Usually we would have a breathalyzer statement off of. So I don't want to give you the wrong um the wrong information, but I'll I'll get back So unfortunately unfortunately you can't because there's a law that was passed called John's Law. Um, that's the reason why the car had to be impounded. Um, and pretty much what that states is anytime that you're in our custody under the influence, then you have to be held based off of the numbers. Yeah, it doesn't work like that though. You know what I mean? So you still you would still cuz we don't have numbers to base it off of.
