y what's going on so today we got a video from New York detective and the title of the video is 18yearold enlisted Soldier caught stealing from JC Penney man JC Penney I thought JC Penney was out of business like I didn't even know they was still around come on man what can you possibly find over there man but let's get into it listen um if you're cool with me I'll be cool with youo so don't play were dispatched to JC Penney after loss prevention observed a suspect concealing $147 199 in merchandise and leaving without paying when confronted the suspect resisted recovery efforts so what's going on makeup items out and kind just made her way around this area like picking up random stuff um use the in twice and that's where she put okay so she pick certain things come on y'all killing me now y'all killing me y'all trying to get me yall trying to get hit me get hit with a copyright strike man y'all got to move somewhere now the first time she concealed a shirt underwear um and a bra she RI the T off put them in the dicky pants that she had and just hung it up there um come on man cut the music off going more items went back in concealed more items and she's ripping tags off of everything for the most part yeah okay um is it all on video well me not the obviously the fitting room but but the you know selecting and passing All Points of sale where' you guys stop her right here these doors yep and who was it that stopped her was it you and someone else me and the the yeah and then explain how that was when you stopped her um so first was denying stuff I told her who I was P ask protection asked her what she do with the stuff um she kept denying stuff kept denying stuff she was like oh I'll just show you I'll just show you um real ansy like came back in here and I'm like no like just come into the office once we came in she up what' she do uh she's just fancy and wouldn't wouldn't tell us where the stuff was at and then finally she was like okay okay like they got it and she took it out of her bag gave us all the stuff uh we did have to go look for like the box for like elf and stuff M um but the tags we were able to recover cuz she would to stick them in the pants that she didn't want um and I kept trying to go for her bag so she'd be chill and then she would start freaking out talking about I can't get in trouble I'm in the military things like that and then she tried to go for her bag and okay yeah so she have her tense brace when you just had control her with when you just like brought her into custody right your protective custody because of the shop right she gave her P sprays try to kind of evade you guys at all yes she did yeah okay can you elaborate on how that was I'm just trying to if we can we're charger without too so um she just kept trying to reach for the back so we were thinking that it's not so much yeah it's not so much that she would go she wasn't very Cooperative inwards right yeah she was just the reaching for the bag part cuz we don't know she had correct okay you guys have her handcuffs or just just had her had her person and walked over yeah we don't started freaking out once she knew that you guys were coming and then she was like no cuz we were she handed us a bag at first willingly so I put it on top and then she like freaked out I was like no I can't be here and grabbed her bag and you don't know what
