that one
all right so just have a seat in that
red chair
and then this officer is going to read
you some things
going off for processes
