right
um I know you said you haven't been
drinking right you haven't been smoking
nothing if I may be honest I had one
more drink I had one drink
um what'd you have I had a drink of
Corona okay you had one yeah
okay a drink of as in what
and what a beer okay yeah that's all you
had yeah okay do you have any uh

20 years old right yeah

she had one Corona yeah
all right so I'm gonna first test I'm
gonna do is I'm gonna check your eyes
Okay You're Gonna Keep Your Head still
sure you're gonna move your eyes only
okay can you understand that yep what
we're gonna use is
this pen you're gonna follow the tip of
this pen okay all right the entire time
keeping your head still You're Gonna
Move Your Eyes solely all right
I'm sorry I didn't hear uh
keep your head still eyes only
I have 14 for she's uh I believe he's
the only one certified uh we need to
complete with that unless you can set
him on my way of course you can reach
out to somebody else
but like I said
um
right yeah
[Applause]
all right I'm gonna do two more tests
all right
are you comfortable in those no shoes
yeah uncomfortable okay so we're gonna
do a uh a walk and turn test all right
we're not gonna start anything I'm gonna
demonstrate everything first
I just need
to move a little bit I just need you to
so if we're gonna use this crack right
here okay
gonna put your left foot down on that
crack
I need to use that one right there
yeah Left Foot Down Right Foot In Front
good arms at your side heels touching
your toe
all right so hang out don't start yet
I'll tell you when to start
you got to switch your feet left foot
down right from the front left foot down
right here yeah all right okay so you're
not gonna start anything until I tell
you to start all right sure you're gonna
keep your arms at your side you're gonna
take nine Heel To Toe steps on that line
and then you're gonna take nine Heel To
Toe steps back I'm gonna demonstrate
everything first okay so watch me all
right
the entire time you're gonna count your
steps out loud all right okay
okay one
two three
at this point you're gonna take small
steps
and come back one
two three and so forth you're gonna do
nine steps I only did three so you want
nine steps forward nine steps back all
right all right you're gonna keep your
arms at your side and your heels are
gonna touch your toe the entire time
okay you understand that yep you can
start all right ready
let's see a valley driver
you have your license on you is that
good officer okay you got to do nine
back now all right
turn
one
did we ever get her license Danny what
did we ever get her license our license
no
okay so we're gonna do one more test all
right okay so our next test is
you're going to keep your heels together
like this feet next to each other arms
at your side so you're going to lift one
of your legs all right it's a one leg
stand test okay so I'm gonna demonstrate
again okay
um doing so you're gonna keep arms at
your side heel feet together
lift either leg of your choosing you're
going to lift it about six inches off
the ground parallel to the ground you're
gonna keep that leg lifted
you're gonna count out loud 1001 1002
1003 1004 and so forth until I tell you
to stop whatever leg you choose you got
to keep that leg straight
arms at your side you're gonna count out
loud the entire time I'm gonna
demonstrate everything turns all right
one thousand one one thousand two one
thousand three one thousand four one
thousand five and so forth you're gonna
keep going until I tell you to stop all
right you're gonna keep your arms at
your side and you're gonna keep that leg
straight you understand yep a good start
okay
