yeah what's going on so today we got a video from a matter of crime and the title of the video is mother impr pregnant daughter arrested after using Kool-Aid packets to steal from Walmart man talk about a stereotype Kool-Aid come on ass Kool-Aid really you know oh man we've all heard wonderful stories of family bonding where mother s and daughters share Unforgettable moments like walks on the beach or even picnics well in this case officers were called to an active shoplifting scene where a mother and daughter were seen on Walmart CCTV engaging in what's known as skip scanning skip scanning is when a thief goes through the self checkout lane and only scans the items they want to pay for stealing the rest of the items in their cart when the officer arrived he noticed the mother and daughter only paying for the items they scanned and not the items they stole he waited patiently before they left the store to catch them red-handed [Music] like what you're ringing stuff up Kool-Aid packets and then you ring up a tank to for the shirt I'm going to hang on to your purse where you no you're not going to touch my purse and you can keep that1 you're not Cooper you're under arrest for death you are under arrest for walk out the door I didn't walk out that door do not move you are under arrest you are under arrest do not move you me yes okay here I'll take it just follow prevention or whatever they would have tallied up how much they actually stole or whatever the case may be if they were Cooperative they' probably got their ticket or whatever their parents ticket or whatever you know and that would have been the end of it you know what I'm saying maybe the mom would have got locked up maybe not you know what I'm saying it depends but this whole thing did not have to happen and the reason why this happened is not because of the police is because of the suspects that's why it happened and bystanders you guys are annoying nobody don't care that you recorded it okay no nobody cares all right nowadays we live in a time where body cams is body cams you know what I'm saying and and if the police department is caught redacting too much of what's going on you know what I'm saying hey look that then they going to be in some deep stuff you know what I mean they only really supposed to redact personal information stuff like that but this whole incident should doesn't matter what it is it becomes a fy3 for conveyance so right now we can deal with it you know on possibly like a lower M meter level depending on what it is all right but again it's not a judgment it's a statement that I make to every person I take to the county jail so when we get in there like oh you know I had dope stuffed up in me I didn't know you did know because I I gave you the opportunity I have made the statement Cruiser camera's reporting my body camera's reporting right there's no denying that that you were that people were giv this warning are you worried about something what's just about being in the back of the car both the mother and daughter were taken into custody their skip scanning theft revealed that they were scanning cool-aid packets instead of the actual items totaling just over $500 hopefully this was a lesson learned watch when I get in the time for you see I see face [Music]
