going to ask you to do is imagine
there's a straight line down on the
ground in front of me okay or in front
of you take your left foot place it
directly on that imaginary line okay you
can go ahead do that now take your left
foot place it directly on that imaginary
line take your right foot place it
directly in front of your left just like
that yep yep and touch them Heel To Toe
okay no hold on I don't want you to
start yet so we'll start over I'll give
you another chance so I just want you to
imagine a straight line down on the
ground in front of you take your left
foot and place it on that straight line
okay take your right foot place it
directly in front of your
left okay and hold this position
touching them Heel To Toe hands down at
your side all right hold that position
as best you can okay and don't move
until I tell you to do you understand
all right so when I tell you to along
that imaginary line okay you will take
nine Heel To Toe steps okay you'll take
nine down the line you'll turn around
using a series of small steps which I'll
demonstrate and you'll take nine Heel To
Toe steps back along that line while
