you know that's my home it's just down
the street just at the Montclair and

witness yeah okay thank you for your
time
were you a witness ma'am
yes we really have rear damage on this
vehicle he's got a front right flat
no have a seat but hold on just a sec
where you think we're going to steal the
car
yeah nobody's a witness they have one
witness you he said he's right on that
corner I'm gonna go talk to him in a sec
Paul you'll just stay with the kids
so were you the witness

need to close
Comanche so we can walk through looking
for firearms and casings
how are you sir I could be better
big beer service man you guys just a
crazy crowd I heard a crash okay then I
heard yelling Ben I heard gunshots where
I didn't see the crash I didn't see the
gunshots but I walked off he was pacing
with his gun right now let me get it or
the NC c return-1 let me go back a
little bit
there that's where it clips and so he
was putting the gun in and so he's gone
back in this when he was yelling I'm
just defending myself I was threatened
cuz like it's getting the store
where's the other car it's already gone
I'm pretty sure they fled or at least I
didn't see em from this viewpoint cuz I
was right there so I'm seeing what you
would see from someone sitting right
there okay so you didn't see not the
crash no but I saw him pacing
no see so the other vehicle and all you
saw was after the fact him standing
outside all right he was yelling I'm
defending myself

[Applause]
[Applause]
he can take my car with the kids back
home my mom just lives down the road and
he was eating dinner with her I was
gonna meet them there but I think can he
get out till a little later and so my
understanding is he was probably just
gonna go home so apparently there was
some type of crash
[Applause]

how are you I'm good what can I do for
you
no ma'am good good okay the speculation
on next door go runs rampant
I'm happy to tell you what it is which
is a little bit of a road rage incident
that happened over on like Candelaria it
ended with shots fired into the side of
this vehicle I wish it was a stolen
vehicle don't you so this guy's drunk as
a skunk and the other guy shoots into it
shoots at him and they're having a road
rage thing all over the city thank you i
we don't know the outcome yet but that's
that's how it's gonna roll
yes ma'am have a good day
