After that, there's no more pain, so they're just it's back to normal. So, and they go for I think they go for like 5 seconds. So, you pretty much have like 5 seconds, right? Where in this case, right, we see that she's resisting, this, that, and the third, but man, we might have to hit her with some spray. Cuz that's going to linger. Now, I know it's a little bit messy, so people don't like to do it because it if you hit her with the spray, you're going to inhale it as too, you know what I mean? So, you're going to be coughing and stuff like that, too. But, she going she going to act right. I ain't going to lie. You hit her with that pepper spray, oh yeah, cuz she going to feel that for the next couple hours, okay? Not no 5 seconds, hours. >> Please. Let me turn over, please. Please, just run my name first. And get it get get in there. Now see now that's a now that's a sergeant. That's a supervisor right there. Don't get your hands dirty now, you know. Yeah, you start directing. Yeah, I yeah, you you know you do this you do that, you know. Yeah, trust the officers, okay? Help out. Don't sit on the sideline. >> We got her arm. All right. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. >> Damn, that's chill. You see her braids? She got like designs in them and stuff. I'mma I'mma tell you a story about that after. >> That's what happens when you resist. >> Okay. That's your fault. >> I'mma fix it. Just slam the door on her. >> Put this way so I can get your hands. >> Oh, okay. >> Bring your Put your feet Put your feet up on the bench. >> I'm scared. Why is this >> Oh yeah, she fixed them all right. She said, "Can you loosen them?" And she said, "Yeah, I'm going to I'm going to fix them." She shuts the door, goes around, and all she did was just LOCK THEM. JEEZ. >> UM PROBABLY resisting without Well, resisting possession of a crack pipe, which is 893 147. Um and then I got to see what else I I don't know what else she did, but we'll figure it out. >> He said he's got he's got he's got the RA, he's got Leo. >> Okay. How long? >> Yeah. >> 14 years. >> 14 years? >> Yes, sir. >> Did you ever see >> I did not. I did not. I did not. Was that today? >> Oh, that was uh that >> No, I didn't I didn't see that. Mhm, then that would be a problem. How many drinks you done had today, man? Do you know what that means? Do you know what 51 means? >> No. >> Is that a what But it's Yes, yes, you I don't >> 51 years whatever you is. >> Your heart? Are you having chest pain? >> I'm not sure. >> Can you lean forward? Would you have probes in you? Do you feel the metal part now? He was just Okay. What's her name? >> Christina. Do you have any other complaints? You said your chest hurts. You don't have nothing else on you, right? >> Hey, where your gloves at, man? >> Your head's hurting. Is that your main complaint right now? Is your headache? All right. So, because you're saying your heart's hurting, we're going to have to put a bunch of stickers on your chest. Okay? I'll be quick, okay? Just a couple stickers on it. We just got to take a look at your heart and make sure everything's checking out, okay? >> Um she also said she wants to talk to somebody. Do you want to send for confirmation on that warrant? Okay. Okay. Well, your heart is normal. Your heart is okay. You are okay. So, it's going to feel really weird. Uncomfortable. All right. >> Yeah, they need that. >> All right. >> Can you sit down this way, please? >> We're going to go to the van. First, you got to get these on. >> Up to the um to the white van. >> To the transport van. >> Transport. >> Um >> Yeah, just put up there. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to let you fall backwards. I'm going to be behind you. Watch your head. Watch your head. All right, just sit right here, please. Sit right here at the edge. Scoot a little bit. Turn it towards me, and then face the other way. I'm going to move your handcuffs to the front, all right? >> Thank you. >> I had to unfortunately tase her a couple times. It was ineffective. Um but she's pretty strong. Took about three or four of us to finally get her into custody. As we were getting her into custody, a crack pipe fell from out of her jacket. So, it could have been other products out here, cuz like I said, there's some some pretty superhuman strength out here. So, she's going to go to jail for her warrant, which was uh trespassing on a structure, resisting, go figure, and a possession of paraphernalia. So, she's also going to get some additional charges for possession of paraphernalia, uh battery on an LEO, another resisting charge, and possibly a resisting with All right, so hopefully she learns a lesson out here. Uh she probably won't be out here on the street for a couple weeks at least. And I will be out here for the next >> During the arrest of the 38-year-old woman, she went on to resisting ultimately make contact with officers and was arrested on several charges including battery on law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with possession of paraphernalia and resisting without In court, prosecutors chose not to proceed on battery on law enforcement or resisting without and the 38-year-old woman would go on to >> How does she not How do they drop resisting? How do you Do you Did they not watch the body cam the whole time she was resisting? >> How do you drop that? or resisting without and the 38-year-old woman would go on to enter no contest pleas to felony resisting an officer with and possession of paraphernalia. Furthermore, the court would formally adjudicate her guilty on both of those counts. >> Okay. >> The woman was sentenced to 150 days inside of county jail. She was also charged around $768 in court costs and legal fees and given roughly 1 year from her release date to pay the balance. As always, let me know your honest >> Okay, so she's All right, so they dropped the without but they gave her the with. Okay. All right, that makes sense. All right. All right, whatever. Cool, man. 150 days All good, man. So, remember we see that the lady she had designs, right? She had braids and she had designs, right? So, that reminded me of a story. So, when I first got in corrections, right? I was going When I was When I first got in the corrections, I was getting ready to go on on vacation or whatever, right? So, I went and got a haircut. And when I went and got a haircut, I had like a like a It was like a thunderbolt. I had like a thunderbolt in my in my hair, right? A a design. And so, I went to work cuz I I still had to work like I think maybe two three three more days or whatever. And so, I went to work or whatever. And I came in with that cut. And they was like, "Yo, absolutely not. Tomorrow." I think I had No, I had 2 days to go. And um yeah, I had I had to work I I worked that day, and then I had to work the next day, and then I was on vacation. So, yeah. They was like, "Yo, absolutely not. You cannot get designs, whatever. It has to be straight like same length, yada yada yada." I'm like, "What?" So, cuz at that time, bro, there was COs that had tattoos on their face. Like, if you seen them in the street, you would be like, "Is this MS-13 or something?" Like, there was this one CO who had tats all on his face. Too like, I'm like, "Yo, I've seen people with other stuff, but y'all getting on me about a haircut?" They like, "Yeah, it could mean uh it could be gang-related, yada yada." I'm like, "What?" Come on, man. Are you serious? So, anyway, um they was like, "Yeah, you're going to have to um you know, normally we would probably we we should have you just shave it right now." I'm like, "Nah, you tripping. I'm about to go on vacation in 2 days." Like, and so, they was like, "All right. Well, you know, when you just take care of it tomorrow, you know, you got to either fade it or do something, you know what I mean? But you can't The design has to go." So, you know me. I said, "All right, no problem." You know, and LT called me up like it was like a big deal. Like, I'm like, "This is crazy." But, anyway, so boom, so I got out of work. And guess what? Hey, I called in called in the next day. I said, "Hey, it's officer such and such. Hey, you know, I'm using uh you know, sick time, yada yada yada. I'm out." You know, cuz you could just call and you know, if you got the time, then you know, it doesn't matter or whatever. So, I had the time, I took the day off. Went on vacation. Out of there like, what? Yo, that that was it was crazy. That that was crazy. But, I get it. I understand it, but what does a thunderbolt mean? Like, and like, come on, man. I was I was young, 21, whatever, but I ain't do that no more, though. I didn't do that no more. Um cuz now I know whatever, but yeah, I called in the next day. I ain't going to lie, cuz I'm about to go on vacation. Get all that. But, yeah, man. Uh anyway, that's my story time, I guess. >> Everything heavy, but you make it feel so light. Yeah, you make it feel light. Just fly with it. Keep it light. Late night drive. Don't be shy.
