scene after Lieutenant lemlin arrived on scene it was determined that a DWI investigation would be initiated the vehicle was towed from the scene by guaranteed Towing and it was discovered that a sign had been damaged as the vehicle was being towed after it was determined that Suzanne would be taken to the hospital officer tyong sycratic followed the ambulance there officer t a was also sent to a WJ by the order of Lieutenant leming to assist officer tyon craic in completing the DWI process what it is but I'm going to ask now but said she was coming from dinner uh she doesn't want to tell me where dinner was and that's basically where I'm at I got her ID I don't have her insurance uh and cars expired registration and apparently she's not going to go so oh she's not going to go yeah well come to the hospital while mentioning that she was an attorney herself based on her asking for an attorney the officers did not question her regarding what happened Suzanne was also asked to consent to provide a sample of her blood for testing and she initially signed the consent form however she refused to cooperate when the hospital staff came to draw her blood what's going on man how are youe I know that I I'm not trying to away for that please show that I'm taking care of here okay that's it that's it you're definitely going to be taken care of uh you're actually in our custody right now all right okay so there's just some paperwork that we have to go over okay I'm just going to read your Miranda Rights all right why am I in cing I believe you've been taking alcohol ingesting alcohol made contact with Zone assistant prosecutor AP Snider and an affidavit for a search warrant of her blood was completed Superior Court Judge Pedro venth approved a warrant for her blood they returned to the hospital and obtained her blood at 3:24 a.m. after our WJ Personnel was shown a copy of the warrant after the blood draw was complete Suzanne was released to our WJ staff for further medical treatment let come come over here for a second okay yeah it's no problem so basically what's going to happen now is that we have a search warrant for a blood drop okay so you're going to hang tight and the nursing staff is going to come they're going to withdraw your blood and then from that point onward they did it already I thought yeah but they didn't draw it for us so they got to draw for us after that happens you're you're basically out of our hands we don't we're not going to be here with you so you're basically all up you're turned over to the nursing staff here once they deem that you're good to leave then you're able to go and go wherever you want to go and need to go all right so just hang tight for us a few more minutes and once we'll square that away you're good all right I appreciate it and thank you yeah thank you her blood was analyzed by the New Jersey State Police office of forensic Sciences on March 20th 2024 and the results indicated a back of 0 point to 63% this was more than three times the legal limit of 0.08% so uh just let you know right you we basically did all this paperwork with you right read your Miranda Rights you chose that you want to speak to an attorney which is fine you can contact an attorney in regards to this uh blood draw it's out of your hands we have a warrant that we applied for that was approved by the assistant prosecutor and the superior court judge so the warrant for the blood draw is is happening kind of regardless you want to talk to a lawyer about after fact or during whatever it's completely up to you it's your decision but in regards of right now we're doing the blood draw and it's going to get done so and so the judge through the Democratic organization already said that they are allowing I don't know what his
