you to do is I want you to keep your uh
head straight okay and follow my finger
with your eyes only you understand those
instructions

start to test until I tell you to okay
do you understand that right when I tell
you to you're going to take nine Heel To
Toe steps down an imaginary straight
line okay just like this one 2 3 don't
start yet okay when you get to your
ninth step you're going to keep your
front foot planted and you're going to
take a series of small steps around just
like this and then nine heel the toe
steps back towards where you started
okay yep while taking the steps I want
you to keep your arms at your side
maintain eye contact with your feet and
count each step aloud okay do you have
any questions before you begin no

you do put both your feet together just
like this arms to your side
okay when I tell you to you're going to
lift either foot of your choice 6 in off
the ground you're going to keep your
foot parallel with the ground and
maintain eye contact with your feet and
C out 1 1000 2 1000 3 1000 and so on and
