and i don't know if the deputy is a male or female but watch how many times this deputy tries to deprive this guy of his rights i mean she or he you you tell me if you think this deputy is a he or she i don't know but tried to pull every trick out of the book to try to get this guy to identify himself and he stood firm this is from the youtube channel ron benghazi headlund and the name of the video is most aggressive hannover deputy this is in virginia gets shut down part one then she i guess i guess he's calling her a she will call her she then she stalks me in part two so we'll just watch part one right here and i'll leave it to you to go over to his channel for part two but watch this this is the psychology of this is super interesting because this shows you right here that the cop doesn't really care about the safety of this guy standing on the side of this this bridge right here like she says she does and while she claims to care about this guy's safety she parks on the side of the road forcing other drivers to to cross the double yellow line and jeopardize their safety it's just completely ironic all right there's another handover [Applause] this is a different one we should count how many times she tries to deprive this guy of his anonymity let's take note of what she says the very first thing that she says very well can i get your name and badge number yeah sure [Applause] i can't have you standing out here for safety reasons i can't have you standing out here for safety reasons that's very important because she's gonna say that she didn't say what she just said i can't have you standing out here for safety reasons in other words you can't stand out here for safety reasons as i jeopardize the safety of other travelers on this road forcing them to cross the double yellow on this bridge don't be stupid you're about the eighth one that showed up all your buddies have already been out here all the state troopers have already been out here i'm fine to be here i'm not saying you can't be here oh you just said i couldn't be here you said i couldn't be here yep if you say so no you said so i can't have you out here for safety reasons is exactly what she says i can't ain't gonna happen in other words to translate that you can't be out here you're not allowed to be out here she backed down because she found out that oh wow i'm dealing with an individual with mental strength here and this person is actually willing to exert his authority and his power and exercise his rights i better go ahead and back off of what i initially said i'll just i've been here tonight oh yeah i'm sure she hasn't heard any call on the radio that if it's true that seven or eight officers preceded her telling this guy he needs to get off the bridge and he prevailed over every single one of them i i i tend to think that she probably heard some kind of chatter like that on the radio yeah we got this guy on the bridge uh he's got a right to be there and hey why don't we how about how about you sheriff smith how about you sheriff joe or deputy jones why don't you go out there and try to see if you can coax him out of his rights that's what's going on here this is a mental game and they cannot stand it when you tell them hey you don't have authority over me you can't tell me to get off of this bridge you know you can't and then that starts damaging egos and then they try to pull out every trick every rabbit in the hat that they can possibly pull out to coax this guy away from his rights you just took it upon yourself to tell me to leave no no there you go now now is here's the trick you got my id now i need to get your id give me your id i'd identify yourself no you got a right to be secured in your personal house papers and effects that means you have the right to stay anonymous from these transgressors of their own law no am i under arrest okay then i am i required to give you my id if you ask for it i'm required to give it to you i need to know yes if i request it you have to give it to me because i need to know who i'm talking to why do you need to know well because i have to put it hey it's just my job i just got to put it in my report these are all tricks these are all tricks to try to get people off of exercising their rights here let's let's see if we can coax him away from his rights it's not help these these methods right here aren't working my my authoritative posture isn't working my costume didn't work my shiny badge didn't work my utility my my service utility belt didn't work my uh my authoritative stance didn't work my police car and the cherries and berries didn't work so i gotta i gotta try to crowbar this guy away from his his rights you know you've won when a cop does this with their arms when they go can i can i at least can i at least get your name can i can i get something from you a scrap of paper a piece of gum just anything can you whistle me a song that's that dejection that dropping of the shoulders the the quick dropping of the hands come on it's defeat that's a defeat posture while this guy's standing strong and i love it i love to see law enforcers who typically are used to getting their way i love to see them get mentally psychologically decimated by people who actually know their rights and this is further proof and tested testifies to the fact that knowledge is power do i need do i have to give it to you am i legally required to give it to you and you said if i ask for it yeah i got to give it to you can i get your name date of birth dog's name first kid are you married did you go to where'd you go to high school can you give me something citizen okay i'm a good citizen i'm following the law [Music] am i not you're not breaking it you're not disobeying it we'll say i'll give you that okay you're complete you got me in a headlock you got me twisted up in a pretzel and an arm bar and you're about to choke me out but i'll i'll give you that look this she's actually saying here i'm gonna give you something now now you're taking everything from me but here it's me giving i'm gonna carve out a little niche for myself and make myself feel a little bit safer as i try to stroke my eagle ego just a little bit before i walk away and lick my wounds but i'll give you this much you're not you're at least not breaking it got to give something because everything's being taken from her okay why do you need my date of birth why do you have to know who you're talking to are you legally bound to find out who i am yeah and in a consensual encounter i do not have to identify myself thank you very much i learned i love that i love that you are absolutely right in a consensual encounter i don't have to id myself she responds you're absolutely right finally she tells the truth it's like pulling teeth it's like she's sitting in a dentist chair and we're trying to get her her rear molars there we'll see what this sign here is here in a second thank to id me right yeah the next step that was the next step to try to figure out how to id we was asked for a concealed weapons permit but i realize there you go thank you i was going to get your concealed weapons permit but then i realized well that's not concealed obviously i i know you have one so it's not concealed just just back down why do i pushing it trying to get my id why do you need to know who you're talking to i'm not trying to get your idea i'm just trying to figure out who i'm talking to here's the deal i'm gonna we're i'm just here to figure things out so i gotta figure out who i'm talking to it's like how many times how many different ways do i have to say no you're not getting my id no you're not going to find out who you who i am no you're not going to get my concealed carry permit because i'm obviously not conceal concealed carrying i'm talking i said you can refer to me as mr good citizen [Applause] why do you need my date of birth am i required to give that to you this right here is the face of desperation and defeat she got soundly defeated at her own game and what sucks about this is after she got defeated when this guy pulled away he says under here it says after i end this video she continues to sit and on the bridge to block traffic waiting for me to leave she does a u-turn on the bridge and follows me to sit and watch which vehicle i get in i call 9-1-1 to report a stalker eventually she's directed to leave the area mind you she has a citizens academy ride along in the vehicle i didn't even know that the whole time in addition i was wearing a hanover citizens account academy hat during the encounter why would she let her personal views get the best of her and interfere with her policing the reason is because one of the one of the most dangerous things on american soil is encountering or having an encounter with a badged uniformed power tripper who now has a damaged ego because you wouldn't give her or him what they wanted okay thank you i'm just going to quit talking anymore oh yeah look at that she does have somebody she has a ride along watch this i'm gonna get this guy out of the road i wonder what kind of wonder what story i wonder if there's a body cam i didn't see it does she have a body cam no no body cam not no yeah there there is there's a shoulder cam right here i wonder hey you know what uh ron benghazi if you're watching this video right here you should foia request you probably already have but you should foil request that camera because i would like to see what she says when she gets back in the car that would be interesting that would be super interesting man before you request that bad boy and let's see a video on that i wonder what she's tells that what is it called a a citizens academy ride-along wonder what she'll tell that citizens academy right ride-along passenger blocking traffic for safety [Applause] what if somebody got into an accident on the bridge because they had to swerve around that cop car look how big that truck was right there look at these people having to slow down across the double yellow this this cop put herself her ride along and this guy right here in
