video right now on September 14th
2022 officers were dispatched in
response to an incident where a woman
allegedly brandished a firearm at a
McDonald's employee while accompanied by
her young daughter the suspect's
description was provided leading to her
being located and detained by the local
University's Police Department she was
held there until City police arrived for
further questioning

front we done so she was at the intercom
initially no she walked straight up to
the window the back window yeah and
that's where it started at and I was
telling her like you know can't do that
my my manager took her order she like
this cuz she like I'm not moving I'm not
leaving we like just get her out the
line so she took her order or whatever
so now I'm irritated she made me mad I'm
all type of [ __ ] whatever I'm like
I'm go smoke so I come out here to smoke
a cigarette I lean on the thing she SE
me she like and pulled it out she cocked
the bed she said [ __ ] what you want to
do and then you better looking my
daughter here and right and as she doing
that I'm going to come in my other
manager coming out she like come in here
so I'm like okay I'mma call the police
on your ass so she still standing here
waiting on get her food and everything
and I was on the phone Char and I seen
her walking over there but that's what
it was I wouldn't take her order but
we're not allowed to do that if you not
in the car so I you madad at me for
doing my job whatever but pulling the
gun out that was a whole different that
was whole different that that was
unnecessary right like I I wasn't
threatening her or none of that you know
what I'm saying I just simply told her
we can't take your order through the
drivethru and she got mad as hell and
pulled that gun out cocked it back while
she was going to do something with it
you guys got a camera that captures
right here uh she was actually in the
drivethru and we do have cameras in the
drive room uh can we try taking a look
at this uh cuz we caught her down here
we just need to know
what all we got evidence
wise is there a way you can look at the
camera to call you have to call T I do
not know the password so yeah you have

call so did anyone else here see her

don't know my other manager she was
coming out to get me right when she did
it and she pulled me in so she didn't

see if he could see her cuz she was in

temporary custody arrangements for the
daughter the McDonald's manager arrived
upon reviewing the footage officers
confirmed that the employees account was
accurate the woman did brandish the
firearm as a result she was charged with
aggravated menacing carrying a concealed
weapon and possession of a weapon Under
Disability the daughter was temporarily
placed in the County's Children's
Services custody until her older sister
was approved to take custody if you were
the judge in this case what sentence
