with the Westfield Police Department was unpatrolled in the vicinity of I don't know what you think you're doing but I I just pulled you over the to Door running a red light while going Southbound on Central Avenue the driver continued onto Ross place and he activated his emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop on Ross place near the intersection with Carl road but the driver failed to pull over initially patrolman down the accient his patrol car and advised her to not registration Insurance when it was stopped in front of a residential address but she disregarded his command and pulled into the driveway after she stopped behind the hear me yelling to you to tell you Donovan made contact with the driver ordered her to turn off the car and hand documents I don't know what you think you're doing but I'm I just pulled you over because you ran the light and now you're moving park the car give me the keys you're kidding me right park the car give me the keys Gra license registration and forgot to turn after taking nine steps the final exercise was the one leg stand test and claraa failed to raise her foot in the proper position did not count allowed in the correct sequence and displayed a lack of balance with with the test that we're going to do um their standardized field sobriety test to see if you're impaired right tonight um do you have any medical issues or any reason that I uh medications are on or anything I need to know about no okay all right I have to ask you certain things like you know if so that way I can take them into consideration like do you have any failure to activate interior light upon officer's request careless driving reckless driving failure to pull over for emergency vehicle refusal to provide samples of breath and refusal to submit to
