how long
we met my mom at like four o'clock P.M
when did you leave
well we went to their house
we got to the house so we had a glass of
funeral and then we got
we got pregnant so
yeah
a month and a half
achievement
a chicken and I had a salad on the side
so two glasses yeah
[Applause]
all right do you know why you're being
stopped okay do you know what the speed
limit is
[Applause]
it's 55.
okay
whose is this
okay who are they
sorry just sit tight
you guys been drinking
you've been drinking this evening
okay all right all right
my face I can pull it out doctor
in that's why I was like staring I'll
pull it out
what's her name
foreign
[Music]
you said you're heading to Mountain s
yes I did
black red wine
when did you leave uh
their house
it is so we had
glass of funeral and then we got
back another glass because
I'm pregnant so
long I'm for a month and a half
a chicken and I had a salad on the side
so two glasses of wine dinner pretty
much yes
um
all that we're doing is just running
just a quick fields
have any objections of me running into a
quick sobriety test make sure you're
okay to drive okay I mean I appreciate
the honesty like I said you know this
officer said I got you doing 85 and a 55
yeah all right based on a strong load of
alcohol coming in vehicle I just want to
make sure you're okay okay all right
time staying past us
[Music]
okay
foreign
yes do you have any injuries or ailments
that I need to be aware of that uh okay
we'll do it on this side I just don't
want you to get hit okay [ __ ] dying I
thought I was gonna get run over there
guys we wouldn't let that happen don't
worry
I know okay Jesus Christ do you have any
injuries or any ailments that I need to
be aware of that would prohibit you from
doing my test
it's a lock in turn I'm going to explain
it I have to ask do you have any
injuries to your legs or it would
prevent you from walking or anything
like that that would
do you have any of that
so the next test that I'm going to have
you do is called the walk and turn okay
all right so I want you in the starting
position the starting position is your
right foot in front of your left foot
just like so with your hands at your
side
so just like this Heel To Toe
okay stay in this position until I tell
you to do so okay
nope you just go into this position
right now just like that with your hands
at your side just stay like that until I
tell you just uh begin the test okay I
will continue uh to inform you of the
test all right
from this position when I tell you to
okay you're gonna take nine consecutive
Heel To Toe steps okay counting out loud
like this one two three four five six
seven eight nine all right I went up to
six or seven just for demonstration
first and the location of the highway
okay when you get to nine you can take
short choppy steps turn around
I do nine consecutive steps Heel To Toe
back counting out loud back to the where
you started okay okay all right do you
understand my instructions
nine consecutive Heel To Toe steps
turn around now
okay
nope let's [ __ ] stand right here
all right the final test I'm gonna put
you through is called the one-legged
stand again
so on the leg you're choosing what I
want you to do first is put your heel
your feet together just like so just
like me hands at your side and stay in
this position until I tell you to start
the test okay from this position you're
gonna pick the leg of your choosing
raise it approximately six inches off
the ground Point your toe forward stare
at the tip of your toe and count out
loud one one thousand two one thousand
three one thousand four one thousand
five one thousand six one thousand until
I tell you to stop okay if you put your
foot down just continue from where you
left off
okay
a little uneasy right easy right okay
okay
ten One Thousand Eleven one thousand
twelve one thousand thirteen one
thousand fourteen one thousand fifteen
one thousand sixty one thousand
Seventeen eighteen one thousand nineteen
one thousand
twenty one thousand twenty one one
thousand twenty two one thousand twenty
three one thousand twenty four one
thousand twenty five one thousand twenty
six one thousand twenty seven one
thousand twenty eight one thousand
twenty nine one thousand Thirty One
Thousand all right you can stop thousand
okay you can stop all right you know
your alphabet right
backwards so don't
listen I don't I don't I don't want my
alphabet backwards either it's hard I
tried it like like you know your
alphabet correct okay starting from e
and ending at s
D okay without singing it I would like
you to recite the alphabet okay
okay
again how much did you have to drink
tonight because I can really smell it
[Music]
you add two glasses of wine
Josh by the way
based off of the odor coming from you
right now
you're driving
can you talk to my partner real quick
because right now
follow us is there any way to test it
nope just stay right there
put your hands wide your back so you
want to rest for driving while
intoxicated
really good
the final test what we're going to do is
a breathalyzer back at the station okay
that'll actually give me an accurate
depiction of how much alcohol you
actually have in your system
okay okay so turn around put your hands
behind your back is there any
what are my rights your rights remain
silent anything you say Canon will be
used against you to court of law
report attorney you want to be present
one will be appointed for you anytime
during question you could have return
any questions anytime during question
you can stop answering questions do you
understand your rights no I do not
but what don't you understand I don't
understand at this point you put your
hands behind your back because you are
under arrest
[Music]
I'm under arrest
because they're suspecting me

allow

them

um when myself and my actually the
Radiohead and my partner stopped her for
me
um because I had to catch up from where
I was turning around from
uh
huh
no and that was the thing I I separated
her from her husband because I was able
to smell an odor of alcohol coming from
the vehicle so I just wanted to make
sure and then my well we we did
um test with her and subsequent
investigation led to the event that she
was over the legal limit
I don't remember whose Gold Card she
gave us but she said she knew a bunch of
people
and add a bunch of them
um only whoever's coming to pick them up
um to sign over the sign the Johns also
because he admitted to he was drinking I
can't let him drive either
