okay we're live thank you for joining me on the here's the deal channel i want to make this as quick as quick as possible so that we can uh you know kind of get about our day but this is very very important i'm going to go over a story that happened back in march but it's very much in play right now and the reason it's relevant is because tyranny versus freedom is always relevant and we always use the word tyranny so let's give a real quick definition of it cruel and oppressive government or rule what is government it's people who believe they legitimately have the right to rule you and further that you have the obligation to obey their rulership or you get punished that is tyranny and then just real quick because i know we all know the first amendment maybe a lot of people don't have it memorized if you want to memorize it one of the ways you can do that is use the acronym wraps r-a-p-p-s that's congress shall make no law respecting religion assembly petition press speech religion assembly petition press speech religion assembly petition press speech that's a good way to remember that and then the next time you run into a cop who swore to protect and defend at least the bill of rights from all enemies foreign and domestic you can ask them what are the five items the five key fundamental items outlined in the first amendment that you swore to protect see if any of them know it uh i haven't met any cop who knew all of them i've yet to meet one cop so here's what it literally says congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech we're not even talking about the elimination we're just talking about abridging it changing it modifying it in some way but they go way beyond this congress shall make no law bridging the freedom of speech or of the press or the right of the people to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances we'll save that for another day that's kind of laughable and then a lot of people bring up marbury versus madison and a lot what many many people don't understand about marbury versus madison because this right here is the only thing they see in it which sounds good a law repugnant to the constitution is void that sounds good if you're just talking about the bill of rights so a law repugnant to the elimination of religion assembly petition press speech uh is void sounds really good but what happened in marbury versus madison with this chief justice marshal um the result of it was basically the supreme court gave themselves the right to interpret what congress says and what the president says so they put themselves in a position of power which is not good so they get they make themselves the determining factor on what the constitution actually means and how it's to be applied so while allah repugnant the constitution is void sounds good if you look under the hood of what marbury versus madison actually says it's not good for the people it gives supreme power to the black robe tyrants of the supreme court so with these words written by chief justice marshall the supreme court for the first time declared unconstitutional a law passed by congress and signed by the president the supreme court base basically said i don't care what congress said i don't care what the president said why do we have three branches of the government there's supposed to be checks and balances supreme court said back then we don't get checks and balances it doesn't matter what the supreme court or the congress or the president say what we say goes how we apply the law how we interpret the law goes so having said that this this video right here that i'm about to show you this is from back in march march of this year march 2022 but this is utah state troopers utah highway patrol is what it really is basically not just abridging but suppressing the freedom of speech in this city council meeting i'm going to play this video right here and we're going to talk about this listen to this and watch this with your jaw hanging on your desk let me let me get this let me change this there we go you should be able to hear it now [Music] right now at five o'clock we're following two developing stories first some tense moments are unfolded in the utah capital as uhp troopers you see right there they had to handcuff a man at a senate committee hearing and this american fork police facing a new lawsuit we show you more of this newly released body camera footage up next we're going to start at the capitol major fireworks surrounding a bill banning so-called vaccine passports that bill cleared a senate committee this afternoon but not before this video surfaced where three people actually got kicked out of that hearing now one of them you'll see in handcuffs for wearing a sticker of all things daniel woodruff life force he gets handcuffs put on him because of a sticker a sticker that says something that according to the rules of this little hearing you weren't supposed to have but it's almost like when as you watch this it's like are we wait a second did this happen in america are those guys wearing these brown shirts you hp are they wearing the brown shirts to like send a style message to us what's really going on here capitol tonight with more on this story you were in that room daniel i was and you know this is an emotional topic that's generated a lot of emotion throughout the session and that is should businesses or government entities be allowed to ask for status well okay the reason i the reason i took that i muted that right there is because they're saying what he's saying is should i did this for algorithmic reasons you'll you guys will know what i'm talking about here in a second but he's saying should governments and businesses require you have a status you know to show your records for you to work there or to be you know uh to uh do engage in business or commerce there a lot of that emotion spilled out today before this this is this is you can see this you can see the wording on the screen here this is what the hearing was all about should we have should we require people to have this or should we not require should we strike down people desiring to have this senate hearing on this issue even got started the drama started when the committee chair warned the crowd no outbursts or signage of any kind utah highway patrol tells 2 news senate security asked them to remove a man who had a sticker that violated those rules and wouldn't comply a sticker violated the rules on american soil under the constitution which is supposed to be the supreme law of the land one of which is the part of the bill of rights the first amendment freedom of speech so this american council in the utah senate bars freedom of speech because that's part of their rules hey i agree with part of marbury versus madison any any rule or law that's reponting to repugnant to the constitution is void it's meaningless it's a tiger with no teeth come on everybody don't join in i know highway patrol does not need help please don't they don't need the help wait wait what patrol highway patrol shouldn't they be out on the highway not serving and protecting but harassing and collecting shouldn't they be out there acting as road pirates why are they in here acting like the brown shirt gestapo in this in the senate hearing room they asked him to come with him then everybody is pissed after a few moments this happened the man was cuffed and taken out of the room but that wasn't the end let's try to remain some decorum pardon me who's that you're removed highway patrol he's leaving now now now let's maintain decorum in this house of oppression in this courtroom or this hearing room of tyranny we need decorum we need decorum we do not need freedom we can have oppression as long as we have decorum anyone else uh listen okay you too you're right do not in my committee equate any of you with george washington or any of us for that matter we are all we are all americans and george washington was a superhuman what the heck is going on here this city council yuckity yuck says we're all america do not equate us or you guys with george washington we're just all humans here we're just all american but that george washington fella somehow or another i don't know where he came from but he's super human now believe it or not things didn't end there either the committee chair and the bill sponsor got into it the bill sponsor was disappointed how things were handled but things eventually calmed down the bill was heard now as for the man who was arrested he was released i was told by highway patrol that they planned to cite him now what exactly would this bill do it hasn't reached the end of the road yet but it basically spells out that government entities and businesses cannot discriminate against anyone based on their val although there are exceptions based on their status that's why i bleep that out again the bill underwent some changes in today's senate committee hearing more changes could be coming the legislative session here on capitol hill ends on friday so let me show you just a couple more angles of this right here here's another angle from this uh this pathetic oppressive tyrannical action by the uhp the guy's lifting up his jacket here you can you can hide the message of we the people you can hide the message of vote vote yes for hb60 vote yes to you know strike down this edict that you have to have a passport to you know work or whatever let's cover up the message let's censor you a little bit let's violate the first amendment and then you get these brown shirts over here you would think that they never took the oath to protect and defend the very freedoms they're right now in the process of extinguishing that's what makes it worse if these guys never promised to uphold you know you you wouldn't come down so hard on him hey it's like hey i never promised you that i would ho uphold protect and defend your right to say whatever you want to on american soil because you're an american or just because you're a human being and you have those natural rights anyway you know outside of what the first amendment says but they did promise they did make an oath and they're breaking their oath which shows you the lack of integrity and the corruptness in their own souls he said i'm standing for the constitution well then you'll be cited no we're just gonna have to find you're standing for your rights that we promise to uphold well we're going to have to find you we're going to have to monetarily terrorize you we're going to have to get some kind of you know pittance from we are road pirates so we have to live up to that name it doesn't matter if we're in recess or not are you an american or not am i an american or not is this america's american soil or not is there a constitution that's supposed to be the supreme law of the land or not is there a first amendment that congress shall make no law respecting or abridging or eliminating or censoring the freedom of speech and yet here you are officer mr uhp mr brownshirt you promised to do one thing you had one job and now you're gonna violate that while the cameras are rolling imagine what happens when they know that the cameras aren't rolling it's not against the law for women [Music] [Applause] come on [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] you hear a lot of people go this is not american this is this is america but this isn't american what are you guys doing yeah maybe it's maybe it's appropriate that you're wearing brown shirts or maybe it's dark green hunter green shirts or something i don't know they look like brown shirts to me whether they're brown shirts or not they're acting like the brown shirts funny steve harold says not hitting that like button makes you un-american don't be un-american hit that like button yeah guys don't forget to hit the like button that's about it guys i just wanted to show you this this is the kind of tyranny we got to stand up against if we don't use our rights we will lose them what i would like to see from this group of americans in this hearing room you know instead of just their voices maybe people standing real close to the cops and keeping you know you know being peaceful about it but saying hey you're supposed to be an american mr cop mr uhp what are you doing when you're doing one of the most un-american things there was a revolutionary war thought over the rights that you're now about to take away or you are taken away from this guy right here it's truly infuriating guys so i just want to leave you with that if you want the links to this right here so you can see the whole thing without me jabbering um i will uh i'll try to remember to put that in the description in the pinned comment there's another live stream i wanted to do today today because maybe i'll do it maybe in a couple hours or whatever if you guys want me to let me know put a one in the room direct d put out a video that was really really good the cops came to his wife's house questioning his wife about you know a possible hit and run or whatever and it really highlights the facts the fact that the cops will go so far to lie to you to lay down deceptive ground rules to do cunning little crafty things just so they can get you they will outright lie employ deceptive practices just so they can get you on something they want to ask you questions so that you can hang yourself and they're more than willing to to use the rope that you used to hang yourself it's it's infuriating to listen to direct d talk to that cop on the other line saying that oh yeah we're just we're just trying to investigate double speaking engaging in hypocrisy inconsistencies it just it pisses you off when you see it was really really good it really makes that police department look really bad they sent six or seven cops to their house when they could be going out there stopping a rape or getting in the way of somebody stealing something or in you know putting down these like there was a a killer on the loose the other day in memphis who was going around on social media live streaming him actually taking pew pews at people so how many ones are in the room okay so if i get how many people are in here if there's if we can get 75 ones i'll go ahead and do that and i'll try to do it in the next two hours or so i want to kind of whittle down the the video is kind of long and i don't want to re re do the whole thing and i want you to actually go over to director's channel and watch it on his i don't want to take a view from him or anything like that but i think there are a couple things that need to be said i'll try to make it like a 15 you know maybe a less than 20 minute video what are we at right now we're at 17 30. okay i don't want to take too much of your time guys what's up james freeman oh and james freeman and lackluster did a video i think they uploaded it yesterday about a kid i think he was 19 years old who was stopped by the newton police department for you know uh having his brights on the kid had his brights on because his regular you know low beams only work with one light so he thought it was safer to turn the high beams on and the cop gives him such a hard time he takes him through all the paces for the sobriety test the the kid passes with flying colors blows zeros in the uh in the you know the the uh alcohol uh test that they did gave him and when he blew zeroes then the cop changed his story and said well i think you're under the uh influence of marijuana was the last time you spoke smoked a cigarette i mean i smoked a smoked pot and so the kid just kept talking to him but the kid made the newton police department look really really bad so check that out on james freeman and lackluster's channel i may do this i may do a live stream on that and i'll have to whittle it down because i think if i remember right the original video is like 40 something minutes 40 minutes or something but um okay so i'll do the uh i don't know if there's mods if there's 75 ones let me know if there is i'll try to count them up and then if you guys are interested in me doing that directly video i thought it was really good just for educational purposes and i caught when i went through the video i caught some serious inconsistencies and hypocrisys coming out of the cops voice when he was talking to direct d on the phone so anyway guys thank you for joining me if you haven't done so already subscribe to this channel hit the bell notification icon give it a thumbs up don't forget to give this video a thumbs up right now if you don't do it before you leave you know you probably will forget about it just like i always forget about it so just hit that thumbs up and share this video with everybody you know people got to see this people got to see that we do literally have and i mean literally we literally have brown shirts on american soil who are more than willing for a paycheck to trample on your rights and literally take your life away this guy who's standing for his rights is by extension standing for everybody's rights who's not in that hearing room right there so i appreciate it guys i will see you guys in the next live stream probably in a couple hours if i count 75 ones in the room and we'll go over that directy video um until then go to directy's channel check out that video on his channel check out uh james freeman appreciate you being in here james appreciate your work and lackluster's channel so i'll see you guys in the next one take care
