2021, officers at the precinct observed
a group of individuals engaged in a
confrontation in the parking lot.

and didn't react to it is because my six

feet in the car. I guess the other party
got upset that they were looking at the
car here, possibly hit the back of their
car.
She's complaining about
disrespected that she's not out. Do you
notice anybody of your parties or

We didn't ride past slow or nothing. We

it up. Nobody said nothing about her.
She was driving.
So right now we have a few angry people
yelling at each other and calling each

nobody I'm not going to lie they didn't

something okay and she got
So, this is all about her car. It's the
way it's painted. Why is she angry with
her? Because they came in and she felt
like disrespecting her car, making fun
of it. To her, it's a shrine to her
daughter who was
killed. To them, they thought it was
somebody. Oh, somebody vandalized your
car. And so, she got upset. However,
they thought they were doing a car and
then I think she claimed she offered,
"Hey, you want to take a picture?" She
says this on Instagram. I guess just
like I said, a shrine for a donor, which
she may know and the people close to her
may know, people in general wouldn't
probably know that just looking at it.
So, somehow she got upset, offended by
them thinking her car was vandalized. I
guess the daughter said, "You want to
take a picture?" Probably in a smartass
way. And then they just started getting
worse from there.
They claim that she was following them
all the way from the movie theater. She
claims she was being followed but
started following them on Jefferson
Street to come to the precinct. Why does
she follow him to the precinct?
They have I didn't watch how much video
of her behind them. We can definitely
find off on the cameras who followed who
in the parking lot.
Well, I mean, which at that point or
they can both claim already come to
precinct, but she admits she was in the
precinct for what reason? I have no
idea.
And so apparently big girl over here
wasn't
even in the car. She comes from
somewhere else. This car.
Yeah. Yeah. I started to pull in and she
tried to pull in over here by the block
and she pulls in over there. She comes
storming out saying you want to start
something right now. That's when I
stopped her from walking.
Was there any threat to me made? I know
just be honest with you. The lady in the
purple brave said she going to call
somebody. The lady with the black on say
I'm voodoo. Y'all be dead by tomorrow.
That lady and this lady, she say she's
calling people to come to our house. The
one with the got purple hair. The one
that was pink.

He taking my phone? He wants to get his
phone. My car? Yeah. He could also take
my car. You want to take your car? Yes.
Tell him to take my car. Okay. And can I

Uh, no ma'am. No,
once we're done here, we'll decide if
we're going to arrest you or not. Okay.

I just want to resolve the situation so
we can get out of here. Yeah. The girl

out to eat, went to the movies, was
looking at the movies on billboard, saw
the car, brought someone vandalized it,
checking out the
car owner comes out, starts yelling at
them. They were just waiting on her real
vandaliz.

got a touch of not being mad. No point
in her making the car when she did that.

They said more than like that
left. She was the driver to go in
custody was the passenger making threats
of bring someone to grab your house out
of killed. You're not going to see
today and then they live right over here
speaking to the precinct here. Okay.
They all same exact same thing. Uh they
went to the movies.

um said something to them um or no her
daughter said do you want to take a
picture of her car cuz the cars and her
daughter's memory was decorated the
daughter I'm guessing yeah well the
daughter got deceased daughter yeah got
shot so daughter the other daughter is
saying do you want to to the car. They I
don't even watch your kid on the car.
Um and then they they went to turn out
uh and then the other car tried to
sideswipe them on Victor. Uh got in
front of them, started breaking
um for them to try like to get hit
basically. Um that car. Yeah.
That car, whichever car was involved.
They were tapping from behind.
There is
video behind them. You have it. Oh, you
saw it.
Did you um did she tell you why she
followed him to the free? She claims she
was going to Sizzler and then she
thought about going to her baby's
daddy's house. And I'm like, did you
have a
phone? Yeah. I'm like, why don't you
call the police? You know why? Yeah.
Just no excuse for why she followed
them. Like I'm like you didn't stop or
turn around or take another route. No.
Yeah. So common sense is out the window.
But she ended up coming to the precinct
with Yeah. She was originally she was
going to Sizzler after the movie. Where
Sizzler? I'm guessing Pooler is the only
one that has one left. My car has a very
simple statement. It'll be Saturday.
They said, "Fuck my dead sister."
Okay. Um, so based on the facts we have
here, do we have any charges? Disorderly
business. Yeah. With the people that you
have in custody of disorderly. This is
maybe a simple
assault. Both ways. I Well, she never
really said she was threatened. They
claimed they were threatened that the
girl I think the girl in this car, she
got purple hair. Yeah, probably
supposedly at the movie theater said,
"I'm going to get my people and come
shoot up your house." And therefore
ended up following them. I haven't
looked at that video, but that's their
word at the collective route against
So there's no outside witnesses what I'm
saying. So it's like I write it up and
the two people under custody can be
disorderly conducts.
Um Okay. So we got no real real charges
because I want to watch the video, see
how they came into precinct. Um,
Copeland said they both looked at him at
the same time that came this way.

The woman was charged with disorderly
conduct and simple assault. while the
other two individuals were each charged
