male female black white or whatever you have inalienable rights because you're a human being and when you enter a public building your inalienable rights don't evaporate it's not like when you open that town hall door this right here is orangetown new york this is the town hall in orangetown new york sean is there from long island audits conducting a first amendment audit and it's almost like when you enter some of these buildings you enter into some kind of portal where on the other side of that door you lose all of your rights in the eyes of these public servants we're gonna we're gonna watch one of these public servants right now watch how pompous they are watch how with a straight face they tell you oh you don't have a right you have to have a permit in order to do what you're doing and when you have a permit a permit is just short for permission a permission slip from an another adult that's how insane this is you need a permit you need me an adult to tell you an adult then i will permit you to do this or not permit you to do this along the lines of you having an inalienable right to do what you're doing exercising a constitutionally protected right and if anybody was going to uphold those rights it's supposed to be somebody who calls themselves a public servant and yet they sit there with a straight face and act like they're your master now watch speaking of the claim that this is your building how is it that this isn't our building this is a public building that all taxpayers have a stake in this building you need to have do you have a permit to film do your permit is the fact that you have a heartbeat in your chest you're a human being you have the right to film in a public place and nobody has the right to um to anonymity or privacy in a public place everyone should know this especially public servants work for the supervisor's office because you're not allowed to film here with that apartment ma'am why are you becoming so hostile how are no de-escalation um technique whatsoever to try and figure out who i was what i was doing here just allowed an employee from the supervisor's office to put a battery in his back and like i said immediately i'm ordering you to leave this building right now didn't even ask who i was what i was doing no type of um you know prerequisite questions as to figure out what my purpose is this is our building this is the town building you need a permit to film again all things that a police officer i don't know if he's new i don't know you know if he's been here for 20 years i don't know but the point is is that a police officer should know they should be properly trained not to put your hands on on law abiding citizens let me see your id give me your id give me your id i said sir do you have reasonable article suspicion that i've committed a crime or i'm going to commit a crime i don't need that you know these things concern me sir these these behaviors by law enforcement who took an oath to uphold the constitution really concerned me and i want and they could they should concern everybody because what a lot of people don't think about is when that officer calif to set badge number 272 when calef reach for reyes's or long island audits camera what would he have done if there wasn't surveillance equipment in that hallway what would he have done if long island audits wasn't recording what if he didn't have a body cam on nothing was being recorded if they're going to be so bold as to step forward and grab the private property of somebody else without their will and against their rude um you know i wouldn't go as far to say unhinged you know yelling at me had had a police officer trying to take my camera from me i have freedom of press and i told no one even asked me what i was doing first they just said you can't film in here without a permit do you have five thousand dollars you know just escalated the situation i'm an independent journalist exercising my freedom of press right i don't need a permit which i tried to explain to her but again her behavior and the way she conducted herself was completely out of line so as a member of the public i wanted to speak to somebody and well she doesn't work for the police so there's a police officer who i'm going to file a complaint against too but she didn't she doesn't work for the police she works for the supervisor's office excuse me yes i am right now yeah yeah so yeah no she i saw her jackets at supervisor's office so that's why i'm here to try and to try and speak with i don't know who or what her name exactly was but because she wouldn't give it to me but um yeah when it's fun she said that she writes the complaints so i mean she writes the part she writes the she hands out the permit so whoever that is that's who she is okay why don't you go outside sure i'll wait no problem she's hiding in the back somewhere because she doesn't want to face the music that she was absolutely wrong about that and then here's another interaction with the gentleman who also doesn't like being recorded in public even though there's heavy surveillance in the building that he works in seven to you dollar permit to do something you have a constitutional human right to do anyway and that's what government is good at government is good at taking away your rights and then selling them back to you
