yeah what's going on so today we got a video from body cam watch and the title of the video is driver thinks giving cops attitude will prevent traffic ticket Wow Let's get into the video man let's see what they talking about on May 31st 2023 an officer pulled over a driver for failing to obey a stop sign at a four-way intersection Ma I saw you not s for the stop sign man get back in the car I need your license I was barely you was barely over this this is a traffic stop I'm stopping you I need your license okay I need your driver Li you wasn't even behind me how do you even know I stopped I need your driver's license I stop don't start with me I need your driver's license start with me 1251 1038 you going to give me your license you're not getting my license okay so you bring whoever you need to I'm bring my lieutenant and then okay we'll bring go bre them don't go outside the house I can do whatever I want to she's uh refusing to provide her license and she going back inside the house probably supervisor to she requested one find something 1028 it I I saw you not stop stop stop sign no you're not going to tell me that because I stopped I stopped because my baby was crying and then when I proceeded I kept going you was you was coming up over the hill you wasn't even behind me nor was you at the stop sign Robert Mary x-ray 4054 rmx 454 like all of that attitude is going to change anything like honestly like I don't understand why people come off so rude you know what I mean because you know the attitude does not help your case I mean it might help your case if you know if you were polite they might be a little bit more lenient and you requesting a you know a supervisor or whatever I don't know why people do that anyway because nine times out of 10 the supervisor is going to agree with the officer so I mean the supervisor wasn't there for the initial so he's going to go based off of whatever the officer is saying you know what I mean it has to be an extreme circumstance for the supervisor to go against the officer don't come over here with that [ __ ] pull up the camera so what's going to happen is you're going to get a citation if you get your license if I don't get your license you're going to go to jail okay and then you go to court and fight that we're not this is not this is not uh Court BR your uh Lieutenant like you said he's coming okay and I'll see here and I'll wait for well make sure you stay out here don't go inside the house I can go inside the house you're not free to go right now ma'am you're not free to go because I just stopped you you see my blue lights you see an officer and I'm telling you cannot go inside I've been going inside I've been going inside after I told you not to go inside so you're not free to go ma'am okay understand that how can I be free to go when you're behind me now you're behind me here now you're behind me I was here before when before you got out of the car and I told you to get back in the car grabb the baby she went inside the house said that that um so I'm coming up Garden Drive I see the car just fell stop with the stop sign um and then so I turn around turn my lights on she pulls in here turn my lights on tell get back in the car like I ain't doing this and this and this you ain't seen me do this and she gets around gets a kid still working Crow here we are I'm in progress and seven I could I could tell by the way sge walk in the way he his demeanor is when he was in his younger days oh yeah s wasn't playing boy you know now he a little little bit older you know what I mean but I'm sure back when he was younger he was more in shape he was more oh yeah he was he was on demon time first quarter like not playing with him is this her so I'm coming here okay or Lieutenant my bad he's coming up the he's not even behind me my baby in the car she cried I stopped at the stop sign I didn't even see he we wasn't even face to face at the fourway right here man hold on hold on a we Patrol this area we get complaints all the time when these stop and we've been living here for years okay I understand he he even I'm just telling so how can you tell me I did not stop when I know plain as day I stopped my baby in the car she making noises I stopped it's okay as soon as he wasn't even at the fourway with me as soon as I'm moving she won't even let the man we got C if you want to fire but I'm not getting no citation well ma' I'm gonna go ahead and tell you you're making it worse on yourself than it is he has asked you for your license he has the right because you was on the on the roadway he has a right to do that because that's a state law ma it don't matter if he stops you he has a right to get your license from you and if you don't he can charge you I still hav I still don't have a license have a license hey making way bigger than what I give you my license but he wasn't about to do that period okay Atway like what sense make see he a lot more common than his younger days boy I've been talking to somebody get the laugh CU we not about to do this you not going to do that with me I don't care who oh no that's the lieutenant yeah come over here him with the patches you're getting you're making things way worse than what they have to be because he things way worse where he stopped me he has a right to stop you manam if he believes that you conducted some type of traic violation how could he think that when we was not at the fourway together nor was he behind me he was coming over the hill when I proceeded to go okay that's what I'm telling you are you Court yeah I don't I don't if he's you ticket or not have I have to go out of my way for somebody who did an illegal stop why I shouldn't have too well what he described to me I wasn't here I don't know what exactly what happened we we wasn't here he couldn't even explain it to me I'm explaining it to him so what did he say he he observed you going through the fourway not stop not stop when he's not even well he admitted to me that he was not sitting at the stop sign he was approaching it so how can he tell you I didn't stop and he don't even see my break lights how can he tell you I'm proceeding to go you can see if a car moving or not it complete stop he don't have to see my car was stopped that's what I'm saying how how can you say that and you just wasn't for sure you didn't you coming up on the hill I'm already at the stop sign getting ready to go that's crazy I mean it's crazy but here's the thing needless all this nonsense could have been Abed it is but it is understand that's that's crazy you're not going to do that listen he is one of the niest off I I hate it he's not being nice now by telling me that I didn't stop at a stop that he can't really for sure say I didn't do when I know I did you think I would be this upset if I no I didn't we we was not even together you think you know what I like how all of these officers are handling it you know the supervisor this guy right here um yeah yeah he he a smooth talker I like d i the way he talking to her like and trying to get her to calm down and stuff like that look honestly it's all up to the to the cops discretion you know if they want to give you a ticket or not you know what I mean there's been plenty of times where I've been pulled over blowing the stop sign or for tense or for even for speeding I've been pulled over before and you know sometimes you got you got the a-holes you know what I mean whatever but there's times where you know you just polite and it's not a problem and you know once they look up cuz they grab your ID to look up if you got any like priors or anything you know they trying to see what what what's going on with your history and um there's been times where you know hey just slow it down and and they let you go you know or don't do that again you know you was come on now don't and they just let you go CU they probably in a good mood and you know you was polite because most people act i i rate you know what I mean most people get upset and so it's actually a breath a breath of fresh air when you actually conduct yourself as an adult and you know and be respectful you know now if he come at you sideways and like it is what it is but if they come off polite I mean you come off polite and that's it you know so I would have ran through a stop so I seen the grill of the car I seen it so why wouldn't I stop he progress It's always when it seem like somebody looking for something they just going to find something well that's how I feel I got obstruction you understand what he's saying OB struction charge you don't I told you I ask you for your license you said you wer going to give anyone right I told you this is illegal do what you have to do I don't care going be plac under arrest for instruction and you're going to get the fation for the all you had to do was give me your license well fine do what you had to do I'm going to turn my car off I'm going to do what I need to do no you're not yes I am make it no worse let me turn it off you want me to turn off you need to understand that you're still not following the directions here I need to turn around put your while you're back do what you have to do can you you're going to be placed on arrest for obstruction and you're going to get oh here come the bers he saying that I had understand why you're on the ri I heard what you said the first time stop talking to meop do you want them to turn your car off look you want them to have the keys or you want to take the keys with leave me alone leave me alone so you want them to have the keys correct my car is in the yard where it need I mean I know you want them to have it correct stop talking to me okay then you want us to let them have the car do we need to to it you want them you touch that car why why it's in my grand ass yard that's going to be all you have to say yes I want a yes or a no and she got kids this is people than ever like this is simple question simple do you want them to have the keys or do you want to take the keys with you don't don't all right [ __ ] it tow it if I was a tow it since you since
