I don't care, man. You
get on the ground. Tell me what it's for
before you do this.
 Tell me why you're
doing this.
 The woman's stubbornness not
only escalates the conflict, but also
drags them into a legal mastrom with no
way out as their reckless actions
finally catch up with them.
Stop resisting. I die. I die.
Hey, I'm ripped.
Hey, grab my back up there.
But instead of thanking him, she chose a
violent and unexpected response. A woman
wanders the streets, her words
immediately stopping the police. But
that is just the beginning of a night
beyond expectation.
 I don't care,
 man.
Get on the ground.
Hey, grab my back up there.
July 29, 2022. As alcohol, tears, and
confessions mix. Officers are forced to
act on a little known law. And then the
tide turns unexpectedly.

How much did you drink last night?
I've been drinking a lot. Doesn't
matter.
 A seemingly humane decision sets
off an explosive chain reaction. Don't
look away when the person in need starts
to rebel.
 Say that. Why?
 Cuz they wanted
to be dead. I hate life.
Why do you hate life?
Cuz it's what got
What got you to that point though? I'm

not.
So, why did you tell this officer
you want to kill yourself?
 Cuz I was sad
and press
 cuz you said Okay, sweet.
Thank you. That's all I needed to know.
I want to know what happened. How'd you

attack.
Who Who's the person who can pick you
up?

told this officer, I'm placing you under
Baker. Well, protect the custody under

just waiting for them to get here. Bro,
can I just run in them?
 No, no, no, no.
We got to get you checked out.
 No one
expected that a few seconds after saying
I will go properly, a punch would
suddenly come from the person who had
just been rescued.
 No, we're not going,
bro. I hear that [ __ ]
Let me
touch.
Are we going to do this the nice
way or you going to go in handcuffs?

Yep.
 He's a [ __ ]
He's a white.
Finally, the handcuffs are locked. And
the price is not just shame, but a
serious criminal charge. And the main
character still smiling in the chaos.
Get up. Come on.
Wait, man. Why man? Why man?
God damn. You You would take the purse,
right?
 Going to jail now.
Congratulations.
 I don't care.

Look, look what kind of better. It
doesn't matter, right?
Yeah. You better walk away.
You got to get
 relaxed or you're going
to go on the ground.
 You want to stand
up or you want to sit on the ground?
 I
like
Just chill out. Relax. Trying to
help you.
 You're going to hurt your
wrist.
Stop moving. You're going to hurt your
wrist. I'll move the cuffs to the front
and be more comfortable. Okay. Take a
breath.
You doing the back or the side? I have
one on this side.
Okay,
 got it. Yeah, hold it.
Hold on, dude.
Right here.
All
right.
She was arrested and charged with felony
assault on a law enforcement officer in
multiple states. In addition to being
sent for a psychiatric evaluation, she
faces serious legal consequences.
Next, a seemingly obedient couple
stepped out following police orders. But
just seconds later, the truth about a
missing girl suddenly burst forth in an
uncontrollable panic. doing this, bro.
Like,
 right, right.
Stop resisting.
 I'm not.
The girl kept questioning, screaming,
and refusing to be handcuffed. But the
moment she suddenly swung her hand at
the police officer's face, things took a
dramatic turn.
Hey, how's it going? You want to come
out here for me?
 Yeah, that's fine.
Anybody else inside the Hey,
 go ahead.
Both of you guys turn around.
 Turn
around for a while.
 13. Can you come up
here?
 For what?
 You go ahead and turn
around. Place your hands behind your
back.
 We had this discussion. Turn
around. Place your hands behind your
back.
 All right.
 Can you just set that
down? We'll We'll get that handled.
 You
Rosalyn.
 Yep.
 Place your hands behind
your back.
What the [ __ ] is this even
for? What is this for?
 No, cuz you guys.
While being restrained, the girl
screamed out of breath, then turned to
explain to her boyfriend. But the truth
that the police revealed later made all
excuses meaningless.
 Tell me what it's
for before you do this.
 Tell me why.
Stop resisting.
 Stop resisting.
 Why the
[ __ ] are you doing this, bro?
 Why the
[ __ ]
Stop resisting. Okay. I'm not I'm not
I'm not resisting. Please, I can't
breathe. Please get the [ __ ] off of my
head.
 Don't swing.
 Okay, I'm not. Y'all
can't tell me what you're doing this
for.
 Please, I can't [ __ ] breathe.
Oh, so now you can punch me in the face
and then think you can breathe.
 You
can't [ __ ] tell me why I'm being
arrested, you stupid [ __ ]
 Stop. You
have a warrant because you didn't show
up to court.
 She claimed she was no
longer wanted, but evidence and
confirmation from the police made the
whole lie fall apart at the scene.
 Know
that I had court and man, listen, I've
talked to Mansfield and they told me I
wasn't missing. They literally came to
my house like 3 weeks ago. They
literally came to my house 3 weeks ago.
Oh my [ __ ] god.
 Well, you still got
to go to court. You got anything on you?
I have a lighter in my pocket.
 Anything
else?
No, Nolan. They literally said I
wasn't missing.
 I'm literally not even
missing. Mansfield. Oh my [ __ ] god.
500. They're both signal.
 They would
bothard.
I mean, my phone, my keys, it's about
it.
Go ahead. Stand on this side.
 Why
the [ __ ] would you punch me?
 I'm just so
[ __ ] scared. I didn't know what the
[ __ ] I did. Okay. So, when an officer
tells you to place your be in trouble
right now, y'all didn't tell me why I'm
being arrested.
 When an officer says,
I'm not going to say you're in trouble.
Stop [ __ ] talking to me then. I don't
give a [ __ ]
 What's your stuff?
 All
right.
You remember when I called you
and I told you, right?
 I literally
 You
weren't here last Friday.
 I mean, I've
been here last Friday, but
 with Ross.
No,
we we have you on footage leaving
here.
That was after the whole like
missing [ __ ] whatever. Like
literally, I've literally heard from her
casework and everything else.
 This is
[ __ ] [ __ ] Do you know when I'll
have court?
 Her boyfriend was released
on the spot while she was taken straight
to the detention center with a chilling
promise from the officer. I will apply
for a felony warrant as soon as I get
there.
What the [ __ ] The thing is, why
am I getting arrested?
 Well, you got a
warrant.
 I didn't know that.
 Okay. Okay.
Well, hold on.
 It's the Ransford Police
Department. They told me I wasn't
missing though. I think it's a different
warrant
 for what?
 I don't know. It's
Mansfield's warrant. They just told us
to pick you up.
 I literally haven't
found anything and they told me I wasn't
missing.
Told you what the deal was. I
told you I would pursue charges,
 right?
But that was after like that's what I'm
saying. Like if you guys were to talk to
um you know the people in Mansfield like
go ahead and have a seat.
 Oh, they gave
me a different story as far as like her
being missing and all that stuff.
She was at one point, but like I said,
she hasn't been missing. Like her case
worker and everything else has seen her,
talked to her. Like they literally said,
you know, the moment like they had been
telling her,
 "Okay, well, we'll get it
all figured out here in a second."
All right.
I don't know what
was, but from what my understanding is,
is this so you guys are hearing the
second hand? Then
in Ohio, if the act of
resisting includes assaulting or battery
on an officer, the violator may be
prosecuted under section 290313
and be punished by 6 to 12 months in
prison and slash or a fine of up to
$2,5000.
The girl now faces two main charges.
Failure to appear in court as ordered
and resisting an officer with violence.
When you beat up your savior, prison is
