On February 16th, 2023, officers
responded to a neighbor dispute after a
woman banged on a neighbor's door over
loud music. During the confrontation,
she pushed her neighbor, unaware the
incident was being recorded.
10 people in the alley. Yeah. And I
asked him to be quiet. Yeah. And then
the guy spit on me. And then I
just I got a little aggressive maybe.
How did he spit on you? What do you mean
how did he spit on me? Was it like he
was just talking or did he like hawkugie
at you? He just was like, "Go away." And
then called me a liberal and spit on me.
Like intentionally spit or was it
talking and spit? Oh, no. He
intentionally spit on me. Where did he
spit on you? Like I don't know. On on my
chest, I guess. Was that what you were
wearing? No. I um I have a You changed

He knocked on my door and I was like,
"Hey, just I'm not trying to be a jerk.
I just would like to go to sleep." Like,
this was before after the spitting
before. Okay. Yeah. And then he was just
kind of a jerk. He was
really not. And I pushed him. Hang on. I
have like six I have eight cameras, so
it's going to take me a minute to find
out. Yeah, cuz it happened over there,
right where the awning is. No, not when
he No, where he spit on you? No, he spit

really aggressive and Well, the one guy

over. He knocked on my
door cuz I went, this is what happened.
I came out and I said, "Hey guys, can
you be quiet? I'm trying. I have to
sleep in the morning at 8:00. I have to
get up in the morning at 7:00 a.m. I
have to be at work at 8:00." And he was
like, "You you liberal. You live in an
alley." I'm like, "I actually
own all these houses, so okay. But I
just would like you guys to be quiet.
That's all I'm asking. I came back in
and then he spit on like I opened the
door and he spit on me while you were in
this inside the house or on your No, no,
I was out here. I was out here. Okay. Is

camera? Yeah. I'm like, what are you
doing? Like I'm just trying to go to

Well, I You said you pushed after after
he spit on me. I was very upset. That
was here or down there? No, he spit on
me here. So, you pushed him here or over

like, "Well, while you're doing that,
let me see your ID." No.
If you refuse to show me your ID again,
I'm going to arrest you. Okay. Okay. So,

have just called you. And I was just
like, "Hey guys, can you please be
quiet?" And then he like he spit he like
like he didn't spit though that time. He
was like like that like but not like
hawker spit on me and I pushed him away.
That is not my like I didn't do
anything. I mean I did but I I just
pushed him away. I just pushed him away.
You're going to jail. I'm like, okay.
And then I went in the house
and I didn't do what you think I did.
