hey welcome back I'm Brian from the here's the deal Channel I just wanted to give you another reminder of how this isn't the land of the free home of the brave this is the land of the fee home of the city because we have a domestic Terror cell roaming around America thinking that they have the right to trample your rights to the point where you don't even have the right in their minds to flip people off in this first video right here was it was dealt with by lackluster about eight or nine months ago what you're seeing on the screen right now is field officer Brittany Lane this is January 23rd 2020. she's from the rock wall Police Department she just got done pulling a person over you know issuing a traffic stop which is domestic terrorism all by itself but when she pulled away she kind of gave some gang signs by putting two e's on her chest and was you know just kind of throwing up gang signs I don't know what else to put it but here you have Otto the Watchdog right here who expressed his grievance with his government by flipping Brittany Lane off well she didn't like that so she turned around found to confront out of the Watchdog but before she confronted out of the Watchdog she got this pedestrian right here to admit that he was a little bit offended and he thought it was rude for anybody to flip anybody off so here's how some of that went hey hey come here um you were you're not in trouble when you were walking out just how did you see what this gentleman over here was doing what they got behind you yeah you guys did that make you feel any kind of way okay frustrate you did it did it make you feel any kind of way here I have a doll show me where it hurt let's solicit some uh response within a regular person walking on the side of the road so that I can have somebody on my side to express how offended they were because my feelings sure were hurt says Brittany Lane do you feel like it was inappropriate I think it's always inappropriate to do that to anybody if you're not free to be inappropriate in America you're not free if you're not free to offend somebody in America you're not free I think it is inappropriate I got you okay buddy okay all right give me just one second are you in a hurry to get anywhere okay um Winston now what's interesting about this is the day that Brittany Lane arrested Otto he had a court stemming from a previous incident in Roy City where he was legally camping with his kids local cops took he and his kids and charged him with child endangerment so it seems a little strange that Brittany here from the rock wall Police Department just so happened to arrest Otto on the same day that he was supposed to be in court to fight the charges and fight for his kids and it almost seems like I don't know the Rockwall Police Department wanted to ruin a family's life I'm not saying they did I'm just saying what it might look like to somebody else what's up I didn't ask you a question how are you today my friend is that a question good did it sound like one what's up they know that these are psychopaths guys I'm telling you they know they have power they know they have one up on you they know they can do things where if they weren't in that uniform they wouldn't dare try that with the general public um you'll be entertained right now for disorderly conduct disorderly conduct yes yeah disorderly conduct yes I can run it absolutely okay yeah I'm being detained from the store they called it what it's really fun though uh the inappropriate gesture that you made over here oh the inappropriate gesture it offended the gentleman that was walking outside oh you can't do that to other people you know what I mean okay what about those gang symbols that's a flashlight I don't know any gang symbols no sir I don't well I'm gonna wait for another officer to get here first for my safety for yourself right yeah okay and then I have to go talk to him again so and then we'll go from there okay sound good no it doesn't sound good okay well I thought I'd ask so you know who I am right not only knows who he is she also knows what his name is now he's about to get arrested and as a result of his arrest he misses his court date for the child endangerment case and then while he's in jail they place an ankle monitor on him and raise his bond to 65 000 but wait there's more for the obscene gesture that you did you know the definition please tell me oh you think yeah yeah okay all right if that's what Webster says then that's what flax Law Dictionary said he says have you ever Plex who Flex Law Dictionary Black's Law yeah interesting yeah okay yeah I usually I did Webster in high school you know that kind of thing get a degree in criminal no no I never you know I didn't go to school actually what's your name my name's Lane yeah it's nice to meet you yeah I'm glad this is on video dude I just feel I feel honored oh good yeah it's very good to meet you she's so condescending all the bondsmen in this town right here allegedly have ties with the sheriff's department and nobody would accept his 65 000 Bond so he had to pay cash to get out of jail I've heard good things yeah yeah you're just saying right now yes sir okay I'll take that one okay did you say Terry or cherry I don't know what you just said it is to find good cops and Rick's doing good deeds oh well thank you I feel honored again what are you doing right now did you hear me explain it to him I didn't okay okay so I'm going to sustain you right now okay relax okay you don't have any weapons okay all right I'm gonna have you hang out with my sergeant right here so you can go ahead and lean and get some Bumper in my car just like that appreciate it this is truly disgusting now the worst part about this is is because Otto missed his court case they removed all visitation and all contact with his two children for two years so don't tell me well I mean you can tell me if you want to but it looks like from you know maybe a third party perspective opinion that the Rockwall Police Department had it in for this guy and decided to go ahead and ruin not only his life but his family life family's life specifically his children this is truly egregious and you may be saying well Brian this is a one-off this kind of stuff doesn't happen this is extremely rare cops aren't going to just pull you over and start harassing you and then ruin your life and throw you into jail and abuse their power just because you shot a bird the civil rights lawyer puts out this video about this guy named Corey Lambert who's driving down the road and he gives the middle finger to a cop while the cops driving by well the cop Kobe Engel from the Martinsburg West Virginia Police Department he got his feelings hurt so he responds to Corey's gesture by using his power and authority to pull him over City Police Department what's the middle finger is that a certain hand signal that you got to give away just just to do it all right where's your driver's license registration driver's license registration proof of insurance is that why you pull yes driver's license registration proof of insurance I can you're in the middle of a traffic stop listen driver's license registration proof of insurance improper hand display driver's license registration if I have to say it one more time to provide me with the documents I'm going to place you under arrest no de-escalation skills at all not one and you know power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely and through these body camera videos that we have you can see that firsthand that when you give corrupt individuals more and more power don't expect them not to abuse it under arrest for what get out get out of the car all right you're violating my right imagine doing this to your fellow human being I mean you put yourself in these cops position can you imagine having a job where you watch your partner do this or you do this yourself you put your hands on somebody because they hurt your feelings because they decided to flip you off because of this kind of thing right here this make I don't even Flip Flip people off but their abuse of regular people who just want to go to work and make a living for their family and put a roof over their heads and food in their stomach and clothes on their back these guys are harassing this guy this makes me who doesn't even shoot birds at cops want to shoot birds at cops because they deserve the contempt they've earned the contempt did you hear that right fly back here kick a few apart it's like they're not even earning the hate they're manufacturing their their creating the hate they're creating an atmosphere where they're making you hate them except for a record let's go yeah this ain't gonna hang on the stick right is your body cam on and oh man and all the way abusing him all the way to the end and then what do they do they take him to jail and then what did they do in the jail they strip search him and they poke their you know what's in there you know Wares so we're 95 stupid just what I felt like no I am is he coming you took the keys or what yeah right now they're calling this guy stupid well what they did was criminals so Corey was held in jail on a cash only bond for four days and three nights just because he expressed his disdain for law enforcement for doing this kind of thing right here that's the Martinsburg West Virginia police department and that's Kobe Engel and so you might say Brian it's it's only that's only you're only showing us two things there's not this doesn't happen all the time well let me just give you Exhibit C this is Harvey free bird who does the same thing and the cops because they can't handle their ego because they're fragile because they're bruised easily they gotta say something and they gotta lay hands on somebody look I look don't get unlawful directors you shut your mouth right now Reasonable articulable Suspicion of a crime call your supervisor right now I'm not being detained I have not committed to Crime no I haven't man that guy shot me the bird first I have it all on film she shot the bird at me that's a First Amendment protected activity that is not disorderly conduct First Amendment protected activity naming your badge number do you think these cops know this by now don't you think that they know that this is First Amendment protected activity and they can't just pull everybody over and drag people out of the car and arrest them and haul them off to jail and Cohen versus California from 1971 the Supreme Court established that the government generally cannot criminalize the display of profane words in public places that includes profane gestures or what's considered as profane gestures I don't have a license on me you're legally detaining me yes you know flipping the bird you're naming badge number J right yes you guys will hear about this that's funny yeah I got my ID on me well I just realized I did yeah you guys are you know you're opening yourself up for a lawsuit right now right I have it on feeling that guy shot me the bird first that's fine we don't have to pay for it we have qualified immunity no money is going to come out of our pockets we don't care we can just operate willy-nilly and trample over anybody's rights anytime we feel like it so ID let me make you insecure in your persons in a violation of the fourth amendment that I swore to protect defend and uphold and I shot the bird back at him well okay it's on film and I'm telling you that right now it's on film buddy it's on film bro you're retaliating against me for recording you it's a First Amendment protected activity yeah yeah somebody was offended what are they are they law enforcement or the feelings police are they feelings enforcement are they offender enforcement Snyder versus Phillips the United States Supreme Court protected in an eight to one decision the hateful speech of the Westboro Baptist Church known for picketing military funerals that's that's I mean in a lot of people's eyes it's like wow that is just way too far and yet the Supreme Court upheld their right to do it with signs that read God hates you know what and thank God for you know what and the bottom line is that the first amendment makes no General exception for offensive repugnant or hateful expression that was the whole intent behind freedom of speech in the First Amendment you went over there and solicited it I will get your body camera footage I will have you as a defendant you you told them to do that the first amendment is a is protected speech it's protected offensive speech that's what it is that's the constitutional ruling that gives me the right to do what I'm doing you guys just screwed up man I know what I'm doing I know the Constitution I know my rights man why did the you know this lady went to the academy you know this guy went to the academy you know the other guy went to the academy didn't they teach him that at the Academy you know that they probably did and yet time after time when we see more and more cops arrive on the scene no cop pulls these other cops aside because you know what he's right we have a First Amendment I mean we swore to protect defend and uphold it that's our oath of office what are you guys doing never you never see that a badge number oh you look like you're a steroid user I'm not sure your name's gonna be on a 1983 Federal rights violation lawsuit hanging you just you just messed up buddy you just messed up buddy what y'all hear this I have a warrant out for my arrest for interference in Tarrant County Tarrant County Sheriff's Office you guys believe this I'm going to jail and all this because somebody decided to express a certain feeling they had toward the police department don't trust the cops when they come to you and they speak nicely to you and they speak kindly and softly to you do not let your guard down not for a
