But but in 12 hours because the car is not You said, right? Well, she should come here to pick you up before 12 hours. So you have to come within 12 hours. Yeah. Either you stay here for 12 hours and then and then we'll release you. How about Yeah. No. Yeah. Just talk to her cuz I I don't know what Give this to me. This over here. Hello. Okay. So, for New Jersey, when someone gets arrested for driving while intoxicated, basically the the process is very simple. Um it is not a criminal complaint. It is not a criminal charge. which is technically a traffic charge. All right. She didn't get Okay. Um outside of that, we would hold her for 12 hours if no one were to come pick her up. After 12 hours, meaning at 3, you know, p.m. um we would release her on her, you know, by herself. In the meantime, in the next 12 hours, we would like someone to come pick her up as soon as possible, as in within the next two hours or however long it would take for anybody to get here to pick her up. At that time, she can go home and there's there's no more police custody and you guys can figure out the car situation tomorrow or another time. Okay? Um, that's basically how this would work. So, as soon as possible, we would need someone to come pick her up cuz we we do we do not want to hold her here for 12 hours, you know, then to release her at 3 p.m. So So I can come now and get her? Yes, we would love for you to come now and get her. And could you give me the address, please? Yes. Um I can have her texted to you, but it is it's 80 as in 80 then the word one mile. So it's uh O N E then space M I L E. So it's 80 1M road and that's East Windsor, New Jersey. East Windsor. Yeah, East Windsor. Two words. E S T. So could you ask some questions that I say that again? Why is she being help? May I ask? No, she she's not being held. She she got arrested. I know it's not a criminal charge like I explained. It's just traffic situation. She's arrested for uh driving under the influence. Okay. So, she's facing the wrong direction on the highway, which wasn't a good start to it. Um again, she could have just made the wrong turn. And then we do test from there with eyes and it'll be all in the report. We can give you a case number if you'd like. Um, and we'll go from there. So, we're about to test the blood alcohol content. Birth city. You said Bronx that she has through our uh Jamaica, New uh Jamaica, Queens or Queens, wherever. What happens with her? No, there's there's there's no difference. There's no difference for me. It's already done. We're just going to process her and we would like to release her. Okay. So, but is this on our record now? Yes. Again, this is not a criminal charge. This is a traffic charge. I'm not sure when you say my question to you will be if she gets pulled over again, will that pop up in your system? No, there would be no Yeah. Like if your shoe size for whatever reason one year from now she gets pulled over for I don't know you know not stopping at a stop sign it's not like the police officer is going to know whether she was charged with a DUI investigation looking into the background of her driver's license to see I literally just started the DUI emergency contact I'm assuming your mom Yeah she's on the phone I can't give you the number uh no she can get in now right Um, they have they hold it for 12 hours. So, I'm not going to explain it to you. If you would like, you can Google John's law, New Jersey. And basically, it explains how a New Jersey police officer arrested a guy named John. And then someone came and picked John up like you're about to do with your daughter. And that person who picked John up let John go. We just explained everything to Got the car out. the person was still under the influence, which is again why you're taking custody of your daughter and not letting her drive. But that person named John went and got his car and then went and killed someone cuz he was still drunk. So if you want to Google it, feel free, but it's called John's law and that's why we hold it for 12 hours. All right. So I understand, but what happens if I'm the one picking up the phone? Are you employed? We can give you more information once you get once you get here. Um, I can't stay on the phone too much longer, but basically the car is the least of the worry right now. You can get it back. It's not like we're holding it forever. Um, I know it's 347. Again, the 12 hours normally is and not let her out in the meantime. Um, I can double check whether you can pick up the car prior. Um, you'd have to go to the you'd have to go to the tow shop, but I don't believe they're going to be open probably till tomorrow during normal business hours. Okay. I I understand it's an inconvenience. You can take that up with your daughter. All right. I If you can though, please start heading our way so you can you can take her. Okay. Right. All right. And she will have access to the phone, right? In case I need um No, not necessarily. So, um I'll let you I'll give you uh the phone back to her now. We can reconfirm that you have the address because after we are done processing her, we're going to place her in a cell until you come and pick her up. All right. So, I have 8001 Road East, New Jersey. You got it. Yeah. Can you give her phone number? Thank you. Yeah. And uh the phone number for us, if you need the phone number for the police department, uh do you have a pen or pencil to write that down? Yes. Yes. All right. 609. Yep. 448. 448. 5678. 5678. Got it. Okay. All right. Thank you. You're welcome. Here. I don't want Do you need her? Yeah, I just need her. Uh, just grab me your mom's phone. Yeah, I'm going to pull it up for you right now. That's it right there. 3 47 and my purse. I assume you can just leave that right there for now. And my child. Sorry, my dog. We're not done. So, we have some paperwork to go through. She's okay. She has water. That's all I care about. I don't really care more about myself than more about her. Trust me, we're we're all dog people here. Yeah, she's pissed. Do I get to pee? Yeah, you won't. Okay, cuz I'm the anxiety is flowing and I got to pee. You got to take two pictures. That's fine. I hate when this thing does that. Information. So, question again, not sure if you're able to answer or you're able to answer. If my mom and my brother come, can she get me and he pick up my car? The the car is being towed and they're just going to leave it in the yard. I don't care if it goes If it was during If it was during the day, I believe they would be able to take the car. I mean, if it was during the day and you lived right around the corner, they could come and grab it. We don't we don't have to call. No, no, it makes sense. I I completely understand. I'm trying to figure out cuz she's probably going to wake the 12 hour rule is more for you to be either placed in a cell or be taken uh by someone else. Yeah, sign for you. Why I'm asking is she's going to wake up my brother and they're both probably going to come. So, one person's going to take me and one person's going to take the car. But since it's literally 3:00 a.m. in the morning, no one would have one person come and someone else can grab the car and grab it. Can I call her back? Yes. You're not going to be able to get the part. Okay, let me just call her. It's It's It's me. It's me. Do Don't Don't bring Shiva. You're You're not going to be able to get the car tonight. It's 3:00 a.m. Oh, okay. That's Oh, no. No, no, no. That's fine. That's fine. I thought you were trying to get the car. No, no, no. That's fine. That's fine. That's fine. That's fine. That's No, that's fine. That's fine. That's okay. It's okay. I'm just trying to say I'm just trying to say about the car. It's okay. It's okay. Okay. Fine. Do me and my dog get to leave together. Of course. Okay. I'm just making sure. Yeah. Like I said, that's all I really care about. Yeah. We'll leave her in there until like I don't know if you heard her, but she just she cares about not driving by herself at this hour, which makes sense. All right. So, while she's doing that, I'm going to Do we have this whole packet here? I think so. Okay. I'm just going to have you sit on the black footprints here and then look up at this camera. Okay, then just stand on the white footprints and then stare straight ahead at the red X. Then you're just going to reverse on those footprints and turn around to look at this other X right there. Do you have any tattoos? Yes. Where? I have one here and one here. Okay, don't worry. Okay, thank you. You're good with the pictures. Um, come on out here. Bring that seat out here. Do you know when we started our 20? Uh 3:10. 3:25. What was it? 3:25. Oh, yeah. I'm going to read you a couple things. Um sign. Okay. Hey, I have her license. Can you add it?
