You understand? I'm recording you right now. >> Yes, sir. I know. >> Do it. >> Stand over there. >> If you don't like it when people talk mean to cops, this video is not for you. >> Name and badge number. >> Pudding Taine. >> Okay, is that your real name or is that your fake name? >> Yeah, that's my Pudding Taine. >> If you don't start listening to me, I'll touch anything I want to touch. >> listen to you, Tim. You don't have no authority out here. >> Just shut your mouth. >> You can't make me. You ain't my daddy. This ain't no traffic stop. You can't bully me. This ain't no traffic stop. >> But, sir. Sir. >> Just get back in your car. >> Okay. All right. Yes, sir. >> You're stupid. >> want to touch >> Are you [ __ ] stupid? You got TO BE STUPID FOR TOUCHING ME. >> I might be. I don't know. >> that's a lawsuit, right? >> Got some ID, sir? >> You ain't getting no ID. >> If you're an American who cares about his freedoms, one of the worst initial responses during a police interaction is the request by a law enforcement officer for ID. And that's because one of the most secret rights you have as a human being is the right to maintain an anonymous standing in society. It's your choice to withhold your information from those you believe may use that information to do you harm. And cops have a track record of entering your name into their databases to do just that. And what's even worse than asking for ID is asking for it because police got a call that some guy was exercising his right to record on a public sidewalk. In Smithfield, North Carolina, Tyrant Hunter 2 is standing in a public area recording a rotational molding manufacturer called Enviro Core. That's when he got a visit from the Smithfield Police Department. Together, you and I are going to take a look at a compilation of a couple of these police interactions and I'll make some comments along the way. >> How are you guys doing? >> Living the dream. >> We got a call about y'all video taping people. >> Yep. >> I had why. >> Yep. >> Can I ask why? >> You can. >> You going to tell me? >> Nope. >> Okay. Ain't got no ID on you, do you? >> I sure do. >> Can I have it, please? >> Nope. >> Okay. Is this one of the first minute audit things? >> It might be. >> Might have been. All right. Well, I mean there ain't nothing nothing illegal about video taping people, so >> That's absolutely right. >> All right. Can Can I Can I Can I Can I get your name and badge number, please? >> Yeah. >> That's a hard one to say. >> Nothing illegal about video taping people, but I'm going to get your ID anyway through your license plate and make you insecure in your person in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Real good, officer. >> You say it down there, is it? 9364. I have a 238. >> [snorts] >> Play 948. >> So, running my tag going to tell you what's going on? >> 1160. My name is Officer Siddique. My badge number is 1272. >> Siddique? >> Siddique. >> Siddique? >> Yeah, S I D D I Q. >> I got you. >> 1272. >> Name and badge number. >> Do what? >> Name and badge number. Pudding Tang. >> Okay, is that your real name or something? >> Yeah, that's my pudding >> name. All right, thank you. >> Yeah, so you going to give me >> You understand that we got called >> You going to You going to give me your name and badge number or not? >> [laughter] >> Yeah, I'm not giving you nothing. No, I'm not. >> [crying] >> You make me give it to you. >> Okay. >> How about that? >> How far you want to push it? >> Huh? >> How far you want to push it? Ain't doing nothing illegal. >> Thank you. See, this off- >> How far you want to push it is the last thing you want to say if you actually took an oath to protect people's freedoms under the Constitution. >> Officer here thinks he's going to do something illegal. >> No, I didn't say you were doing >> Yes. Yes. You was like you going to give your ID? Yeah. >> Yeah, I'm not. >> Yeah, you're not getting it. I'm not breaking the law. You're not getting nothing from me. Big Daddy. You're all cocky getting out of these cars or something like that. You're going to give it to me. You're a joke. Big joke. >> No. I don't have to look at the rats because they might This might be a private line here. Well, is it the GIS map? Because if you pull the GIS map, there's a disclaimer on there like hey, you know, these are These are not exact, you know, you >> See this guy right here? He's a tyrant. How far you want to push it? >> Yeah, I know what you're talking about. All right. >> No, man. How far you want to push it? Push these nuts. >> All right. Well, y'all have a good day. >> Right on. Later, tyrant. You just missed. >> I appreciate that. >> Yeah. >> go home? >> I'm talking to Hall, sir. The tyrant. >> Look what you were discussing with somebody that meant I go home. >> Yeah, you Yeah, we we we'll go ahead and do that, too. Take the rest of the day off. See you later, tyrant. >> This is another interaction outside of a pharmaceutical plant in the state of North Carolina. >> Okay, here and now you say it, man. What? >> Is there any particular reason you guys are taking photos >> Who are you? >> I'm security. >> Security? >> Yes. >> You got a name? You have a name? Uh yeah, everybody's got names, right? >> Yeah, but why you got to take a photo? >> Why not? >> Uh basically because they can sue you. >> They can sue me? >> Yeah. >> Really? >> Yeah. Yeah, because >> Woah, that's not good. >> Yeah. >> It was always interesting to me that during Conjob 1984 by George Orwell, people would wear their ritualistic shame muzzles. Sometimes they'd be touching them thousands of times and then sometimes they wouldn't wear them at all. It's almost like it was all just a complete farce. But millions still bought into it because they're indoctrinated to be order followers. >> So, exactly why you guys taking photos? >> It feels like right thing to do. >> You got to have a better reason than that. >> What I What can I tell you, man? >> So, why you interested in this place? >> Doing a story on it. >> What story? >> We're investigative journalists. >> And what's your names? >> I can't divulge that right now. >> You have no idea you're doing a story. >> You don't? I know you're security. You ain't showing me no badge and no name tag or nothing. Oh, I can buy that. >> Yeah, and I can buy the fact that you guys probably aren't. So, you have any names at all? >> Not that I'd want to give to you. >> Well, I got one thing for you. Uh I can call the camp manager and what he's going to tell you guys basically have 3 minutes for the cops to come. >> Hey, do what you got to do, baby. I got something for you. That right there. >> I don't care about that. >> I don't care about you calling the cops. >> Okay. >> See you, chief. He got one thing for me. >> Yes, sir. Can I help you? >> Yeah. I'd like a double cheeseburger with with fries. >> I need you to move your >> You asked You asked if you could help me. I'm telling you you can help me. >> We don't serve cheeseburgers here. >> Well, how How else can you help me? >> Let me ask you this, sir. >> How else can you help me though? You You asked for You asked You asked me if you could help me, right? >> And you said you wanted a cheeseburger. I said we don't have >> What else can you help me with? >> I can ask you to give me directions to go down the road. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> You can ask all day. >> What do you need here, sir? >> I'm doing what I need to do. >> What are What And what is that? >> I don't need to tell you that. Who are you anyway? >> This is Tim. >> Tim, what's up, Tim? >> Can I call her back? We'll see what Raleigh >> You got authority out here, Tim? >> do. So, call Raleigh PD. >> Hey, you got to do what you got to do, baby. How much you want to bet they won't make me leave? I'm still going to need that cheeseburger and a large drink. >> You can't find that here, sir. >> Yeah, step back that way. >> You approached me. >> property now. >> You approached me. >> You are on our property. I'm going to ask you to step back to your vehicle. You are You are on Mall of America property. You're not authorized to be on the property. You are on Mall of America property. >> Okay. >> I need you to step back to your vehicle. >> You want to double down on that? >> Yeah. I know where the right-of-way line is. >> I know where it's at, too. I know authority out here, Tim. >> And do you? >> I don't need authority. I'm not trying to boss people around. You are. >> That's right, because you're on our property. >> No, I just told you I was not. You see that fire hydrant? >> That person is on our property. >> I kind of doubt that. >> See the I know exactly where it is. >> There's a telephone pole right there, too. So, actually I can go in where where that damn fire hydrant is at. >> And think about it, that's exactly what people are trying to do. They're trying to exercise authority over other men when they are simply standing in a public place recording what their eyes can see. But somebody else feels like they have the power, they have the authority to speak into your life and tell you you can't stand right there. That's what pisses me off about this. >> Oh, yeah. Tim, you don't have no authority out here, man. You don't. >> I do. >> think you do, but you don't. You have no authority. >> authority to be here. >> How you figure? I'm a I'm a member of the public. I'm on public property. >> You're on the right away of Malacroft's right away. >> It's a right away. Thank you. Thank you for stating that. Thank you for stating that, Tim. >> I need you to step on the other side of that, sir. I need you to step on the other side of >> Don't touch his equipment. >> If you don't start listening to me, I'll touch anything on your person. >> to you, Tim. You don't have no authority out here. It's all right, man. Calm down. You're shaking. I don't want you to have a heart attack. >> Yes, I have. See those tall >> Sir, would you please leave? >> I'm on public property. Tim. >> He's not on public property, man. >> property. >> It's on state own property. >> Why wear a ritualistic shame muzzle when you're going to pull it down, put it back up, pull it down? >> property. You can't make me leave. >> He drove up >> If you go and stand outside that gate right there, you can do something about that. Yeah, yeah, I got it. >> They will not They will not Uh he's got a beard. Some kind of head band. >> I'm handsome. Tell them I'm a handsome, strapping young >> mask on either one of them. >> How you like Tim getting all up in your face? You're not even going to look at it, are you? >> I don't I don't know. >> know you're wrong. >> I'm not wrong. >> You can't tell us what to do out here, Tim. >> It's >> the property line, Captain. It's a right-of-way. And the right-of-way is for the highway. The right-of-way is for the highway. The right-of-way is not for your public access. >> It's not? >> No, it's not. >> Oh, wow. >> It's not. Look it up. >> Okay. >> Look it up. >> Okay, when PD gets here >> you to leave. >> When PD gets here, we'll figure it out. >> Yeah. >> Public property. >> You are not on the right-of-way. It's not public property. >> you figure that, bud? >> It's a right-of-way. Understand what a right-of-way is. >> I know exactly what it is, Tim. >> What is the right-of-way? >> You don't understand. >> What is the right-of-way? >> can walk on any right-of-way in North Carolina. >> I'm going to ask Define what a right-of-way is. >> Did you hear what I said? >> Look, see it. It says right-of-way. >> Did you hear what I said? >> Okay, what is the right-of-way? >> It's where public can go. >> Okay. >> It's state property. >> It's the state. Are you with the state? No, you haven't >> of the state. >> You haven't identified yourself. That's the problem. >> We don't, we don't have to. My name's Nunya. >> Okay, I will fill out no trespassing papers. >> On you guys? >> Yeah, if we go on your property, go right ahead. >> Okay, I'm going to have them before the officer leaves, I will have no trespassing. And if I see you stopped anywhere on this right-of-way >> I will be I will come here every day for the last next month. >> Oh, yeah? >> And And dare you to do something about it. >> Okay, you'll have You'll be arrested. >> No, how? It's not your property. You ain't got no authority out here, Tim. You know that. >> You need to take your stay off. >> Yeah, he's all He's shaking. He's going to have a heart attack, dude. I don't want you to have a heart attack, Tim. >> Just shut your mouth. >> You can't, maybe. You ain't my daddy. My daddy's dead. I listen to one man, that's the one upstairs. You ain't [ __ ] to me. Tim. Come out here and bark orders. >> That's right. That's what I do. >> Well, well, you're doing it in the wrong place. >> No, you're doing it in the wrong place when you pulled up in >> Really? >> Yeah, really. >> Okay, well, you'll learn something today. >> I will. >> And so will you. >> Yeah. >> You going to teach me, Tim? >> No, I ain't going to teach you [ __ ] cuz you ain't teachable. >> Yeah. You think this is the first time we did this? >> Don't know. >> Huh? This ain't the first This ain't the first time. This ain't the first time. >> Look, there's a reason I gave a defense on you and I took it back. Cuz that's my property. >> Cuz you don't own it, that's why. >> Yeah, the state owns it. >> [laughter] >> Right? If you'd have got me that cheeseburger, this would all be over. >> I told you the directions for the cheeseburger. >> I'm not at McDonald's. >> You don't have a third cheeseburger service. >> Okay, then you can't help me. >> That's right, so move the [ __ ] on. >> I'm I'm fine right where I'm at. I'm fine right here, Tim. >> Yeah? >> Yep. >> And to sum this video up, the Raleigh Police Department did end up showing up and telling Tim, yeah, the cameramen are in the right-of-way. They have the right as Americans to be there to exercise their First Amendment right, and there's nothing you or I can do about it. That leads us to this next video where NC Tyrant Hunter, now Tyrant Hunter 2, and stay tuned because I'm going to give you some information on that in a second. They're outside of a correctional facility where they get a call where there are scary men with fully automatic assault-style cameras in the public right-of-way taking video of whatever their eyes can see, and that's when Officer Little enters their scene. >> I can't hear you. I'm I'm right here, Daddy. This ain't no traffic stop. You can't bully me. This ain't no traffic stop. Stop Stop with your [ __ ] I know I know my rights. I'm I'm right here, baby. I'm good. Do you see how big I am? >> What in the fresh hell are we looking at? This is actually a police officer. Zero health and fitness standards in this department. >> For my safety. >> Yes, sir. For your safety, I'm going to step over here. >> Don't touch ME. HEY, HEY. WALK AWAY. >> STEP OVER HERE. YES. >> Step on the other side of the road. Step over here. >> You understand I'm recording you right now. >> Yes, sir. I know. STAND OVER THERE. ARE YOU YOU GOT TO BE STUPID FOR TOUCHING ME. >> I might be. I don't know. >> You know that's a lawsuit, right? >> I want you to stand over here. >> I know my rights, dude. >> I don't want to get hurt and I don't want you to >> Then you should have stayed >> Okay, well, I can't do that. I got a call out here to see if >> You didn't get a This ain't a traffic stop, though, buddy. You know better. >> Look, I got a call out here. I'm on a call, all right? >> You don't push me, you don't push me, though. You don't do that. >> Yes, sir. I'm not I don't want anybody to get hurt. I want to be safe, sir. >> Listen, you You ain't in control of my my safety. >> Can I see your ID, sir? >> You ain't getting no ID. >> Okay. All right. You What are you doing now? >> doing nothing illegal. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. You're okay. Everything's fine. Okay. All right. >> You're not going to be great when I sue you. For touching me. >> All right. You can't be touching me. You're standing on the sidewalk. You can't use >> I'm on public property. I can cuss all day long. It's called free speech. >> It's called disorderly conduct. >> I know my rights. >> You're wrong and I'm trying to explain it to you. >> wrong. >> So, just don't cuss. >> I know better. I know better. I know better. >> All right. I'm trying to tell you the statute. >> I know it. I know it. I know it. >> You can talk over me if you want to. >> Cuz you're a dumbass, that's why. >> Look. Look, sir. >> You touched me. That's what pissed me off. You shouldn't have touched me. >> I'm sorry. I don't want you to get hurt. >> I don't care about WHAT YOU WANT. I'M IN control of my safety. >> All right. Well, >> You had an That's an unwanted touch, and I can press charges on your dumb ass. >> Well, you do whatever you need to do, sir. I just want you to be safe, okay, buddy? >> Touch me, [ __ ] stupid, man. You should have never touched me. >> Now, I got a call out here. >> Call for service. Do your job, then. >> Okay. >> Investigate. >> Okay. >> You see what You see what we doing? That's what we've been doing the whole time. >> Okay. Hey, y'all, what are you doing? >> Illegal taking activity. You're going to push me. >> Sir, you keep going back to the >> You I It's because that pissed me off, and you had no right to touch me. >> sir. I'm trying to get >> YOU SORRY MY ASS. You wasn't sorry when I TOLD YOU TO STOP THREE TIMES. >> Once we got over here, we okay now? >> Three times. No, we're not okay. >> Yes, we're >> we're not okay because you touched me. >> Okay. All right, that's fine. All right, and you don't want to give me any information. >> Are you not getting nothing? >> I don't know what's wrong with that. >> Whatever, man. I ain't hiding. I'm parked on the side of the road. >> And And you understood why I asked you that. I just explained it to you. >> You was fine until you put your hands on me, sir. >> Sir, you can say >> What's your name and badge number? >> I don't have a badge. >> ID number. >> Yeah, I don't have an ID number. >> What's your name, then? >> Little. It's right here. >> Little. So, you don't even know what side it's on. >> No, I don't cuz I mean >> wear it every day? >> Sometimes I wear these uniforms, sometimes I don't. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't wear it every >> So, now you can get your dumb ass right back in your car and let me do what I come here to do. >> Okay, that's fine. That's fine. >> Right. >> All right. Have a good day. >> Yeah, you too. >> Yep. You're heard, all right. >> You know you're going to hear from you touching me like that. >> Don't stand like that. >> I don't care. Listen. >> You can't stand like that. >> I'M IN CONTROL OF MY I'M IN CONTROL OF MY SAFETY. I see that truck. THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED to do. I'm a pedestrian at this point. >> Sir, you're on the You're on the You're in the roadway. If you go over 25 ft, you're out of the roadway. You can't be out here in >> I'm not going out there 25 ft. >> leaving traffic. >> You just did that, not me. >> No, he didn't. >> You was on that side. He seen you first. >> I know. He's got to >> If he can't see my big ass, something's wrong. >> Look, sir. Sir, I don't >> Just get back in your car. >> Okay. All right. Yes, sir. Have a good day, sir. >> Yeah, kick rocks. Touching me. [ __ ] crazy. Out your damn mind. >> Think about how overtly ridiculous this is. People like this actually believe they have authority over the rest of us to push us around, to bully us, and to tell us what to do, where we can go, whether we can record. This is insanity. Well, NC Tyrant Hunter does a good job documenting this insanity, and he has another channel called Tyrant Hunter 2 because he got his last channel hacked. I'm going to leave the link to his new channel in the description and in the pinned comment. If you enjoyed his content in the past, if you currently enjoy it now, go over there and think about subscribing, and when you visit him, let him know Here's the Deal sent you.
