how you doing man you have life
registration Insurance yeah I have my
license right here where you coming from
um I'm coming from the bar I'm coming
from Pleasant Point Pleasant yeah J Bar
okay a registration registration
insurance this isn't my car this is my
friend car whose car is this this is my
friend who's your friend be Kelly hickey
I'm her
son you're son yes sir okay
I'm where you heading to uh we're going
back to we going to Jackson Jackson yeah
okay who lives in Jackson I both of us
okay all
right you take this
back you can take that what was the oh
you for you were driving erratically all
over the road and you were speeding
speeding okay and
you I was C trying to catch up to you I
was going 65
65 65 on what it's 35 35 on what road
this
road so you don't need the registration
no I got it you had two copies okay
so here this is all good too thank you
and then I'll be right with you all
right thank you sir no problem
mythes are so should I back up yeah yeah
over here yeah you want to just go to
that officer
all right diona is that is that how you
say now di sorry about that yeah that's
okay all right di I'm going to run you
through a series of tests I'm I'm so
sorry I don't mean to be inappropriate
good I yeah don't worry about it don't
worry about it uh I'm going to run you
through a serious test make sure you're
okay to drive all right no totally um so
the first test it's going to be a
walking turn so we're going to use we're
going use this line right here yeah it's
okay it gives you like a guide so if you
want to stand on that left yeah yeah if
you want to stand on that line you want
to back up a little to your car oh okay
so you give yourself more room this
actually isn't my car but oh well your
friend's car so you're going to stand
like this with one foot in front of the
other with your hands on your side and
I'm going to explain to you the
instructions okay yeah so if you want to
get like that right now one foot in
front of the
other Hands by your
side okay so what you then do is you're
going to take nine her toe steps on this
line so I'm going to demonstrate it okay
so it's going to be one two three not
yet don't start until oh I'm sorry all
good all good so it's going to be 1 two
three Heel To Toe steps yeah okay on
that ninth step you going to take a
series of small steps turn around and go
one two three nine steps back so count
to nine and then count to three no count
to nine count to nine I did three you're
then do nine all right okay so I just
did three for a demonstration I got you
but you then count to nine count to nine
n n he the toe
that was
nice okay do I no no that's it nope so
the next test put your feet together
Hands by your side
then whatever foot of you're choosing
you're going lift up one foot about 6 in
above the above the ground okay and then
you're going count one 1,000 2 1,000 3
1,000 you think you got a question I
wish I knew 1,000 okay you can do 100
I'm a Psychology major I'm not good at
math I can I can B I was a cheerer
though I was a cheer lator you can pick
whatever fo I can I am really good with
B okay let me demonstrate it first okay
so you're then stand right there Hands
by your side Hands by your side and you
then count 1 1,000 2 1,000 3 1,000 you
you're going to stare at the ball of
your foot okay listen I'm Hands by your
side Hands by your side I'm going to
tell you right now I am not good at math
I can't count in any sense but I can
give you balance I okay I was a
cheerleader my entire life I am really
I'm always athletic okay and I am very
responsible I okay you don't don't start
yet right now no I I'm I'm telling you
I'm telling you okay I yeah yeah don't
start yet ready give you balance that's
perfect that's what I'm asking for I can
give can you stand over here for a
second yeah I don't want traffic to go
so ready yeah go ahead Hands by your
side yeah you lift whatever leg whatever
leg up of you're choosing do you want me
to do left or right whatever leg you
want ready you stand up until I tell you
to stop so it's going to be 1 1,00 2
1000 you then stay at the ball of your
foot right there okay it's about 6 in
above the ground you may begin whenever
you want do you understand I just I
don't know what sink I don't know I'll
exp in is okay it's like a dollar bill
or like a soda can okay do you get it
okay I can do that okay you can begin
whenever you
want I want want you count out loud too
okay one two three four all right we're
not doing this five six all right seven
put your hands be on your back
[Music]
yeah 24 you know why you're getting
locked
up suspicion of D okay yeah is that good

can he says he's fine but I'll get out
and test him I don't even know why I'm
back here someone's got to test him you
can't just say why would sh Drive yeah
no I I got you you know I I
I would say tow it honey I don't think I
don't think I don't think
he's can you believe yeah dude like I
don't I don't trust him
driving you I mean she literally just
said was I driving said I wasn't even
driving why would why would he
[Music]
drive how you doing sir how's it going
man good good good uh you're saying that
you're good to drive you didn't drink um
I'm good if you want to run tests
whatever you want to do where you coming
from Janks JS yeah so what it is under
anyone that we lock up for driving while
intoxicated it's called jzo so we
technically have
to unless like you were like straight up
sober but like technically we have to
tow the vehicle and I know it sucks is
there any way you can find a ride I can
the only listen I'm not trying to I'm
trust me I'm not trying to tell to do
job I'm not trying to give you a bonus
for me or whatever
she's she goes to school there she's
been there for the past whatever it was
four years at this point she she's never
around here yeah it's my fault that we
got
situation I I promise you right now I am
as sub as sober as can be okay I can get
us home we'll be home in 20 minutes from
Jackson New Jersey I get it she was
driving yeah I just don't feel I just
don't feel comfortable with you driving
that's all it is I can if if you can
find a ride and then if she if she wants
to call you I'll try to make her
paperwork as quick as possible so if I
just want to I just want to get it right
we would have to get a sober or get a so
ride come pick her up and then it would
go on like that yes and then like I can
have her call you and like I said I'll
get it done as soon as possible you can
come pick her up and then you just have
to sign her out just saying that you'll
take care of her for x amount hours she
she would just get and then she she was
going get released tonight I got but she
would be I wouldn't be able to get her
for what do you think 2 hours yeah yeah
probably around therea process or
whatever when I'm done with my process
so the sooner I get back and started
doing the paperwork I'm going to do it
right now so like I'm I mean I promise I
am as good to the drive as possible I
said I knew she was coming down from
from Arizona I knew she was home I'm not
trying to pull a fast one on you I'd
rather you get a ride I feel I'd rather
get a ride and then I appreciate it and
then I'll have her call you all right so
what's your name Shane Shane hickey
hickey hickey my mom's Kelly hickey
she's the one that owns the car I'm
Shane hickey I'm her son okay so yeah
I'll have her call you so you're saying
like two two hours yeah I would say
approximately I appreciate it man no
problem Shan thank you for doing we're
going that ride I got so so you should
say I should go wear right for right now
for as I wait for her I can drive you to
the police station to get S inby if I
mean it's up to you either way I can
drive but if you want to drive I'm
absolutely all right with that we'll
have one of we have one off officer will
drive you to man headquarters you'll
just wait in the lobby until she gets
released that' be
perfect you right back
