No, you are hurting me. My kids are away
from me at home. Please understand.
No.
No. I need someone to help me. I can't
do this.
No. Please help me. Acts of public
disorder and theft not only undermine
social harmony, but also highlight the
importance of fostering a sense of
personal responsibility. You don't have
a driver's license. I'm not playing this
game. Turn around. Put your hands
kidding me right now. Put your hands
behind your back. Are you kidding? No.
I'm being as serious as a
hard behind your back.
[ __ ] law school you went to. Do not kick
me. Do not kick me. You will take a
felony charge. Two women, one causing
disorder by driving without a valid
license and the other committing theft
are facing harsh public criticism for
their violations.
The incident occurred on September 15th,
2022 when a routine traffic stop quickly
escalated into an unexpected situation.
What really happened? Here's your ID
bag. All right. Do you have anyone that
could come pick up the car? Why? You
don't have a valid driver's license.
You're driving without a valid driver's
license. Why do I not have a valid
driver's license? You tell me. Your
license has been suspended. What are
those tickets that you just went past?
They're from July 4th. Yeah. What are
they for? We just went to court. Uhhuh.
All of them. They're all dismissed.
Okay. Do you see that one then? Yes.
What does that say? It was dismissed.
What does it say though on it? Driving
on a suspended. It was suspended the
night before. I have the paperwork, sir.
Just give me one sec. Okay. Do you have
someone that can come pick up the car?
I'm literally 5 seconds away from my
house. Can I park here and walk? You
can't park in the middle of the street.
You can walk. So, you don't have anyone
that can pick up the car now? No, I
don't. But I have proof that my If you
read this, this tells you that your
license is being suspended on July 5th
right here. So this was the July 6th. So
the system is still showing that your
license is suspended. Why is this? I
don't know. That's what you need to talk
to the DMV about, not me. It says FR
suspension, which is financial
responsibility. So that could be from
unpaid traffic ticket. It could be
insurance. It could be anything. Your
license is suspended. So you need to
take that up with the DMV. At this time
you're driving with I literally went to
court like last week. Okay. Well, I'm
not going to argue with you on the side
of the road. That's something you need
to take up with the DMV. But as of right
now, it shows that you have a valid
identification card. That's it. No valid
driver's license. Can you tell me any
more than the court could tell me then
what I need to do? No, I just told you
need to you need to contact the DMV. All
of paperwork right here. Okay. You need
to contact the DMV. Please just tell me
what I need to do. I am telling you what
you need to do. You need to contact the
DMV. As of right now, you have no one
that can come and get your vehicle. So,
your vehicle is going to be towed. 5
seconds away. You're driving on a uh you
don't have a valid driver's license. You
cannot drive. You should Why do I not
have a valid driver's license? That's
what you need to take up with the DMV.
Shouldn't you be able to tell me that? I
told you on my end, it shows you that
you your license is suspended. It says
that you have a financial responsibility
suspension. And I can't show you any
kind of proof. There's no proof other
than what it says on my computer screen.
Can you call like a a superior or
something? Because that's [ __ ] It's
not [ __ ] There is no supervisor is
going to come out for a suspended
license. Okay. Well, I'm gonna sit right
here till the supervisor comes because I
got paperwork out the ass right now. You
can't tell me why it is still suspended.
I just told you. I literally went to
court last week. All right. Can you look
at the subject in my call? It says that
she has a valid ID card only, no
driver's license. Um it says there was
FR suspension. Um, but then it says it
was reinstated the second the day after
it went into effect. The police informed
the woman that her driver's license was
suspended, but she insisted that the
issue had been resolved and presented
supporting documents. However, the DMV
system still recorded the suspension.
When the officer returned to his vehicle
to verify, the woman unexpectedly
examining instructed instructed to do
so. Just wait. Stay in the car for a
second.
Stay in the car. No.
Give me one second. Ball.
This is absurd. Listen to me. Nothing's
happening right this second. I need you
to sit back in the car. If you continue
to Listen to me. If you continue to
ignore me, I'll arrest you for
resisting. Sit in the car and we're
figuring it out. Sit in the car. Don't
get out of this car again. You're not.
Sit in the car. Sit in the car. That's
it. That's all you need to do. All due
respect. All you need to do is sit in
the car. I'm a professional just like
you are. I need you to sit in the car.
No disrespect. Like I said, if you get
out of this car again, I'll arrest you
for resistance. Just stand here. Can you
I am trying to if you let me. No, you're
not. You're walking away. Your license
um went into effect that it was
suspended on 75 2022. It was reinstate
listenated. Reinstated the next day on
76. As of right now, you do not have a
valid driver's license. It shows that on
the 18th, you went and purchased an ID
card for $27 for $25. Your actual
driver's license has not been
reinstated. All you have is a valid
Florida identification card. That's it.
What is the difference? I don't
understand. An identification card and
driver's license are aren't the same
thing. I am sitting on the side of the
road and seeking a um lawyer
representation. So, if you're talking to
an attorney, I'm not going to stand here
while you're talking to an attorney. You
can do that in your own time, but as of
right now, do you have anyone that can
come get the vehicle? The officer warned
her about resisting arrest. She
requested legal representation and
refused to comply with the officer's
orders. The police clarified that her
driver's license had not been reinstated
and that she had only been issued an ID
card. Nevertheless, she ignored their
explanation and continued questioning
them. All right. So then we You want to
go the criminal route to where you go to
jail for refusing to sign? Is that what
you're wishing? Refusing to sign. We're
refusing to sign a criminal citation.
You will go to jail for it. Yes. That is
criminal. Yes. It is a misdemeanor to
drive without valid. You will go to jail
for refusing kidding. Negative. You will
go to jail. You literally don't have
better [ __ ] to do right now. All right.
I'm not going to go back and forth with
you. Like I said, you have the option to
sign this or don't and you will go to
jail. If not, do you wish to sign this?
Step out for us. No. One more time. Can
I please get a representation? She's Do
you lie? Step out. If not, it's a
resisting arrest without violence or
violence. However you choose to resist.
No, I'm not. You're not going to hold
your finger up to me. Get out of the
car. We're not at court. Your attorney
means nothing to me right now. Step out
of the car. I've I've given you a lawful
order. That's fine. I've given you a
lawful order. Your attorney is
irrelevant to this. I'm not questioning
you. I'm not interrogating you. I have
yet to read you your rights. You are
asking me to get out of my That's a
lawful order. Get out of the car. Is
that a lawful order? Because I said so.
You don't have a driver's license. I'm
not playing this game. Turn around. Put
your hands. Are you kidding me right
now? Put your hands behind your back.
Are you kidding? No. I'm being as
serious as a
hard behind your back.
[ __ ] law school you went to. Do not kick
me. Do not kick me. You will take a
felony charge. When presented with
citations, she adamantly refused to sign
them despite being warned that her
refusal could lead to arrest. Tensions
escalated as she refused to leave her
vehicle, forcing the police to use
physical measures. Unexpectedly, she
became aggressive, struggling against
the officers and repeatedly kicking
them. Put your feet in. Hold on. Calm
yourself down. Are you kidding me? Oh,
nope. You just Are you kidding me? All
right, I kicked you both. Please show me
your wounds cuz I can show you mine. Are
you going to get in the car? No. I want
my lawyer. Oh god. Ow. Ow. You want a
lawyer? Well, when you get out of jail,
you can you can get one. Well, your
lawyer's not coming to my traffic stop.
How's that? No. My lawyer is coming to
the traffic stop, right? Are you kidding
me right now? I'm not getting kicked
anymore. He kicked you dumbass. Okay.
But I sure as [ __ ] did. And I got marks
on me to prove it. The situation did not
end there as the woman continued to
exhibit violent resistance, kicking and
punching the officers. Her actions not
only demonstrated a loss of
self-control, but also suggested signs
of psychological instability or stress
she might have been under.
There you go. Is there a seat belt so
she doesn't go take a header off into
the uh cement? Every time we come here,
someone kicks up.
[Applause]
Come on. Stand up. I'm trying to get
After being arrested and transported to
a hospital, the woman faced several
serious charges. Specifically, she was
charged with driving without a valid
license under Florida's statute
SS322.03, a misdemeanor punishable by up
to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.
Additionally, she was accused of
resisting arrest with violence under
Florida statute
SS 843.01.
More seriously assaulting law
enforcement officers under Florida
statute
SS784.07 could result in mandatory crime
and enhance penalties if injuries were
inflicted. These laws are designed to
ensure public safety and require drivers
to strictly comply with legal
requirements and cooperate with law
enforcement. This incident highlights
the importance of compliance during a
traffic stop. Whether one agrees with
the situation or not, the proper place
to resolve disputes is in court, not on
the
roadside. On July 4th, 2023 in Illinois,
police responded to a call about a
shoplifting incident in a store. Below
are the events captured on body cam
footage.
Still, everything good? I think she's
coming with me. John, the door is
closed. It's too late. Not quite. I
didn't do anything. So, go that way.
Go this way. Please, sir. I have
groceries and I have kids. Right now,
you're under arrest. You understand?
Let's go this way. Let's go this way.
Let go of you. No, I'm just asking him
to let go of me. Look, please let go of
the same. I just want him to let go.
Please don't. I'm just comply.
All you have to do I'm giving you a
lawful order. I'm giving you a lawful
order to come in here. All these people
are watching that you're disobeying a
lawful order. No, I understand what
you're saying. Step inside now. I can't
be under arrest. I have kids at home.
Step inside. Now you are resisting.
That's another charge. No. Step inside.
Stop it. You are under arrest.
The police negotiated, but the woman
refused to cooperate, denied theft,
pleaded for leniency, and disobeyed
orders. Despite explanations, she
resisted, citing her children and asking
to call her mother as her anxiety
escalated into panic, worsening the
situation.
Sir, no.
You're not going to do this to me. Stop.
You're me. Hey, I am a casemaker
defiator. I cannot get I am giving you a
lawful order. I am asking you to stop. I
didn't do anything wrong. Let's go to
our house. What's your Please stop
touching me. I'm walking out with my
girlfriend. You are not going anywhere.
Listen, I'm calling my No. Excuse me.
Stop it. I didn't do anything. Please. I
have to get homes to my kids.
No. No. If you please, I will turn
myself and you cannot [ __ ] me and do
this. I will. These are on your call.
Please. I was terrorized by officers. I
was And then they help me. I may have
given you a lawful order. Please, I want
my mom here. Please, just come on.
Please, I beg you. I beg my kids. Please
help me. Please help me. You don't
understand. You're making it worse. I
understand that, but you don't
understand what I'm saying. Sir, we're
fine. We have to do what we have to do.
I understand. I cannot be under arrest.
Please stand up. Please. No. Stand up.
Please don't hurt me. Okay. You got her
under control. She's getting hurt.
All you have to do is stand up.
Please understand. This is not fair. Can
I get you to stand up? Please. I will
stand up. Let me go. Stand up. This is
wrong. Stand up. It's not fair. Stand
up. There's nothing that happened.
So why are you doing this to me? Stand
up. Please listen to me. Nothing
happened. So I think for my kids,
everything would have been
fine. I have kids and I have better. But
I have a lawyer. It's not No, I
understand that. But I'm turning myself
in with my lawyer. I have You can call
it. Listen, let me talk. Do you think
that we want to do this right now? It's
a Fourth of July weekend. None of us
want to do this right now. Don't
interrupt me when I'm talking. None of
us want to do this. Can we stand you up?
Stand up.
Stand up. I'm going to help you stand
up. Stand up. None of us. None of us
want to do this.
We're placing you in handcuffs.
Handcuffs. Just sit there. Just take a
deep breath.
Please begging. She resisted fiercely,
forcing the police to use stronger
measures. Yet, she remained
non-compliant. She began crying and
begging, her tone filled with
desperation. The situation grew
increasingly tense as emotions
overpowered reason, making the incident
more challenging to handle. Left alone.
I didn't. Please leave me alone. You're
terrorizing my life right now. Nobody's
terrorizing. Unless you are my I have
kids at home and I have pets at home.
Well, then you and I'm trying to go
home. You made a poor decision. I didn't
do anything. Well, you she's saying you
did. She could say that. And that's and
that's where it's still my kids have to
go. Well, who was there to take care of
my kids? No. Please take care of these.
Stop. No. You are
insiulator go
off. I have a baby defiill. Stop. Put
your hand. No. Put your hands on
anybody. I got the bag. Please. I'm just
asking you to not cop me. I'm asking you
to not copy me. Please help me. Please.
Somebody help me. Someone help me. I
know, right? This is terrible. Like,
what did I do wrong? And look at all of
you. Wait, look. All of you. Look at all
your hurt. No, you are hurting me. My
hands are away from me at home. Okay,
step away from your home. Please
understand.
No.
No.
No. No. Please. I don't see. I need my
sister. Here, let me call my mom. I need
someone to help me. I can't do this.
No. Please help me. Please help me. Help
me. Help me. Somebody help me. Help me.
No, I can't. No, I can't.
All right. You have to walk, ma'am.
Okay. You want to go? Yeah. We need
one. Hold the car, please. These are way
too
We're adjusting them. We are adjusting
them. Okay, I don't feel good. Oh, they
were on there.
Despite the woman's pleas, tears, and
citing personal issues as reasons for
her inability to cooperate, the police
verified the valid arrest warrant and
proceeded with the arrest process in
accordance with the law. These two cases
are clear examples of the legal
consequences of failing to comply with
law enforcement and underscore the
importance of resolving disputes in
court rather than reacting during the
encounter. What do you think about how
the police handled these situations and
the actions of the individuals involved?

analyses.
Okay, you are going to be placed under
arrest for deer. Place your hands behind
your back. Do not resist me. Okay, place
your hands behind your back. I'm all
going away. Stop. Stop it. Don't resist
it. Stop it. Let's watch the body cam
footage and draw legal lessons from this
situation where an intoxicated woman was
resisting arrest. Through this, we can
learn about personal rights and
responsibilities and how to act in
similar
situations. On August 25th, 2022,
Florida deputies stopped a car for lane
changing violations. During a thorough
check, they noticed the suspect showing
signs of intoxication with a cooler in
the back seat. What followed was beyond
imagination. Hello. Hi. Hi, Deputy
Schwarz. I'm Sheriff
Charles. Yeah, I have. I do have
insurance, but I don't think I have one
yet. All right, hang on a car for me.
Stay in the car for me. Be right back.
drive
home. You want me to drive home? No, not
leaving your car here. You're in your
vehicle and I have to make sure you're
safe enough to drive in your current
condition cuz you were driving when I
made contact with you, right? Well, I
don't know why like me was me swerving
or something leaving your lane, driving
completely over the center lane of
travel. We're going to stand with our
feet together and our toes and our heels
together just like that. Can you see the
red tip of my finger right here? Okay.
You're going to follow with your eyes on
your eyes only. Okay.
We're not trained on DUI investments.
Well, I mean, I've been through a DUI.
It doesn't mean you're train.
I'm not arguing. I'm just saying I've
been through this. So, do you see the
stimulus? The red tip of my fingers. Cuz
sometimes cops [ __ ] with people and like
they I'm just saying like they do like
they have power over like other [ __ ]
Would you like to continue? I'm just
saying. So, I'm not saying you I'm just
saying you're
breaking and you had power over it like
other and it's not worth it. So, you
seen the road to this? Yeah. Okay. We're
gonna follow go up and down now. Okay.
The officer explained that they pulled
the woman over because she was driving
in the wrong lane. Furthermore, she
appeared to show signs of intoxication
and began arguing with the officers. At
this point, the officers conducted a
field sobriety test.
I pulled you over at a gas station.
There's no lines in our immediate area.
We can relocate over there. That's a
normal line though. Like a street line.
We can go on the street. I would not
like to go on the street. I'd like to go
right there. There's a yellow line right
there. I can't go on the street though.
It's not safe. That's a standard line
though. Yay. Anyone at anything? Y'all
will get anyone for any little thing
they [ __ ] up on. So, let's go on the
street then cuz I don't care about We
could do We could use an imaginary line
right here. Are you okay with that?
Well, we No, actually we can do
imaginary line cuz then y'all going to
No, we can't do that. No, we can't do
that. It's not a line. It's under line.
Don't one little step off like a normal
line. Okay, we're not I hope that we
don't I hope we're not at an imp pass
here. We have a solid yellow line right
there. It's about the width that we
need. Okay. Or we can use an imaginary
line right there. It's not the same as
that. It's not the same It's not the
same as that line though on the street
though. But if I if I still [ __ ] up on
that line, you can take me to jail. Not
dumb. I've been through this. I've been
through this dumb ass [ __ ] Would you
like to continue or like to move on to
another?
We're not going out into the street. We
can either use this yellow line right
there or use one of these yellow lines
right here. Why? That's That's the
normal line you do it on. Or we could
use an imaginary line right here. See,
right here, I've given you three
options. The woman who had a prior
history of DUI attempted excuses to
avoid being arrested again and argued
with the officers about using a sidewalk
instead of an imaginary line to perform
the sobriety test. This argument lasted
nearly 2 minutes, and I can only say
that the patience of these officers was
truly remarkable.
break my neck. How far you need? About
45 about 45°. You're making up cuz when
I remind you I assure you that other
cops. I'm just asking. I'm just asking.
Standardized field spotty task. Okay.
But but my spory test. It wasn't like
this though. It's a standardized field.
Okay. Standardized field spory task.
Okay. So again, when you're ready, we're
going to move on. So when you ready the
last one? Yes. Okay. Close your eyes
until you're back. Okay. You don't have
to bend over backwards. That's a little
far. Okay. Pop about 45°. Just like
that. Okay. Right. Finger to my nose.
Right. Right. Let me tell you which
finger I use. Okay. Okay. Eyes closed.
Right. Or eyes open. Eyes closed the
entire time. Are you ready? Yep. I'm
ready.
Left,
right, and
left. You're all done.
Okay. You are going to be placed under
us for D. Place your hands behind your
back. Do not resist me. Okay. Place your
hands behind your back. Am I all
different?
The woman continued with the sobriety
test, but as expected, she failed. After
reviewing the results and assessing her
condition, the officers decided to
arrest her for driving under the
influence. The DUI law in Florida is
detailed in section
316.193 of the Florida statutes. It
states that driving with a blood alcohol
content of 0.08% 08% or higher is
illegal. Penalties are harsher for
repeat offenses and aggravating factors
such as having a child in the car or
causing an accident leading to serious
injury.
Stop it. Stop it. Put your hands
together.
Are they charging? You're getting
resistance. Stay back. I'm not either.
Stay back. She's getting charged with
you. I did everything wrong. I did
everything wrong.
Stop.
Good luck.
Like a gun. Walked to the back of the
car. Stop. I did everything. I did
everything with a file.
I'm on probation. Mom, violation, too.
Seriously, your car. At this point, the
woman resisted arrest, not standing
still for the officers to handcuff her,
making it harder for them. It took two
officers to subdue her and place her in
the police car. Okay. You need anything
from me? No. First, let's check her.
That's [ __ ] I didn't get I tried to
walk up nicely. I tried to walk. Step
out. Why? Cuz I think you undid your
cuffs. Step out. Why the matter? Cuz I'm
checking your handcuffs now. Turn that
way.
Yeah. Yeah, good. Let go of me. Then let
go of me.
I'm not resisting.
Pulling away is resisting. She's a Nat's
ass away from going for obstruction.
Really? That's how she takes another
foot. Why do you Why do you hold the
right Why you get out my car,
right? I passed everything. I passed
everything now. I passed everything
though. So I passed. I passed though.
Why? But I passed. But I passed. So why
can't I talk to my mom? I didn't talk to
her for one [ __ ] second. Let me talk
to her then. Let me talk to her. [ __ ]
Let me talk to her. I have a seat. Yo,
get her on my car. Get in the car. Get
in the car. Please. Mom, get in the car.
Please.
Suspecting that the handcuffs had been
removed. The officers returned to check,
but once again, the woman was
uncooperative. This time worse than
before, with yelling and demanding to
talk to her mother. According to section
843.02
02 of the Florida statutes obstructing
or resisting a public officer's duties
without using veligal and can lead to
misdemeanor charges with penalties
including fines or imprisonment.
Therefore, when dealing with the police,
remain calm and respectful to avoid
tension and misunderstandings. If your
rights are violated, comply with orders
first, then seek legal advice or file a
complaint to resolve the issue. I'll
send you the toe sheet. All right.
She reeks of alcohol. Why would I go to
field right alcohol? Cuz I'm going to
tell you right now she did. He's a
[ __ ] [ __ ] Strong armed her and
you witnessed it all and you seen it.
Yes. Cuz she resisted. No. No. She did
not resist and then all she is going to
check out. That's why he just checked
her. Do you want to listen or you want
to keep talking? Too tight. That's why
he checked. Resisting is pulling,
pushing, anything active like that. She
had active resistance against him. No,
he didn't. Come on. Her [ __ ] sides.
He's [ __ ] up. 90 lb. If I have you in
handcuffs and you're pulling away,
preventing me from putting you in
handcuffs. You know what he's pulling
away from? That's why I just checked him
again. They weren't tight. She said she
slipped out of them. [ __ ] She
slipped out of them. It's all over him.
Yeah. And she wasn't okay. He strung the
[ __ ] out of her. He threw her up against
the back. [ __ ] did all this [ __ ] to
her. I watched it. And you stood there
and witnessed it, too. Yeah. I helped
him take her into custody. [ __ ] One
must say the mother and daughter share
striking similarities. After subduing
the woman, the police talked to her
mother who argued whether her daughter
deserved to be arrested. If these
individuals behave so poorly towards the
police when breaking the law, imagine
how unbearable they might be towards
ordinary
citizens. In the end, the suspect
pleaded guilty to charges of DUI,
resisting arrest, possessing alcohol
under 21, and refusing a test. She was
sentenced to one year of probation, a
one-year driver's license suspension,
and 50 hours of community
service. This story serves as a lesson
about the severe consequences of driving
under the influence. It reminds us of
our personal responsibility when
driving. Always respect traffic laws and
understand that every action has
consequences, helping to prevent
unnecessary trouble and harm.
Actually, you know what? Drunk out of
your yard. What? Drunk and disorderly.
Well, that would be from Allegent. I'm
going to have a cigarette or you can
arrest me right now. You have no right
to be doing this. Stop. Stop. You are
under arrest. Now you're resisting. You
are resisting. Why am I resisting?
Because you are fighting. On February
15th, 2024, a Charlotte County Sheriff's
deputy responded to a report of an
unruly, intoxicated passenger aboard a
flight. My ears are plugged.
Go ahead. Go.
I'm not being mean. I just said,
"Okay,
here. Come with me. We're going to go
that way."
apply. Quit [ __ ] Come on. Come on.
You're You're in a secure area. Come on.
I'm Sergeant Marshall. I work for the
Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.
And what is the problem? Sir, that way.
That way.
Go. Who started it?
Let me have your ID. Hey, you can go
ahead. No.
Yeah. Until you tell me. I'm going to
arrest you if you don't give me your ID.
Actually, you know what? Drunk your
yard. What? Drunk and disorderly. Well,
that would be from Allegiance. I didn't
give you the drinks. I'm not drunk.
Marcy,
Marcy, just give me our demon. Go home.
Let's go. Come on. This all started
because of you. There's nothing. I just
need your information. Exactly right.
Are you her? What's her name? Marcy.
Stop it. No, the recipe. I may I welcome
it. I may. Don't touch it. I welcome it.
Do not touch it cuz I have it all on
video. What's her first name? The woman
is seen refusing to follow basic
instructions. Despite the officer's
polite attempts to communicate, the
situation quickly spiraled into
confrontation. The officer requested the
woman's ID to properly identify her and
proceed with the incident report, but
she refused. While the husband tried to
cooperate and give information to the
police, the woman became frustrated and
angry and left. Ma'am, stop it. Stop.
You know what? I've been waiting for
five hours to have a cigarette. Stop.
Arrest me. Stop. Arrest me. It all
started. As soon as we What? Your mouth.
As soon as we get this over with, you'll
be able to go get your stuff and you'll
be able to leave. Go home.
I don't even care. Give me your ID. M

his ass all night. So I need to identify
her and I'm not going to let No, I would
like to know. Stop what I did. Marcy

cigarette. Ma'am, I'm going to have a
cigarette or you can arrest me right
now. You have no right to be doing this.
Tell me. You're not identifi You're not
identifying yourself.
Give me your goddamn ID. I just ordered
you to. That's the place. One last
chance. One last chance. Look at me.
Just leave her be. Leave her. Okay,
good. Take her. Put your stuff down. You
have stuff down. Turn around. Turn
around. No deal, Marcy. You're an

An officer repeatedly asked a woman for
her identification while her husband
urged her to comply. Despite warnings of
arrest, she refused, growing
increasingly erratic and verbally
abusive, accusing the officer of little
man syndrome and mocking his authority.
At one point, she defiantly said, "Arest
me. I welcome it."
You're under arrest. Yep.
You didn't even tell me what the problem
was. I I explained to you three or four
different times. You never said what the
problem was. I hope you're happy.
300 central. I'm going to have a white
female under arrest. Now, can I have a
cigarette? No.
Come
on. You little man syndrome.
Little man syndrome. Let's go. Oh, let's
show it off.
Because they over served me on Allegant.
Cuz they over served me on Allegent. Now
you want to arrest me. How does that
look for Allegent? You're pissing me
off. Don't you squeeze my arm like that.
I tell Oh, the princess that will be
there. Let go of me. You're being son of
a [ __ ]
402 on the airport. 300 402. I'm by my
office. I'm I'm causing a scene. Yeah,
my wrists are being bruised.
Stop. Stop. You are under arrest now.
You're resisting. You are resisting. How
am I resisting? Because you are fighting
me. How am I fighting you? You're
fighting. I'm right here against the
door. So, why are you getting right here
against the door? Stop. How am I
resisting? Relax. Relax. Yeah. Well,
fortunately, you're going to be doing
your first part of the vacation in our
jail. Yeah, of course. Because can't
wait to get in front of that judge cuz
my phone is still recording. That's
fine. And the bruises. That's fine. Oh,
there will be in the morning. You really
have to hold me like that. Yes. Really?
You're pulling away. I And your hands
are behind your back. I don't want you
to as you hold me like that. Yes. You
wait till the door so we can go through
that way. You wait. Even in handcuffs,
the woman remained combative, verbally
abusing officers and making baseless
mistreatment claim. Despite repeated
explanations of her charges, she
demanded to know why she was treated
harshly.
She's extremely intoxicated. Actually,
I'm not. Okay. Just relax. I'm not going
to be alone with you. Let's go through
here. I'm not being alone with you in a
grill. Just need her transported. Yeah,
we'll take care of it. I don't even know
her name yet. Handle. Let's go. You're
being under You're under arrest for
disorderly intoxication from the
airplane. Yes. After they served me. No,
I'm not going alone with you. You're not
going with me. I'm not going with him.
You're going with him. I said I haven't
searched you. I'm not putting it back
there. I'm going through your stuff to
get your ID. No. No. You have no right.
I want an attorney. You have no right.
Sit in the car. I said get in the car.
Are youing kidding me? You're an
[ __ ] You want to loosen these a
little bit? You do not.
As the officer escorted her through the
airport, the woman bered him, accusing
him of bruising her wrists and causing
unnecessary harm. She repeatedly
insisted she had done nothing wrong,
blaming the airline, Allegent, for over
serving her alcohol during the flight.
They overs served me on Allegent. Now I
get arrested for it.
Nobody else complained on the plane but
the one stewart asked because she was in
mad when I said don't pull your hair
down and shake it like that that I have
a video of. I want to go to my hotel.
Okay. And you know what? Allegant and
your ass will be sued. We come here for
vacation and we end up with this. Yeah.
Okay.
Your ass will be sued. I'll tell you
that right now.
I already said attorney. I want an
attorney. During her transport to jail,
the woman continued her Trodat, accusing
the officers of misconduct. She demanded
an attorney and insisted that her rights
were being violated, claiming wrongful
arrest. The woman's actions at the
airport resulted in her facing charges
for two significant legal violations.
The first charge, disorderly
intoxication, is defined under Florida
statutes, chapter 856, section
856.011. In this case, the woman's
disruptive behavior in a busy public
space posed a risk to both public safety
and order. The legal penalties for
disorderly intoxication include up to 60
days in jail and fines of up to
$500.
The second charge, resisting an officer
without violence, is outlined in Florida
statutes, chapter
843, section
843.02. The woman's refusal to provide
identification combined with her
defiance during the arrest process met
the criteria for this charge. Resisting
an officer without violence is
classified as a firstdegree misdemeanor,
which carries a more severe penalty of
up to one year in jail and fines of up
to
$1,000. In both cases, the woman's
actions not only prolonged the incident,
but also deepened the legal consequences
she now
faces. This case highlights the
importance of mutual respect and
cooperation with law enforcement to
ensure public safety and order. Adhering
to the law is crucial in creating a just
and harmonious society where everyone
can feel secure. What are your thoughts

No, I I want you to put me. You get me.
That's fine. You hit the Oh, you want me
to put my hands on yet? I stepped on
your toe. It's on footage. It's on
footage. A woman was driving against
traffic, ignoring police requests to
reverse and comply with traffic laws.
Despite being asked politely to
cooperate, she grew increasingly
resistant. Repeated warnings had no
effect, and the confrontation escalated
what would happen next. You cannot go
this way. Ma'am. Ma'am, you can't go
this way. No, you're not. You're going
to get You're going to make You're going
to park over there. No, you're not. You
have to back up. I'm telling you, you
are not. No, you are not. You are going
to reverse and go the right way. You're
driving the wrong way on the wrong side
of the road. All the What people? Ma'am,
your your nose your nose on with
somebody right now. Please turn around
and go this way. Ma'am, there are
children on the roadway. Please make a
U-turn and go this way. Please. Please
reverse and go this way. Please.
Please go that way. Ma'am, we need a
spot over here. Yes.
Restoration hardware.
We have a vehicle that's going the wrong
way. Refusing to turn around. Right
there. Ma'am, if you don't move your car
when a police car gets here, we're going
to remove you from your vehicle and take
you to Palm Beach County Jail. Onto this
roadway. Can I just No, you can't. No,
you cannot. You either go that way.
The police cautiously approached, asking
the woman to turn her car around to
avoid danger. When she refused and
ignored legal warnings, the officers
remained calm. After backup arrived and
she resisted getting out of the car,
they had to forcibly remove her,
handcuff her, and place her under
arrest. All recorded on body cameras to
ensure transparency.
You have to back up and go the proper
way. Step out of the car, please. Step
out of the car, please. Step out of the
car over here.
[Applause]
You don't have a press or what? Yeah.
What?
And we'll have one.
You're arresting me for what?
For what? My dog
needs food.
The woman became increasingly hostile,
repeatedly demanding to be released,
claiming she had to go home to feed her
dog while ignoring police orders. She
yelled insults and accused the officers
of wasting their time. When restrained,
she accused the officers of hurting her
and even made baseless claims against
them. I'm breaking here.
Break. Are you [ __ ] You are wasting
your [ __ ] time. so hardcore. You are
wing your time. You're putting me in
[ __ ] handcuffs. Like, I need to go
home to my car. You were given plenty of
opportunities to comply. No, I came up
and said for you to go. You were going
to go to jail when the car got here.
When the car got here. Well, I want to
go. It's too late now. Well,
unfortunately, at some point, we listen
to me. You're the one taking them.
[ __ ] kidding me right now. Are you
[ __ ] Unfortunately, everything is on
camera. Everything you're saying has
been I don't give a [ __ ] I can't get in
trouble. Please, please, please, please,
please, please.
I don't want to do this together. So, we
got to go. I have nothing on me. Like,
please let me [ __ ] go. After being
handcuffed, the woman continued her
aggressive behavior, accusing the police
of humiliating her and refusing a
sobriety test. She stepped on an
officer's foot, leading to an assault
charge despite being given multiple
chances to deescalate. Her actions only
worsened the situation, turning a simple
traffic stop into a criminal case. Okay.
Well, because you don't understand, I'm
not going to ask you any other questions
that will incriminate. do the
observations of the officer that stopped
you. Can I do my Can I do my test? Well,
they're not tests. They're tasks. Okay.
If I didn't have this, okay, can you
listen to me? Do I can't do anything
with my ears? He's speaking to you. Can
you listen to him? He's been nothing but
respectful. Just listen. I am going to
offer you the opportunity to perform the
field sobriety test, which does require
the handcuffs to come off. I have to
give you the same thing I give everyone
that I You are humiliating me. Now in
front of my job like I I'm not doing I'm
not doing anything now. No, this is
really bad. I have to ask you. This is
really bad. This is really facing the
wrong way. Sarah, the only one making a
scene right now is you. So listen, get
this off where we can have a
conversation. Why am I sitting in the
goddamn middle of the road because you
drove your car?
I'm literally I'm
going to You want me to get the uh Okay.
He's No, he's come out the back. He's
hurting me. He's hurting me. He's
hurting me. He's He's He's doing
something. No, you better [ __ ] tell
him. You're in his face.
Sarah, can you stop? Okay. See, we're
not doing that in the field of Freddy's.
You're right now. You're under arrest
for DUI. Yes, you are. You just stomped
his foot. That's battery. All right. Put
her in the back of that car. Put her in
the back of that car. You just stepped
on
my You just told him. Oh my Jesus. She's
out of the car. She's out of the car.
She's out of the car. She's out of the
car. She's out of the car. She's out of
the car.
You guys are
so tired. We're good. We're good. That
hurts.
Pull it. There you go. No. Tighter.
Tighter. There. Pull it. There you go.
All right.
The woman was arrested on multiple
charges, including DUI resisting arrest,
assaulting an officer, and failing to
obey police commands. Her refusal to
take a sobriety test automatically
resulted in a license suspension under
Florida law. After being detained, her
continued aggressive behavior prolonged
the legal process and heightened the
severity of the case, escalating it from
a minor traffic violation to a serious
criminal offense.
investigate. What happened? Okay. Well,
he's getting thrown under the bus. Okay.
You That's fine. You what? What
happened? He has body cam footage. Well,
I'm going to review his footage
afterwards, but I want to hear it from
your from your words, your description,
so I can hear your side of it and not
just take their side. I want to hear
your side as well. Okay. I'm going to
cry. Sorry. Um I made the wrong
decision, too. I was leaving um I was
leaving
Okobee. I should have just kept going
straight. So I made a wrong decision.
There was a protest going on which Yeah.
He's here because I don't have a body
camera. My camera's on. I'm so he can
record my discussion with you. That's
the only reason why he's here. Okay. So
just focus on me and tell me why. Okay.
So, I made the wrong decision to stop in
that um or the intersection. Okay.
And then they told me to go somewhere
else, but then it got a little bit
violent, which I think your friend can
tell you. I don't like the way that he
was with me physically. Okay. What?
What? Describe what you did physically.
Well, I can't get up. No, you can stand
up. Just don't come up. No, I'm just
saying so we don't have to laugh. Okay.
Well, I'm just letting you know that
like I'm not I'm not He [ __ ] put my
arms back here.
The woman now faces serious
consequences, including a one-year
license suspension and a DUI conviction
that could lead to fines, community
service, or jail time. The most serious
charge is assaulting a police officer,
which could result in imprisonment and a
permanent criminal record. Her lack of
cooperation only worsen the situation,
could lead to harsher penalties. Um, I
will, but I would like first for you to
let me know what I'm being charged with.
Uh, battery on a law enforcement
officer. You stepped on my foot. Okay.
I'm telling you. Yes. It's on camera.
We're not debating about this. You
asked. Okay. You look like a newbie.
It's okay. It's okay. Yep. And I know
what I've seen and I know what happened.
So stepped on your feet. All right.
Stand up. You asked. You got your
answers.
I'm going to have to I'm going to have
to put them on you. Make your choice.
Please. Please stand up. Please chill.
It's okay. I get it, man. Please stand
up. Just please stand up. Put your hand
on your back for me.
No. I I want you to put them on me. I'll
put them. You get the [ __ ] away from me.
That's fine. You get the [ __ ] Are you
having me put my hands on me? No. No. I
want you to put your hands on your back.
Just Thank you. No. I've never done this
before. I stepped on your toe.
It's on footage. It's on footage. You
asked. I told you.
You are ruining my life. And guess what?
I didn't do anything. Oh, no. You You
made your choices. That's it. Can you
put your hands as if you're praying so
it don't hurt you? I said you're praying
so your wrist don't hurt. Put your hands
like this. I don't have underwear and
I'm not going to jail without underwear.
So, can you find somewhere?
In this case, the suspect violated
several key Florida statutes. First, her
refusal to submit to a lawful
breathalyzer test is governed by Florida
statute
316.1932, which mandates that any driver
lawfully arrested for DUI must comply
with breath, urine, or blood tests with
failure to submit resulting in an
automatic suspension of the driver's
license for one year for a first refusal
and 18 months for subsequent refusals.
Refusal to comply with the test is also
classified as a misdemeanor offense
under Florida statute
316.1939 subjecting the violator to
criminal prosecution. More seriously,
the suspect committed battery on a law
enforcement officer which is outlined in
Florida statute 784.07.
This statute elevates the offense to a
thirdderee felony when battery is
committed against an officer in the line
of duty, punishable by up to 5 years in
prison, 5 years of probation, and a fine
of up to
$5,000. Despite the seemingly minor
nature of the physical contact, such as
stomping on an officer's foot, Florida
law takes any violence against law
enforcement very seriously.
Additionally, her refusal to exit the
vehicle and comply with officers
constitutes resisting an officer without
violence, a firstderee misdemeanor
governed by Florida statute
843.02, carrying penalties of up to one
year in jail, one year of probation, and
a fine of up to
$1,000. From a legal perspective, her
failure to comply with these laws
escalated a routine traffic stop into a
felony case, highlighting the importance
of adhering to lawful commands during
police
encounters. This case highlights the
importance of complying with police
instructions. Instead of receiving a
ticket, the woman now faces assault
charges, turning the incident into a
serious criminal case with severe
penalties. It serves as a warning about
the legal consequences of
non-compliance.
He's married. That's literally what
honestly that's the truth. That's what
happened. He's married. All right. I
mean, you're bleeding from your head
right now, so I got to do No, she didn't
bite me in the head. But how did that
happen? What happened? Um uh it's my
birthday tomorrow. You can look at my
What about my bite marks that I have on
me? I'm sorry. On my left, on my right
arm. Officers responded to a bar
disturbance where a woman allegedly
assaulted her boyfriend, leaving him
with visible injuries and bleeding.
Curiously, multiple witnesses confirmed
she was the aggressor. What sparked this
violent outburst? Enough. Hey, go over
there.
Ma'am, have a seat over here. What's
going on?
Not the way you're straight. She's just
kind of okay right now. Yeah, she's been
like smoking me, dude, the whole [ __ ]
time. Why?
She thinks that there's a whole lot of
[ __ ] going on over here, but it's But it
but it's not. It's her birthday's
tomorrow, so she's a little drunk. Are
your wife married? You can ask her that.
Married girlfriend? Your girlfriend?
Okay. You got Did you see me over there?
When she smoked me? I was like, I don't.
Okay. Do you need rescue to come check
you out? You sure you don't need any
kind of rescue? No, I just wanted her to
be okay. And I Is that right there? Are
you bleeding from anywhere else or just
the top of your head? Um, no. Just my
hand. She got me on the [ __ ] ear. You
probably saw that right as you pulled
up. Okay. Well, I think you were
probably bleeding before that, too. It's
her birthday tomorrow, so I understand.
So, tell me what happened.
Upon arrival, officers witnessed the
woman physically assaulting the man who
had visible injuries. The officers
quickly intervened and separated the
couple. The man, who was bleeding from
the head and had bite marks on his arms,
downplayed the situation, insisting that
it was his girlfriend's birthday, and
she had been drinking heavily.
Um, he's married and we came here
together. I'm here with him and his best
friend, Joe. I'm trying to find Joe
because he has my hotel room. I don't I
don't know. I just I I want to get away.
That's literally what honestly that's
the truth. That's what happened. He's
married. No, no, no, no. I want you to
look at my ID. I'll hang on to that.
Thank you. I just want to leave. I just
want to get my um Yeah, but he's
married. I just don't want to be here
anymore. But he's married. His wife
doesn't even know. He's cheating on his
wife. Me and a million other people. And
our friends over and our friends are
over there. And all of a sudden they're
like, you know, you know, she haven't
had to pay for a thing back. I got I was
like, "Honey, show the hell." She was
like, she was like, "I got like [ __ ]
blood." Yeah, that's [ __ ] I mean, I
see you got some cuz that's Yeah, but
that's not No, I see that. But hold your
hand this way for me. Do you need an
ambulance? No, I don't need anything. I
just my [ __ ] His friend has our hotel
room. Okay, let's hold off on a second.
for a second. And uh
while being questioned, the woman
repeatedly stressed that the man was
married, seemingly trying to shift the
blame and paint a negative picture of
him in the eyes of the officers. But
here's the twist through her tears. She
insisted she was innocent, claiming she
had done nothing wrong.
What happened today?
Why did she start biting you? Oh, it's
just a whole That's not normal. It's
just a whole lot of drunkenness is what
I don't want to get her in trouble. How
many times did she bite you?
Cuz I got to do a report no matter what.
Well, I I mean All right. I mean, you're
bleeding from your head right now, so I
got to do No, she didn't bite me in the
head. But how did that happen? Uh she
was a punch. Okay. So, you think it was
just one punch to the head? Cuz I'm
going to speak with her afterwards, and
I'm sure we've got people that have been
sitting around here that have saw what
happened.
The man sustained multiple injuries,
including bite marks and cuts.
Remarkably, he even attempted to
deescalate the situation, which could
play a significant role in reducing the
woman's guilt. But what led to such a
violent confrontation in the first
place?
So, what I just I called because I came
in on my bike and I was going back here
to park my bike behind Kevin and I saw
him bleeding. When I got back to here,
somebody pushed somebody into that fence
cuz I had definitely heard that. And I
stopped and came around the corner. I
don't know what she's saying, but she
she was like smacking him in the head.
She was biting him in the arm. Like she
was definitely like the aggressor from
what I saw. But that's when I called
because he kept trying to walk away and
she kept grabbing him like she would
bite him like on the arm and then she'd
like, "Would you mind steing out a
witness statement for me?"
Witnesses at the scene reported that the
woman had been grabbing, biting, and
hitting the man throughout the
altercation while the man repeatedly
tried to distance him from her and avoid
further confrontation.
Um, uh, it's my birthday tomorrow. You
can look at my ID.
Uh, we were coming here. Me, Ryan.
The woman appeared visibly upset,
frequently interrupting the officers and
demanding explanations. She repeatedly
mentioned that her birthday was the next
day and expressed frustration over the
fact that her boyfriend was married,
which seemed to be the source of her
anger and distress.
Are you serious? Yes, ma'am. What about
my bite marks that I have on me? I'm
sorry. On my left on my right
arm. On my right arm.
No, I had I told them I had [ __ ] on my
Ryan. Step back. I'll I'll explain it to
you here real quick. 83. I got 115
female.
All right. Right
now, we're going to sit down in the
backseat of the car real quick. Okay.
You didn't even see my arm. I don't It's
not even like that.
Okay. Do you have anything illegal in
your person? I'm asking you. Yes, sir.
I'm sorry. Do you have any kind of
weapons? Anything that No, absolutely
not. I just came back. I just flew in
from DC. Okay. Have a seat in here for
me. Okay. Yes, sir. Just watch your
head.
The woman remained distressed during her
arrest, repeatedly asking officers about
the legal process and pleading to return
to her hotel. Despite her confusion, she
was taken to the county jail where she
would stay until her hearing the next
morning. Fearful of being jailed for the
first time, she questioned how long
she'd be held and whether other inmates
might harm
[Laughter]
her. I've never been in this situation.
I don't know what's happening. Okay,
right now. You're freaking me out right
now. I just want to get my
stuff.
Please, officer. You said you were going
to talk to me. What's going on? But
you're not even talking to me. I just
want to I'll go back. I'll go back to
DC. It's my birthday tomorrow. But you
said you would talk to me. You lied. You
promised me you would. You didn't tell
me anything. It's my birthday tomorrow.
I don't I don't want these problems. I
just want to go back home. I promise.
What does that mean?
For how long? What does that mean? I've
never even been to court before. Huh?
I've never been to jail. I swear. What's
happening? I don't want to. I just I'll
go I'll go back to DC. You guys can put
me on the next flight. So, I'm Am I
going to be with other people there? Are
they going to [ __ ] hurt me? What's
going on?
The woman was charged with battery under
Florida statute
784.03. Florida's domestic violence laws
governed by Florida statute
741.28 mandate an arrest in any case
where officers observe or reasonably
believe that an act of domestic violence
has occurred. This applies even when the
victim does not press
charges. In domestic violence
situations, the law requires the arrest
of the primary aggressor if injuries are
present. This ensures that perpetrators
of violence are held accountable even
when victims out of fear, love, or other
reasons choose not to pursue legal
action. Battery is classified as a
firstdegree misdemeanor in the Florida
and the penalties can include up to one
year in jail, probation, and fines of up
to
$1,000. In cases involving domestic
violence, there may also be mandatory
counseling or anger management programs.
If convicted, the woman could face these
legal consequences in addition to the
social and personal ramifications of her
actions.
This case underscores the importance of
respecting law enforcement to maintain
public safety and order. Following the
law is key to building a just society
where everyone feels secure. Share your

Mom, I got in a car wreck and um they're
arresting me. So I
It's a crash.
Okay.
I understand something. Okay. Okay. You
understand? I understand. A routine
traffic stop unexpectedly became tense
as this DUI incident quickly escalated.
Initially, the police simply pulled the
vehicle over to check documents, but
things quickly took a turn for the
worse. Let's delve into the full story
to uncover what really
happened. On November 11th, 2020, the
police received a call about a car
accident and the suspect attempted to
leave the scene. When the police
arrived, they approached the suspect,
later identified as Kelly.
Okay. Yeah. There you go. Thank you.
Thank you. So, you explain to me what
happened. Um, the sun was in my eyes and
I was blinded and I and I I I I hit
something and I pulled over and I'm so
sorry. Oh, no. That's okay. That's all
right. So, you were you right here, man?
Yes, I was. I was coming up this way.
So, you were going back west? Yeah. I I
live on UNICE and I was just going home.
Yes, ma'am. You got your license,
insurance, and registration? I sure do.
Here's this.
Okay. You have to have your insurance by
chance. It's on my phone. I progressive.
Okay. Focus on one thing at a time.
Okay. I I I'm sorry. I'm very much
trying to. I really am. You're doing
just fine. You're doing just fine.
Can you find me your policy number?
That's what I need. I just need your Let
me have it. I'm just Where was you
coming from? Um I I had to go um pay my
down at the city. I was just coming back
up. I'm okay.
How are y'all? There's both y'all in the
truck. Uh, no. I just get some work. Oh,
okay. You have to have your license,
insurance, and registration on you. If
you want your truck, if you want, you
can come back around here and just pull
it in here. It'll be just fine. Sorry.
No, you're
fine. Let me let me go get all this
stuff put in the system and everything.
The witness said that you were going
northbound and as you started to cross
the intersection, she ran stop sign. Is
that your recollection of things? Cuz
that's what the witness was saying. Do
you remember about where you was within
the intersection?
That spot. The woman still provided
documents to the police when asked, but
her behavior seemed very strange, as if
she was trying to hide something from
the officers, which somewhat aroused
their suspicion. The police then
interviewed the victims to obtain an
accurate account of the incident. Have
you consumed any intoxicating beverages
today or drugs? No. Never. None. Not
bad. I had a good glass of wine at
lunch, but that was hours ago. I I I am
completely fine. I I couldn't see the
room with my eyes. I'm so sorry. No,
it's okay. It's all right. I I I showed
her all my things. Like I I'm very like
I'm very transparent. Like I was not
trying to do anything bad. I think a
crash it it it happens. Okay. That's why
they call them accidents. Okay. Real
quick and I'll be right back. Okay.
You're more welcome to sit in your
vehicle. I'm going to get you a tow
truck on the way. My car still runs. I'm
fine. I'm just going to drive it home.
Are you sure? I I'm I'm fine. Just want
to make sure you're okay. I I just the
lady who killed her kid her very kid
with small like has the same name gives
me anxiety. I'm sorry. I'm I'm very
sorry. No, no, no. You're fine. You're
fine. Let me let me go put this up and
I'll go finish explaining to you. Okay.
Why don't you follow the tip of my
finger with your eyes? Your eyes only
and don't move your head. Do you
understand? You understand? Yes. Okay.
Sorry. I'm sorry. Can I blink? Can I
blink? No, it's fine. That was like a
long time. I'm sorry. No, you're fine.
I'm trying my best.
to to do whatever you need me to do. I'm
very sorry. Falling up on me. One more
time. I move my head. I'm sorry.
Up and down got me. I was like, I moved
my head. I was like, I'm so sorry.
Ready? All right. One more time. Kelly
told the police that she had only had
one glass of wine a few hours earlier
and blamed the sunlight for her losing
control. However, her story didn't match
up because she smelled of alcohol. When
confronted with this information, Kelly
had a panic attack. It It's It's right
there. I mean, I Can I take a
breathalyzer? Yes, ma'am. We will give
you a breathalyzer. I will give you the
option. I I I feel like I It's not I'll
give you the option to take a
breathalyzer. Yes, ma'am. If it's below
008, can I go? No, ma'am. No, I won't be
able to release you. That'll be up to a
judge. But if it's under the it's in the
state of New Mexico, that is per say at
008. Okay.
008 is the legal limit. Understand that.
I I I do, but I mean I I admit to having
a glass of oil at I'm going to be
honest. I am not I'm not here to judge
you. Yeah. That's not the past. That's
not my job. Okay. My job is to
investigate what has happened. Okay. And
what I see. Please. Just can we can you
just take Can I just go home, please?
No. No. Okay. So, now we're going down a
road that could result in
more charges if you get to the point
where you're bribing me. So, let's not
do that. I'm not I'm not like Jared
Sorz. I mean, can can something happen?
I mean, who's who's Jared for? Do you
want to leave these in your car? You
want to take them with you? My kids are
at home. Please, please do. Please don't
do this. Listen to me. I'm trying my
best. You want to take your phone? I'm
doing my best. Yes, sir. Just cooperate
with me, okay? Do you want to take your
phone? I'm I'm I'm not trying to not
cooperate. As if the situation wasn't
already complicated enough, while trying
to appear as a victim, Kelly's arrogance
became apparent when she actually
attempted to bribe the police. Another
notable point is that Kelly seemed able
to switch from anxiety to panic quickly,
like flipping a switch. Bribing police
officers is outlined in both federal and
state statutes, 18 US. Code 2011 defines
the crime of bribery and receiving
bribes by federal officials, including
federal police
officers. California Penal Code section
67 states that anyone who offers or
gives a bribe to a public officer,
including police officers, to influence
their actions is guilty of a felony.
Kelly, would you send them your purse? I
might I might have a I know I don't
know. It's okay. It's all
okay. It's all okay. Kelly, it's all
okay. It's not okay. It's not okay. It's
It's not okay.
Do you want to leave your sunglasses in
your car? That way you don't have to
have them take them.
Can Can I not just take a breathalyzer
and and go and go home? Go ahead. Not
Not a possibility. I'll give you the
option to take a breathalyzer. I will.
If if I pass, can I go Can I go home?
Okay. I know.
So, you're okay. It's okay. All right.
It's okay. Breathe for
me. I don't know.
Breathe for me.
Breathe.
Keep going. Keep going. Blow hard. Blow
hard. Blow hard. Blow hard. Tell the
tones. Keep going. Keep going. Got to
make a tone.
Kelly had a major panic attack until her
mother called and her attitude changed
as if she had become a completely
different innocent person. At the police
station, Kelly blew into a breathalyzer
with results not as she expected. I'm
sorry. I'm a smoker. I'm trying to blow
blow out here. Take your piece off and
then turn it around. Okay. Turn your
piece around. I mean, there you go. No,
I should. No, you're fine. Go ahead,
Kelly. Go hard. Should have told No,
you're fine. There you go. Blow. Nope.
Keep blowing. You got to blow till the
tone stops. Blow hard. Blow hard. Keep
blowing. No. Blow forcefully like you're
blowing up a balloon. One big breath and
blow. Take a deep breath. Envelope. All
right. You're going to have to get one
more breath sample. Okay, Kelly. That's
no way that's possible. That's possible.
Got to blow harden. It's not toning yet.
There you go. There you try again. Deep
breath.
I'm trying. I'm blue. Try it again. All
right. You're doing fine. Deep breath
and blow. When it starts to tone, just
keep going until it stops toning. You
did a great job the first time. So, you
didn't provide us sufficient enough
samples. So, it's not gonna it's just
going to automatically blank out and
then that'll be the end of it. So, I was
like mad at me or am I in trouble or
you're not I'm like I'm not trying to
not Let's go back in here and I'll
explain this to you again. Okay. I'm
trying to not comply. No, you did fine.
You did fine. All right. So, you want to
you want to get you want a blood test,
right? I said I'd do that again, but
you're not giving me that option. Do you
want a blood test or It's entirely up to
you. I don't even know what my options
are at this point. Like you you you have
the right to request a blood test. When
having difficulty blowing into the
breathalyzer, Kelly justified it by
saying she was a smoker trying to blow a
lower result. Despite her efforts, she
still blew a
0.14 to everyone's surprise. She then
transformed from a panicked person into
someone like a lawyer trying to defend
herself. The legal back limit for
drivers over 21 years of age is
0.08%. Therefore, in this case, the
woman blew a back of
0.14% which far exceeds the legal limit
of 0.08%.
With this back level, the driver could
be charged with driving under the
influence DUI under California Vehicle
Code section 23152.
If you'll turn your wrist a little bit
the other way, other way. No, other way.
There you go. By the way, cops should
know more about the law. There you go.
And before I thought, you should know
it. You told me where he was from. Yes,
ma'am. That was a suggestion.
That is that is completely not not okay.
That was not explained to me in any kind
of detail. That made sense. Let's make
it. There you go. I would like to go to
the hospital for a blood test right now.
If you let that go that way, I would
like to watch your head when you get in,
please, ma'am.
Can I get
off without
permission? Super shady.
You want to go and zip the zipper so
things
I doubt you'd be very obvious that too
long. I doubt you'd be
very shitty. The female was charged with
DWI.
[Music]
Kelly's actions with the police ended
here as she was finally arrested. She
was taken to the hospital before being
transferred to jail to be charged for
her actions. Kelly was charged with
driving under the influence of alcohol
and will have her license revoked for 20
days. This incident underscores the
importance of adhering to traffic laws
and personal responsibility when
driving. Driving under the influence of
intoxicants is not only dangerous to
oneself but also to those around them.
Always drive safely. Avoid using
intoxicants when driving and if
necessary seek help from others.
