You're going to violate my rights, are you? You're going to disarm me? >> Yes, sir. >> This is not an episode of Reno 911. And yes, the Free Field Enforcers are at it again. >> You're going to violate my rights, are you? You're going to disarm me? >> Yes, sir. >> Why are you disarming me? >> Cuz you're armed. >> Okay, so are you. >> Absolutely. Your hands on the car, please. >> Yes, sir. I know I know you're scared. Yes, sir. >> I got more weapons on me. >> I'm sorry. I know you're scared. My bad. >> Why do you get into this job if you're so scared to do it? >> Before we get into this video, by now a lot of you are already familiar with the Supreme Court case called Pennsylvania versus Mimms, which holds that police may order a driver out of a lawfully stopped vehicle during a traffic stop. And officer safety is the cornerstone of Pennsylvania versus Mimms. Cuz you see, the US Supreme Court in 1977, in a 6-3 opinion, treats all traffic stops as already lawful because they don't give a damn about the Bill of Rights. They describe the extra step of getting out of the car as a minor additional intrusion. They said that officer safety during roadside encounters outweighs that inconvenience, so the order to exit, they say, does not violate the Fourth Amendment. Now, some people, I don't know who, would call Pennsylvania versus Mimms a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment under the color of traffic law, in violation of 18 USC 242, deprivation of rights under the color of law. Any law. Gun laws, drug war laws, and traffic laws. So, it's a perversion of the law of the land on its face. And as anyone with half a brain would expect, cops further warped and perverted Pennsylvania versus Mimms, if that was even possible, to mean you got to get out of the car anytime they tell you to get out whether they suspect you of being armed and dangerous or not. And on ordering the driver out of the vehicle, the black-robed tyrants of the Supreme Court said, "Quote, the touchstone of our analysis under the Fourth Amendment is always the reasonableness in all circumstances of the particular governmental intrusion of a citizen's personal security." In other words, we don't mind infringing on your unalienable rights because we view it as just a little bit of infringement. They even said, "Quote, we think it too plain for argument that the state's proper justification, the safety of the officer, is both legitimate and weighty." So, being the order followers they are, they're just going to take the Supreme Court as the law of the land, as the Bible, as holy writ. And if they say you need to get out of the car, you need to get out of the car, buddy. Let's go over this video and we'll make some comments along the way. >> Do me a favor, open up your iPhone for me, okay? >> Sure. >> Are you scared? >> Why would I be scared? >> Yeah. If I was scared, I'd keep you in the car. So, you're not scared? >> Why would I be scared? >> Well, I mean, you're pulling me out of my vehicle. >> Yeah. >> Supreme Court says that it's, you know, for the officer officer safety. Are you Are you nervous or something? >> Well, Pennsylvania versus Mims says I can pull you out during any any point of the stop. >> Yes, uh if you're concerned about your safety. >> Remember the cornerstone of Pennsylvania versus Mims is officer safety. This cop knows that. >> No, it doesn't say that. >> Well, I'm not going to argue. >> You're wrong, level. >> I'm I'm Okay, I'm wrong. >> Okay. >> You feel better? >> I feel fine. >> Okay, good. >> Okay. >> All right. You got any weapons on you? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, where are they at? >> Well, I got one on my hip. >> Okay. >> And one on my ankle. >> All right. Do me a favor. You're recording? >> Yes, sir. You ain't going to violate my rights, are you? >> No, you can set your phone up anywhere you want. >> I'm going to hold it. >> Okay. All right, do me a favor. Go ahead and face the car for me. I'm going to take your weapon off you so the remainder of the >> to disarm me? >> Yes, sir. >> That's Why are you disarming me? >> Cuz you're armed. >> Okay, so are you. >> Absolutely. >> Yes, sir. Can I got I'd like to have a supervisor then. You're violating my rights right now by trying to disarm me. That's a violation of my second amendment right, yes, sir. >> Absolutely not. >> Do you have any reason to think I'm a threat or do you think I'm a dangerous or anything? Or do you think I'm a threat? >> Yes, sir. So do you. >> pocket? >> Yes, sir. So do you. >> Absolutely. >> So you dangerous? >> You can set your phone down. You can record. >> I'm going to record. >> Okay, that's fine. I'm recording as well. >> Sure. >> You can do that. >> Mine don't come up missing. >> Okay. So for the remainder of the stop >> Yep. >> I'm going to remove the weapon from you here. >> Okay, sure. That's fine. I'm just telling you you're violating my second amendment. Now, you can go ahead and do what you got to do and my lawyer will be in touch with y'all. >> Okay. >> Now, this is a clear violation of this guy's second amendment rights and his fourth amendment rights. I don't care how much they try to gaslight you into believing that what's happening isn't really happening. I choose to live in the land of reality and this is definitely a violation of shall not be infringed and a violation of your right to be secure in your person. This is basically the officer saying, "No, it's rights for me, but not for thee. I can be armed, you can't." >> I can go 9 miles an hour. You can't. You can't do that. So get the [ __ ] out of the way. >> What you need to do >> I'm going to do what I need to do. >> Yes, sir. >> Absolutely. Appreciate you. Can't keep your hands on the car, please. >> Yes, sir. I know I know you're scared. I'm sorry. >> You got more >> on you? >> I'm sorry. I know you're scared. My bad. What are you get What are you getting this job if you're so scared to do it? Oh, sorry. I know. >> Yeah, I know. >> I just forgot. >> Yeah, it's all right. So, you got one on you? >> On my ankle right here. Yeah, it's in a Velcro here. You can pull my >> Look, man. By the way, as this officer is disarming this man, this is a very dangerous situation. How many times have we seen cops disarming people and shooting them in the hip or in the leg? >> The victim, Jason Arrington, notified police he was carrying a firearm and complied with the officers during a routine traffic stop. While trying to remove the gun from Arrington's holster, the officer shot him. >> Forever altering their lives or ending their lives. Most of these cops do not know what they're doing. >> And I ain't scared. >> Scared, are you? Come on. >> Look, it's right there. >> You You'd say >> You'd say you're [ __ ] worried. You want to pull it out. >> Well, listen here. >> Go ahead. I got I got my [ __ ] right here. Go ahead. I'm just showing you my wares. >> You got two guns on you. >> So what? You have a gun on you as well. How many do you have in your car? >> I have no guns in my >> Okay, so you have one gun now. You disarmed me illegally, I might add. >> Uh-huh. >> And so, do you feel safer now? >> Not yet. Not until I get your other gun. >> Well, then let's do it then. >> Absolutely. >> So, it was an issue of safety for this guy. He was scared when he pulled over this vehicle. >> We're going to get one thing straight though. >> You [snorts] get me straight. >> me a favor. Look at me in my eyes. >> Uh, man, don't start with that stuff. >> me in my eyes. >> I'm not looking at you, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> If you got If you're so worried, you can get the get the weapon off of me then. >> I'm going to >> Look at me in my eyes. What kind of pervert is this? >> Take it off you. We're going to get one thing straight. >> Get me straight. >> I'm not scared of you. >> I'm glad you ain't. >> reason to be scared of you. >> That's good. I want That's all I need to hear. >> All right. Keep your hands on the car. Yes, >> Yes, sir. You basically just said I had no reason to ask you out of the car because Pennsylvania versus Mimms is all about officer safety. I didn't feel safe, so I asked him to get out of the car so that I could see if he has any bulge in his pants, if he has any gun, if he's some kind of threat to me. That's the whole foundation of Pennsylvania v. Mimms. >> All right, walk around. >> I know you scared, bro. Oh, sorry. I just thought my leg was in your way. There you go. Am I good to turn around? You feel better? >> So far. >> Don't point the damn gun at me, dude. >> Does it look like I'm pointing it >> You did when you down You flashed me with it. >> Okay. >> You got anything else on you? >> No, sir. >> weapons? >> Nope. >> All right. Turn around. Face the car for me. >> Okay. So, this is for a a brake light? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, man, don't get a hold on that. And don't get me one. Give me a second. >> Sir. >> Be right back with you, all right? >> Yes, sir, master. >> comes back good, >> Yes, sir, master. >> then we'll get out of here. >> All right, thank god. Sure, take your time. >> All right. >> I got all day, bro. >> Law enforcement is the only job I know of where other people who are not law enforcement know your job better than you do. >> Y'all be hearing from me. >> All right. >> What's your name again? Badge number? >> My name is Brian Morris. >> What's your badge number? >> Badge number 814. >> Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Morris. >> White County Sheriff's Office. >> Thank you, sir. >> Stop May the 9th at 12:08 at White Creek Baptist Church for a brake light. >> And you disarmed me, don't forget that part. You going to run my serial numbers, too? I'll be pulling for you. >> That text was wrong. He said, "I'll be pulling for you." Not, "I'll be pulling for you." >> All right, drive safe. You have seat belt and seat belt on in the home. All right, man. Here's your guns. >> Thanks, sir. >> Here's your knife. You put the bullet back in your magazine? >> Everything's back in there, okay? Just no rounds in chamber yet. >> Okay. >> [music] >> All right. Here's your license back. Just a verbal warning today for your uh brake light, okay? >> Thanks, sir. >> If you want to avoid If you want to avoid uh I guess law violating deputy sheriffs fix your brake light, all right, man? >> Man, I ain't trying to bust your ass out here. You know, I'm You're doing a job and I I respect your job. You have a [ __ ] job. I almost became a cop. >> Wait wait a minute. You respect law enforcement? You respect road pirates? You respect people who violate your rights? You respect this guy who just crazy violated your rights? You respect those who initiate civil asset forfeiture, which is legalized armed robbery? You respect the criminal cartel known as American law enforcement? This guy was doing okay up until now. >> You're doing a job and I I respect your job. You have a [ __ ] job. I almost became a cop. And then I had my eyes open on how broken the system is and how corrupted y'all are Y'all can be now. Saying that, I'm not saying you are. >> [laughter] >> You're not saying the guy who just foisted corrupt practices upon you, unconstitutional practices, rights violating practices. You're saying that he is not necessarily corrupt. What's wrong with you, dude? What's wrong? >> But I promise you you have seen officers that have done questionable things, and if you haven't reported them, that makes you no different than them. And you disarm me for a brake light with no probable cause of any kind of reasoning that think I'm armed or dangerous or even and as you admit and not a fear to you, but you >> That That's called being a corrupt man who's part of a corrupt system who does corrupt things to people they're supposed to be protecting and serving. >> You get You pull me out of my vehicle because what? Pennsylvania versus Mimms? You're absolutely right. Oh, I I know a little bit of law, bro. And I'm myself I'm just now getting off of work. I'm already telling you way too much.
