English
alphabet yeah I guess yeah all right so
I'm going to demonstrate a test all
right you don't start till I tell you to
all right you're going to resite the
alphabet and A through Z without singing
or grouping your letters together just
face me okay yeah okay it's going to be
like this A B C D E all the way till z
without singing or grouping your letters
together do you understand those
instructions okay you may begin want we
start a yep a b c d e f g h i j k l m n
o p q r s

starting position going to put both
hands at your side would you have any uh
injuries first any with your legs 2017

starting position both hands at your
side six inches off the ground with your
toe pointing up straight in the air all
right just get in the starting position
and to go through 1 1,000 2 1000 just

yeah I understand that but all right I'm
not I don't go to the gym nothing to do
with the gym just balce all right just
balance test all right just both hands
at your side it's going to be 1 1,000 2
1,000 3 1,000 4 1000 and so on and no
don't start till I tell you to don't

PE no oh we I got you whatever I have to
pee so you're going to put one foot in
front of the other right you're going to
count nine heel the toe steps all right
one two three and so on till you get to
